Considering where you are and your timeframe and the fact that you have bags I would think that your best bet is to take MetroNorth from White Plains to Grand Central and try to go to one of the midtown AMP's. I've got to say that AL is hands down my favorite choice for now.
Seen both Rebecca and Susan and I can't decide who's better. I prefer Rebecca because we communicate better.

A bit surprised I don't see anything about Cosmos around Flatiron. I've been there on two occasions, once during the day and one at night. A Google review commenting on a TS gave away what the place was about. Not sure if that should've raised a flag.
As soon as you walk up, any doubts of what type of establishment it is out the window with the outfit the girls are wearing. Both times, The routine was the same.
