She has a nice laid back personality. Massage was average, for extra $ nude massage Mechanical HJ. Given that we're seeing reports here of two separate TV stations covering SOMETHING, I would give that theory low odds of accuracy, but you'd think they'd be splashing all this SENSATIONAL type news all over their websites to attract clicks (which drives advertising revenue). Maybe we just have to wait another day or so (still, that seems odd).

So you know if the cops were there the other day as busy as they are there had to have been some guys there. No feed back on the board from them? PM? Not Any hint that something went down. I could have sworn I saw someone post something a couple months ago but if I search Asian massage, well I'm sure you can guess what I see, every single time someone mentioned Asian or massage in artical pops up. I notice that it's a 'house-type-building' with a sign in front. While not exactly a 'double' for CB, I can see how this shot, when viewed quickly, might be mistaken for CB, particularly if the viewer THINKS they're witnessing a report about CB.
2.) Someone else reported their opinion that "All the reviews online put CB and other parlors in danger", however, I refer readers here to a point 43 seconds into this same video of the news report where the reporter states that police have had "Happy Panda has been under surveillance for six months, after a number of COMMPLAINTS about late night activity", and (only) THEN did investigators uncover a BP account (advertisement) soliciting men. . . ". Note that, AT NO TIME, is anything reported about online review boards.
I call point #2 to our attention, as this confirms LE statements, made to TV "investigative" reporters in the Tampa market, during sensational ratings sweeps week reports that aired earlier this spring on WFLA. Those Tampa LE comments were more direct in stating and confirming that massage parlor investigations are "complaint driven" and, frankly, that LE doesn't have the time or resources to chase down every AMP with a red neon OPEN sign in the window.
So, ask yourself how any AMP gets a "complaint" lodged against them! We can't be certain, since LE does not release that information, however, in the case of Bora Bora, the establishment was RIGHT NEXT to a busy Asian Bistro, across the street from church-school, and generally in the midst of a considerable amount of other businesses. So, any of those businesses (or one of their customers, or a parent of a student) could have called in a complaint. It's also possible that one of our happy troupe of hobbyists inadvertently had his wife / girlfriend FIND OUT about his extracurricular activities, and SHE could have called it in (I think this is less likely). Now, compare that to the CB location, where they have totally private parking, are not adjoined to any other business or building, and operate quite discreetly off a main road where cars pretty much just drive on by without even noticing the building. Comparatively, CB is low key! I would contend that Golden Gate is in a similar situation, as are many others. The AMP locations in small strip mall shopping complexes would seem to be more visibly conducting business that might possibly disturb some self-righteous do-gooder bible-thumper in any of the adjoining businesses, and yet that model seems to be quite prevalent. I have no explanation for that.
In any case, all readers and posters here should NOT, in my opinion, be concerned that whatever is reported here is going to do ANYTHING to contribute to LE activity at our favorite AMPs. Sure, LE may read this, but they really do have many other better things to be doing, so what they may see here could possibly give them a view of additional insight to someplace that they are ALREADY investigating. . . But I really seriously doubt it myself (but that's just my opinion. Supported by the facts shared above).

Nearly 4 years ago. So, still not sure Happy Panda was recently raided unless someone can confirm with a separate news source. The mystery lingers on regarding any sort of recent AMP raid!

But my guess is based on how they treat each visitor and they are definitely shaking their money maker for the bucks not because they like you. These stores have to blend in with the neighborhood's business's and hours. Stay open past 11:00 pm operate near a school, church or office complex or other professional business's could cause problems or unwanted attention. These places only get into trouble for operating without a license or offering special services. So they are only caught doing these things when LE has to answer a complaint someone has filed. It's really expensive for the cities budget to set up stings so that's not an on going process, besides shut down one two more open and the cities bean counters know this, the courts are back logged enough already. So they let them operate as long as no one is getting bent out of shape. I think what gets posted here is read by LE but has little impact on their actions. It's all about money on both sides. Now if you go up a few states to NC where I'm from they are shutting places down left and right because of a new law the Massage Board and the Governor just signed enforcing the Massage license requirement. Raleigh went from having 20+ stores down to 4 in the last year or so. I can tell you Florida is no where near as strict or conservative as some states.

Funny. I visited Orlando last October and thanks to another reviewer I visited JJ at this location. From your description, it is the one and the same person. Had one of my better experiences at an AMP with her. She seemed alot younger than 40 to me and yes I know Asians appear to age differently. I'm visiting again this October and liking to plan ahead, I gave her a ringy dingy and sure enough she answered the phone. I think I talked to her around the same time you saw her. She sounded like she had a lot less energy than when I last saw her.
Stopped in for a little relaxation and fun. Was greeted by a middle aged (40's) skinny Chinese women. Spoke English pretty well and paid her 80 for the hour. I call point #2 to our attention, as this confirms LE statements, made to TV "investigative" reporters in the Tampa market, during sensational ratings sweeps week reports that aired earlier this spring on WFLA. Those Tampa LE comments were more direct in stating and confirming that massage parlor investigations are "complaint driven" and, frankly, that LE doesn't have the time or resources to chase down every AMP with a red neon OPEN sign in the window.
So, ask yourself how any AMP gets a "complaint" lodged against them! We can't be certain, since LE does not release that information, however, in the case of Bora Bora, the establishment was RIGHT NEXT to a busy Asian Bistro, across the street from church-school, and generally in the midst of a considerable amount of other businesses. So, any of those businesses (or one of their customers, or a parent of a student) could have called in a complaint. It's also possible that one of our happy troupe of hobbyists inadvertently had his wife / girlfriend FIND OUT about his extracurricular activities, and SHE could have called it in (I think this is less likely). Now, compare that to the CB location, where they have totally private parking, are not adjoined to any other business or building, and operate quite discreetly off a main road where cars pretty much just drive on by without even noticing the building. Comparatively, CB is low key! I would contend that Golden Gate is in a similar situation, as are many others. The AMP locations in small strip mall shopping complexes would seem to be more visibly conducting business that might possibly disturb some self-righteous do-gooder bible-thumper in any of the adjoining businesses, and yet that model seems to be quite prevalent. I have no explanation for that.
In any case, all readers and posters here should NOT, in my opinion, be concerned that whatever is reported here is going to do ANYTHING to contribute to LE activity at our favorite AMPs. Sure, LE may read this, but they really do have many other better things to be doing, so what they may see here could possibly give them a view of additional insight to someplace that they are ALREADY investigating. . . But I really seriously doubt it myself (but that's just my opinion. Supported by the facts shared above).

And on the nuru gel make sure you take your own towel because they don't have a shower so if you choose nuru and your not prepared you and your car are going to be a sticky mess.

2. How much should I take? $80/hour or $60/hhr for House Fee. Expect to tip $160/hr or $140/hhr, or otherwise be less than satisfied..
3. Who should I ask for? Mona, Yuki, or just about anybody that meets you at the door..
4. Half hour or 1 hour? Half Hour for the economically minded. Service will be the same and the girls actually prefer this when it's busy..
6. Should I call? Sure, go 'head. Ask who's working. But DON'T think you can make an appointment, even if they agree to one. The don't honor appointments. If your girl is busy, take the next!.

In WinterPark on business all day so I had gone by earlier in the day she said to come back so I went about my business for a few hours then went back, Yup full again so I thought when I head home later I'll swing by again. Off to the room, the massage started out very mechanical. In actuality there was hardly any pressure and she seemed a bit and experienced for massage. Fairly soon into the session, a hint of additional services were offered, but the prices seemed a bit higher than expected. Considering that I would have greatly benefited from a good massage today, my mood was a bit lackluster. I opted just for a standard experience although as I've mentioned the menu could expand. I guess for some who deliberately go in search of one aspect of these type of places, you'd likely have a good time. I'm just used to getting a pretty decent massage included for the price. A busy rocking place during busy times "CB" forget about it they want you in and out besides the greeter may be the only one available but you can ask you May luck out. Some stores have a employee rotation schedule where the girls work their turn BUT if a customer ask for a specific girl he gets her if she's available they don't want to loose a customer. If a store only has 2 or 3 girls and just one of them is working, well there's not going to be too much of a line up. In my years of doing this I'll be honest I've seen more American Places with a line up selection than I have Asian places. Most these Asian places have a lean & mean business model and can move, change staff, change owners or shut down at the drop of a hat. I guess what I'm saying is at a low volume place or a place at a slow time they should be willing to let you see who's available it's not an unusual request. I went to Cream and Butter today and surprisingly met the mamasan from CB at the door. She introduced 5 of her girls and two I did recognized from both BB and CB1 and the rest were brand new. Who knows why these guys come in and do these terrible things to these girls possibly it's because maybe they feel that Cream and Butter is going to be a threat to their spas who knows? So yes they will be selective. So let's try to be as accurate and honest with our postings on here do considering YMMV, people are going to go check CB2 out regardless what has been written on here and will discredit untrue reviews once they visit. BTW it is in a very decent plaza not run down by any means, yes older building but mamasan did apologized about the cleaning crew outside cleaning they are also remodeling the plaza. She even walked me through the entire spa even the unfinished area very upscale. Give it about a week or so I think it's going to be the new "It place". They are warming up, be ready.

You have to get out of O-town to get to a good one -- The best is the Mons Venus in Tampa - $20 to get in, no booze, full naked full contact- bring and extra pair of underwear or condom because you will mess your pants. Also you will smell like stripper, so bring a change of clothes otherwise you will be visiting a laundromat and washing your clothes. I personally like the day shift girls because they try harder and usually are more real. The night shift girls are hot, model quality strippers who will bleed your money dry. They are pros and to quote Chris Rock. There is no love in the Champagne room. - Next best strip club is Bare Assets in Newport Ritchey. This place is near Palm Harbour and Innisbrook Golf resort. I dreamed I visited the new massage place, Cream and Butter. It is in a strip mall and the location has been recently remodeled inside. When I arrived they were quite busy. Like I said earlier as the reviews roll in from many members that can be so call trusted for their opinions THEN things start to sound legit. A new place like Cream and Buddah I don't take a lot of stock in the first batch of reports, it takes a village to convince me.
