There are a flurry of reports here about guys being asked for, and paying, a 200 tip on top of the 80 house fee for an hour. However, I do know of other instances where the girl was offered 160 and took it without batting an eye... so start there.

For the most part, the state will still rely on local agencies for enforcement. The culture in Pinellas is particularly permissive. Since there are nefarious characters on this forum, I cannot mention the spas because I don't want these nefarious "people" to start checking the spas and / or raiding them. My feeling is that this is exactly what the Florida governor wants. If the spas do not follow the new "rules", they will probably be shut down in the future. Big Deal! Visited Vinca today and asked to see Kiki, from other reviews sounded like she would be great. She was busy so I ended up with Angela, who is very pretty but not quite as wild as some of the others. Visited Vinca today and asked to see Kiki, from other reviews sounded like she would be great. She was busy so I ended up with Angela, who is very pretty but not quite as wild as some of the others. Mia joined for a 4 hand, which is pretty underwhelming to be honest. Overall great time, but I think Kiki or Lindsay (Nancy) is a much better option for a more wild time. Still had TS with some fun and descent action in the room BBBJ, cfs. But the TUMA is what makes this place great and today it was missing.Seems for now this is the lineup.

It was the first time I've ever left somewhere confused on whether it was awesome or if I should be upset about all the commotion, but it really is great service for a quick in and out. About a month later I was in the Orlando area and figured I'd stop by one on my way back to see what they were all about. Ended up at Tokyo Spa since it was well reviewed on that forum and I couldn't believe how identical VM's service was to it. It's like you don't have their attention but right before you lose interest they come back to you twice as fun. It's actually hilarious and from time to time I enjoy it, I just can't frequent those places. I'm sure it's all personal preference, but the PT / Palace type services are a bit more enjoyable to me. Always great talent, never rushed, always know what you're getting.
With that being said, the number of good reviews on Angela is making things very difficult for me recently. LOL. I'm sure I'll cave at some point.

Visited VM today. Both girls have beautiful faces and nice bodies and great personalities! Angela has large boobs, but they sag significantly and her nipples are really dark. In my opinion, both PT and Vinca are great places, just different types of experiences. PT can be a little rushed at times. Most times I have been at Vinca have not been rushed. It just depends on the day and time you visit. I always have a good to great time at both places.I've been to both roughly 8 times each and only once at PT did I get rushed by mere minutes. I went to one of my favorite parlors, and for the first time I was given the sign in sheet where I had to provide name, address, etc etc etc. The mamasan said that she thought they were ALSO going to need to be checking IDs soon (I'm guessing especially as the elections come near, and probably in the months after, at least). She said they may even need to make a copy of it, to prove they checked and that the info they recorded matches the IDs.
This got me thinking, so I reached out to a buddy of mine up in New England. He has a business that prints I'd cards for businesses. I asked him if he ever does fake IDs. Now, I'm clearly no where near the drinking age, so he asked me why the hell I'd want a fake I'd? I told him that they had just put this stupid law in place down here that if you go to get a massage, they're supposed to get a copy of your I'd. With all the identity theft going on, I don't like the idea of giving any random people a copy of my info. I also said it sounds like they're going to be copying it soon, and that just makes me nervous to have a copy of my actual I'd being kept at one of these places.
He said he doesn't ever make fake licenses, as it would be illegal and would jeopardize his business. He also said that you don't really want a fake licenses, anyway because almost every state has a law against possessing a falsified government I'd, and it could actually result in jail time. But, he asked if the law said that they had to use a government issued identification for verification? If not, would a company badge work.
I told him I didn't think a company badge would work as I think they're supposed to verify address. But, I also didn't think there was any requirement that it be a government issues I'd. (When all this hit, I had read the posts here and the law itself, and I remembered that it just said that the parlors were supposed to check an I'd, not stipulation that it be government issued).
He had a suggestion: a few years ago, they had a neighborhood halloween party. He and his wife went as Jerry & Elaine from Seinfeld. For the party, he printed up two Del Boca Vista "Guest" badges for them to wear with their costumes. Basically it was like a cross between a drivers licenses and a company badge. It has their picture, some resident / address in Del Boca Vista, with VISITOR written across it. He said he could do something like that pretty easy, with a fake name, fake address, and all that. And since it was not a falsified government I'd, it wouldn't be illegal. And if the law didn't stipulate a government I'd, it should be acceptable.
I told him that would be perfect, and he said he'd make me one. But, I also mentioned that given how unpopular this law was, I bet he could probably sell a a couple hundred of these in Florida, and asked if he'd be interested.
He said that's not really his business, he really just works with businesses. But, he said if I thought there was a market for it, I should set up an Etsy shop. He said the card printers typically cost several thousand dollars, so it doesn't really make sense to buy one for a couple hundred cards. But, he said if I wanted to handle the front end through an Etsy or Shopify, he could handle the back end printing he did say they would probably end up being done in weekly batches.
I'm not totally sure of the production cost on these. Based on the conversation, I'm guessing it would probably be about $30, plus shipping for one of these. But, with that as a baseline, I was wondering if any of you would be interested in something like these? I know I'm not going to get rich on this, and that's not even the point. I'm just thinking if I can help the community out, and maybe subsidize a a couple visits for myself, it would be worth it.

Flew into St Pete AP Tuesday morning and had time to kill. I thought maybe a strip club. Headed to "Reign" on Ulmerton but upon arriving to the closed spot I realized it was only 1030 am. Next thought was massage. I thought it was meant to be when I saw the open neon signs almost right across the street for stress relief. Per actual text of Florida HB197, and as Thunter has alluded to previously, employees of a Massage Establishment are not required to scan, or even view, your government issued ID. The law simply states they are required to "verify", but does not demand examination of government issued ID. One could ask how verification is possible WITHOUT viewing an ID, such as your Driver License, but this law does not explicitly demand that action as the sole possible method. The Massage Establishment could reasonably contend that they viewed the customer's business card, or his "Employee Badge/ID", or any other reasonable form of (NON-GOVERNMENT ISSUED) identification.
How they choose to "verify" has been left ambiguous by the wording of the law, so if LE wants to criticize their verification procedures, LE would still seem to have a difficult time enforcing any sort of government issued ID check. As the law fails to demand that action on the part of the Massage Establishment.
For those contemplating flashing a "fake government issued ID" to an AMP, be aware that use of a "fake ID", McLovin' or otherwise, has other consequences. Florida Law stipulates that it's illegal to possess and/or display a fake, forged, stolen, counterfeit or borrowed driver's license or state-issued identification card. The statute (Florida Statute 322.212 (https://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2011/322.212)) makes the mere possession of a fake ID a crime, and the ID does not need to be used for any particular purpose. If you are caught with a fake ID, the penalty can be filed (at the discretion of the States Attorney) as a third-degree felony carrying a jail sentence of up to 5 years with a fine up to $5000 (that's a lot of hobby-dollars). This CLEARLY does not apply to a NON-government issued form of identifcation.
So, if one wanted to employ use of a "fake ID", make sure it's a bogus Employment Badge or Identification, or some other NON-GOVERNMENT issued ID ... even a business card! ... with the necessary information to satisfy any AMP asking for ID. If a customer were to DO that, once you leave the AMP, there is nothing tying you back to that bogus logbook entry, as long as you don't show LE your "fake" business card, Employee Badge/ID, or any other non-government issued ID you may have used (this to address QuartzBs concern below).

NOTICE WHERE IT STIPULATES "PHOTO IDENTIFICATION" IT DOES NOT DEMAND A "GOVERNMENT ISSUED" FORM OF IDENTIFICATION!!! While casual readers may want to infer that requirement, such "inferences" are not part of a lawyer's lexicon, nor an actual part of this law.

Made a recent trip to VM. Although I've read great reviews about the new gals, I decided to ask for Monica. She has that asian MILF look, I like.

I think some are waiting to see how the law pans out. Out of state license holders probably decided it's not worth the risk to get a professional violation too.
Lily spa (former Body Temple) appears to be renovating. One thing in the new law is no dark tint in massage vestibules. It appears they have removed the limo tint and now have clear windows and and a somewhat legit looking lobbing.
All this will probably push more shops to go locked door and appointment only.

Last year when I was down, I was supposed to go by there and see Soda. She left the day before I arrived. Does anybody know if she's still around in that part of Florida? My assumption, based mostly on this forum and my own experience, was that peak hours for AMPs was weekdays, 9-5. Target demo being older guys who are either retired or work a job that give them an opportunity to get away during the day. Also my experience, the best time to cheat on your wife is when she thinks you are someplace plausible.
My assumptions were being challenged and I sought out some data that you guys might find interesting. As you may know google and your phone team up to track your every move. There are many opt outs and precautions you can take but most people don't bother. Just google "vinca massage" and you can see the popular times when people are there. Granted, because of the way that shopping center is layed out, it might be hard for the cell tower to distinguish between patrons of Vinca, the smoke shop, the gym, etc.
Nonetheless, this could be a helpful tool for planning your visit. Imagine these little blue bars are stacks of little blue pills.

This is the Pinetree in Largo, correct? Last year when I was down, I was supposed to go by there and see Soda. She left the day before I arrived. Does anybody know if she's still around in that part of Florida? Are used to see her often in Atlanta.Yes, the Pine Tree in Largo. I inquired a couple of weeks before my last visit and was told by a fellow board member that she was there in the area. I got in touch with him my second day there and the same guy told me that she had just left. So I'm not sure. It would be awesome to know where she was. She is probably my ATF only to be rivaled by another lady at a spa that I can't remember the name of or where it was located. Whenever I come to Florida, it's usually round the Clearwater Bradington and Maria area. I remember the spa being on the inside corner of a small business complex and the attendant was probably in her 40's maybe early 50's and openly offered, a trip to Greece without my asking. It was a late night visit and as far as I could tell, she was the only one there. The harder I pounded that ass the more she moaned and push back on me. Maybe one of the best experiences I've ever had and I think the only Greek experience I've ever had at a spa. She very much appear to enjoy her job. I would love to run across her again, but have no idea what her name was and that was several years ago.

I swung by vinca last night at about 8:00. Not a single car in the parking lot when I arrived. I had decided to try out the new girl, Eva. Appearance wise she's quite young (mid 20's), slender, with medium, well shaped breasts, large womb tattoo. At first I was excited, paid for the hour, and got ready. Then I learned she only arrived that afternoon and had never worked an AMP before. Things went downhill from there.
She didn't know what a ts service was or how to do it, which meant she led me there while shouting 'table shower! Table shower!' I decided not to make a stink since I was apparently her first one and it seemed she was getting no help from the older attendants at all.
We go back to the room after she (mostly) dries me off and the AC makes itself known again. So she gets me on the table and sees what's happening and covers me with a fresh towel. Ok, that was good. She starts a very. Lackluster massage through the towel, but again, I had decided to be charitable so I just settled in to enjoy what I could. Well, then someone new comes in. Mia takes him to a different room and I hear whispered conversation, then Mia comes to my room, snaps a few things at Eva, and Eva jumps like a startled rabbit to run out of the room. Mia leaves, then about two minutes later returns to say, 'she coming back, just minute, she coming back' to me before leaving again before I can say anything. FIFTEEN MINUTES (during which multiple guys walk in, and get led to rooms. One guy is left in the lobby so long he walks out. I should have joined him.) go by as I use the towels in the room to finish drying off and keep warm. Finally Eva and Mia return, and Mia asks what I want with Eva. "Well, I paid for an hour. So I want an hour with Eva. " Mia and Eva both nod enthusiastically and Eva kisses me. I smell the mouthwash and know for certain that Mia took her to go service the guy who came in AFTER me in a rushed way. Now I'm very annoyed.
Mia asks for the donation and I go get $. 40 from my pants. As I'm doing that Eva scurries over to start stroking junior from behind. She did seem genuinely embarrassed and eager to be fair, but the situation was getting me increasingly mad. So I hand her the $. 40 and she starts to take it away, gets scolded in Chinese, counts it, and then Mia starts saying "no, $$. $$ because new girl!" To me. I respond with, "I've been here several times with Angela and Tiffany and never paid above $. 60. " Mia shuts up and nods, then leaves. Eva beams and runs off to put the money away, disappears again, I'm guessing she got dragged off to attend to other guys first AGAIN because when she came back I could smell the mouthwash the instant the door opened. Then comes back and gets scolded outside the door. Again. She comes back in looking unhappy and says, "baby, we need hurry, Mia say we are busy. " Now, by this point it's past 9:00 and I have been either alone or getting the runaround for all but the ten minutes of my ts. Well I can't get my money back at this point so I decide I'm just going to take however long I take and they can deal with it.

She seemed to get into it once things started up, stopped checking the monitors and started breathing differently, twitching, and melting onto the table, etc. I was pretty pent up so I didn't drag it out much and finished in her mouth. Considering I arrive two hours before closing, reserved Eva ahead of time, and paid for the hour upfront, walk-in business shouldn't have made a difference. But as soon as they have any portion of your money in the drop box, they stop caring about customer service or you in general. So I just stared at her disbelievingly, said, 'I don't think I will', and left.
Tldr: Mia fails to train new hire in any way, gives at least three guys the runaround by yanking Eva from person to person, lies about how much time I will get, trues to overcharge, and seems to verbally abuse Eva the entire time. Don't go in on a Sunday, and if anyone pulls your attendant away, start demanding money back instead of being any amount of understanding.
I cruised through Sunday evening. Was met by Yuki. She is 4' 11", thin, appears 29, long dark hair, perfect Bs. She has a distinctive face, pretty and atypical of the other Chinese women I've met. She didn't talk much but seems to know her English pretty good.

Went mid day on Labor Day. Scheduled Yuki since there were no reviews and I felt like being a little risky. Eva greeted me and she's pretty but I told her I already scheduled with Yuki. It pained me to see that you guys didn't get a good experience with this place. Vinca is more of a miss than hit according to the recent negative reviews. I went to this place once about a year ago to try it out and get a great service. Nowadays I have been going to Palace and Pine Tree as their service is always consistent. I always see Sophia in Palace and Joanne in Pine Tree, they are the best and money well spent.

Walk in with no appointment. Take the next available gal. Pay for half hour and tip in room. Wait for your turn in Table Shower que. Hope for the best! Don't expect a massage or full time. Do expect the best gals and fun in the TB area.

Yes and. This is only a slight modification. It's worked for me, to get what I want.
Always ask for names, if you aren't acquainted. If you don't like your draw on attendant, ask for someone else. The hour is only an extra $20. NBD. So, pay for the hour but when you pay, tell them you want the table shower first. It shouldn't be that long of a wait. Yes, tip in the room, before you go to shower. Once the main event is over, just lay back and relax. Stay put till you get rubbed the way that you want.

I went to Vinca twice. First time was great, the second time sucked. I realized that the second experience was much indicative of Vinca than the first. I have since only gone to PT or Palace. . . Much more enjoyable.
Gator.I have been going to Vinca since Oct 2021 - It was my FIRST AMP ever.
NEVER had a bad experience at Vinca. Old owner (Amy) was great and very pretty and a nice personality. She sold the place in Nov of 2023 - That is why people see a big change in the services.
I have been there 3 times since the new owners came on and had GREAT service every time. YMMV. Please voice Any concerns you have right away and they will be more likely to make it up to you. The extra girl special for $100 is great. You HAVE to try it. The BBBJ, CIM, TUMA, Rimjobs, etc. , and table shower slides are Awesome! Ask what their slow times are on the phone and try to schedule for those times, SIMPLE! Enjoy!

I spent a week in DC this summer being a tourist and hobbying and really enjoyed myself. I'd thought seriously about NYC (with Flushing / Queens in mind), but at the time it was significantly more expensive for flights, accommodations, and sightseeing, so I chose DC. After continuing to read the Manhattan and Queens forums, I'm going to have to be disciplined and save my shekels to make the trip. So much to do in every regard, and tangentially if you like Chinese and Korean food as well, it appears there's no better place on the East Coast for a variety of authentic Asian food at a good price. The Chinatown in Flushing is apparently bigger and more diverse than Manhattan. Got a bit off topic there. . .
Greetings gentlemen, I have not been mongering much, in fact barely at all, so I haven't chimed in lately. Last time I hit an AMP was 168, in Tampa, back in June.
I too dream of a monger trip to NYC. I would love to take a week, a butt load of cash and a bottle of blue pills and monger my balls off in NYC. Manhattan has Korean agency girls, high end AMP's with Chinnese Korean and Japanese. Low end AMP's and fast houses in Manhattan Chinatown. Flushing Queens is a whole other world of mongering. You can walk down "Roosie" in Flushing and it's like a kid in a candy store!! I've been to NYC plenty to get my fill; but oddly I have never mongered in NYC.
One a side note, Philly Center City has a pretty hopping AMP scene. I was in Philly this summer and Center City has half a dozen or more popping AMP's; several which offered the Orlando style table shower with real Nuru jell. I visited Pink on Race street and enjoyed the Orlando style aka Thai soapy body to body slide with Nuru jell and a BBBJ, followed by full boom boom back in the room. OMG it was heaven. I can't wait to go back!! You can fly into PHL, take the train downtown. Plus Frontier is dirt cheap to PHL, if you take the early flights, like 0600, you avoid the riff raff and Frontier delays and cancellations.
LA is also a great monger vacation city. Orange Co is the land of milk and honey with AMP's and Korean agencies. The advantage of NYC, or Philly vs LA is you can take the train everywhere. Although, given the rise in crime an craziness in NYC lately, I would probably stick to cabs and Uber.

Are you putting Joanne and Nicole at the same level of Soda? I used to see Soda quite a bit when she rotated up into Atlanta but now it appears she is MIA. If the other two are at the same level, then that will, give me hope for a good visit when I get down there next week.

Thanks for the context. I read probably 50 pages of this thread before I began to dive in myself so I'm not the one to ask about history beyond the last year but appreciate the tales from the archives LOL. I enjoy PT the most, I just wish they would rotate new talent in more frequently it seems the "free agents" come so seldom such as Summer, Apple, Skye.

Had a dream at VIP on 66th. First time doing in there. Was greeted by 40 ish attendant. Not much else to say about her looks or body. Barely A cups. Asked got 60 min but she said 30 min is good. Reiterated 60 minutes but settled on 30. Now I'm glad she insisted. Had a shower which was super rushed, in to the room for a super rushed unenjoyable massage. In the flip she motioned for handshake or headache, I opted for the handshake, was not feeling the other. Uc roaming of the twins, not impressed. Finished cleaned up. . 6 house and. 4 generous tip. Won't be back.

It's almost definitely the Nicole from Yoshiko. I've seen her at both over the years, and there's no way PT would retire her name to someone else for a long time.
As far as comparison, my preference is Soda Joann Nicole, but all 3 are great. I'm generally attracted to smells the most, then looks and performance. Soda had this great scent that just did it for me. I'm not as into Nicole's hairstyle but that's really it as far as negatives.
