Os.There are two T Massage locations on Buford. The one you described is the one that I use (closest to Buckhead) on occasion, although I went twice before getting extras. The building is new and clean. This place is 100% legit. Generally donation price has gone up too, and 4 seems harder to come by, they all want 6.
Some providers definitely left the area when the shutdown happened but since people come and go, I don't think that effect was too pronounced except that business is still slower (some exceptions) since the shutdown. I've spoken directly about this with some providers and most have told me that business is down at least 25%, probably more and only just now rising a bit. Many of them had no income during the shutdown because they couldn't get unemployment or anything like that. Some definitely have fears of contracting the virus but don't have another income stream. There are mongers that are sitting on the sidelines as well, even their little head can't get them to risk getting sick and having to lie to their mother in law about they contracted a virus. Makes you wonder how many AMPs have cameras in the rooms. I always look for them in the room, but they are getting harder and harder to detect.

Many claim that these places don't have camera's in the rooms. Maybe some do, maybe they don't. The rooms are already pretty dark to begin with, lighting is kept low and that helps with relaxation, BUT on the flip at most joints the girls turn the lighting way way down making the room almost pitch black. The only reason to nearly "black out" the room would to be to keep a camera from seeing the girl doing the "extras". Otherwise their is no reason to make it even darker than it already was. The girls typically act friendly but proffessional at most places allowing just a little otc touching during the massage but again on the flip when the lights go practically off everything changes.
Obviously not everyplace is like this. But many are, and I'm inclined to believe that some of the places that black out the room during the HE have camera's. In Georgia the law states that two people can be audio or video recorded as long as 1 person knows the recording is taking place. Your eyes adjust to the dark environment so you can still see the girl, but a typical security camera would not.
Just saying, it's definitely possible, and it's legal as well. After a girl leads me to a room and I undress I typically turn down the lights quite a bit before the girl comes back, maybe I'm paranoid about it, but would rather not find out.
