I agree with this. I have to add one more thing- I always watch how a girl dances on stage before I commit to a lap dance. If she is boring on stage, high probability of a poor lap dance.


It's so important to be smart at the strip club if your going to have fun and stay within budget. Whether your budget is $100 or $1000 a night you need to be smart. I usually bring my maximum planed spending money ($200-$300) and have a plan of where to get more money if needed (a near by gas station atm or bank branch). You want to avoid using an atm in the club, high fees and slight risk of fraud. A lot of times I will still walk with a lot of money in my wallet, I only spend money on the girls I like and under my terms.

I usually never agree to do a lap dance with a girl who asks for one right away. Your the one with the money so you have the control. I always talk to the girls for awhile and tip them some before doing a dance. You should see the dancer naked or mostly naked to see her full body before doing a dance. By sitting with a dancer and tipping her dollars you should be able to determine if she will let you touch her breasts and ass in a lap dance, which is common practice for an experience strip club patron. No extra tipping is neccessary for this activity. Avoid agreeing for multiple dances up front, keep it on a dance by dance basis to keep the dancer honest and aggressive.

When a dancer asks for a drink, you should poltely ask what kind of drink she wants and it's price (or at least approx price). I have had a dancer ask for a drink and all of a sudden she's ordering the most expensive drink AND a shot and a chaser for her shot. Even if a dancer try's this on you. You can still walk and not pay the drink (s) cost (I have done this before).

A lot of girls in upper establishment places really like to push the VIP / Champaing room, usually at a high cost. Your not going to another country by going to the VIP room, so why can't these promised things be done in the lap dance area? The VIP room should only be considered if the cost would be less than the same amount of time in lap dances or you have very reliable sources to verify that certain promises (extras) will happen only in VIP room. Generally. 95%of the time you want to stick to lap dances and be aware of 2-1 deals or other multi dance discounts.

As a final note, lots of clubs take a decent size cut 25-50% out of lap dance prices and VIP room prices. I have a club in Milwaukee where a lap dance costs $20 and the dancer gets $13 but a table dance costs $10 and the dancer keeps all $10. The only difference is the privacy of the lap dance area, so with girls I know I do the $10 table dances and I get more dances for my money and in the end the girls get more money.

From everyone's post, it seems that everyone can agree that going to the VIP is retarded. You can probably get as much action from a table dance versus the VIP unless you want to pay 3-8 benji's (or maybe even more) if the dancer is willing to do more which is no guarantee. Take out will obviously take time and a lot of patience but way overpriced unless you find a diamond in the rough. And there is also no guarantee you will find take out either.

Either way, table dances with mileage (mileage in pertaining to dancing) are the way to go in Vegas and to expect just that.

Anyone know the deal with Hush? It's on Industrial in the same shopping center as the Can Can Room. I assumed it was a typical swingers club, but I was enticed into a free tour by three girls working there who got EXTREMELY "friendly" once I got in the door. Anyway, without going into to details, the offers made seemed way to good to be true, and there was always at least one or two shady looking dudes lurking around. I declined because something seemed off about the place. I couldn't decide if I was about to be robbed or arrested. Anyone have any more intel on this place? I'm curious. I've lived in Vegas for over 30 years. I, like Craven, used to on occasion, visit both Crazy Horse 1 & 2, et al. And, without blowing a ton of money, have a relatively good time. In the old days, some of the "dancers" were *talented entertainers. (I still remember seeing one sexy girl at the original Crazy Horse who was a magician. Never have I seen anyone who could pull a rabbit out of a hat so entertainingly!)

These days I just don't "get" the strip club scene in Vegas any more. They are hugely overpriced (as is everything else in Vegas). And they simply no longer interest me. Sure, they are OK for the tourists (it's the "ya got to do a SC while you're in Vegas" syndrome) but they, like the Strip casinos, are not for me (a local).

Sure, there are some absolutely GORGEOUS women who work in them. But these women have NO interest in anything but extracting as many $$ from you as possible. They don't want to get to know you or be your "friend" or do / be anything else where your fantasies (drunken or otherwise) may take you. They want your money. Period.

In my profession of the last 10 years I've had numerous occasions to "meet" a number of strippers. While there are exceptions, my impression is that most do not like men. They USE men.

And, BTW, when it comes to tipping they are very, very cheap!

I was talking with a waitress last week, the smaller clubs are going to try to go after the Taxi scams again. She said some bigger SC are paying up to $75 a head to drivers. So 4-5 guys split a cab, the club may payout $400+. So you know the hustle is going to be heavy and the returns nil.

My 20 years of Vegas & Denver experience is that there's much more selection and better mileage in Vegas. Also, the strippers are always about the money. Always have been. The cab "scam" is to our advantage. If you hop in a cab to go to a strip club, tell the bellman and cabbie you are going to some casino or restaurant. Wait until you're rolling, then tell the cabbie where you're really going, and ask for a free ride and / or free passes. When the kickbacks are in play this works about 75% of the time.

Also any places where you can have a pull while the girl dances or similar or maybe where the girl will pull you? Not a complete necessity but it's good to know.

You know that the club is not going to eat that cost so it has to be passed on to someone and that is the customer, hence the over priced cover charges.

Denver: PT's on Evans and Santa Fe on Friday and Saturday nights. Its two clubs in one, half topless and half all nude; it also has a public full sized dance floor like any nightclub.

On weekends it's 'swinger's nights' full of couples looking to hookup, and any female can dance topless on the main dance floor (not a stage. It's a real dance floor just for the public) and keep her tips. I've 'scored' many times there, with the price of a motel room the only expense incurred.

Taxi scams: yup, the kickbacks to cabbies from some clubs, and cabbies tendency to steer unwary tourists to clubs providing kickbacks, rather than what the tourist may have actually asked for or expected.

Claims to be a swingers club but you will never see more than a couple very confused swingers in there at time. If you do go there with a lady then you both can use a booth free of charge if you want a little privacy but if you go in as a single guy and happen to find a lady that is interested in you, oh, lets say one of the "working girls" there, then it will cost you $$ to rent a room the size of a phone booth and then the girl will hit you up for more $ for her time.

They don't serve alcohol but most people that go there sneak in their own. Its more of a don't ask don't tell as long as you are buying their greatly over priced soda to put your own alcohol in.

The owners brother is a Sheriff or something so he gets away with a lot.

If a swing club is what you are looking for I suggest The Red Rooster or if you want something a little more classy search for Kasidie. Just keep in mind that with higher class comes a higher price. Kasidie parties are the best in town!

Mac. I won't relate what little Darling used to do as I don't know if it may or may not still be their "policy."

I hadn't had an occasion to be in LD's for several years until a few days ago. On the wall behind the cashier is a sign stating their policy. It reads something like this: 'Alcohol is not allowed. If you are observed consuming alcohol you will be asked to leave. '

"Observed" may be the operative word.

BTW I don't know what, if any, changes in ownership / management LD's has undergone in the past number of years. My impression from my recent, brief observation is that the club as well as it's clientele are considerably more "rough around the edges" than in the past.

I wandered in there on two different afternoons while hanging out on Freemont and there was not much activity going on. I think this club would have trouble surviving if it was in a different location in Vegas because nobody in their right mind would spend a night there when there are other strip clubs around. I got up and tipped the dancers that were on stage, I may just have been the only person getting up to tip them. There was a young, early 20's girl with a nice, girl-next-door appeal dancing on stage, and after she was done she came and sat with me for a while. She was from Illinois, and had lived in Vegas for a couple of years. I do not recall her name.

Eventually she asked if I wanted a private dance. I had asked the waitress who brought me drinks for a quick rundown of the private dance menu and prices. I took the 3 songs for 100 dollars option. She gave an okay performance, she had a nice body and rack. I went back and sat down and then was harassed by an older, aggressive blonde with a huge rack. She kept pestering me for a private dance and just hung around asking for a tip although I had made it clear I was not interested. This was the best club for mileage that I went to in Vegas. I made two late night trips to SR; I did not get there until after 2 am on both nights. The place was crowded, a lot of customers but a lot of dancers too. There was a $20 cover, and the bouncers run over you with a metal detector. -There are occasional fights among the pimps over the dancers inside the club, which explained the metal detectors. She told me there had once been a shootout among pimps in the parking lot.

- A lot of the women are forced to stay at the club because they don't have cars, since their pimps refuse to drive them home until they have made enough money. She told me that some dancers are forced to stay at the club for as long as 18 hours to make enough money to cover the house fee of 125 bucks (for the night shift) and enough money to take home.

- Some pimps prohibit their girls from giving private dances to black men customers; for fear that they may be pimps trying to lure them away. I am a black man myself, and realized she was right as I was hardly approached by other dancers at the Spearmint in the time she left me alone. I told her I did not mind, as it was their loss and her gain. Then again, the only time she left me alone was when she went to the bathroom on the two separate days I was there. I did encourage her to circulate if she wished to make more money, but she said she preferred to sit with me.

- SOME of the girls are offering takeout to make ends meet. I did not ask who as I was not looking.

As far as your observations and views on the pimps I think its more common then one would expect. I used to be a common customer at Cheetahs while they had a manager named "Ski". I heard he was "in bed" with alot of pimps who frequented the place. Cheetahs was packed almost every night and a really fun place to hang out and take your pick of beautiful women. Ski eventually got fired for his little "side business" and most pimps apparently took their business elsewhere. Cheetahs has never been the same. Went 2 weeks ago just out of curiosity and the place was a shadow of what it used to be.

It's still my favorite strip club if I'm not looking for extras in the back (and other than a dry hump you won't get them at SR, because there are cameras all over every VIP room). Re: takeout, as I've posted many times in this thread, many girls at SR offer takeout. They've just got to be comfortable enough with you to do it and you have to be willing to pay what they want. Usually girls won't offer takeout the first time I've gotten dances from them, but most are willing to give you digits (I usually say I want them just to check when they're working next, and then work from that angle). That said, all of the best "business" relationships I've had with girls (at least in the US) were all girls I initially met at SR. If you're willing to put in the effort and the money it pays big dividends.

Finally, paying for VIP doesn't give you the right to do ANYTHING. So you're definitely not naive to think going to VIP doesn't mean you just go finger the girl. Had a great time at the OG in January during the NFL playoffs. Thursday Night not very crowded nice selection of girls, Russian, American, Asian. Sadly not latinas.

Just to clarify, the individual who had whipped his dick out in the VIP room was the same one who tried to finger the dancer, definitely not me. If anything, the dancers who gave me private dances in Vegas complained that I was not touching them enough.

My final strip club report. I made one trip to Treasure's when I was in Vegas last month. I think more than any other club, they trumpet the free pickup. They picked me up on the strip. The limo driver said that cab drivers in Vegas will take advantage of a tourist by taking the longest possible route to a strip club, thus the need for limos. Entrance was free (or reduced) , I believe, and the taxi drivers do work on tips.

Treasure's was quite a bit smaller than Spearmint Rhino, and subsequently had fewer dancers. I sat down and checked out the scene. I actually did not plan to stay long, just wanted to end my night. It was probably after 3am at this time and the number of customers as well as dancers was diminishing. I learnt that they close at 6 am. One very hot, petite Asian woman came and asked if she could sit with me and I said yes. She sat down on my lap and we started talking. She was a military brat, Thai (or Filipino, I forget) and had lived in several places and countries. She lived full time in NY and flew to Vegas a few times a year to work, she did not tell me how often, though. Her name was a very generic 'Asia'

She asked me if I wanted a VIP dance, and I said yes. I took the 3 songs for 100 bucks option. There is a 2 drink minimum in the VIP room, though. It was a bit of a surprise but no big deal. She was quite a dancer, though she probably weighed no more than 110 lbs and had small but perky natural boobs. The mileage in the VIP room was just as good as Spearmint, at least with this dancer it was.

Listening to the limo drivers and others you would think the cabbies try to long haul you through Reno to go from TI to the Mirage. Sure, some of them will try to screw you but for the love of all things pink, take 10 minutes and look at a map of Vegas so you know your general area. It just isn't that big of a town especially when you narrow it down to the strip and strip club areas. I mean, the free limos and cover are good deals but damn, there is no need to have a debilitating cab-o-phobia if you know even a modest amount of the Vegas geography.

It's very common. The pimp sets them up in a house (sometimes sharing it with another girl). Helps her get a car. Might pay for a boob job. In return, she works it off. She'll have a quota of money for a week or month, and if she doesn't make it, it's bad. In some cases the 'business manager, ' so to speak, gets all cash and gives the girl an allowance. If you see girls who work all the freaking time, good chance they have a pimp. There are entire crews of six or seven girls who work together at various clubs all under the same dude. Some clubs have multiple networks of girls working under different guys. Why on earth would a girl go for it? Because they don't have to wait for the material benefits of dancing, the car, house, etc. Because they lack patience. Because they're just not so brainy. 13 girls got busted at DeJa Vu on the 20th for solicitation and 18 got busted at OG around the same time. There was a couple of other clubs but I don't remember which ones. I think SR and Sapphires but not 100% sure on that.

For the girls solicitation could be anything as little as touching, excessive grinding, boobs in the face, taking or giving a phone number or basicly anything the cops want to concider solicitation. The task force is not busting the girls on the spot like they use to. They get lots of dances then come back with a long list of names then fill the vans with strippers. The funny thing is, they do nothing to the clubs managers that know and encourge the girls to do what they do and even charge the girls to let them do it.

It makes me wonder if this has anything to do with the class action lawsuit the girls have against many of these clubs. The clubs are hiring so many girls that there is not enough money to go around so many of the girls are not even making federaly mandated minimum wage. There is a hearing in April but I wouldn't be surprised if all of the girls involved in the class action lawsuit are in jail for solicitation.

Friday. Tried Sapphire. This place is a soulless stripmart, many bulky girls in bulk, and the hustle here is fierce to desperate. Lots of unhappy women, lots of men distracted. Doing the math on the abuse to their net worth this place imposes. We give it a couple of hours, then left in disgust, headed to SR. Very busy, but still great selection and good vibe. Another great visit with CJ, Cher was off for the night.

Whatever SR is doing right, the other clubs need to take a hint and change their game. Could just be a cycle they can't avoid, but SR is the new winner.

Bob#1 Beware of cab drivers. Do not trust them. They will try to take you to another club, where they get the largest payoff when they drop you off. Be sure to specify exactly where you want to go then negotiate a fixed price. He is going to collect a large fee from the club so the fare from you should be insignificant.

#2 Call the club ahead of time and put your name on the VIP list. Then ask the club to send a cab or driver to pick you up at your hotel. The club should cover the cost. When you call, discuss the price for cover charge for entering the club. If they like you they might waive the charge. They want your business and they will work with you. If you are travelling with other guys be sure to take them with you. The club wants all the guys you can bring to spend money in the club.

I am sorry I cannot recommend specific clubs but this should help you where every you go.

I stopped by around 8 on a weekday eveing. It was a challenge finding the place. Had a coupon (go to their website) for free admission and a drink. There was nobody in the place. Had to wait to get the drink because nobody was at the bar. When they realized there was a customer, people started milling about and dancers went to the stage. My own personal strip club.

After a few dances (mixed quality) I walked over to one who was talking with other at the bar and asked about a private dance. They essentially have two locations. One is out in the open. The other down a corrider but still a bit open and much more expensive. I asked and was told the action at the more expensive location is no hotter than the other. So I paid $20 for the less private lap dance. In a way it was private, there were no other customers.

I was a tourist. In different locations around the country, there are different expectectation. Heck some states do not even allow nude anything. The dance I got was totally nude and high friction. I wonder if my pants spell like cooch when it was done? Certainly better than what I have had in most other places, but maybe that is just the norm for vegas.

I didn't stay long, probably less than an hour. As I was leaving, it appeared a number of additional girls were arriving. So I guess the action picks up later.

Visited on a Thursday night 8pm no cover charge and domestic beer was $1. 50, they had well drink specials as well. The club is a little bit of a drive and I assume a taxi would be more then a night of drinking, They offer a shuttle.

The price of the drinks are the best part of the place and they say they are the best place for bachelor parties. Its topless and the girls for the most part were 4 to 5, but friendly. Just stay away from the VIP room and the girls that insist you buy the drinks because they give better dances. They don't they just have a harder time standing up.

The dances are 20 for standard 3 for 100 in VIP plus a 5 tip to the door man, they will offer more expensive packages but even the trip to VIP wasn't worth in so spending more would even be worse. The cheap drinks made it work out just don't expect the level of clubs near the strip nor the cost.

Happened on a little club on Flamingo right across the street from the hotel I was staying at last Tuesday. I didn't expect much but it was walkable so why not. It's really tiny but I had a great time. I had dances from three different girls and all were high mileage. $20 / dance and worth every cent. Hit up Showgirl Video on the north end of the strip over the weekend. I went on Friday afternoon at about 3:30pm. The place is a bit seedy but not quite as bad as I had imagined from the descriptions I've read.
