In terms of Midtown, there is a plethora of amps scattered around; some closely bunched together while others are spread apart. Read the old threads as well as the new ones; the one ones might provide some useful information. You can always try searching if you have the slightest clue as to what you're looking for.
One place you can start is by browsing the classified ads section. There is a big list of mp websites that Double Nickle has generously put together for our benefit. Best of luck, safe fun.

Being that I am a cheap bastard, could some helpful people provide a list of places that provide an hour massage for $40? I know of two so far, LF and a place on the Bowery. Any insights into the quality of service as well would be appreciated.

I'm from Waterbury, Connecticut where 10 Asian Massage Parlors were shut down by LE (law enforcement) early this summer. Then I turned to Norwalk with 6 sensual massage parlors. All shut down because of police raids although at least one has re-opened. I had the opportunity to try some places in Philadelphia. The massive raid called "Black Wednesday" happened while I was there. USASexGuide has been quoted in the media - they know we're here. Sure they know of many places already. But they aren't sure exactly what goes on in other places. Some places they may not be aware of yet. We don't want our favorite place to be put on the top of a law enforcement list of places to start gathering official evidence against.
There are so many places in New York City I don't think they will ever shut down more than a very small percentage. Hand job places are so common I doubt they would bother much with this safe form of release. A FS (full service) place that everybody knows all about is probably at a very high risk of a raid. Even so they need to gather evidence and go through the judicial process.
On my first mongering trip to Manhattan in decades I came with 2 street addresses in one section of the city which I got from USASexGuide. They served me just fine. There are many addresses, prices, and details available by RTFF (see abbreviations).
I'm not really worried about a place getting too busy. It is more money for it and the girls. And there are plenty of nearby places to try if the mamasan says "too busy now." But I don't want rude rowdies upsetting management and the girls and/or posting indiscrete details that might get a place raided or a girl fired.
For the newest information on massage parlors looking for new customers pick up a free copy of New York Press, also available online. Go to the address if listed and/or call. Be polite and respectful and bring a lot of money and you'll probably get what you want (or at least a HJ). What $200 gets you in Peoria may cost $300 or more in the Big Apple. Go home and post on USASexGuide. A few quality posts and the oldtimers will warm right up to you. They did to me.

Since my post seemed very popular i decided to post it again in the San Juan thread and throw in some more information i forgot. Enjoy.
Hey guys I run a car service in Puerto Rico and I figured I might as well give you all the scoop on where the action is, this is the same info I give or show (if they hire me) to my clients when they ask me about the action down here.
Now I have heard many people complain that there is no action in Puerto Rico. This is partually true. The golden age of meeting lovely working girls at an economical price is long gone and all that remains of the famous 100 year old brothel Black Angus is just an empty lot. You can thank members of the goverment who are actually silent partners on the more expensive strip clubs in the Condado area (Divas specifically) who stired up a conservative crack down on the sex industry in Puerto Rico after allot of raids and intimidation all that was left after the dust cleared were only a few choice clubs that were filled with paranoid owners.
But now that we have had a few years to calm down I am happy to report that there are more aternatives to most travelers looking for a alternative to outragouse prices. Allthough it doesnt come close to the heyday of cheap girls at least you wont put a serious hole in your pocket.
One thing I must tell you is DO NOT trust taxi drivers when they say they have the perfect strip club for you. Most clubs pay taxi drivers a fee per person they bring to the club. This ranges from 5 to 25 dollars a taxi driver gets per person they deliver to the club. Saint Tropez and Divaz pay the most to the taxi drivers and for good reason because these are the most over priced strip clubs you could ever got to. Also the strip clubs open at 9pm to 5am plus the massage parlors have different hours I'll post those on this report. Usually all the best action happens at night.
Saint Tropez at one time used to be the premire club, the best of the best but due to strong arm from the police they have gone down in cuality. A cover charge of 10 dollars. Drinks ranging from 5 to 15 dollars. Lap Dances (WITH CLOTHES ON) will set you back 40 dollars. These take place on the sofa of the clubs so any privacy will cost you more with it being topless will set you back 90 dollars and with an optinal champange anything goes room setting you back a whoaping 200 dollars which will you frustrated and unfufilled. The girls are not what they used to be either most of them range from a 6 to a 8 but there are at least a couple of 9 walking around. So unless your the type of person who wants to blow some serious cash avoid this club.
The same can be said for Divas. Even though the quality of women is nearing the elusive 10 everyone has the prices are also fairly ridiculous. 10 standard cover charge with drinks ranging from 5 to 12 dollars. The girls are all model like caliber and give very good preformances which brings us to the other negative Divas has. The bouncers. Most of the bouncers date the strippers or have some kind of weird Big Brother type of mindset. If at any time your hand even comes near a stripper preforming you will feel the preseance of a large gorilla behind you. They also tend to profile focusing on latinos and black custemors so you will have an eye on you as in their eyes you are a potential trouble maker. Girls range from Puertorican, Asian, Dominican, American, ect.
Cheetas is the third club in the San Juan/ Condado Area and like the previous is just as bad. The girls also range from 8 to 10 in quality but unlike in Divas and Saint Tropez where they are friendly these tend to be spoiled and clever. a lap dance they say will cost you 30 dollars is really the oldest scam in the book, they will prociede to dance a few feet away from you and then they charge you another 30 dollars to get to touch you and vice versa. And during all this there is sequirity in the corner watching you with a flashlight in your face. Drinks are also as expensive in Divas and Saint Tropez.
For those of you looking to avoid burning your wallet there are a few alternatives in the strip club scene.
Frenchies is the premire club for locals. Its cheap, safe, and most importantly relatively economical. There are two Frenchies Club the orginal is located in the Hato Rey area of San Juan (also known as the business district) and the other in Santurce. Original is very quaint but a little small. Its very old and it looks it, so don't be scared if it seems to be sleazy that all goes away as you see the girls. The quality tends to fluxuate from 5 to 10, better looking girls tend to show up at midnight. Drinks range from 3 dollars to 8 dollars. Cover Charge of 10 dollars will get you a free drink. Same can be said about the Frenchies located in the Santurce area only that this one is newer and a little bit more flashier. its also spacious. Frenchies is the place to get laid. The standard fee is 160 dollars for one hour. Sex and the standard blow job with a condom, and rarely will a girl kiss you on the lips. But comapred to other clubs that prices range from 200 dollars and up Frenchies is the way to go. The shows also get a little wild with really talented girls. Most of the girls are Puertorican or Dominican.
Desavu is the same are Frenchies just a few blocks up the road from Frenchies 2.
Cab fare is fairly cheap except if your staying at the Hyatt Dorado in which the cheapest car fare will cost you 60 each way. I always recomend to my clients who are looking for an economic transfer to just pay 60 dollars going and if your lucky you can talk a taxi down to 40 dollars coming back. But don't despair because the most economical strip club is right next door.
Mangus is located in the entrance of Dorado, its very low key. Tourist taking a taxi there (30 dollars each way from Dorado Hotels) will only pay 10 dollar cover charge, if you bring your own transpertation the charge will go up 12 dollars. This includes a free drink which range from 2 dollars to 6. Lap dances are only 20 dollars at a lenght per song. Girls range from 6 to 10. they even have a VIP champange room but I don't recomend it because like the song says theres no sex in the champange room (youll get jacked off though). The shows are great and security is not uptight.
Strip clubs are not the only thing Puerto Rico has to offer for adult entertaiment. There are dozens of massage parlors in the San Juan area the best two are Pure Moods and Alternative Masage.
Alternative Massage is probably the best massage parlor in the metropolitan area. its on the Isla Verde strip next to a pizzeria and Bamboo Lounge. The deal is you pay for a massage 40 dollars cash, 45 with credit card. Then you choose your girl (ranging from 7 to 10 American, Puertorican or Dominican) in which you get a very good massage then you are asked if you require "other services" a hand job will cost you around 40 dollars, blow job with a condom 60 and sex 100 dollars. Hours range from 3pm to 11: 00pm (yeah I know) I recomend passing by around 7 or 8 but thats just me.
Pure Moods is located in Condado and has the same prices as Alternative but its mostly Dominican with some puertorican girls and sometimes American. 7am to 3am. The only problem with Pure Moods is that its located right on the principal street, so if you want to be discreet you have a problem. Not to mention the girls usually take naps on the sofa and since their are only 3 girls on at a time you could be waiting out in the street for a little while.
And finally if your looking for ordering in a girl. The best way of doing that is buying The San Juan Star Newspaper (only paper in Puerto Rico in english) and turning to the Personal section. There you will find a listing of everything your looking for. Prices range depends on if your speaking to the individual in question or the one in charge. Sometimes you can negociate.
As for places i would avoid. First i would avoid the local Street Walker scene. Most are transvestites or heroin addicts. Who look like rejects from "thriller" if you want to experiment with the same sex i recomend looking in the personals of the san juan star, at least your have safety. I have to repeat this street walkers in Puerto Rico are like playing rusian roullette with 3 bullets in the chamber. Second i do not recomend Hot Zone, DO NOT go there. Its located in a bad area and it will be astronomical if you find something over 5 there. Most are very ugly prostitues. I only went there once and witnessed two girls fight because one of the girls (which was odly a 7) had left puss on the sofa due to an infected vagina. Needless to say i did not finish my drink. As for Blue Marlin i have heard similar stories so i have never visted but i trust my sources.God, great report! Next time I'm in Puerto Rico I may look you up.
I think Chinese is the best massage, cheapest too. From $40 an hour with $20 to $40 tip. The downside is the masseuse may not offer you HR. You probably will not get BJ or FS.
Korean places usually have the most extras. There are many of these from the Empire State to Central Park. See here, New York Post, or Village Voice (some ads have addresses, some just phones).

I forgot to mention that newspapers are a great and free resource. The Village Voice, New York Press and AMNY among others are always sprawling with mp ads. Grab one for yourself and look for the advertising in the back pages.
Stopped by here last week after work for the first time. Moon greeted me at the door as I was buzzed in. I paid forty five for the hour and proceeded to undress and lay on the table. For those of you who do not know, the environment here is not the greatest because of the lack of privacy. Since you wrote a good report with useful information as your first post here on USA SG, I won't slam you hard.
But IMHO you definitely overtipped! Next time, please don't give a tip of more than $40 ($60 tops) for the services that you indicated receiving. You'll save yourself some money, the girl should be ok with the amount, and you won't drive up the price for the rest of us :)
Was visiting for Thanksgiving and ended up here because short walk from my hotel. Went in with simple expectations...TS, good massage, HR...and was satified with everything. A girl met me at the top of the stairs and gave me the rundown - $70 for a TS and hour massage. I'm embarrassed to say I gave her a web coupon for 10% off and she said it would be $60. Went to a private room and undressed and put on a robe (later discovered it isn't removed after use). Table shower was well done all over. Back to room and got a good massage. I think the massage table has a heated blanket on it. Hard rubbing (no oil or lotion) turned into gentle stroking and then the flip. Oiled the rod and a hot towel to finish. She wasn't very friendly or talkative, and I was out in less than an hour, but got what I wanted.
Next night, called a few of places near my hotel but no answer or closing (it was a holiday). So went back again. Met this time by Sandy, pleasant face and personality. As you know, there is a balance - I was afraid they will get close down with all the positive attention and i did not want to risk it. Lesson learned.

They advertise on CL as OKOKOK or Affordable massage 60/hr and 40/half. They are on 32nd bet broadway and 5th (close to bway). They have total appearance as if it is a regular theraputic massage. Clean and no TS. Girl who greeted was 35-40 4 on looks and 4 on attitude also. First they covered me totally with a towel and continued like that for few minutes. When asked she removed towel. She was wearing tight Jeans and door was not closed tightly. I started playing with the upper - she neither resisted nor encouraged. OK body. Wouldnot open bra. The place is very clean, and has a tranquil atmosphere. A good omen, or so I thought. I paid the $45 house fee, and was introduced to "Gigi" who was to be my masseuse. As per protocol I undressed quickly. Gigi entered the "room" (really a cloth partition which allowed for semi-privacy). I explained that I wanted a hard massage. Fat chance! Gigi did some lackluster rubbing through a towel. Then, another woman entered the area. She was introduced to me as "Kelly" who was going to finish the massage. At this point the sinking feeling began. Kelly used every shortcut in order to avoid working for her money. In my experience, one of the hallmarks of a good masseuse is the quality of her hand massage. This woman avoided working with her hands, and cut corners by overdoing the elbow and forearm work. On the flip it became worse. Light tickling of my abdomen (no roaming permitted), and tickling my nipples was all that was left in her repertoire. Kelly then indicated to me that I was free to give myself a HJ! I took her hand and gently placed on my semi-hard organ. This made for an 'unhappy ending'.
My customary tips are 20, 30, 40 for fair, good and excellent work. (At Lucky Footsie I almost always tip 40). I foolishly gave this woman 20. In hindsight, I should have stiffed her completely. I've been to that place four times. The first two, I received a good massage followed by a HJ without having asked. The second time the woman spent about 5-10 minutes massaging the area around my perinium while I was on my stomach trying to turn me on, it was very nice and unexpected. I didn't get her name, which was a big mistake. The third time, I got a pretty lousy massage and no HJ from the lady. The fourth time I had only gone in for half an hour massage, and while the massage was excellent, there was no HJ at the end, which might be standard for the shorter ones. This time I got the ladies name (Sophie), and plan on trying to have an hour session with her to see what happens.

I visited that random AMP in the 30's (in Manhattan) that's advertising 'we do bbbj' all over Craigs. Anyway, let's just say I went in, saw the girl they brought to me and I bailed. I made up some horse-crap about having to hit an ATM and I basically didn't go back.

Stopped by here twice in the past month. Rang the buzzer downstairs, buzzed up; the barbershop is on the right side and the massage rooms are straight ahead as you reach the floor. Both times, Tina was my masseuse. Tina is Korean, about 5'4", late 30's to early 40's, not bad looking and she has a nice chest. The prices are forty for a half hour and fifty for an hour. Both times I paid for an hour massage. She gives a decent massage but I noticed she tends to repeat certain routines throughout the massage. Nice pre-flip, she will give you some anal play if you are into that. While she maybe on the mature side, she makes up for it in experience. She knows how to please and has a friendly demeanor. I asked her to go slow, so the finale was intense. However, I was disappointed in two things; she tends to short you about ten to fifteen minutes and she props your legs over hers so that limits any sort of roaming. Nevertheless I had fun. I tip thirty and she seemed happy about that.

Stopped by here sometime in early December. Buzzed up, walked up the stairs and was greeted by Lily, a short chubby Chinese woman. Nana asked how I know of this place, I said it was a friend who recommended this place and made up a name. It's forty for an hour and I was situated in the largest room, which is to your left as you enter.
The massage started out with a towel draped over my body; I quickly asked her to remove it and she had no problem with that. Initially, she used very little strength but I asked to use more and it was a good thing as she used about the right amount. Overall, the massage was decent; it's typical of those Qi Gong Tui Na places where they focus more on kneading rather than rubbing/stroking. On the flip, she stood at the head of the table, massaged my head, chest and worked her way down near the nether region. Then she said the massage was over as I noticed that she was looking at the clock during the front massage. I was disappointed, asked to confirm if it was really over. I tried to persuade her for assistance, but she encouraged self service saying that it's permitted, so I gave up.
Overall, the massage was decent and I'm sure there is more to be had after a few repeat visits. I got dressed, paid her forty and tipped her ten. From the time I met her and to the end of the massage, she was acting a bit weird and suspicious. She must have thought I was 5-0 since I'm young and a ABC. I tried speaking to her in Cantonese; she either didn't understand or pretended not to. I tried my best in my laughable broken Mandarin; that wasn't much better, so we had to converse in English. As I was leaving, she was acting strange, as she kept on pointing at one of the smaller rooms opposite from the one I was in. Well, there's a nice clue. The weird part was when I was leaving, she was still pointing; this time at the no smoking sign that was in the hallway. Since it's a bargain, might repeat to see what happens.

My first visit, a few days ago was really bad. Celia, the manager offered me a house credit which I wanted to use tonight. I called at 8: 00 pm for a 9: 00pm appointment. This is a very odd place. They advertise in the CL erotic services section, yet many people are denied even a HJ. I can tell you that I have had a HJ four out of the five times I've gone (the time I didn't was the first visit). Each of the two girls who happily provided asked me to remove the evidence myself, probably so that the mamasan or other girls wouldn't see the telltale signs. Rooms have very loose and relatively thin curtains only and walls do not go allthe way to top. Did not get a good vibe so went for only 1/2. (.4). Previously I left disappointed with Kelly's service. I was offered a house credit. At my next try, I felt jerked around regarding the time spent in their waiting area, and left politely. This, my third try happened on time. I met an attractive masseuse (kristy) who did a competent Swedish-type massage. No flip, no HJ. I left a $30 tip. The massage left me very relaxed, and I did not feel cheated. My sense is that she will get to know me better, and offer the hoped for service. Next time I will tip $40 in advance and explain what I want. If that doesn't work, then it is back to Lucky Footsie, or 15th st. PS the atmosphere at Ocean Spa is way better than the other two.

Stopped by here recently. I actually needed a haircut so it was a good excuse for me to scope out this place. I had a haircut from Elaine; for the price, it's a decent, no frills haircut. I had my 3rd experience at Ocen Spa last night. Things were slow, and I was quickly offered "Lulu". She is an ok looking 22 year old who speaks decent English. I asked for a hard massage. What I got was a mediocre (at best) soft-medium massage with HJ and roaming. After the massage I got some phoney affection. After the $40 tip the level of 'affection' increased. I can't blame her for the hard sell. All in all, My favorites are Cindy, and Kimmie from Lucky Footsie as well as Moon from E15th st. They consistently give a good hard massage, work for the whole 60 min, with limited extras. They are not young nor hot, but do great work. For some reason LF gets busted alot (unlicensed masseuses). East 15th st doesnt have that problem, but is cramped, and not as clean (askfor Moon). Of the 3, Ocean spa has the nicest ambience, and younger masseuses, but the service there (in my experience) doesnt compare.

there are too many choices for AMP's as new ones crop up each day as some close. There is no future good will so save your money. treat them nice and be brutally blunt on what you want from them. most will comply and pay them a fair tip if they please you. if they don't service you, leave them a nominal or no tip depending on service. paying for next time is a losing game so save your money. generally, $20 tip is plenty in most situations unless they go above and beyond. for every guy, they are not pleasing, there are others who are getting much more by being assertive and demanding they get what they pay for as YMMV. hope this helps.

Those are good places you mentioned there, Gold, WGS, and NYHealth are nice places but can be a bit pricey. I've heard some good things about the two places on 26th & 27th along 8th ave. The place Groucho mentioned is a no frills, average ambience place in Union Square and don't expect any hotties there but the massages there are great.

What do you guys prefer, FS or AMPs? My favorite FS provider raised her price, so I am thinking about going back to visiting AMPs until I find another good cheap FS provider. I havent been to an AMP since I was banned from 188 Bowery. While I would take the punani over a lame massage anyday, having your towel removed, getting teased down there and asked to turn over, even for just a HR is exciting as well.
The reality is that every AMP can be hit or miss.

However, the Lucky Footsie sign on the outside door has been removed. The inside 3rd floor door has been stripped too. Inside things look the same. I found a wonderful new spot. Unlike The Ocean Spa, this place is more than a glorified nail salon. Unlike Lucky Footsie it has a wholesome atmosphere. You could bring your wife with you, and she wouldn't have a clue. To my mind this is the best value in town. Fifty dollars buys a meticulously clean and modern place with great showers, locker rooms, flip-flops, steam room, gym, juice bar, and massage rooms.The girls were friendly and better than average looking. For an average "chinatown" price, this place is miles ahead of the competition. One thing to know is that here the girl gets none of the house fee. At most places they get about half of the house fee plus tip. I had a shower, steam, and a very good one hour massage with the extras. As a first time customer the masseuse gave me a 10 minute bonus! Don't count on that. I treated it like a bartenders "buy back" and left a $50 tip. She seemed very pleased. Oh, I had another shower/steam before leaving. A well spent hundred dollars. Went there today. It really is a YMMV place (they all are but this is more so). Girl who greeted took me to the room(!). Only a curtain separating the two rooms. Extremely crammed space in the room. They advertise on Massageplaces.com. The name is Blue Spa or something like that (on 38 bet bway and 6). I called them few times with an interval of 10 minutes and Sometimes it would ring and no one would answer and other time I would get a busy tone. So I just went there. When I reached there there was a big Police sign on the door. It was written in that that the placed was closed down for prostitution / unlicensed massage. Tonight I tried to buy a massage at what has to be the the worst place in the new world. This major dung heap is located at 27 Essex Street (downstairs). I can't begin to tell you how lousey this place was. The sights, the smells, and the sounds of the facilities were horrific. The same holds true for the masseuses. Mine was a youngish woman named 'Nancy'. At least that's what I think she said while I was looking the place over for signs of vermin. I always travel with my own towels so as to mitigate any lack of cleanliness at such places. My towels are soaking in bleach as we speak. I may decide to burn them instead. Nancy led me through this sanctum until we reached her space; the Sanctum Sanctorum. Here I quickly undressed and placed my bath sheets on her table. When I put my face thru the face hole the faint smell of mildew was evident. As the crappy massage continued the smell was rising in intensity. Nancy was massaging me while arguing loudly with the other masseuses. I told her that the arguing ruins the massage. It didnt help. My blood pressure was rising. Nancy conveniently lost her ability to understand such uncommon phrases as: strong massage, hand massage, no more back massage, please massage legs etc. This last request was responded to with a quick "you need extra one half hour." I replied that this first massage was a trial. That if I was not happy, I would not return. If she did a good job, then she made a new customer. She seemed to understand. Our time was nearly up. I told her that I would take another 30 minutes. While she was resetting the timer, I turned over and indicated that I wanted a HJ. She refused saying that her boss was there. I told her to forget the extra half hour. She walked away, and did not return. I dressed, packed my stuff, and handed the mamasan $40 ($38 house fee) along with the words "I am not happy." The mamasan looked at Nancy who had just been given an unspoken $2 tip and smiled. I repeated that I was not happy with the service. Nobody seemed to care. I looked around and saw that things were being moved out. Why dont the police shut down the filthy, disease ridden hovels like 27 Essex Street?? Why do they seem to target the clean, and well run places like LF? It seems unfair. A major irony is that when the masseuses are brought in by the police, they often see their customers among the men who work in the courts. These girls are inherently classy and do not betray their customers. Frankly, I prefer the company of these women to the assholes whose job it is to harrass them. These women don't go on welfare, nor do they exploit the system. Instead, they work long hours for their hard earned money. The offence for which they get arrested has nothing to do with providing sexual favors. They are in fact charged with the horrible crime of being unlicenced to provide massage. New York's bravest are assigned the task of taking helpless women from conditions of extraordinary difficulty all the way to the edges of misery. I am off my soap box.

I don't understand why LE even bothers to crack down on massage parlors when they can better utilize their resources and manpower by focusing on more pressing matters. I hope the other places in chinatown remain open since they are so scarce these days.

3) LE often uses the lack of a license as a pretext for the real reason they go in for the bust: sexual extras. It's much easier and more cost-efficient to prove that a girl doesn't have a license than to send in undercover to elicit the sexual favors. And, as stated above, the lack of a license can be the more serious "crime."
3) Neighborhood complaints. It takes very few to galvanize LE, who like to be viewed as protecting "the community." That's why some Tuina places are so strict about not providing HJs; if no neighbor catches them out on the extras, the police may give them some slack if they are good "citizens" and have their licensing in order.
4) The martial arts place probably fell victim to a neighborhood complaint. Some stupid hypocrite who takes the kiddies in for a lesson may have stopped in for a massage, was offered a little mild hanky-panky, and then thought, "I take my kids to a place that does that? The police must be told!"
5) A competitor, either in massage or martial arts, could also have tipped off LE. That probably happens a lot, unfortunately. Make sure the police shut down your competitors and more business will come to you.

Went into one of the rooms, changed into a robe and then to the bathroom for the body scrub which was very thorough.
Back to the room and then she proceeded to give me an excellent shiatsu massage. About 30 minutes later, the light touch begin with her hair stroking my back. It was very sensual. I did not try roaming (maybe next time). Then she asked me to turn over and continued with the light touch and the release. Clean up followed by more massage.
All in all, quite pleasant. I did not get her name and I think there were only 2 girls there at the time. 60 for the hour plus 30 tip.

Closed down for good? Did you see the big orange sticker?Yes, closed down for good. Illegal massage and prostitution. I called the number on their website on a woman answered. Said they were closed now but may be open again in a few weeks. I am not sure if that will happen or not, or even if they would open again in the same location. The place is not that far from where I work so maybe I will check it out in a few weeks and see if anything opened back up.
Visited the fabled Ocean Spa again, actually got a great massage there and flipped and she did the hand-release. Wasn't too shabby, and this exp was far better then my last one. Anyone achieve any 'other' extras at this place? Please PM me if so cause I might go back. Thanks, Billy

This is my first post, but I've been lurking for a while now (and making some newbie mistakes...like PM'ing without any posts on the site).
Fairly new to this hobby, but I'll report a few of my experiences.
WGS was my first AMP. A buddy of mine took me there one evening a few months ago, and I was pleasently surprised. The facilities are top shelf. The locker room is clean. I dig the sauna and steam rooms. The actual massage rooms are also clean and comfortable. IMHO, I usually get the best massages at WGS, and the technique on the flip, in my limited experience, is the best. They do not use a sheet for the massage, but rather a nice feeling lotion or oil or salve...what ever it is, I much prefer this to the sheet. The ladies who work there range in looks and age, but overall I'm am quite happy.
Now, what I don't like about WGS. PRICE, $ plus tip is a little spendy for me...but at least the facilities and massage quality are high. The table shower is practically useless. They just rush you in and out of the shower room which is kinda lame because I actually enjoy the TS a great deal. The traffic and douchebag factor can be quite high at WGS. I don't mind seeing a few fellow mongers, but sometimes it feels like I'm waiting on line to use the john at a Giants game.
About a month ago I went to Big Tree Spa. It was so brutally cold out, I had a brain freeze and made the mistake of answering "yes" to "is this your first time". So, right then, this became a straight massage. The facilities are OK. There's about five rooms, with real doors. Inside each room is a small locker to store your clothes. Once you're in the robe they take you to one of two shower rooms. The TS rooms are very spacious, but a bit on the clinical side. The massage girl preforms the TS, which I prefer, and mine did a very good job...even though I did have a cloth covering my banana nut bread (remember, i told them it was my first time). BTW, the girl was in her early 30's, short, about a 6 (but i did see very attractive, tall, 20's, solid 8 on my way out). The massage was a combo sheet and some sort of lubricant. Eventhough the girl looked as if she'd rather be bowling, when I closed my eyes, the massage was very good. No flip, no release, but I think this may be a YMMV joint. Paid .8 plus .4 tip, and was told to come back (i think there was a please come back so we can give you the "real" ending...but i don't know). The only major strike against Big Tree was that their sauna was not working, so i was shaking like a wet dog for my first 10 minutes there. Overall, a very good massage, but nothing more.
The last few times I tried out NYHS. Facilities are up there with WGS, but i didn't see the WGS type traffic. The staff is very freindly, nice touches like bringing you a glass of ice water when you sit in the steam room. After the massage, the girl escorts you to the shower and turns it on for you at the proper temp. Sometimes the massage girls give the TS, but mostly it's an older hispanic woman who is actually pretty good. The massage rooms are nice, but some can be on the small side. The actual massages are pretty good, but they use the sheet so that knocks it down a bit in my book. The flip is OK (not nearly as enjoyable as WGS). Overall the experience is usually very positive especially with their level of service (I do love those A&W root beer candies on the way out). Now to the negative, their ladies looks vary a great deal, and for the most part they are way older than WGS girls. Most NYHS girls, even though they are on the older side, give a pretty damn good massage (Yoko). Now to the part that will probably keep me from going back...I went there a few days ago and the girl I was given was quite unattractive and it looked like she'd been hitting the kimchi pretty hard. I usually don't judge these things too much, but I was actually feeling uncomfortable. Her hands were so rough and mannish that it felt like my uncle was giving me a massage...and not the cool younger uncle, but that freaky old "uncle" who is not really related to you but just some friend of the family. I couldn't shut my eyes tight enough to get that thought outta my head. So if you do go to NYHS, make sure you see who you are getting first, and stay away from Uncle Irv.
I'm still looking for a spot with nice facilities (sauna, steam), no too much traffic, uses lotion instead of a sheet, and is under .8 for an hr. So if any of you know of such a spot, PM me. In the mean time, I'll be headed back to WGS.

I don't have a report, but I just wanted to say that I have been lurking here for a long time now and am trying to build up the courage to go to one of these places. When I finally try one out, I will definitely post back, probably when the lady goes on a business trip!
Paid a visit to NJoy spa near Madison.
Saw Yoko, tall leggy Korean, said she was 24 and looked about that old. Very attractive and friendly. Paid $ house fee for one hour. Proceeded to get a good, albeit brief massage in which she paid good attention to the entire body. Had me covered for a while which made me think that any extra's wouldn't be available but luckily, I was wrong!
On the flip she asked me what I wanted. A CBJ was offered for $ (FS was $.5). She left, came back and proceeded to give me a fantastic CBJ. Allowed me to put my hands on her head, push down etc. Allowed a generous potion of touching and didn't give up or complain throughout. Worked me like a champion for about 20 min till I finally gave up and shot a nice relieving load.
A bit pricey by my standards, would have rather paid $.5 for everything but excellent service overall. When I was leaving I spotted another knockout which made me think with the small head, thinking I'll be back for another round with her for sure!

Lucky Footsie was the first place I ever went, and I tried almost all of the providers. One of my favorites was Cherry, pretty good massage, better than average looks and body for an AMP woman, nice technique. I even invested a good amount of extra $ in her as a Christmas tip, and then they closed down. That was a bummer.- does anyone know where she ended up? I managed to collect a bunch of phone numbers from that place but never hers, ironically. I read on an earlier post that LF is re-opening under a new name.- does anyone know if that's happened yet?
I guess LF was my favorite place because I was mining the cheap end of the spectrum. After it closed, I tried a raft of random, cheap AMPs, most of them didn't offer anything more than standard massage. That place on Essex St was one of them. People were proclaiming it to be the next Lucky Footsie, why I can't imagine. What a disgusting place. Cold, dirty, terrible massage, then at the end of the hour, nothing special happened, so I asked for another 15 minutes and proceeded to get the worst HJ technique I ever experienced. Between the cold, the noises from the monger in the "room" next to me, the people talking in the front room where the desk is (about 8 feet from my "room"), the hideosity of my provider, and the poor technique, I wasn't able to even release. I paid, left a small tip, and fled, never to return again. After that, I tried Evergreen, another place I don't understand the raves for. It's a pretty ugly office on a maze-like floor, staffed by two fairly old, over-made-up women who are perfectly friendly but nothing special in the looks department, who give a decent-to-good massage. At $55, seems a little expensive, given the atmosphere, lack of any type of shower, and other balancing factors. I vowed never to return.
After that, I decided to spend more and gave NY Health Spa a try. Wow. What a different experience than any of the above. The decor is lovely, with dark wood, marble floors, steam room, sauna, table shower, etc. Going by others' reviews, I asked for Yoko when I called, but she wasn't available, so the mama-san assigned me to Mimi, who is actually pretty hot, with a good body. I wasn't familiar with the procedure, but I enjoyed having her help me undress and put a robe on me, and take me by the hand and lead me to the steam room. If you've only ever been to cheap places, NY Health Spa is about as different as it gets. The steam felt amazing, and after a bit, Mimi brought me some cold water to drink. Eventually I was collected and taken by the hand to the table shower. Unfortunately, the table shower woman, Madeleine, is a dumpy Hispanic woman, but her table shower is very good, and it's quite enjoyable.
Mimi's massage was not that great, more prodding and poking than anything else, but at least it was firm. The entire massage was through a sheet. After the flip, when she began the floor show, she had all of these noises she produced to pretend she was really into it. It's a nice touch, but I confess that it almost made me laugh, rather than arouse me. I caressed her somewhat but sensed that it's not her favorite thing. She didn't hinder me, but then again, didn't help either. However, overall a decent massage and pretty good technique. I'd try her again, but first I'd like to see what else is available there.
The second time I went, the famous Yoko was available. She's ok looking, with a good body, much better massage than Mimi, likes to banter but doesn't have much English. Says semi-amusing things like, 'You strong man, ' 'You have nice tool, ' etc. Not much excitation of the nether regions before the flip, which I prefer more of. Technique was fine but not special. This time, after the massage, I was led to the dry sauna, which I took advantage of for a long time.
When you pay, they provide little zippered purses for a tip, which they don't look at. There's a tip purse for the table shower woman, but they don't give you that unless you ask for it. I guess they don't want to pressure you.
Overall, both times were good experiences, very relaxing, but I have yet to find the perfect AMP woman in any of my journeys, good-looking, good body, good massage, good technique.

I have been to this place twice in the past two months. I like the location (on the fifth floor of a busy office building in Koreatown). But most of all, the price is good (.6 for one hour) and interior is relatively nice (not shady like most places in Chinatown).

I called the Sunflower Spa the other day because the house fee is 60/hr and they provide a table shower. I asked for Mimi and they said she was working and to come on over. When I arrived, they said Mimi was not there and assigned me to Penny. Penny was OK looking maybe a 5 or 6. The TS was standard. Back in the room I asked for a medium massage. As she was working on my back I noticed the carpet had streamers and confetti on it like a celebration. Up until the flip we had been getting along pretty well. During the sensual part of the massage Penny rebuffed any attempts at friendly roaming either top or bottom. I relaxed and let her do her thing. Clean up was with a hot towel. I offered 25 as a tip before leaving; she asked for 40; I left 30 and will probably not be back. I can’t remember the last time I had a massage with not even minimal roaming.
The streets of Chinatown are dead during the night. I've never seen a SW, much less pick one up in Chinatown. I hear there's been some LE activity in Chinatown and Brooklyn but then again it seems like they're always semi-active. Chinatown's been quiet but mostly incognito since the big incall places closed down. Wanted to tryout a new place and found an AMP next to McD's on 26th and 6th. Ice cream shop with internet access next to it too. Basic TS. Talent was about a 5-6. $60 for massage. HJ ending for $30. Completely uneventful. Won't return. Gonna try a few places in Flushing and will report back. For those of you who haven't visited Bangkok, Macau or Manila, you should. However, you'll get spoiled out there and life won't be the same back in the good ole US of A. Imagine $15 for a massage and HJ finish from a beautiful 21 year old provider with an amazing body.

King, I've been there, done that. It's best not to even try to compare. If you can find a good girl here that does what you like for a price you can afford, go with it. I had pretty good luck for awhile down on Canal street, but now the gal I was seeing is back in China. Quite! I was walking around before an appointment and saw a few definite happy ending places and other massage places that might or might not offer HE. I found the second floor suite for my appointment. Get this, right across the hall was a Tuina place. My appointment was not for a massage, but for other bodywork. The old establisment at this same place offered happy endings. To my knowledge, Howard Beauty Salon Spa does not.
There's a new place that opened up on 90 Fulton st. DON"T GO! I went there for a 4 hand massage. They tell you right away that you will give an $80 tip to each girl. To make a long story short. I didn't get it. They were over priced for what they provided, the girls weren't friendly (the girl even talked on the phone during the so called "massage" that I did get), not really private, and not even offered a shower. I shower before, but I still like to shower when I get there.
I guess I'm back to Cliffside Park, NJ until I find something better

There's a new place on 90 Fulton St. DON'T GO! I went there for a 4 hands massage. They informed me after I paid the house that I had to tip each girl. 8. That wasn't going to be good for me. The place is over priced for what you get, the atmosphere is very cold and unfriendly, and the girl was on the phone for a few minute's while I was getting the so called massage that I did get. Overall, very bad experience.

After my last experience, I still had a few kinks to get out of my body. I went for a haircut. Choi's seemed it could be a good place. I went in the wrong door (nudge, nudge, wink of the eye, say no more). The young woman (younger than me) had a little extra weight on the tummy, But I thought she was HOT! Overall experience very pleseant. The down side, wasn't offered shower, although it sounded like one was running at one time, and the girl gave me the impression that she is looking for a relationship.
Be-day's in a few days. Still looking for the best 4 hand massage to make it special. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

This is a strange place, tucked inside an internet store at 3 E 33rd between 5th & Madison. I wandered all over the store trying to find the spa before noticing a sign on the left side that pointed to the left, confusingly next to a staircase. I walked all the way downstairs to find only a rolled down gate. Then I called the number to ask from directions from inside the store, 212-686-0033, pretty embarrassing. Turns out there's a weird half-size door just at the top of the stairs that I somehow missed.
When I went, there was one provider, Yoki, I think, very friendly, very limited english, decent looking woman in her 30s, ok body, nothing to write home about. Gave a good-enough table shower with hands, no disgusting shared loofah. Massage was as good as any happy ending place, meaning nothing special, not a good sports massage like you'd get at Feet Island Spa in Chinatown. She did a good series of stretchy-type manipulations near the end, which I liked.
Pre-flip teasing was very brief, no attention at all to the nether regions. Service was unskilled, no teasing anywhere, just pumped away.
Paid $60/$40, might return.
This is a strictly legit place, I think, but the reason I'm posting about it is because I've come to the realization that the massages I get at almost all of the happy ending places are pretty lame. If you haven't been to a real massage place in a while, where you get a good, strong, therapeutic massage, you start to forget what one is like. After stopping in here a few days ago, I started to think that it might be better to stop looking for the holy grail: beautiful provider, great massage, excellent release, and go to places like this for the excellent massage, and then find another place that provides excellent examples of the other two items.
When I went into Feet Island, the mama-san assigned me a guy first, and when I asked for a woman, gave me one that was uglier than the guy, and bulkier. Looked like a Russian wrestler. But man, she gave an excellent massage. Nothing even hinted at, and with her, you wouldn't want it.

This is a strange place, tucked inside an internet store at 3 E 33rd between 5th & Madison. I went back to my old standby on 37th, but it is still closed down. I am assuming for good. Ending up going to WGS and had a just ok experience. The ts was about 2 minutes from a latina and not very good. My provider was a decent looking Korean girl by the name of Sarah. This place, which advertises in New York magazine, is good of its kind; namely, a massage and hand release place. To the best of my knowledge, sex is not offered, but there are times when what is offered is good enough, and this place is quite good.

Sorry mate, but your info is pretty much out-of-date when referring to Connecticut. The ten AMPs in Waterbury, CT were all busted and closed down over a year ago; more recently, the FS AMPs in Norwalk were also busted.
About the only AMP in CT worth visiting is Bally's Spa in Ansonia, just off Route 8. There may be a couple of other choices in Danbury, that's about it.
Can't speak of the PA scene, I hope it's better than in CT!
