4. Always excellent hygiene. Nothing kills the mood more than poor hygiene.
5. No fear of being ghosted. How many of us have made plans for a meet and then been ghosted for no apparent reason? Sometimes after a long drive across town.

I don't think its safe (from towing) to park on the right side of the building, especially if the restaurant is open. I wonder if other hobbyists risk parking on the restaurant side of the building.

While Jui Jui provided the better AMP experience, the ample and anonymous strip mall parking of Butterfly is safer and more convenient. However, if the Jiu Jiu girls eventually make their way to Butterfly then a privacy conscious hobbyist could have the best of both AMPs by waiting for any desired Jiu Jiu girl to rotate to Butterfly.
