I was in Saint Pete for business this week and had unexpected free time to myself one afternoon so I chose to get a massage. Gator.It's my understanding, primarily from reading the ATL massage forum on this site, that the AMP scene is generally not as good as what we have here locally. I still visit from time to time and they've always had a least one K Agency in town. There appears to be two these days, but I've only used lkatl. More money than an AMP, but IMO typically a much better experience and I'll take a private apartment over a public Spa any day.

In other words, I don't see how anyone could uniformly apply a single policy to ALL such similar situations. Personally, I'd PREFER to have an established "rate card" to which I would refer the provider and we'd both clearly understand that service "X" was not provided, but service "Y" WAS, so you pay for service "Y" only (i.e. reduced payment for reduced service). However, if YOUR relationship seems to focus more on the time spent with the provider, then she's likely to see the TIME as the SAME, whether you get "X" or "Y" and she's going to want the SAME payment.
My only idea would be to attempt to manipulate the situation on your next encounter by saying something like "I'm not up for a full-service session today. How about we just do BJ for $X?" (where $X is the amount you want to pay for LESS than FS). That way, you cover it upfront and there are no surprises or disagreements over the terms. In this way, you're taking the initiative to try to establish a sort of "rate card" for different service levels. If she reacts poorly to that idea, then you have your answer regarding her expectations (i.e. that would mean she views the TIME spent to be worth the SAME for FS or less-than-FS).
Trying to reduce her fee at the end of a less-than-FS session risks pissing her off and potentially ruining future engagements/sessions. I think it would even be awkward (and potentially risky) to suggest a reduced fee at the start of a session if that is prompted because SHE advised you of her time of the month upon your arrival. The best way, in my opinion, would be as described above where YOU bring it up first and of your own volition.
Years ago I had a regular provider that wanted 200 for an hour FS session, and that was on the table every time. However, she had a singularly PHENOMENAL technique at BBBJCIM (with spit) that, more times than not, I'd end up unloading in her mouth. This was at a time when BBBJ was quite rare and CIM was almost unheard of among the Escort community, at least in that area (not Florida), so I was gloriously satisfied and she drained me SO thoroughly that there was no way I was going another round anyway. I made my was up to IKEA last week and, after much research and help from all the fine gentlemen on here, decided to make a stop at Pine Tree to see Joanne. I called the day before to make an appointment as this is a long drive and I could only blame so much missing time on bad traffic.
Upon arriving I am greeted by mamasan I assume. She was super nice, took my fee for the hour, and led me to a room to await Joanne; I was a little early. When Joanne arrived she is everything everyone said she would be. Easily one of the hotter AMP providers I have seen. She was wearing a tight light blue cocktail dress and speaks very good English. A little small talk, asked for the table shower, and was told to get ready while she went to prep the shower room. Off came my clothes, wrapped in a towel and she returned to retrieve me.
The wash was relaxing but just a basic table shower. Joanne stayed fully clothed and there was no teasing. She washed all the areas, but beyond that there was nothing to indicate this was anything but a routine procedure. Maybe this changes if you are a regular and maybe if I had already tipped her if might have been different. Usually I tip up front so there is no confusion as to what needs to happen during my hour but I was caught up in the beginning and it slipped my mind. After the shower she dried me with a towel and then led me back to the room. In the room she proceeded to use a hair dryer to get the rest of the water off my body then asked me to lay down. She said she would be right back and left the room.
I took this opportunity to place the tip on the chair where she would see it and lay there face down. When she returned she asked if that was for her, I said yes. She did a quick count, found the normal $. 6, and off came her dress. For the next 20 minutes I got an amazing massage. I kind of had a similar experience when seeing Ari. I definitely found her more attractive appearance wise to Nicole or Joanne, but she seemed very mechanical as opposed to the other two.

I finally had some time to make a stop at PT after a short time away from this hobby. I am typically very much a fan of all the PT ladies, Soda and Joanne are ATF with Hanna being a close next. I have been a customer at PTs for a bit now, I know that Soda and Joanne recognize me as soon as they see me, always with a great big hug and a kiss. But at the same times its not like I'm there every week. I can go months with out stoping by but they seem to remember be well, even with the new Mamasan in place.
One of the things I enjoyed about Ari was her pettiness, someone in an earlier post described her as having "Kpop" looks, and I totally agree with that. Having her down there looking up at me makes me look enormous as she tried her best to get me in our mouth. On the first part of the session I did spend some time talking to her, about where she is from, where I'm from, she had visited my home town before and we chatted about that. It doesn't really seem worth it with so many places offering the same level of service or more for less. I have had a few new providers this year be firm on a $200 tip. I generally went ahead, but none of them were really worth the extra amount. They generally provided services that were equal or inferior to most providers that want $120 to $160 tips. But same as you, I normally want to try out new providers from time to time for variety. Stay safe.
