I saw a story in the Honolulu Advertiser yesterday about a law that the city/county wants to pass, that will alow police to impound mongers cars that are caught soliciting. Charles Djou has a long history of introducing bills that have little chance of passing, wouldn't work even if they did, but touch on hot-button issues so they're guaranteed to get him media attention. He "grandstands" every issue that crosses his desk! All designed to make a name for himself so he can run for higher office (he's now running for Neil Abercrombie's recently vacated seat in Congress). IMHO, Djou doesn't have an ounce of sincerity in his entire body. I wouldn't vote for this guy for Dogcatcher even if I knew he'd be infested with fleas! As you might have noticed, I don't particularly like the guy...
As for the car impoundment bill, the rest of the city council is skeptical, and HPD testified against it because it would be difficult to enforce, and they don't have a place to store impounded vehicles. It doesn't sound like it has much chance of passing, but it's already served to get Djou's name in the paper (twice!), which is exactly what it was intended to do.
Flimflamman was right. This is an election year with a lot of wide open races. Look for all kinds of legislative shenanigans to try to gain attention and distract everyone from the huge budget mess. I actually feel sorry for the legislature on that one. There's absolutely no way to fill the $1.2 billion puka without pissing off virtually everyone! It's the ultimate "No-win" scenario!
Don't worry too much about the impoundment bill, but do be extra careful until after the election in November.

Just saw on the TV news the other day that the Ala Moana Hotel will be offering rooms after April 15 for $45/night for Kamaaina's. You need to go online to book.
Other than that, you might try checking with the property managers for Discovery Bay for a month's rental.

2. Don't use words like "cost", "money", and "pay" EVER.
(Girls list them as roses, diamonds, and donations for a reason)
3. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't discuss what services will be provided over the phone.
(Thats a convo that is supposed to be saved for in person. Due to legal reasons, we cannot say anything to do with sex. That way we are not contracted to do something specific.)
4. The question "are you a cop? ", truly means nothing.
(A cop trying to catch you doing something illegal, can say no. I suggest you check out the reviews on a provider. Or TOFTT.)
5. When in person, please follow her rules.
(Failure to do so, if you had a good time, will make her not want to speak with you again.)
6. Please keep in mind, that we have other appointments.

5. When in person, please follow her rules.

6. Please keep in mind, that we have other appointments.

Your statement here is very well taken and I know you providers will want these rules to be followed. I admit that I've broken them and from my experience here is why:
#1: "If rates are listed in the ad, don't ask about it over the phone."
I usually follow this rule but providers shouldn't upsell at the appt either. Many of them do and many have teaser rates. When you meet with them they said that teaser rate is only for a HJ and not FS.
#2: "Don't use words like "cost", "money", and "pay" EVER."
What words do we use? As a customer, I need to know how much to bring. What if I came to your place with only .2 in my wallet. I know your advertisement states your prices but with some providers don't and some upsell at the appt. Therefore, we as customers need to know how much to bring or else you get short changed.
#3: "PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't discuss what services will be provided over the phone."
The reason we do this is because, as I mentioned in #1, a lot of times provider's teaser rate that is advertised rate is only for a HJ when the advertisement says that they provide FS. Therefore, I want to know what I'm getting for the price advertised so I don't waste my time going to meet with them and getting short changed.
#4: "The question "are you a cop? ", truly means nothing."
Are you saying that customers ask this? Because I never asked it and I get this question asked to me by so many providers.
#5: "When in person, please follow her rules."
This also applies to providers when they advertise. If a provider advertises GFE they shouldn't have restrictions but many do when you actually get meet with them.
#6: "Please keep in mind, that we have other appointments."
We don't like it that providers are clock watchers because they have another appt right after. So keep that in mind. We pay for your time so don't try to cut us short.
#7: "Please notify a provider if your running late, or if you arent showing up."
This can go both ways. There are many, many times when I get there and the provider is not ready and has never notified me. There were some reviews that you got there late also so keep that in mind. For example, if you set a doctors appt at 9:00 and actually meet with him at 9:30, would you be mad? Well, when this happens to us as customers of you and other providers and we get mad also if you're running late and don't notify us.
#8: "Don't ask if a provider can do a certain amount of time for less money than listed in her ad."
I tend not to do this but on rare occasion I have. But on the flip side, we as customers don't like it when the provider asks for more during the appt for other services that she advertised that she will give. Hence, we will do the opposite by asking for cheaper prices.

This is broken so many times by providers. There are numerous times with providers that I've made appts with where I arrive at her place, call her, and she never answers. Therefore, I never call her again and I then start asking questions when I make appts with other providers.
Now you know why we as customers do these things. It's because we have been short changed by providers in the past. Therefore, you shouldn't hound on us because we do this. You should talk to the other providers and be up and up on the advertising you do.

The rules are in place for two reasons. 1. To protect you 2. To protect the provider. Now I have personally experienced a couple of sessions(see previous post) with MS DeeJae and have not had any issues at all. No one wants to end up on the 10 oclock news. So here are a couple of rules/observations that I use that I think would be helpful to all.
1. Nothing is as it seems. A lot of providers say GFE, PSE, etc. If you get it then great! If not come and tell on that B***H for false advertisement clock watcher etc.
2. Always be prepared to walk away. Your local amp is right around the corner. If your spidey sense is not on while mongering then you are wrong. See to catch a predator!
3. The minimum is $$. Enough said!
4. Don't lump all the girls up together? Not every girl is in the same category. Some SWs, not all have found their way to the net and are posing as providers. However, you can tell by " I need you to hurry!" are you done yet?" Again Some not all.
5. Legitimate providers will give you what you pay for! The recession has hit everyone so most are trying to establish regulars.
6. Gotta have tough skin. upsell,not answering the phone, etc. who cares, what is 3 dollars in gas? If she upsells or something worse come and talk about that B***h.
7. Never talk prices on the phone, if you feel this as a must? Then something along the lines of money for time is appropriate. Not money for services inappropriate. Who knows who is on the other end of your call?

I'm on DeeJae's side with the rules. Many of them are there to protect them, and us. If we actually decide to 'break' a few of those rules with the 'wrong' provider your welcome to get some really nice shiny bracelets, ride in a cool car, and have a nice room for the night.
I find her rules completely acceptable. Many of the good providers actually hold to the rules, and don't do anything that Hihon says. Its usually VERY easy to figure out who upsells. Check where their incall is located, if its Waikiki I'd say about 9 times out of 10 that they will try and upsell.
The last rule where the provider doesn't call or answer the phone. I've heard a few reasons for it. Actually after talking with one girl, she did say one gentleman took 'longer' than expected and its a bit difficult to talk when your 'busy'. How many girls get phone calls while your dating them. When I see any type of negative report on a provider, there must be a reason behind it. In my eyes it probably is one of the next 3 reasons.

I would also add that there are more Korean providers as immigration from Korea is fairly open when compared to other Asian nations. You will start to see more Chinese providers as immigration is becoming easier from China.
As for some of the other countries, people have to be sponsored to come to America and for the most part the process is painstaking and difficult. The US doesn't want young females coming here and over staying their visa while they make money via prostitution.
I've been to several AAMPs in California and many times the girl is visiting from Taiwan, Japan or Korea just to make money for a few weeks and go back home. Most girls will clear close to 1K per day.

I just moved back to the islands from the midwest, and in states such as Indiana and Kentucky, I swear, all the AMPs there are Chinese-owned AMPs. The women are old too, in their upper 30s and mid 40s. Not my cup of tea, as I'm in my 20s. I really don't care to mingle with MILFs. The quality in parts of the mainland does SUCK terribly where you only get HEs. Nothing else. This is why I'm so damn happy to be back in the islands with our own wahine's who give more menu options. The AMPs in the Chicago area are also mainly owned by Chinese. At least the girls at many of the chicago AMPs are young ones from Shanghai or Hong Kong, but only give HEs.

Rumors starting to become reality. Saw the owners and a few girls from Wild Bean at Powerhouse Gym while working out today. The gym staff said they'll be bringing in a new truck into the gym parking lot soon, maybe as early as next week!! Drink coffee, get some motivation for my workout, go back and get an after workout smoothie and another visual to keep the blood flowing. If it actually comes here, I'll be working out a lot more often as I'm sure everyone else will too. Smart owners (gym and coffee guys)
