We are currently in Tier 2 but case count is high so we may go back to Tier 1 which is more restrictive. Depending when you come it could be better or worse then it is now.
Bars are closed. Some bars are classified as restaurants so they are allowed to stay open. Many restaurants have closed temporarily and permanently, many have reduced hours, and almost all have reduced menu. There also is reduced capacity so you may end up waiting longer for a table. If you have a specific place in mind may be best to call and see if you can secure reservations before you arrive here and to see if they are even open.
Some attractions like Hanauma Bay and Diamond Head have reopened recently. For specific hiking trails best to check whichever state or county agency maintains it for accurate information regarding if it is open or not. Beach is open. Right now is our rainy season so may not have paradise weather.
Come to think of it your best time of your Hawaii vacation might be spent with some providers LOL.

I agree EVH was a big, big loss--he left us too soon.Just trying to remember it is tough. Did not realize he was 81 already. Remember watching him when back in the day TV WTBS Turner Network he would be the Brave's starter with that Knuckler. One of our HS pitcher's living on learning the knuckler and since I was the catcher, you get pretty damn good at just being quick to dig that ball out of the dirt. Trebek was the man, smooth an icon. I saw and forgot about Gayle Sayers, had his FB cards, and remember him being so smooth when he ran. That knee injury really screwed his career, now he would be able to continue with the technology of the current. I remember hearing a couple of our favorite providers past too, Hana? I'm FilAm but not born in Hawaii. LA Cafe was a little hit or miss for me before, if you like them younger I wouldn't recommend it as most of the women there were later 20's / early 30's. They claim to be younger but anyone with a good eye can tell. I don't know if LA Cafe survived the pandemic, I heard many places closed down. No way you spending $150 on Grab for 5 days. $700 on food is also extreme! You eating lobster every meal? Even the hottest girls in LA Cafe shouldn't be asking for more than $100/5000 PHP, no way that much for short time.
People in Hawaii love Vegas, but you are completely right when you say Vegas ain't nothing compared to Manila when you compare prices.
The gambling there is heavy on the Baccarat tables compared to the states. For anyone going, I would recommend Okada, City of Dreams complex and Solaire. City of Dreams has really nice bang for the buck for luxury hotel rooms with the Hyatt. Solaire had some really cute young waitresses and I picked up a few after their shifts there. Okada is likely the nicest casino overall and there is a shuttle from Mall of Asia.

If your only staying in the same city or municipality than grab is super cheap and food also. I stay in luxury condos from airbnb.
