As long as there was nothing specific in the text and it is a virtual number you use, I wouldn't worry about it. This is just an initiative to combat trafficking by scaring people.

The first time I got a call and text I was legit worried but then I figured it out. An "inspector" will some times call etc. It is a a scam and just ignore it. Nobody is coming for your knees.

The specific person I was texting seemed fake anyway and didn't know what to say I the text you could tell. So I ended it. But this was weeks ago, and then this text, recently.
