Clemson Police Charge Two In Craigslist Prostitution Bust

Published: November 10, 2008


Clemson police bust two upstate women charging them with prostitution.

Investigators say they obtained information off the internet site, craigslist.com that showed the two available for erotic services in the Clemson area.

An undercover operation at a local business resulted in the arrest of:
Megan Veronica Hayes of Easley and Dimitra Seas of Greenville.

Again both are charged with prostitution and were released on $1000 bond.

Just last week we told you how South Carolina is one of 40 states cracking down on prostitution, through the popular craigslist site. That site, lists erotic services in our area.

Investigators aren’t releasing the name of the business.
