Police arrested 16 women over the weekend in what appears to be a new crackdown on prostitution in massage parlors.
However, instead of arresting the women and charging them with prostitution, undercover officers are charging the women with fourth-degree sexual assault — a misdemeanor.
In Hawaii, misdemeanors are those crimes that are punishable by up to one year in county or local jail. Conviction of prostitution is a petty misdemeanor — the least serious type of criminal offense in Hawaii, punishable by up to 30 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.
The arrests began Thursday night with eight women, between the ages of 24 to 48, picked up at establishments near Ala Moana Center.
Police said the operation was conducted in response to public complaints.
The arrests continued Friday and Saturday nights with eight more women arrested on the same sexual assault charge.
All of the women posted bail and have District Court dates beginning at the end of the month.
Fourth-degree sexual assault is defined as sexual contact between two individuals.
Two of the women have been arrested previously for prostitution, but their cases never went to trial because the arresting officers couldn't make their court dates.

I figure they trying to juice kala from the fines and bails paid along with the overtime the City aka us taxpayers have to pay these public servants for the raids on these establishments. Never mind the ongoing drug problems or the domestic violence or the DUIs out there. Why, just after the big traffic snarl due to the dysfunctional zipper lane system, the Chief Police announced on news to step up more patrol and enforcement of the Distracted Drivers Program to bust more people on their cells while driving. Got to pad the retirement fund for the outstanding service to protect life, property and justice (hmm. Wasn't statue of Justice blind folded).
I think there are more serious criminal activities, both blue and white collar types to keep our law enforcers busy. But, guess the kinds that payout big along with overtime rules. Just like the increase of the excise tax to fund the Rail that's already wasted so much money.

No, Honolulu is really a small town that doesn't realize it's a city. Rather than attracting business and building an economic base beyond tourism and the government, they see law enforcement as the answer for shoring up falling revenues like some small town on the mainland that's a known speed trap. Look at the cops that were ticketing drivers for being on their cell phones -- despite the fact they were going nowhere because of the Zipperlane jam. It's obvious that the priority wasn't to "protect and serve", it was to "fine and raise revenues. ".
And you're right. This way a cop can have it both ways when it comes to prostitution / sex assault. What does it matter what they charge them with? They're getting fined, they have to post bail, they'll have to pay court costs either way. And the cop can legally screw a pro. (Yes, there's a double entendre there.).

A friend of mine had gotten exactly the same ransomware while logged in with a admin enabled account. I had to stop the malware program, the
go in an edit the registry (DO NOT ATTEMPT unless you know what you are doing). Then find a restore point and replace the registry files to be safe.
Windows 7 has run on my laptop for over 5 years without any need to be reinstalled, and I would not recommend any registry cleaner soft unless issued by Microsoft or another reputable software company.
Again, using a regular user account makes you safer. If an app or program wants to install anything on your computer, you will be asked for the admin password, so you'll know if anything gets installed.

Windows, when tweaked properly, can benefit your needs and work the way you want it to if you do the setup. Log off the other unused accounts so it closes the apps that are running and you're logged into 1 account. Same as with any other interaction with cops if you aren't being directly targeted, be polite, be friendly, smile, shoot the shit, and keep your mouth shut about anything you were just picked up for. If you still get hauled in have a bondsmen bail you out ASAP and carry on with your life as if nothing happened. If you get a summons show up and hope the judge / prosecutor passes and six months from now do the paperwork to have your arrest record sealed. If not and depending your stomach for a record, either just get it over with plead guilty take the minimal fine and court fees or plead not guilty. If it's not career or marriage ending would say just plead not guilty and then meet with the prosecutor and see if you can plea out fine + no record or expungement after three years. If career or marriage ending well get a lawyer.
But really mongering like buying drugs, it's a risk you take and do it long and often enough especially with public providers you going to get caught once, shit happens.

Everybody just uses piss method nowadays or blood (syphilis blood for example). Was told only time they still Qtip is urologist if your shit still hurt and all the other tests come back negative, I. E. Used for hard cases almost like a biospy.

Braddah H.They use the swab test if you tell them that you have symptoms. If not then you just piss in the cup and draw blood. When they do the swab test, they do it twice. I think one they look at in their lab and give you results right away. The other they send off to an independent lab.
They only test for gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, and HIV (you have to ask for it). The piss test is for gonorrhea and chlamydia while the blood test is for syphilis. And if you had a blood test within the last year, they will not do another one.
Go early (like before 10 am) and wait outside for the doors to open. If not, you'll be waiting for hours to get served.
Not tested for 12+ years? I've read your reports. Hope you're not a carrier. Good luck.

When you say 1 dose, do you mean 1 blister pack card? You can't take just a partial dispensing, you have to finish all the medication unless Doctor instructs you to stop. Unless, they gave you the single-dose E-R version.
Zithromax (Azithromycin) comes in different strengths and is not the only antibiotic; based on test results, Doctor may prescribe other meds at strengths and lengths of treatment a layperson cannot know.

The best and strongest signals on Oahu are Verizon and At&t. T mobile and Sprint sucks ass. They throtle your data and there signal and coverage on oahu sucks ass. A 50 GB data plan on At&t I think is $250 a month plus $40 for the talk and text and $35 for the iphone, so you looking at over $325 a month. Keep your plan, Its all about the data.

I didn't realize that. I have T-Mobile and it works fine, though I don't go all over the island. Mine is 30 bucks a month no contract, 5 Gigs of 4G LTE which I haven't gotten close to getting throttled yet. Bad thing is some girls check and they think I'm someone else with a history because these numbers get recycled.
If you're talking about the unlimited data plans that were offered with the original iphone, AT&T's been found to throttle data at 5 GB. The FTC is taking them to court over it.

The only carrier that's offering unlimited is T-Mobile someone mentioned that they "throttle", but that's a misnomer. T-Mobile does what's called data deprioritization if someone goes over a set amount of data. Let's say my phone is connected to a cell tower and I'm over the data threshold. If anyone else is on that tower, my data needs will come after the other users on the tower that have not gone over that threshold to manage the traffic in the tower. If people move to a different tower or your signal moves to a different tower, your speeds may go back to normal.
True throttling means that after the data cap set by carrier, data will be, well, throttled. In the case of AT&T, it'll be slower than dial-up service no matter what the traffic is like on a tower.

T-Mobile is threatening to throttle some excessive users, but in this case the issue is about tethering some users are bypassing the networks checks in place to essentially provide boradband services to their home networks off LTE for an extended amount of time (in some cases, racking up 2 TB of usage) which the TOS of every mobile carrier forbids.
I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile because AT&T kept on making hints that they didn't want unlimited data customers on their network any longer. I was also throttled on AT&T on several occasions. T-Mobile service in LA wasn't as good as AT&T, but I didn't find myself missing AT&T either. In fact, in many cases, my data up / down speeds were faster than AT&T. I haven't had any problems with T-Mob on Oahu in fact, T-Mobile's network is built on VoiceStream's old network, and that's been around for about 20 years.
That being said, T-Mobile is notorious for bad coverage in rural areas, but to be fair, I hate camping and I hate "getting away" from civilization, so my idea of fun is not going to the middle of nowhere. T-Mobile's signal also has a problem with penetration in buildings because it primarily uses the 1. 9 Ghz band; however, the company's been buying blocks of 700 Mhz spectrum for LTE signals that have twice the range and better penetration (LTE Band 12).
It's also important to keep in mind that people regularly throw around the word "throttling" without appreciating the nomenclature (throttling vs. Data deprioritzation), or that wireless data transmission and receiving has many variables involved, from the design of the base station to the antennas on the phones to even the weather, and that Hawaii's data backbone just plain sucks. The fiber running to Hawaii has needed an upgraded or years. Hawaii's also not a high priority for anyone running a high trafficked website, so the datacenters and some cases, DNS are resolved on the mainland have to be looped back to Honolulu. In other words, there can be a lot of latency because you live in Hawaii.

Granted, I moved to T-Mobile a year ago, but the last time I checked with AT&T they were ok with me keeping my unlimited data plan from the original iPhone if I upgraded to the iPhone 6 Plus, I just wouldn't have tethering and I'd have to stay on a contract / phone subsidy plan.

Turnover rate at these cell companies is terrible. I can never remember a name nor face!) all tell me, "whoa, you have an awesome plan. You def can upgrade your phone, but do NOT upgrade your plan. No ways. Like braddah HornySamowen put it, I am locked (grandfathered) into a 2009 unlimited everything plan; the cost just went up from $50 to $100 over the course of 7 years. (Inflation? (if I kick the HO off my family plan and fly solo). So actually I've went from the 3 GS, (skipped the 4), 5, and now 6+. (Again, I have the latest iPhone in my original topic post).

I find Honolulu has pretty spotty T-Mobile coverage especially in certain areas around Aiea or once you get above a certain floor in various high rise condo complexes in town. I keep them anyways because, as with you, they are cheap but that's about it.

I did check out others such as AT & T but the numbers got high enough to where I started equating it in my mind to AMP Session Equivalents, though I couldn't tell the salesguy that. I do have an older phone but not too old and the new models (they will ALWAYS be coming out with an N + 1 model) really are of no benefit to me, yet cost hundreds more. The one I have is already more than enough, and even with all the BP hunting I do, have a lot of headroom left on the data usage.
I like the conclusion in your equation, Hinode; that's what it all comes down to after the money is spent, reports written, dust settles, etc.

I've been in the hobby for awhile. I've spent time (and money) with some outstanding providers, as well as some truly terrible ones. I have a few regrets, but nothing I lose sleep over.
I've never been arrested or caught by friends or family. I'm not out of money. I'm just tired.
I realized last night that I have simply had enough of this for now and I'm taking a hiatus from the hobby.
I'm tired of the endless nonsense and provider drama. I'm sick of being demonized by politicians who are just out for votes and campaign contributions. I'm just sick of it all.
So, I'm taking a break. It may be permanent or just temporary. I don't know.
I'll check my pm box every so often, but that's about it.

A while back someone mentioned that if find a LMT girl (s) or AMP girl (s) that gives you extra. You should never post or report about. The analogy is if you find a secret fishing spot with abundance of fish you wouldn't share that fishing spot with everyone.
Some times the LMT or AMP girls would like to keep in contact with me after my initial session with them. Maybe I missed something, but aside from someone who had a vested interest in what the girls made (not saying that you do) I don't understand why any one would suggest that they raise their price. Its a tip, and girls who offer better service receive a better tip than this who offer lessor service. I rarely tip 150, unless its my first visit with a girl. All markets are governed by the basic economic principles of supply and demand. There is always a price at which supply equals demand and that point is the price at which all demand is serviced by all available supply. If the price is too high, then there will be excess supply. If the price is too low, then there will be excess demand meaning it will be hard to get an appointment.
Hawaii has had an unwritten pricing policy that FS is $200 no matter what the supply or demand is for a girl. That is good for some. Bad for others. For instance, a less popular girl may be able to make more money by dropping her price (including house fee) to $150. A popular girl like Dallas, could make more money and see the same number of guys by raising her price to $250. The guys who get Dallas for $200 are getting a bargain because she is popular enough to charge more and still get the same number of calls. The girls getting almost no business at $200 may get lots of business at $150.
The bottom line is that market based pricing tends to satisfy the greatest number of suppliers and buyers of service than does fixed rate pricing for all product. How the pricing manifests itself, either as a multi hour minimum or a higher hourly rate, the principle is still true. So, it would indeed work.
By the way, with cheap product coming from China, that just results in lower overall prices or better overall quality given constant demand.(Moved from the Happiness thread to here).
