I went out to D. C. (from Waldorf) to see what's up. I drove around K, L, 13th, 14th, M, 9th and 7th street. I found one one K or M after looking around for a while. There were groups at first, close together with about 3 or 4 to a group, and then a few that were by themselves behind a car or waiting on the side.

I think K, L, and 13th and 9th had the most business. Some right off the side or down a side road to the businesses and major hotels.

If the girl has warrants your biggest concern is a plausible denial goes out the fucking window. Half the DC girls have been popped on a solicitation charge, or ever worse are known to the LE that pulled you over. That and if they really feel like fucking with you, they'll either lie and tell you to "tell the truth and we'll let you go" only to knock you up on a pandering charge and impound the ride (in DC), or they'll sit on your ass for as long as possible, making it as obvious as possible to as many people as possible why they're stopping you before they let you go.

WASHINGTON - At the intersection of 11th and K Streets in Northwest, a local secret has come out into broad daylight.

“The first thing you notice is the shoes. They are usually ultra big.”

It's six o’clock in the morning and sharing the sidewalks with joggers, tourists and commuter buses: prostitutes.

“You can’t miss them when you see them,” says Joe O’Donnell. “They stick out like a sore thumb.”

O’Donnell is the building manager for 1100 L Street, whose sidewalk is littered with prostitutes just before the sun rises.

"I've chased them out of here,” O’Donnell says. “They come back with their pimps and their bodyguards. I stand at the corner and tell them they can't come across the street."

Our cameras caught the women always on the move, walking a circuit between K and L Streets between 11th and 14th, ducking into alleyways when they smell trouble.

“It’s almost a cat and mouse game,” says Metropolitan Police Commander David Kamperin. He says the District’s Prostitution Enforcement Unit has aggressively cracked down on prostitution in the last month, arresting 88 people in the last three months.

He says when police get a complaint; they typically send undercover officers to the area that same day. They often target the “Johns,” or men trolling the streets for a woman.

"If you come here to solicit a prostitute, there's a very good likelihood that you'll be soliciting undercover officers," Kamperin says.

But neighbors say it’s not just the sex. They’re also frustrated by what else the prostitutes do when they walk the streets. Our camera caught one woman leaving a client’s car. She walks to a bus stop and pulls her dress down to fix her bra. She then pulls the bottom of her dress up and does something too gross to describe. In the process, she exposes herself in full view of morning traffic.

Kamperin says it could get her arrested. "Disrobing and stuff like that, then yeah, that's indecent exposure."

So why are these former ladies of the night now hawking their wares during the morning commute? Neighbors say they get plenty of clients during the rush hour. The police say its part of the perpetual game of hide and seek, with prostitutes switching their hours to avoid arrests.

Whatever the reason, O’Donnell says the time has come to resurrect the neighborhood’s anti-prostitution task force, which he says eliminated the problem 10 years ago.

“This is the Capital of the country,” O’Donnell says. “We get a lot of visitors and they're looking at the Capital of our country like it's the porn capital of our country and that should not be."

5:00 am and Pimp Trick arosed as UnderTricker this morning. I popped up, rolled my eyes and proceed to head to the depths of the Loop.

UnderTricker got down around 530-545am. Decide to attack the Loop from a different angle. Funny, it was like the wrong show for me. I should have came out as Pimp Earp, due to the tumbleweeds and breeze this morning. There was no SW's in sight.

So, as OM78 would do with me. I decided to do the reverse flight plan of looking for SW's.

Low and behold, I found myself. Window shopping in a sense. SW where in cars, like it was a Lockdown. Day break and no more SW's. It looks like Uncle LEO has came through and flexed their muscles. I should have known something was amiss, when a regular LEO was in an alternate mode of transportation.

I spent some time on the loop tonight, got there around 2:30am. There was a steady stream of no more than a handful of girls that would not stay visible long before a new handful would appear briefly.

At about 4am I noticed a BSW with curly, blond, natural hair that she wore on top of her head. Pimp Trick was on the juice late Saturday. Personally, I had one of the best private Saturdays, so energy level was at Green Lantern glow. I could not sleep and made my way to the Loop De Loop. Decided to go alternate transportation and this night was GOOD to say the least.

Since no one knows me in Green Lantern mode, it was good to sneak up on the SW and have them go. WTF or is just PT. LOL. Saw new mgmt and thought five new SWs. I was stop in my tracks.

Then, as I posted for recon duty. I see my man. The infamous OM78. He was on his own recon. PT extend the Monger symbol. It smacked in his face with a green glow. We decided to go to another alternate transportation.

OM78, fill in the blanks where PT has doze off. We dang near put in eight hours of work.

We meet this new mgmt. He learn the history of Pimp Trick and OM78. Treat us right and you girls get to eat. LOL. I had to find something catchy to say, but pretty much the topic of one hour of conversation. Which we just eyeballing his girls. Then this one that me and OM78 saw on the recon came walking up.

Total round-trip is about 63.8 miles, if you're inclined to drive it all at one stretch. Some spots are tougher than others to pull over and make a pick-up, so use good discretion. Interesting post, and can see the confusion. The "Loop" is a core area of three or four blocks, but can widen out (or used to be much bigger), more like 10-15 blocks, basically 14th street serving as the 'center' of the loop or basically just driving around a few blocks. Drive down "K" street starting at around 20th, then ending on 11th or 10th street then up on "L" street. It grows and shrinks depending on LEO.

As far as LEO, they catch you through a sting, or if you're being extremely stupid and they are in the car right behind you. As far as them seeing you from two blocks away, not really.

I've checked out this site off and on for tips, places to go, etc and 2 days ago I was browsing the DC SW-reports and I read some VERY helpful info on "circling the block BEFORE you approach" etc. Well on Wed night (Oct 21/2009) I was driving 2 blocks after 7-11 towards Maryland on Rhode Island Ave and saw a good looking 5'6 latino woman with big juggs and I said "how's it going" etc. She said to pull over and asked if I wanted to fuck saying she had to make some money. I have been reading this DC forum and there are some cool dudes here and I don't want to speak for them as they are quite adept at speaking for themselves, but let me warn you from experience. I've checked out this site off and on for tips, places to go, etc and 2 days ago I was browsing the DC SW-reports and I read some VERY helpful info on "circling the block BEFORE you approach" etc. Well on Wed night (Oct 21/2009) I was driving 2 blocks after 7-11 towards Maryland on Rhode Island Ave and saw a good looking 5'6 latino woman with big juggs and I said "how's it going" etc. She said to pull over and asked if I wanted to fuck saying she had to make some money. I saw out of the corner of my eye some cars creeping behind her. I said "nah I'm not looking for anything" and drove away. I made a big circle around to the side street where I saw the lights and then noticed a pickup stopping to talk to her. THEN 2 DC police cars darted around me and arrested the dude who obviously asked if she was dating etc (she walked away as soon as they approached the pickup. Close CALL! I think she said her name was Amber but I'm not for sure. Another thing. I asked her to go for a ride and she said NO so I knew something was suspicious! Fucking DC cops. Too many with nothing to do!

Very hot, but she would not give me any eye contact depsite me going around the K-11th-L-10th block several times. I finally parked on 11th and waited for her to walk by, she did that twice but still would not give me eye contact or come to my car. I like them to come to me, I am very cautious, but someone who makes the rounds like that should not be LE.

She was with a guy for a while with locks who must be her pimp, I don't like to engage when those dudes are around, later I saw her with a blonde WSW. I was going to go in for the snatch but then she disappeared, must have caught a cab out of there about 7:50.

It's a nice time of the day to cruise, good visuals and no LE around that I know of. I will be back tomorrow morning.
