It's a shame something like this happened, especially in the Bonnie Doom area. I live a mile and a half from this area and have had very few positive experiences from this place.

1. Have a spare set of car keys (just in case some wild SW tries to take your keys to immobolize or blackmail you for whatever reason).
2. Make sure you have Drivers License and vehicle registration, insurance papers in car
3. Lights (including tag lights) and all safety gear (tires, etc.) operational and in good condition. (No need to give LE a reason to stop you)
4. Never go where SW suggests. Pick your own spot prior to picking up your SW. (places to park, hotels, motels, etc.)
5. Never talk money to SW while she is outside your car. Let her get in, ride around and let her feel you up and if you really want to be sure, have her give you a sample (a little head does the trick for me) before cash is offered.
6. LoveLOS suggests not to ride a male in your car. I go a step further and say no more than one SW at a time in your car- even two in the front seat could mean trouble.

1) They raised their prices.

Made the rounds after midnight Sunday. Way too much LE downtown. They had about three different cars pulled in different spots. Found four off Mountian which is the most i've seen out at the same time in awhile. Two of them I do know. I did a little driving around today after lunch to see what was going on. Bragg was dead as it has been when I've been out the last few days. Went on to Eastern and say a few. Just wanted to say that with the city's concentrated effort to clean-up Bonnie Doone, everything and everyone that does 'questionable' activities are laying low. There was a massive walk-through this past Tuesday involving the police, city inspectors, fire, social workers, etc. In a few months, when city funding becomes available, they are going to tear down all of the abandoned buildings. That means that it is going to be hard for the SWs to find places to crash.
My prediction... the SWers & dealers are going to have to go someplace else. So hobbiest should be on the look-out for 'new' areas to hunt.
