But the price and consistent service in Dallas makes it hard to beat. Now I try to find opportunities to travel to Dallas at least twice a year.
(However I do have a Philadelphia trip planned for late 2017, so that will be nice, too.).

Report after report and review after review are testimony that they are perfectly safe. If you are nervous about them, then maybe the hobby isn't for you.
Also, those two quotes were directed at different people asking different questions. The first guy asked for recommendations, then complained that no one responded -- even though people had. The second guy asked about safety and I asked what he was worried about. He also asked where to get a body rub, even though the entire thread is for places that give body rubs.
