Visiting your fine city and decided to take a stroll by Royal Farms and Washington and there were no ladies there so then I went north to Wilkens with several passes of McHenry, Payson, and all the other cross streets. The area at times looks like a scene from Resident Evil, I've never scene a sadder, more impoverished area. I circled around for a few hours and although there were plenty of action to be had I knew all the WSW were in very rough shape and looked like monkey bitten zombies. Saw a few promising BSW who were slim thick with the round and brown bottom I love so much. Unfortunately they were a bit elusive and by the time I'd circle around for a second look they'd vanish. I did catch one who had really nice TNA but when I pulled up and spoke, her voice seemed a bit deep for my liking.

Headed back empty handy after a few hours. Def a hair raising experience filled with plenty of LEO and unsavory characters. At times the Uncle's helicopter was overhead with search light scanning the area.

So please be careful. Loop over to Highland and drive up and down once or twice before you cross to Conklin, the cops are normally towards that side of the road and you'll see where they are.

If you do a pickup, try and get them off Conkling before they get in the car. Try and direct them to a side street to break line of sight or even better have them meet you by McDonalds or the grocery store that used to be Santonis or by Spartan's pizza depending on how high or low you are on Conkling.

Picking girls up is always risky but if you think ahead a little bit and stick with your plane, you'll be fine. You might not see them if you were driving by since they park away from the intersection but if they saw you and you made a pickup they could haul ass down the street and get you. So please be careful. Loop over to Highland and drive up and down once or twice before you cross to Conklin, the cops are normally towards that side of the road and you'll see where they are.

If you do a pickup, try and get them off Conkling before they get in the car. Try and direct them to a side street to break line of sight or even better have them meet you by McDonalds or the grocery store that used to be Santonis or by Spartan's pizza depending on how high or low you are on Conkling.

Picking girls up is always risky but if you think ahead a little bit and stick with your plane, you'll be fine. I wanted to provide some additional context on the meeting about reducing sex work and opioid use in Highlandtown. I am not looking to spark a larger debate, but illuminate the approach we are taking. For several years, residents in the Highlandtown and Baltimore Highlands neighborhoods have dealt with a variety of problems associated with extensive drug activity and sex work that takes place in and around the Highland Ave and Conkling St corridors. These problems stem, in large part, from sex work, sex trafficking, poverty, opioid addiction, and other forms of substance abuse. No one should have to live in fear of what is going on outside their doorstep.

In dealing with these types of deeply rooted challenges, my office has experienced the greatest level of success through organizing collaboration between appropriate agencies, elected officials, and community. Tomorrow, I am convening a meeting with several community members, Delegate Robbyn Lewis, and representatives from BPD's Southeastern District, BPD's Vice Unit, Turn Around, the Health Department, the Department of Housing and Community Development, the State's Attorney's Office, the Southeast CDC, the Mayor's Office of Criminal Justice, and the SPARC Center. We will discuss the ongoing concerns shared by community members and then we will direct our attention to the resources we can leverage to address these problems. My goal is for each party to come out with clear commitments and action steps.

I love Highlandtown. It is an incredible, diverse, vibrant community, filled with artists, educators, entrepreneurs. Highlandtown has seen significant investment in the past few years, largely anchored by community members who have stepped up and fought for change. My commitment is that I will continue to work tirelessly to continue to improve quality of life. It would be disingenuous to claim a quick solution to the problems we are facing. This effort will take time and it will require ongoing dedication from all parties. However, we have seen this strategy succeed in making discernible progress in the past, from targeting drug houses on Leverton Ave, to dealing with sex work in Graceland Park.
