I don't ask for anything, haven't paid my dues but I can state that with all the data provided here, it's quite easy to recon and score. Minimal effort, really.

Greetings gents, has anyone come across a girl named Zoey lately? I have known her for years, since she was living on eastside & working P. and Conkling. I encountered her by chance while working in Curtis Bay last summer. She gave me cell and address on Spruce st. But I have not been able to contact her and have lost track of her, does anybody have any info on what happened to her?

One of those "seniors" texted her several times around 3 AM the other morning, waking her up. She finally gave up and answered and agreed to meet him. They agreed on a cost and what was going to happen. When they got to Tim's he decided to only pay half up front, and wanted more than what they agreed on before he would give her they other half afterward.
I agree that with a girl you don't know that you find on the street that you never pay the whole amount up front. But this girl is known to many, has been recommended by many and is certainly not known as a rip-off girl. She is known as an easy-going girl who is a very good provider. In a case like this it's not necessary to withhold payment. Plus, when you agree on what she will provide you definitely shouldn't withhold payment and at the same time decide you want more than the two of you agreed but still for the same price.
Although she told me who it was I am considering the idea to just stop being so generous with anyone. This isn't the first time that a guy who got a number from me did something like this but it may be the last.Go figure? We have brand spankin newbies asking to get hooked up and then apparently trusted seniors who abuse the ladies. Is it any wonder why good intel is hard to come by?

Its unfortunate that there may be some jerks in here, senior or not. But that's no reason not to help newbies. You were all newbies once. It thought the purpose of this site is to share experiences and help each other pursue our hobby safely. So once again I refer to my "flamed" post in asking for some #'s. I am sure that some of the guys on here will not understand what I am about to say, but just because I use words like monger and I am not going to invite any of these girls home for dinner or fall in love with them, there is still a certain basic amount of honor and decency that guys should use even if it is just business. CLS, you have to make the right decision that you feel comfortable with and I am certainly not going to fault you if you decide to keep information to yourself.

But to see this problem as something that only affects this site is IMHO, blind. For every 5 jerks who actually misuse the intel, there are probably 95 guys who behave like "honorable" mongers. Using and abusing others for selfish reasons is not a distinctively "monger" or for that matter a male trait, it is a human trait which most humans are able to resist. Just my observation, but it's no different at work or in your neighborhood in that there always seems to be about 5% jerks that muck it up for everyone else.
So I'm wondering if the same sort of thing that is done in other social arenas would work here. When these guys are identified, and you need to be certain, start isolating them. Share no information, don't respond to PMs, don't comment on their posts unless it's a brief dismissive comment like "RUBBISH" or BS. Can we close ranks and stop these jerks by excluding them without changing the tenor of this forum?

UncleI've read every post dating from the beginning of 2013 and yes, I've noticed a change in direction and tone of the forum. What began as information and experience sharing has turned into grandstanding and boasting. I thought the spirit of it was to support one another and to promote safe practices to help each other avoid LE and ripoffs. Its should go without saying that a true monger appreciates being treated well by these girls and we reciprocate the treatment. I read an earlier post that expressed. The point that these girls are people and shouldn't be judged or looked down on as without them this forum wouldn't exist. There are crappy providers and mongers but I think people who live the lifestyle, on both ends of the exchange get some enjoyment when they don't seek to exploit the other. Sorry for the rant but that's my take. I look forward to sitting back and reading post about experiences again and will wait until I'm known a little bit more and learn a few things before I reach out to seniors again. That's my two cents.

I was strolling the loop last nite. Right around the W / W circle I picked up Amber. She said she was 25, hair pulled back about a 5 on SW scale. But I was needing release. We did the check and headed out of town. She complained about the shoes her girlfriend loaned her that they smelled really bad. I had to put the window down. I'm not sure which Jen you're reporting on, but here's my two cents: The one we refer to as "bolt on Jen" has been conspicuously absent, but I spotted her around town all afternoon, both on Patapsco and on Fairhaven. I'm not sure if she's working though. It didn't look like it. The other Jen I know from B / CB is the one with a nice rack and, a while back, granny glasses. She has moved across the Chesapeake.

Yes, Jackii is definitely a cool girl. I met her when she first came around Wilkens Ave. about two and a half years ago. And, as NiteTimer said, she has dealt with a lot since then. But she still has her nice personality and is trying to get things back on track. She came by this morning for a little while. Even though she was clearly not feeling well, she is a trooper and got things done. I offered to let her go to the pharmacy first but she insisted on doing what she came here for. I remember when I first joined this site not too long ago, it was like my eyes opened to a whole new world. I saw others who enjoys our hobby. I know we are out there before I discovered this site, but it great to see read other people's experience as well as share mine. Finally made it back to the city last weekend. Got into Baltimore on Saturday afternoon first I was looking for Holley, the one that was written about here earlier and has the video on CCP Tube, Holley on Conklin. Nah. Any car, truck or van can be used as undercover. Doesn't need any sort of emergency lights or anything. Baltimore City and County police have been know to drive an occasional rental car doing undercover work.I've even seen uncle Leo with out of state tags.

There has been very heavy construction road work on Dundalk Ave for about 3 weeks now. RpLast Friday I was driving through that area and Le was out in force. I drove down Wilkins and did the loop about 3 times. I noticed another monger cruising the area making loops also. I decided to stop looping and park and see if any SW had gone in to D's place and were sitting on couch. Before I could make my turn on to Wilkins Le put on the flashing lights and pulled the blue SUV over. The guy didn't have anyone in his vehicle, I guess he just made the loop one to may times for them so they pulled him over. I parked my vehicle and walked up to D's and noticed a squad car pulled down to the end of the street so he had a perfect view of D's front door. I walked up anyway but talked to guys outside his place for a few minutes to make it seem like I was just hanging out. I went in after a few minutes and there was a WSW sitting on the couch. I did my thing with her then left the area. Never seen it that bad. On my way out I saw WSW Big Tit Shannon walking up Carey. I didn't have to nerve to stop and get her # though.

From what I can tell from reading the forum over the past few years, there are only a few cities left where there's any action to speak of. Baltimore is one of them. The others are Philly, Flint MI, Columbus and Dayton OH. And maybe some parts of FL. Really, that's about it. I live on the west coast, and the stroll zones from the Bay area to the border in this most liberal state were shut down here by le long ago.
Now, i see from the forum, le is hitting Columbus and Dayton hard. And also Baltimore.

Was told by A WSW that is well known on this board about 3 UC female LE working the circle on wilkins. One is a oriental with long black hair. The 2nd is a blond that wares her hair up in a bun. I think this is all a reaction to the new police Chief, and the sudden spike in violent crime. If they can show more arrests of any sort it changes the statistics to look better.

I've said before that just a few years ago Wilkens Ave. in the area of what was then known as the Pop Shop and then Dunkin' Donuts, then Mama's Kitchen, and maybe a few other names that I've forgotten was like a SW buffet. All you had to do was stop out front and there would be no less that five or six girls hanging out. That's the reason for the "Hooker-free Zone" sign on the house at the corner of Catherine St. That sign has been there for many years. It was in that area that some of my favorites like Chrissy, Stacey (sisters) , Melanie, Crystal, Shannon, Vickie B. and many others used to hang out. Every corner from there down to about Mount St. would have two or three girls standing.So true. The rules of the games have changed because of cell phones. As for LE, I do not believe they earn much recognition for busing a SW. That is far from being a priority.

And I witnessed the 2nd one going into the van. I'm getting a new sense of LE stings. They don't just station a decoy out on a known stroll. They stake out less travelled roads too where perhaps we are less vigilant. Also, the decoys vary greatly, from cartoonish high-heeled, short-skirted charicacters of working girls, to the bedraggled denim-wearing pock marked "poor girls" with dirty sneakers. I just don't pick up any brand new faces. I spend more time in reconnisance mode, but I think it better to go through gas money than court fees.

In some regions of the US, the girls are still on the streets, due I think to a number of factors, such as sheer numbers of addicts, layout of neighborhoods, budget constraints of le (it's no accident that the only halfway active places for SW in California are the two most depressed cities, Fresno and Stockton) , and general crime levels of the region. IME these factors favor Baltimore and explain why sw has lasted so long there.
All I'm saying is I've been studying the trends on this, both on this board and in my car over some 20 years. Cities that used to have a half-way tolerance of SW are now definitely stepping up their efforts. The stepping-up in California began at least 15 years ago, and I've never seen even one city slack in its efforts to shut down the SW game once they got started. And they won the battle (excluding the aformentioned Fort Apache's of Fresno and Stockton, though there's much less to choose from). It may take them quite a while to do it in Baltimore, but I would bet money this your le's new aim. To follow the nationwide trend to shut it down, and not just contain it. Prudent mongers take heed, don't get caught in the crosshairs of this jihad. Salaam!

I remember back in the day that the girls use to block the street on Pontiac and slow down traffic. That was a time when it was a buffet of girls to choose from. I guess the neighbors got tired of it and all the traffic during the evening and not being able to let there kids roam around without some mongers mistaking non working girls. I saw that several times when mongers would slow down and the girls in the neighborhood that were not working being harassed or followed. I have to say this for he ULE, they are putting the clamps on the mongers and the legit girls that are working for tuition. I am just surprised that they have not found a new location but eventually that would have more traffic and more complaints. I myself have not been out there for a long while because of work but I see that some are still finding some entertainment out there but you have to be more careful. Once I started to hear and see the decoys while just driving through, I just starting to think that it was not worth it even though I have some known ones on the list but some of them are helping out the ULE to get off of problem that they have with them. I just assume that it was time to take a break from being out there because most of us have way to much to loose to keep up the hunt and not knowing if you are being the one that is hunted. I am sure that when the weather breaks, there will be the ole talent out there plus a few new one that come into the business but we are not the only ones that know that and ULE will be waiting for that. The decoys are getting better for sure and they do not have a problem pushing the envelope to get a bust. Even if you get off, the pure embarrassment of being seen at the court and the papers printing the names on the blotter will be enough to push most mongers away from the game. I thought that the LE would have lightened up after a few months but they seem to be a mission to stomp it out but we all know that it will not last forever but at the same time it seems that they are really trying to prove something to the residences that want the traffic to slow or stop in there areas. Just be safe and think with the larger head more than the small one even though the smaller one gets ahead of the big head on our necks at times. LOLThis upsets me as the fact there are people out there being mugged, murdered, or even robbed, and they are using LEO in force to stop a harmless crime. I don't see this for drug dealers which is the reason that most SW or out on the track like they are. I see cars running red lights almost hitting people, riding around with no lights on, and even driving the wrong way down the street. None of which is seen by LEO cause they are to busy stopping a hobby. There was a accident that happen and I had to flag down LEO who where just sitting and watching the streets when the guy that got T-boned needed to go to the ER ASAP. Never understand they way things work, there are suppose to be all these cuts yet I see more LEO than I have in the past four years.

Fellas you have no worries about the much more heavy presence of LE around the area. This happens once a year for a good 2-3 week stretch. I would be very shocked if LE was this heavy all year around. They would have to remain constant for basically forever if they want to run girls out of the area. Trust me.
I go through the Laurel area everyday. Route 1 between Whiskey Bottom and Main St use to be the spot. The reason it is so dead now is because Howard County is in that area every single night. They sit by the Turf Motel almost every single night. They go up and down route 1 generally every 30-45 minutes doing their peeks. So, if Baltimore really wants to clean up their act they are going to have to follow Howard and Montgomery county ways. Just my opinion.

Made a time-constrained run to B / CB yesterday, was pleased to see Crystal off Pontiac right after arriving. I reported on a nice time with her late last year. Got no pic this time, but here's the pic from before; she's the same, except for possibly being even thinner now. Last time we met in her sister's place, this time we stayed In the car. She's clean, presents herself fairly nicely. But she was twitching heavily when she got in; should have taken the hint. I decided to take a stroll to Brooklyn park / Curtis bay since it was a gorgeous day outside. As soon as I turned on Pontiac I saw this hot brunette walk by. I was at Haven Place Tuesday night, and after a few hours of getting charged up, I went out looking. I was at Haven Place Tuesday night, and after a few hours of getting charged up, I went out looking. Looking around at 2:30am Saturday morning coming back from Hustler I found Charity on Hilghland-made the scoop pulled onto Baltimore St. and she got in. Brunette hair. Said she's 25.
