I was told by a CAMP that if you are ever unsure if it is a CAMP or a KAMP, Chinese always have massage in their name and Korean always have Spa in their name. I cannot think of an instance in my head that where this is not correct.

How about the old Spa 18 on BH? It was Chinese. However, as a general rule you are probably correct. If you can call and ask if they start with a table shower, then it's a KAMP.

Went to Empress today by Sugarloaf Mills. Was greeted by Nina, a cute Chinese with a suspicious stare. I have never met this woman. Told her I wanted a foot massage. I expected she would do it and sat down but then Sarah, an older, plain-looking woman, came out with the soaking water. I then asked an old woman working (manager?) to give me a menu. Decided to get an hour combo session instead which was 40 min. Massage and 20 min. Hydrotherapy for $75. About that time an Asian dude walked in and Nina led him to the curtained-off massage room area. Guess that's why she didn't service me?
Sarah led me to the massage room in the back of the parlor, got undressed and laid face down on the table. Sarah came in and said we'd be doing the hydrotherapy (table shower) first. WTF? Went along with it and followed her to the TS room. Laid face down and she covered my ass crack with a wet towel. The hydrotherapy is nothing more than a swing-arm shower device with 6 shower heads. Not exactly thrilling. Sarah left the room for a few minutes and returned. She scrubbed my backside with something that felt like a Scotch-brite pad and followed that up with body wash on a luffa sponge. On the flip, she covered junior with a wet hand towel, which felt like a heavy diaper. Hate that so I removed it. She put it back. I removed it again and she put it back again.

Went to the front desk and slapped down $80. My intent was to tip $5 as I didn't know if Sarah had moved my stuff or someone else did. Of course nobody owned up to it and the manager lady was nowhere to be found. Sarah looked at me disappointed and said, "$5 for me?" I replied, "If you don't want it, give me change," and left.

Driving on Cobb Pkwy and saw a new massage place. It's called Ming Wang Massage. I walked in and prices are same as any other place. Girl at front door was cute: medium size, looked 30's and had a big rack (C or the not sure). I take it this place is new. It is in same shopping center as Waffle House. Close to the starting place of where you see the Christmas lights. It looks legit but since "wang" is in the name, ya never know. Anyone hear of or been here yet?

Korean food takes getting used to and it lingers like hell (old cabbage kimchi or turnip kimchi). It can make an outhouse smell rather pleasant. As for Chinese parlors, it's normally a combination of food smells, lack of cleaning, mildew and possibly incense (cleanliness / humidity / mildew is the main factor for Min Hua). Mildew becomes a factor because Chinese (and other Asians) are not used to A / see; therefore, spunk-filled / damp towels + humidity festers and is stink to the average American nose. Chinese can be absolutely filthy. If you ever visit China, you'll know what I mean. I've eaten at restaurants in China where the dining room is spotless, yet the kitchen is a pig sty with rodents running around. Ironically, Chinese RLDs smell better than Korean RLDs because rotting Chinese garbage smells better than rotting Korean garbage. I've become used to such things but I know how it can bother the average American monger.

Stop by here Sunday night. This place is out I-20 just of the interstate.
Stayed for a half hour. The cost was $40.

Decided to check out Cici massage. Called ahead to get the $50 advertised special which also means I did not get a table shower. I got Katy. Visited today but didn't stay. Previously they had been a traditional Korean AMP without much extras but great deep tissue massage. It looks as if things changed and they went American. Asked for someone else but was told they were the only two there and the other girl had an appt shortly. So against mt my gut feeling and repulsive thoughts, I figured I would just get the massage. I regretted that decision. All I could think during the massage was that I had this nasty girl rubbing on me. Add to that her massaged skills sucked (and I mean sucked), she was breathing hard out of her mouth the entire time (you know that look with their mouth hung open), playing on her phone, and occasionally would go out in the hall and hack up some lugies, her half ass attempt at rubbing the gallon of oil she used on me was pathetic I left covered in oil I did try to use the sheet to wipe some of it off. On the flip the the thought of he was not even an option at this point, I would have fucking vomited. She did attempt to do some teasing, but there was no way I could have mentally or physically. I just ignored any signs and kept my eyes shut.

Most the owners, at least the CAMP places know about this board and many of them have memberships to rubmaps as well.

I haven't been on the hunt much for them lately but I have noticed that if I don't stay engaged with certain Chinese ladies on a regular basis, they tend to grow distant and their services diminish. I don't believe in coddling them or becoming a sugar daddy, but it seems if I don't pay a visit on at least a monthly basis, I go to the bottom of the barrel.

Totally agree. Good Chinese providers are hard to find, except for maybe Mikey.
