The biggest problem is that I'm on a limited budget. So every decision I make has to count. $$$ can be three spa visits or two provider visits or one. So, if I have a little money, I have to weigh going to BT or the Showcase Theater for $ or saving up longer term. Right now, I'm weighing a $ visit with Morgan in DC against saving up for someone pricier.

I'm guessing she (or you) showed up, you paid her and then she starts asking what you want to do. She may even offer to "hang out" or to go out for drinks or dinner, but of course that's not what you want.
When you realize this isn't going anywhere you just want to leave. If you try to get any of your money back (even a partial refund - leaving her some cash for her time and travel to rip you off), she reminds you of this text from her ad...
"You understand that you are agreeing to pay for my time and I do not offer partial refunds or prorations of unused time. By contacting me, either by phone or via e-mail, you agree to these terms."
Then she may mention that she has a "friend" close by if you're thinking of giving her trouble, she might threaten to call the police, etc.
For those who may be new to this, real working girls do not put disclaimers like that on their adds. Some real girls will use the "time and companionship only, consenting adults..." lingo, but nothing like above. There were also other warning signs in this ad, but others have pointed them out.

Sorry to hear what happened to you. It's something that probably happened to many of us when getting started in this hobby. I myself got fleeced like this many years ago.
I'm guessing she (or you) showed up, you paid her and then she starts asking what you want to do. If you mention sex (or maybe even just ask for a massage) she gets offended and says you've gotten the wrong idea. Will use extortion once the money is collected and tell you prositition is illegal, then just leave with the money. Of course people apparently keep falling for this judging from the reviews on ThE oRther site. There are also a couple of other pics this scammer uses on bp too.
