· Baltimore-Washington Airport (BWI), which is also known as Thurgood Marshall Airport
· Washington National Airport (DCA), which is also known as Reagan National Airport
· Dulles International Airport (IAD), which is also known as Dulles
There are providers who will visit airport hotels. Oftentimes, these gals advertise on CL. Others have listings in the Washington City Paper, which has an online site.

There are sometimes providers who will travel to hotels in the Dulles area. Also, check out CL for Washington, DC. They were both on their way home from a really long day on Monday, and at about 1:30am, they were travelling along on RI Ave, when a dark colored semi with rather large headlights flashed them from the Shell closest to the roundabout.
A conversation ensued.
Robert: "Did you see the headlights on that semi? OMG! Lets check it out. "
John: "Sigh. Yea, Rob, I did, but we've had a long day, and I'm tired. "
Robert: "Correction. YOU'RE tired. I've done not a damn thing all day. I havn't ridden in a semi for a while, and you keep choosing these midsized cars for me to ride in. I like variety! Besides, Its been a while since you've gotten me a new whip to sample: turn around! "
So, reluctantly, John concedes, and turns around and heads back to the gas station. He pulls up at the pump, and they follow the semi into the station. After making small talk, the semi lets Robert know that she would like to make it rain on him. Despite John's lack of interest, Rob's muscles swell to a hardness not seen by any of them in quite a while. John notices, and decides to take a better look at the ride, to assess the situation. He notices that although this was indeed a huge truck, it was not bad looking, (face wise, anyway) and he knows he has picked up bigger and waaay uglier versions.
Slowly acquiescing, John leads the semi back to his car, and finds out that it would be $40 for the semi to blow Rob's horn, $60 to let Rob ride the semi, and $80 for both.
John decides to give Robert his treat, especially since it had been a while since Rob got a new whip to sample. The semi introduces herself as Unique Devine, and lets them know that she has a spot in Riverdale they can go to to do the deed. John drives 'them there, and Unique is actually able to garner his interest, as not only does she quickly identify his homeland, but she starts rattling off the names of artistes from said homeland, most of whom the average person of this fair land has never heard of.
They get to Unique's spot, which turns out to be her apartment, and, after John pays $60, he lets Rob take over. Rob gets a 1/2 way decent covered blow of his horn by Unique, then the semi turns around, and Rob dives in. He cruises at first, paying close attention to the feel of the leather against his clothed skin, and to the responsive mutterings of Unique's engine.
John: "Holy SHIT! WTF is that goddamn smell? "
Robert: "Good grief, John. Its only her exhaust, man. Havn't you gotten used to it by now? "
John: HELL no! I hate it when rides pollute the air with all that smoke. If they can manage to go to the bathroom and apply Jiffy Lube to their intake manifold, why the hell can't they take a moment to wipe up their exhaust too? Its just so blasted annoying. "
Robert: "Look dude. Are we buying this whip? No. We simply going for a joyride. So, kindly stfu so I can handle my business. "
Unique must have noticed the conversation that was going on, because she pulls away, then flips over, tires in the air and all, and tells Robert to dive back in. He does, and decides that he is done with cruising: he flings that gearbox into overdrive, and roars off to the finish line. 120 stm. 140. 150. Rob plants his foot hard into the semi, and in between grunts of exertion, is impressed with how the semi matches him pound for pound, as it were. Unique grinds her gears, flexes her intake manifold, and basically gives Rob a ride such as he has not had for a long, long time (actually, about a month, but whos counting? : P). Finally, with one last mash of the manifold, Rob and John both cry out in ecstasy, both spewing out expletives in their own way, if you get my drift.
After a bit of cleaning up, they drive Unique back to her spot, where she links up with two of her stablemates. One of them, while not a semi of Unique's size, seemed kinda thick, and had a great exhaust, it seemed. Why the hell would they make a SUV with a semi-sized exhaust? John couldn't help but think that Sir Trick would love to sample a ride in that midsized SUV. But maybe after he let Rob get a sample of it first! LOL.
Come to think of it, John thought, its probable that Sir Trick had already sampled that particular model; after all, based on his archives, he doubts there are many out there with performance exhausts Trick hasn't seen or driven! Chuckling to himself, John decides he definitely will sample that intake manifold, and write a report on this fair site. Who knows? Maybe he'll be brave enough to get pics too!

Hey whats up with everyone? I figured I needed to post something on the board instead of lurking all the time. I hope this lives up to trick's standard of dreaming. Trick, you are the all time great in this section. Keep up the good work. Well let's get to my dream from earlier this week. So I'm dreaming about driving through DC at night just roaming when I spot this phatty on west virginia ave. I proceed to ask if she needs a ride and she happily obliges. She says her name is Rose and she wants to party. Well I figured I want to party too. Rose is a good looking woman for an older woman. I guess I'm a freak. LOL. I tproceed do the standard LE check. Arrests Curb Acts Only Temporarily

Deborah Shepard watches from her kitchen window as the prostitutes flirt, strut, flash and strike business deals along busy Eastern Avenue. On any given day, she sees three or four on the corner by her house, desperate for quick cash.
Sometimes, D.C. police show up, pushing the activity over to the Maryland side of the street, which forms the D.C.-Prince George's County line. But usually, Shepard said, she sees a scene of uninterrupted commerce, with johns circling in cars and prostitutes looking for opportunities. Farther up the street, the activity usually is the same, she said, with two or three prostitutes lingering day or night outside a liquor store.
The prostitution trade, long centered downtown, has increased in recent years in several neighborhoods across the city, police and residents said. Prostitutes often meet johns on street corners, at bus stops or outside convenience stores and fast-food restaurants. Then they head out to have sex in nearby alleys and parks or on quiet streets -- sometimes even back yards.
The Washington Post reviewed eight months of solicitation cases filed this year -- covering January through August -- and found pockets of trouble in the Brentwood, Deanwood and Trinidad areas of Northeast Washington, along Georgia Avenue NW and in the southernmost parts of the city. All told, police brought charges in more than 750 cases during that period.
Residents have been pressuring police to act, and authorities stepped up enforcement last summer.
Shepard, 44, has lived in the Fairmont Heights neighborhood in Maryland for two years. She said that she has seen an increase in prostitution and that it frightens and unnerves her as she walks to and from nearby Metro and bus stops.
"This is my line in the sand," she said. "I don't always feel safe. You should feel safe in your own neighborhood."
Robert Contee started a crackdown this year after taking over as commander of the city's 6th Police District, which includes neighborhoods along the border in Northeast and Southeast Washington. His officers patrol Eastern Avenue and other streets, monitor known prostitutes and their customers, and regularly conduct sting operations posing as prostitutes and johns.
On a typical weeknight, Contee said, about two dozen prostitutes are working along Eastern Avenue. There are more on weekends.
The police department divides the city into patrol service areas, or PSAs. From January through August, prosecutors pursued 138 solicitation cases in PSA 602, the Eastern Avenue area that includes Deanwood. The number of cases was larger than anywhere in the city except in the downtown and Logan Circle areas.
"If you're out there and prostituting, you are going to jail," Contee said during a recent weekend sting. "If you're a john and you're coming here for sex, you're going to jail. That's the bottom line."
Despite the tough talk, Contee acknowledged that the arrests seem to have only a slight impact on curbing prostitution, noting that there remains no shortage of people to arrest during monthly stings and weekly raids. If the problem did move at all this summer, he said, it was just into Maryland.
The commander plans to continue targeting the activities this fall -- and winter and next year. "It's like a bad cold," he said. "I wish it would go away, but it just won't."
In Brentwood, an area off New York Avenue, residents said they are more accustomed to the problem but still repelled by it.
"World's oldest profession," said Raymond Chandler, whose family has lived in the Northeast neighborhood for five generations. "Can't get rid of it."
Prostitution flares up about once every five years in that area, Chandler said, and now it's back in season. The only way to stop it, he said, is for neighbors to self-police and call 311 when they see activity pick up.
"We know who belongs to our community and who doesn't," said Chandler, a community activist.
Sgt. Mark Gilkey, a 25-year member of the citywide prostitution enforcement unit, said residential areas tend to draw drug-addicted, impoverished or homeless prostitutes who feel they have better chances of avoiding arrests and fines there.
Gilkey's unit has about a dozen officers. The number of police working on prostitution enforcement is difficult to pinpoint, he said, because various patrol commanders, including Contee, often assign officers to target certain blocks.
Some neighbors who live off Eastern Avenue said they have happened upon prostitutes and their customers in the act or awakened to find used condoms on their lawns. The prostitutes -- women and men, young and old -- are hard to miss, they said.
"They're everywhere," said Ajia Meux, 29, who owns a condominium in Deanwood.
A social worker, Meux said she knows that pushing prostitution out of her neighborhood is only part of the long-term answer. Larger, complicated social issues are involved, she said, including unemployment and drug and alcohol abuse. But nevertheless, she said, "no one wants sex workers in their neighborhoods. I don't want them in my neighborhood."
Others said police should try a different approach if they hope to end the cycle. Darby Hickey works for Different Avenues, a nonprofit group that advocates for the rights of marginalized individuals, including prostitutes, whom she refers to as "sex workers." She has been surveying them about the effects of police enforcement.
The results are confirming what Hickey had heard anecdotally: Being arrested for prostitution often means they are harassed and embarrassed by police, forced into further debt by fines, booked in jails far from their homes or other jobs, and left with police records that make finding employment even more difficult. And many become victims themselves.
"You wouldn't believe the number of stories that we hear about people being raped, assaulted or robbed," Hickey said. "They never go to the police, because they are afraid they will get arrested or the police will have the attitude, 'You're a sex worker. You got what you deserve.' "
D.C. police and prosecutors said they have targeted johns and prostitutes equally, and a review of a recent sample of cases reflected a fairly even balance. Penalties are the same for buying or selling sex. The maximum for a first offense is 90 days in jail and a $500 fine. Those with three or more arrests face up to 180 days in jail and $1,000 fines.
Prosecutors often recommend diversion programs, said Lisa Greene, acting chief of the U.S. attorney's office's misdemeanor trial section. Johns with no record of recent violent convictions can pay $300 to attend "John School," a day full of lectures about sex addictions and the negative effects of patronizing prostitutes from psychologists, police officers, former prostitutes, health professionals, prosecutors and neighbors. The johns also have the opportunity to be tested for HIV. The classes, held once a month, typically have 40 to 50 participants.
Profits finance an early intervention class and a treatment program for arrested prostitutes, and successful completion of classes can lead to the cases being dismissed. Andray Blatche, a member of the Washington Wizards basketball team, recently agreed to attend the day-long seminar after police arrested him this summer; if he successfully completes it, his case will be dropped.
"Generally, we recognize that something's driving this and recommend sentences that fit that," Greene said. "If someone has an addiction, we can't ignore that. But if someone's in for their ninth time, we're going to be more stringent."
Meanwhile, the police keep responding to neighborhood pressures, with mixed results.
Last spring, residents of the Eastern Plaza condominium complex in the Deanwood area off Eastern Avenue were unnerved by the handful of prostitutes who would gather in front of the community, sitting on ledges and leaning up against walls, said Sherrie Lawson, the condo association's president.
Then one resident, a police officer in another district, offered to bring her cruiser home at night and park it in front of the building.
Overnight, the display of bare legs and excess cleavage disappeared from the immediate area.
Now the street workers congregate on the nearest corner.
"They aren't gone," Lawson said. "They just moved."

So I was in DC on business last night, hanging out with a couple of clients getting as much young beautiful black, spanish, and white chicks as I can (I love DC it is a melting pot). The only problem was that they could not accommodate what I was looking for in the time provided. So we loaded up and decided to hit a DC nightspot. I saw 1 wsw that didn't look too impressive and that was it.
Continued down to K St and saw on TS/TV out (YUCK!). So I continued to monger..... Got to NY Ave and saw a hsw pop out from behind a tree and wave. I drove about 6 blocks and made a U and I was coming back I saw her talking to another monger he chatted with her for a min and cut her loose. I pulled up to a no-tell where she was standing near and pretended I was using my phone incase LEO was around. SHe approached the car door I noticed that she wasn't that cute and had a tatoo on her left neck some sort of writing in red ink. I ask if she needs a ride and she says yes.
SHe hops in and I have second thought this chick is geeking, but just mildly we negotiate and she tells me .4 I tell her .2. She says I usally get 50. I say letds meet half way .25 (LOL) she agrees. I dreamed that I was headed home walking from a friend's house late in evening/early morning and I happened to notice a woman walking down the street, she kept staring at me so I finally decided to wave her over. She asked me for a cigarette and said she was hungry and asked if I had any food. I said that I might have some and so we walked over to my vehicle where I had some food left over from earlier in the day. I asked her what she wanted for a full course meal and she said. 4, yes, . 4 for everything in a full course meal. Started out with an appetizer, CBBJ and then proceeded to doggy and then the dessert came in the form of her riding my hotdog until it was all gone. Several nighta ago I could not get to sleep so I crept out of the house and took a ride over to the Rhode Island area and heard somoene call me from a doorway. I looked over there and could only see teeth and eyeballs and was happy to see I had found the real black I was wanting!

I didn't know this place still exsisted. Good point, Motorback; I won't disagree. My advice, when using CL (or any other service) for outcall to hotels near an airport, is to tell the girl that you're looking to take some erotic photos for your collection. Nothing illegal about that. After she arrives...IF she arrives...and you've had an opportunity to feel her out (so to speak), you can negotiate other things. A female LEO won't be removing her clothing in a hotel room with a perv photographer. This will help weed out the ULEO stings.

After many long weeks of learning and mastering the skills i need to start mongering properly, I went on my first recon today and scouted out almost all the loops in the city.

4.) Went down Florida Ave. and im pretty sure i saw a BSW at Florida Ave. & Trinidad NE, 1200 Block. Took a U but didnt get back in time.

I was in town from 10-5 to 10-15-07. I was not able to get out as much as I would have liked due to not having a car,but these are the areas that I was able to reach: In SE, There is a area on Minnesota Av.that had some activity-it is surounded by Q St,19th St,S St and 16th St. R St from Minnesota to 17th (1 block),17th Pl bet R St and Q sts and 18th St from Minnesota to Q st were the areas that I saw BSW's in. There were some on Minnesota between 16th to 19th as well. Met Jaie,BSW,45 yrs old on the 10th of the month at Minnesota and 18th St. Went to her place on 19th St and after checking to make sure all was OK,did the deed for $20. Was pressed for time and couldn't take advantage of an AMP (plus had blow $.2 at a NoVA AMP on Monday). Drove down to the area around the Budget Motel on New York (across from the 'Presidents' motel), where I have had success in the past. The hotel parking lot was dead, but continued on to the gas station on the corner (NY and VA) and found 3 BSWs and one WSW. Two of the BSWs were semi-decent, but I was a little too subtle in my approach -- filling up the tank and trying to wave them over. One got picked up and the other decent one disappeared when a cop pulled into the station. The WSW could have cleaned up well but was just filthy. I am sure this spot presents only the dregs of DC's SWs but I have not found any place else in the City reliable during the day.

Was in DC for Thanksgiving, and decided to check out the DC SW scene. Tired of the family stuff, and went out on Saturday night to check it out.
Wow, maybe I was looking in the wrong places, but didn't find anything. Hard to believe for a big city (I'm from mid-size city in the South). Went down 7th, 9th, and 11th street from around New York ave to Rhode Island Ave (I think it was those streets), but didn't find anything at all. Went down L & K, but nothing. It was from around 7ish to 10ish.
Ended up at a couple strip clubs (Louise's and the one on Conn.), then on to the AMP's. Any "outside private meetings" in those strip clubs.
AMP's are great in DC, and seems like that's the thing to do in DC. I think I missed the SW areas, so where are the women at!
Anyway, just kind of curious. Is the SW scene that good at all, or maybe I'll just stick to the AMP when in DC?

Willis you were out too early for the K&L loop. I haven't been out looping it in ages, but, things usually don't start heating up until around midnight. Strolls in NE or SE have action 24hrs, but those strolls/neighborhoods are probably best for the locals.
7th, 9th, and 11th streets NW between NY and RI have no action. Back in the day you could find a jockey or two on 11th, but not anymore I'm guessing. K&L between 13th and 16th is the general loop, after midnight, or at least after 11pm.

I looked this up (I'll admit I was lazy & I satisfied myself with few-year-old data) and it seems that the per capita police force in DC is by far the largest among US cities, just as you would suspect when driving around late at night and seeing the incredible number of police cars. How's everyone?
I came by this board by accident and how lucky I am for that. Was doing a search for places in MoCo known for SW and here I am. I am fairly new to the hobby. Recently been scowering the CL pages for some good sloppy head but quickly learned these ladies think a dress and some makeup makes them a "upscale escort". Any head with a cover and not completed in the mouth, to me, is nothing but foreplay to something else. My names Willy and I'm a head lover. I just can't get enough! Anyway. I reside out here in Rockville area and as stated, things have dried up considerably. Of course the main place was Lincoln park, but down goes the apartment section and up goes the new overpriced town homes. Then there was west deer park in Gaithersburg. Again out goes the apartments which there preparing to tear down now and replace with town homes. I think. I know there is probably a small spot in Wheaton though I haven't found it yet. Sometimes, I come across a straggler in silver spring along 16th street near the 7-eleven. Dc is the prime place for action though slow right now, but I dislike the main streets due to all the the traffic, speaking in terms of people. I try to do my thing without the eyes following my moves. Back street action is more my speed. So sometime I travel up to 198 in laurel and 175 near the crazy rays, But yes. Keeping in eye out for jumpout is a job in itself. I won't ask about locations of success. I will ask about prime times to go out mongering for that good stuff. I've been hitting the road around 12:30 or 1. Should I hit the st earlier? I am researching the threads for md, dc, and va and will continue to due so. I hope to make some new buds here and learn a few things. Knowledge is power and you can never know enough.

The cold doesn't help, but things have been pretty dead when I was out last weekend. RI was dead. The usual K/L loop was empty. NY Ave didn't yield anything either.
Finally had some luck last Sunday night on K in the 4th/5th vicinity of NW with a BSW. Don't recall her name, but she was probably in her mid thirties. I would be Vacationing in DC every year spending a Flood of Bucks inside the beltway and outside. But since the so called crack down I haven't been back.
If the District would only realize how much money the area makes from Men Mongering in the area, along with the Open Strip Clubs, added to the rest of the tourist attractions.
If I had a choice between choosing going to a city that lets the SW's alone, and in check, then I would spend my money there.
I like to go to DC, but I dislike the SW hassles from LE.

Saturday night...
Its about 3am and the kid is on the prowl... The kid searches his normal spots and eventually finds himself on the loop again... I've been out of the loop for a while, and had always stuck to the AMP scene with some forays into the CL/Eros/Chatline angle, but recently popped my SW cherry. That report will be in the B-more thread soon, but last night (really this morning) I had visions in the District.
As many have reported, the loop is less loop-like, even for winter time, with at least 25 to 30 loopers per lady. I saw on multiple occasion a line of cars with only one girl left to choose the lucky winner.

Took a spin earlier tonight and found myself down in the NY Ave around 9:45pm. I hadn't been down that way at night for a while now, and didn't know what to expect. I am new to the site but not new to the game. It's been great catching up reading the forum and realizing that many others have a similar hunter mentality. I went on the hunt last night to see that the results came up very empty. I was not even able to offer a ride. Closes I got was a fellow monger beating me to the punch. What a horrible nightmare. Have you ever had a 3-4 hours dream and felt like no sleep was accomplish! I hope the serotonin level is very in the next dream. Hit the loop around 3am Sunday morning, on my first pass it was empty. No le or SW's. Ran out Ny ave and wv ave also empty. Decided to hit Rhode Island. Not a soul to be found. Came back to the loop and found the usual BSW at 11th and K st. There was one WSW standing at the corner of vermont and K for quite a while she was kinda in front of citi bank but would not really approach cars. She waved to me but I didn't get a good feeling so I passed. Found Sky/Destiny and heather/Ginger out and about walking around. Then around 5am found 2 WSW's on k st. Near vermont. One was a short brunette and the other was a short red haired girl. The brunette said the redhead was a virgin to the track and she was teaching her. I went to get cash and they were gone when I came back. Maybe next time.

Drove around NY ave late evening. Saw a BSW on Texaco. Pulled over to get some gas. When I got there she was talking to to another guy in another car. I filled up my tank and they were still talking, aparently negotioting. As I was getting ready to move on, I saw the BSW walk over the passenger side--figured they got a deal. Then it appears she is just standing by the passenger side, on a second glance she is nowhere to be found. Next think le patrol car pulls in front, and at least one more unmarked car pulls behind. Between 6-8 officers come out. Felt bad for the guy. I have never picke up a SW, but have been curious. Very sobering experience. It seems so out of proportion, when considering there are much worst crimes to worry about. As with other posters, I guess, offer the SW a ride, if she wants to talk first, just move on.

Thursday morning around 1:50am I decided to hit the loop. Not a soul out not even the girls who are usually at 12th and k. The kid has been real busy the past couple weeks with work and all... No real time for serious monger dreams... Fortunately, the kid's job put him right on Georgia Ave and Otis... Long before I discovered USASG, I used to travel unbeaten paths in different areas on the NW side. One area happens to be near the Florida Ave Grill, and has since been under gentrification for a few years.

Hit the streets again last night. As I hit DC on RI, I saw a BSW walking towards me at the first roundabout. Did a fast loop around the roundabout and paused for the scoop. When she leaned in the window, my radar started to sound the alarm, but then she quickly opened the door and got in. She was probably telling the truth, because I heard a male voice as she got out, and she was yelling at him to open the door or something. Ended up with a BBBJ from another one off 3rd NE.
Although I do tend to see more mongers than SW's of late, diligence and a practiced eye does pay off, it seems.

Went out around 3am today hit the loop found 1 mpd wagon sitting on L street on the Washington Post building side facing tbwnn did not move for a solid 2 hours, I was afraid to drive by but he was probably sleeping. Checked around 12th and k nothing headed up rhode island ave which, There was about 10 le cruisers just driving up and down. Then cruised over to NY ave. and WVA ave with no luck. Had to be at work at 6 so I called it a night.
Guys and SW action during the day? What time of night does the k/14 area kick in?
