Okay, so here is my experience with the hour session. One, they wait longer to enter to start session. I hate this tactic. Supposedly it's to give you time to get comfortable. I don't need 15 min to do that. Two, booking an hour just leads to a somewhat non-rush session and that's what you are paying for. I've never gotten more perks for booking an hour instead of the half hour. I guess it might depend on who you are seeing. But I haven't read any posts indicating you get more for the hour. The only attendants who are presently in the daily / weekly rotation that I can attest to as due to my past experiences is Charlie, Remie, & Reyna. Each are very good at what they do and you won't be disappointed. The others I don't know due to not having any sessions with them. All- Just figured I would give some insight. This is now a self service location. From my understanding there are no hand outs. When I dreamed of this place, it went something like this.
