Cruised Lowell for a little while this afternoon and saw that Jessica was out. That was the good news, that she is still out there. This is a report on the Lowell section of my 3 week+ trip to the US. I drove into town from Boston via Concord on a Fri afternoon. I check out Lowell most days between 1 and 2. There have been occasional sightings but nothing to make me stop. Trina was seen a couple of times. Haven't seen Shelly, blonde or otherwise. Sorry I have not had a chance to write this until now. Was up there a couple of Fridays ago, when it was warm, and picked up on at Jays. There were two there. I made another loop and she was standing at the same corner. The guy (now with another darker-skin guy) was standing about 30 feet away from her. Once she saw me slowing down, I could see her exchange a glance with the guy and he was nodding. I took him as her pimp and turned into the same side street. This time I parked a bit further up, almost all the way to Appleton and watched her approaching.
When she was even with the passenger's window, I unlocked the door and made a gesture to wave her over. Instead of getting in the car, she talked through the half opened window.

Was in Lowell this afternoon. There were a few regulars strolling Appleton area. I saw a couple of WSWs, both in black T-shirts in front of Jays, one shown very nice cleavage. Not bad. But right before I made my move, a couple of blonds made their way out from the alley behind Jays. I circled around trying to intercept but lost them in the housing complex.
When I made the loop through Middlesex, something caught my eyes. This was a very clean-looking white girl. But I saw her a couple of days ago around Jays so I slowed down and met her eyes.

After I pulled my car toward the curb a few car lengths down the street and parked, he crossed the street and walked past the girl. I was watching her so I knew she had saw me stop. But she turned the other way and walked out of my view.
I made another loop and she was standing at the same corner. The guy (now with another darker-skin guy) was standing about 30 feet away from her. Once she saw me slowing down, I could see her exchange a glance with the guy and he was nodding. I took him as her pimp and turned into the same side street. This time I parked a bit further up, almost all the way to Appleton and watched her approaching.
When she was even with the passenger's window, I unlocked the door and made a gesture to wave her over. Instead of getting in the car, she talked through the half opened window.
"How're ya doing today?" She smiled at me. She was not stunningly beautiful but should easily score 8 or 9. At this close range, I could see a bruise right on her forehead through her makeup.
"Not bad," I replied:" need a ride?"
She smiled again:"I don't really NEED a ride, but..." Still not getting in.

Did not get the right response, I drove away.
I made a bigger loop and came back from the other direction less than two minutes later. She was gone. The two guys were not there either. I circled a bit but never saw them again. This encounter was strange enough for me. Her behavior smelled sting to me. But I would think the cop would be leaving the bait out there a bit longer. I noticed there were other guys in cars and pickups circulating so she might have been picked up by one of you guys.

Have made runs through the Lowell area the last 3-4 days and some nights and seen some but not many. Thought more would be out around the end of the month and rents are due.

In Mass it's illegal to record a conversation (without a warrant) between two people unless both are aware of it. So anything recorded would be inadmissible in court. In addition, it's a felony. Extortion is also a felony in Mass, so that's two felonies she's committing, to your one misdemeanor. I would think LE would be more interested in two felony arrests, than your misdemeanor sex for a fee.

The real question is if you can risk the attention going to LE will cause. Which is exactly what she is counting on. Remember that you can make a citizen's arrest for a felony committed in your presence. So that throws out her kidnapping accusation. Or she'll do it to someone that doesn't mind taker her right to LE.

Drove the usual stroll from 2:00 - 3:30 AM. LEO went home at 2:30 there was no one out. I've seen more traffic in a blizzard.
Really dead tonight, I saw nobody between 3-4 am at all. Did the Appleton loop, around and back again more times than I like to. Finally saw Charlene (BSW) at the Lowell/Tewks border. Prostitution sweep nets at least nine arrests in Lowell

LOWELL -- Responding to concerns expressed this week by the City Council, police last night put a crimp in the prostitution that occurs in the vicinity of Jackson, Appleton and Middlesex streets.
Police arrested at least eight men and one woman during a sweep of that area of the city that lasted more than five hours. Using a female decoy, police stayed close by and waited for unsuspecting customers, or "johns," to approach her and offer her money for sex. In each case, police arrived on the scene moments after the alleged john made the offer.
"We do prostitution enforcement actions across the city at various locations from time to time, when we get information from the neighborhood that prostitution is a concern, just like any other illegal activity, whether it's speeding or drugs or robbery," said Superintendent Kenneth Lavallee, who was in the area for several hours as police conducted the operation.
"Our goal is to send a message, loud and clear, that this isn't the place to be conducting that kind of activity," he added.

It's been quite I while since I last posted but thought, with all the heat lately from LE, that I'd catch up on things.
My last experienes were with Vicky and Lisa. Vicky is the tall older red head with big rackj that hangs on Appleton around Hafners. She lives nearby and prefers to use a phone. I had a great time as usual but now her phones are shot so it's hit or miss trying to find her. Lisa is an older thin blond that hangs between Appleton and Middlesex. She gives good service but never shuts up. She always seems hyper and nervous to the point that I feel paranoid.

Sorry I'm late with this report. I was out cruising last Thursday. Westford was dead. Behind Jay's there were a couple of WSWs - one was a blonde with long hair. She was scooped by another monger in a black van who was just ahead of me. Didn't try for the other.

It's been a while since my last post, mostly due to the fact that incase LE reads these posting I didn't want to bring any added heat to any of the women out there.

Anyways was cruising Lowell today and it was the first time I had seen her.

I am driving back to where I picked her up and stop at a red light with LE up ahead with the lights flashing. I tell her to get out or I am pulling behind LE and tell them you jumped into my car and won't get out, She finally gets out and I drive off. I didn't however drive home I went back a latter to Appleton st and there she is cruising up the street care free and looking to rip someone else off. I'm telling you guys she has some big ones, and be careful if you meet a girl named Amanda.

Anytime you don't end up with a set of matching bracelets, you did ok. Personally, I never do the deed any where near where I make the pickup or near where any girls work. In fact I generally prefer to head out of town after the pickup. Less problems with Uncle Leo, and you're much less likely to be ripped off by the girl if she's farther from home. If she won't go, then I just offer to drop her off. It's kept me safe for 16 years, and hopefully will continue to do so.

Thanks, this was actually very enlightening. I had a hard time committing to 45 minutes, and never thought I'd be glad the ACLU existed, but they did a good job. Why the f--k we need an organization to advocate for our basic human right to have consensual sex is another story.
If I ever got pulled over with a SW in the car and they ask me if I know she is a SW, I'm not saying anything, or will answer it with a question of my own. Because that's probably a trick question to get you to give up some rights, or provide probable cause or some shit. I had always thought it was a chance for you to show respect, and the LE would be like "hey you're honest, you're a guy I'm a guy, I understand what you're trying to do here, but I have a job to do here, and you gotta go home, understand?".

Ran into Renee the other day by the pizza place next to Jays. Had her once a couple of months ago. Nothing really to write home about last time but she did get the job done. She is certainly not a knockout beauty. Maybe 7 in my book. She is about 5-5, 120 pound. Dark brown hair with some blond highlights. Went through between 5:30 and 7:00 PM lots of delicious looking little appetizers on the menu in the Appleton area but too many uniforms to take a chance.

If you pull over once and the SW doesn't get in don't try doing it over and over. It will def. freak her out. Most likely, the girl who you think is a sw is not. There are a lot of female pedestrians in Lowell, so just because you spot a girl walking alone it doesn't mean she is a SW. Just keep trying but do not attract attention to yourself. Remember LE is out there watching you. You are hitting the right areas maybe it's been an unlucky streak for you. Don't give up.... Stay safe. NC

What did surprise me was one of the bike cops was there. I thought it was too windy and cold for LE to be on bikes. GUess not. Stay sharp and watch out for them. Those bikes can hide in a lot of areas.

A huge bagel. Nothing is going on in this city. Amazing. Has been this way for a long time but I held out hope. But I did not see one SW walking in about a 60 minute stretch from 11pm to midnight. Not even a crack head.
Cruised the usual. 7/11, Appleton, Tedeschis, Appleton, Towers and Jays. Zip.
I gotta move on from this area to another town. Head for more fertile hunting grounds.

As a wiper needed repair on my vehicle I stepped outside and as I was repairing it was approached by a young brunette, 5'7" or so asking if I was interested. As I was on my way home declined. She was average looking, slim, her two upper front teeth were starting to show browning stains. Never caught her name. If I had time I would of partook. As I read of the no sightings in Lowell ,but every time I come to the area of I am approached??

It seems to accurately reflect what I've seen on the streets of Lowell.
I haven't seen a SW in Lowell for months. I went through on Saturday and there was NOTHING. I have completly given up until it warms up a bit or LE finds something better to do

Hi,
I have been cruising around and they are everywhere on the weekdays.
Here are some spots:
Westford St. from cupples square to Chelmsford St.
Appleton from Tedeschi's to Towers.
Around Jay's.
The cross streets between appleton and middlesex.
The streets behind cupples square to dover square.
Broardway from school st. to dutton st.
Around market and merrimack near jeanne d'arc credit union.
Have seen 5-10 regulars out and about. I also have seen 15-20 new ones within the past three weeks.
Lots of wsw, ssw and bsw out there on a regular basis. I do not know what time you are cruising but the best is 6-12PM and 3-6AM. I know that they are out there and will start posting pics. Remember that you are not the only one out there and they get picked up quick.
If you see a ton of them in one night that usually means it's slow out there or the LE is in full affect.
Be carefull LE is everywhere and they are running around in regular vehicles not CV or unmarked. I mean all diferent makes and models.
P.S.
That wsw Amanda is back out around jeanne d'arc credit union so watch out for her I heard she is a con artist.

Kruzes, you've successfully listed all the regular places to look - nothing new there. As a daytime monger I gotta say the pickings are slim to none.
Today, for the first time in who knows how long, I got the look from a 6 on Westford. I looped around to watch for a while and she simply got on a bus and left.
