i know this might be overkill but i stress out to watch out for the younger ladies. this is an area that seems to have a large population of teen agers that like to hang out. they could be easily mistaken for sw's...they aren't. so pay attention to the do's and don'ts of the pick-up signs mentioned here several times. have fun...be safe.
on the other note i certainly hope the juvenile responses are over. it is very obvious who the respected members of the board are and those who take them on take everyone on. while there are certainly times of disagreements we are all of age (hopefully) to disagree respectfully. have fun and enjoy the roast beef! so

i know this is vague but under the bridge, near the up ramp that leads toward boston there's a sheltered bus stop on the corner of the road that leads past polcaris and into everett. and like bm said, think "roast beef".

i've found them there at night, 10, maybe 11 o'clock.

don't confuse sw's with the young and even **** girls who live in the area or are actually waiting for a bus.

in that neighborhood a mistake like that can get you killed.

I was down there friday afternoon on business. I decided to stop in KA for a pop. Man, I was only one speaking English. There were a few strippers with smoking bodies, but their faces were just scary.

Just got back from Philly -- it is off-the-hook. One 3-mile stretch (Kensington Ave) has at any given time at least 20-30 solid SWs of all races and quality far beyond what's been around BHA or even CT. You can have your pick and pick them up immediately, rather than wasting hours on a loop hoping somthing surfaces. It almost takes the fun of the chase out of it (almost -- but so much better than here, which is all chase and no fun!)

Separately, I have been following the UG scene in NYC and had suggested last year that something like this be organized up here. The response from the board was that it would be obvious and immediate bust (which is probably true). I still think it is possible, although ones in NYC have been busted repeatedly and things there are starting to cool down.

Another issue, however, is that what I have seen requires $300+ per participant, which kind of defeats the point in my mind. If was going to drop that on a CBJ I would just go to Cheaters, etc.

But nonetheless would like to hear more about any UG developments. Why should be fags have all the fun?? There should an UG scene for straight sex.

Are we talking about the same same place? Right on the edge of Bay Village, runs between Arlington and Berkley, parallel with the Pike, has a 7/11 or Store 24 at the Arlington end?

It used to be that in near there, at the park and garage across from Park Plaza (before te rehabed the garage) you'd find a good selection, and sometimes at the Store24 or whatever it is at the other end of Arlington. But the Bay Village area -- in particular Arlington and Cortes -- is a notorious TV hangout.

Where my office was I used down there nearly every day for 5+ years (up until 2-3 years ago) and still go through there every couple weeks. I never have never seen a real woman in that area, all dudes.

If you go there right now, you'll find TV hanging on the shawdows -- I have seen asian TVs there with mega-boobjobs that would pass as women in any other neighborhood, but I have never seen a chick there. This is their version of the Combat Zone, from Jacques down to Cortes.

I am fairly sure the BTD sign sayes Cortes - I'll be sure to check it out if I go cruising this weekend.

Cortes used to be an old part of the track that became very hot around 2002-2004 when the BPD shut down Oak-Tyler. Word is BPD install camera's on Cortes.

Sure you got ocassional TV/TS coming over from Bay Village but it's mostly a hetro area. You can even find some occasional SW's (female) working Bay Village. I have one good rule when it comes to dealing with 'girls' you aren't sure about - If you aren't sure then whats the point...pass.

PP was a happening place until they finished the new condo building. But I think that had less to do with it then the general crack down in Boston.

My first experience with a SW in Boston was in front of Teddy Bears in PP during a Sunday afternoon no less in the mid 90's - ah the memories.

I've been cruising off and on the past few weeks, but have'nt had anything good to report. Last night was no exception. Started out at the PA around 11PM, saw 2 hispanic looking females outside of DD. Tried to get their attention but it seems they may not have been working girls. I just got back form lunch break.

Spun down Cortes and in the middle of the block standing between the parked cars was a cute WSW wavy brown hair light blue/grean top jeans handing out smiles.

I rolled through the PA and did the roast beef loop last night. I thought the nice weather might finally bring the hoahs out.

Things were pretty much locked down. First spin through the PA I saw a car off to the side and some round little butterball leaning in the passenger window talking to the driver. About 10 seconds later I spotted the light rack of LE coming along so I got myself out of there, not waiting to see what happened next.

I went over to the loop and saw one possibility hanging on one of the dark corners. Couldn't see her too well but she looked pretty strung out so I passed. I did a couple more laps but saw more LE than SWs.

I thought about hitting CT but I was tired and paying $50 to fill up my ride put the kibbosh on that.

A website called the USA Sex Guide Forum does just that and although prostitution is not specifically mentioned in the website, some police say it is just a high-tech way of selling sex.

The website allows you to click on a city and discuss areas in the city where you can find "street girls."

This woman calls herself "Jana," and on Wednesday she was picked up for prostitution. She wanted to keep her name withheld.

As I read the foregoing, I sought for an adjective to discribe the discussion. Academic came to mind first, but I immediately discarded that one, realizing that such an issue would not be a likely subject for discourse among true academicians. Silly came to mind second, but that one got dumped because I did not want to seem as though I had no respect for the participants. So I decided to state a couple of truths that might help settle the issues under debate:

1. One man's 4 on the scale of attractiveness might be another man's 8. And if someone wants to use a different set of criteria for evaluating the appearance of SW's, so be it.

2. There have been times, whether one or three decades ago, when there were s**tloads of better looking SW's all over Boston than there are now. The actual numbers aren't important.

3. The fact that things are so barren these days is very likely a disapointment to anyone who seriously pursues "the hobby."

I am not in a position to judge anyone, but I am getting a sense of sympatico here. If you get actually busted -- booked, etc -- you're going to have a hard time hiding it. Ironically, I hang out with a lot of Assistant DA's and I see how this shit spins out of control. That is in part why I was so freaked with my near-bust and I still lay awake at night wondering if my name is going to pop up somewhere (even though I never provided ID -- which is key).

The police are not as organized as the conspiracy theorists think, and there are ADA's who monger too. But once your name is logged (i.e., if you hand over your ID) it never come out of the system. But it is not like cops have real-time database where they see everything you've ever done (they can pull up active warrants and that is usually it). The problem is if you run into problems later and someone has the time and resources to research your full record -- such as if you're actually arrested and need to go to trial.

The larger problem, however, is that if you're busted in the same state you live in (not to mention same city or county) someone who knows you will see it and it will get around one way or the other. And even before it does, it will eat you alive as you wonder who knows and who doesn't, and when people stop calling is because they know or ..?

My "run in" has slowed me down for sure. If you're worrying about this kind of stuff, the reward is probably not worth the risk. You may be onto something with the "I'm addicted" part but I am no position to preach.

No. In its last few years, the Royal Sauna on Fresh Pond Parkway had some Asian women, but (as far as I know--I didn't go there much, especially near the end) never exclusively, and never run like an AMP. Other than that, the Boston MP scene--starting (for me) with the VIP on First Street in East Cambridge somewhat over 30 years go--was all white meat; as were the Providence and Connecticut scenes (okay, some dark meat too, but actually very little). The AMPs started moving into CT starting (again, for me) in Bridgeport, c. 1982 or a bit later. Within 10 years they were practically the only game in town in the western half of CT, with a few places on the New London-to-Willimantic Corridor (anyone else remember the Oak Room or the Rising Sun in Willi, or Frenchman's Quarters?) keeping the non-A MP business going, barely. (I never went to Alpha.)

Come to that, when I was out in the Bay Area in '85, the MPs were still not Asian for the most part.

I think they were sued in an attempt to shut them down and the video booths were a legal work-around. God I wish there was still a peepshow place around -- there was one in Portland, ME I read about years ago, but I am sure it is gone.

I can see why as a male you aren't as concerned with HPV but in a female some strains can lead to cancer.

Attitudes like - I have other things to worry about, have lead to an epidemic outbreak of HPV and HSV. Everything was pushed to the backburner after the HIV scare of the 80's. I think a lot of people feel as long as they don't have HIV they are going to be A-Ok.

It depends on the age group. They say 60% - 80% of college age students have HPV, so if you have unprotected sex with 3 college women your changes of at least encountering it is nearly 100%

If you have protected sex with single women ages 35-55 then it is no doubt less than 20% -- but at the same time you've to think that it has to be 100% of SWs who have it regardless of their age group (at least if they've been working more than a couple of months -- the math is not on their side!)

I saw a study showed less than 1% of people without oral cancer had HPV, while over 2/3 of the group *with* oral cancer were HPV positive. The point of the study was to correlate oral virus (specifically) HPV with cancer -- i.e., show the viruses are a leading cause of cancer.

But HPV has definitely caused me to re-think BBBJs (at least when I am home and think-straight -- when I am on the stroll it is a bit harder to resist).

I think you're right one both accounts. I started thinking about that stat as soon as I posted it -- although I have heard it many times and likewise repeated it, it has got to be high. I 'googled' around after than and saw references to fact that most (perhaps 60% - 80% of college women have some form of HPV infections during the early adulthood, but the vast majority (90%) are benign, and disappear without treatment or symptoms. Only a small percentage are HPV16 which the strain which cause cervical cancer, etc.

I haven't had a full STD panel since I was my late 20s and it is tough to do since my Dr is a friend of my wife and I, and i have been married for 15 years. Although I may sure my wife was recently tested for HPV and it is clear. But I hear you that there is a lot more to worry about than just HPV. I really need to layoff the BBBJs but you know how it goes!

BTW - do I recall that MeatMan only goes for CBJs? Or is his routine BBBJ and CFS? (MeatMan?)

Mainly BBBJ's, but for the last 4 months or so, it's been CBJ's. I just recently did an AIDS test prior to coming from my vacation Thailand.(I do an AIDS test every six months or so) I got the results November 8th.

I was there last summer and was pleasantly surprised. They're all over the city. Check the free papers or ask any cab driver (cabbie told me he got a $10 a head finder's fee). One you've seen a few of these places, you'll be able to spot them yourself. Fees were $50 house and $100 to the girl for full service. All had table showers. Young atractive girls, Korean, I believe, all in their 20's. I tried 3 places, all were great.

I have done a number of road trips in the same area over the last year. Philly I have found has had the best SW action. Baltimore has the most robust SC scene either on 'the block' or off (places like "Players Club") but you're going to drop $100 - $300 for anything approaching full service. The AMP scene in DC is good, but the SW scene SUCKS!

The SW scene in Manhattan SUCKS as well. I have not done the Point and understad that can be hit-or-miss. It is also no place you would want to stay for the night.

I have had a lot of success in Philly, which has been the best SW action I have seen in the Northeast. Basicallly your stroll is Kensington Ave from Front Street to 1st Ave. You can check out the Philly board for some details. If you experience is the same as mine, you will see more SWS there than anywhere else you have in the Northeast in the last 10-15 years.

I have e-mailed back and forth with Ava for the past month...I have found her to be sweet, lileable and quite personable in her e-mails. This is one of those situations where the negativity has been so intense that I believe it to be quite unwarrented and 'probably' not true. The negativity has ranged from her personal preferences in gentlemen, her size and when she doesn't post the fact that she is sick and dying........ While we have run across this a few times in the past we usually find it to be a case of one or two guys who didn't get what they wanted (for the price they wanted) or other providers who see her as a threat since Ava is not asking for the world for her services. I do know that Ava absolutely demands covers and won't do BBBJ which will usually piss off some. Personally this gives me a sense that the provider is doing the utmost to be clean and safe.

It comes to a time in my life when i have decided to leave the hobby and move on. it was fun and very "interesting" to have been part of this community but at some point, i think i outgrew the joy of it and with too many risks , bust, diseases........ and someone that changed my life, it's time to wish you all farewell and keep it real.

I find the longer I am out of the game the harder it is to jump back in.The more I worry about the gals entering and exiting the vehicle or hotel room.This is because of the drug problems most are supporting.I always worry about what they left behind or what fell out of a pocket that I can be in trouble for after the service is over.I also know they will drop anything on the floor board if stopped by LE.They will not be the ones facing the judge in the morning it will be you or me I am sure of that.
