Tonight has not been a fun one, guys. The condom broke during some point during the session and neither of us noticed until after I finished and pulled out. Thankfully she doesn't offer BB so I'm hoping the test I'm getting ready to call about tomorrow comes back clean. The provider was very paranoid about the risk of pregnancy so she requested for me to pay an extra $100 and that we swap numbers Just in case.
Fuck I hope the every test that has to be taken because of tonight comes back negative.I hope everything has worked out for you. Was it your condom or hers? If hers, did you see it come out of the wrapper? What was the exra $100 for, the morning after pill? Why did you exchange numbers? I'm assuming you already had each others numbers. Or did she want your real life contact info? Hopefully, she's not setting up up for some extra cash with no services.

If you are testing for STI's STD's or HIV I believe you will have to do this a few times. If the condom popped yesterday I think you have to give it a week or so to get any reading on STI's and STD's. As far as HIV goes I think you have to wait 3 months. Again, this is what I read and I'm no infectious disease specialist.
Does anyone know of any hotels that accept cash and no ID? There is a provider I'm interested in seeing that only does out calls. I would be fine with paying for the hotel but sure as hell would not be okay using my credit card or name for it. She says she doesn't have her ID which I know is a bit of a red flag. PM is okay.
Anyone know this blonde? Feel free to PM specific but I believe we chatted on AFF but she texts my burner random for fun. I've yet to meet as it seems TGTBT almost.

After check-in, return to your vehicle and bring your date in through the side door. I've used the link below for short stays and used cash as payment.

Try Doublelist. And I also second FetLife.I had such great luck on the site in the past. I meet a married couple right here in Raleigh on there and he would watch me bang his wife. I remember one time he held her hand and kissed her as I banged doggystyle and creampied her. He then went down to clean her up and indulge in sloppy seconds. We all had a good time and I was compensated.

Is there anyone else who has Charter / Spectrum experiencing connection issues to this site? For a month now I've been unable to load the site unless I use a proxy service. I can pull it up from my phone when it's not connected to my local network and I've done traceroutes to determine packets stop at Charter servers. And it's not a thing I can exactly complain to Spectrum about unless I give them an IP address rather than the domain name. I'm just curious.
I have Spectrum / Charter and can access this site without any issues. I've seen discussions of sites being blocked on reddit, but only when using their router / wifi (but if you're tech enough to be running traceroutes my guess is you don't use their crap).

I typically log into sites like this using a VPN with a no logs policy to maintain privacy. Not full proof but think of it as going bareback vs using a rubber when going with some unverified "strange." A less advised option if privacy is not a concern. Assuming any parental controls are set to OFF, the alternate option is to change the DNS server setting on your router. Use 1. 1. 1. 1 or 9. 9. 9. 9. Again, this will NOT provide any privacy but will get you around anything your ISP provide may be blocking.
- Tork.

(Other than don't do this again? There's nothing to worry about if you didn't leave anyone or anything behind in the room. If you left the provider, then you may get a larger bill if she stayed beyond the time or trashed the room. Otherwise don't stress about it. I don't think it's possible to get a room and not show I'd, but make sure you pay in cash. Do motels accept prepaid or reloadable debit cards?

My social media feeds have recently become absolutely overrun with ads for not-quite-blue-diamonds, and I find this humorous since I've never once run a search for anything like this. It has started me wondering, though, if anybody has experience with generics and what the difference might be from the real thing? I have yet to try anything of the type, but I'm not as young as I used to be, either. Anybody willing to candidly weigh in on their experience and the cost involved?
Guys, I'm looking for 2 CB and used to get it from a provider but she's gone to ground over who knows what issue but I can only guess. Does anyone know where to find? Please PM Me. I do plan to celebrate senior status by sharing findings. Don't judge.

The free VPNs and browser extensions you should be cautious as they have access and can sell your data. I remember the one that was the most popular and trusted in the world for a while was found to be selling everyone's info.
I got a subscription to NordVPN for $2-3/ mo a few months ago for peace of mind accessing anything sensitive while on wifi abroad. Also useful for selecting exact locations.

A guy I work with told me about a 'Foot Fetish Party' he attended last weekend. This particular event was in a Jacksonville FL hotel although he said events happen all around. Apparently "Foot Models" are signed up and paid $500 to do what one would expect, foot-jobs or whatever. One lady came up to his room after. I didn't know about these "parties" but I'm not too surprised. The guy said te next one he'll go to will be in South Carolina.

https://www.reddit.com/r/casualiama/comments/18r7fvk/i_have_had_sex_with_168_prostitutes_in_2023_ama/This was an interesting read. 168 is a high number for a one year period. That's close to having one almost every other day. I don't even know where to find that kinda time. I guess if its legal there its probably a lot easier than here to set up and what not so time may not be an issue but also the cost. If we take his low ball which was 120*168 that's 20 k! Also if you're screwing young women every other day how do you juggle other things? No judgement here but I don't see escorts or any FWB's when I'm in a relationship, but how do you even try to cultivate one when you're screwing a working girl practically every other day? Its not like having a GF where you just fuck at home, there's 'prep' time when fucking an escort, at least for me there is and that's outside of scheduling. I wish I would've saw this AMA but I would've taken up the entire thread with questions LOL.

Random question. Saw I'm in contact with someone via text located on Airport blvd but it's actually a sting. If I arrive and say I'm here after we discuss what I want and cost and "she" responds with room number and I don't even get out the car or go up is that still enough evidence to charge me? Say they got uncle inside the room but outside watching as well? What if I decide to just pull off is that enough clause to pull me over? Normally doing my visits when I get room number I go ahead and delete the app I'm using.

Say they got uncle inside the room but outside watching as well? What if I decide to just pull off is that enough clause to pull me over? Normally doing my visits when I get room number I go ahead and delete the app I'm using.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice. In terms of arresting and charging you, the act of responding to an add for erotic services is enough. Doesn't matter if you ask about services or actually solicit with the typical I will pay x for why, they can still arrest and charge you based on responding if they can find you. If you show up to the room or the sting location then they can still charge you and yes, they will generally be in the parking lot and the decoy may ask for your car's information or tell you to park in a certain area. Going to the room is pretty much a done deal even if no money or services were discussed. If you're ever arrested in a room or even at the location your best bet is to shut the fuck up, realize that you're getting arrested and dump as much money as you can into the best lawyer you can get. Even if you're carrying a stack of bibles they're not going to believe you intended to turn the poor girl to jesus. Back in the backpage days I read a story about a couple of people from children of the night getting arrested in a sting even though they clearly were and had been making appointments in order to just check on the workers, hand out condoms, give contact info and so forth. If you're ever contacted by a police officer who says your number came up during a prostitution investigation then breathe, tell him you will not answer questions without a lawyer, ask for contact info and hang up. It's up to you if you want to follow up but don't do it without a lawyer.
If you use a burner app then log out of it once you have the room number. If you have a phone that can be unlocked with your face or thumbprint then disable that when visiting hookers. There's other measures you can take that won't save you if you knock on the door but might give you reason to turn around. One big one I'll give is to show up early if you're visiting a motel and watch who is coming in and out of rooms as well as who is trying to hide around corners.
If you happen to like street walkers then never talk to a chick who is standing outside your car. If she won't get in then she's a decoy. If that happens ask for directions or ask for her number / Instagram and keep it moving. There's zero illegal about shooting your shot and asking a chick to go for a ride or give you her number. Generally with street walker stings they get you to discuss services / prices then have you pull up the block because they don't want to be seen getting into a car. I was into street walkers for a while and never had a non-decoy refuse to immediately hop in my car. Hell I've had a chick almost get hit crossing two lanes of traffic to get to my car.
FWIW I was once pulled with a known street walker in my car. I got lucky because she followed my advice and shut the fuck up even when the cop called her by name and asked if she had anything illegal. I also got lucky because she wasn't on parole or probation so the cop had zero pretense to search the car or us and I wasn't giving consent.
There's always going to be more sex for sale but if you're ever arrested or charged that might end some things that are more important in your life so when in doubt play it safe.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice.

There's always going to be more sex for sale but if you're ever arrested or charged that might end some things that are more important in your life so when in doubt play it safe.I think what you've said is true and correct. The only addition I'd make is that 20+ years ago I stopped to talk to one of the most beautiful streetwalkers I've ever seen, and it wasn't in a rough area. I noticed she wasn't trying to get in the car, and immediately felt on my guard about her. She also was using vague terms to start a negotiation, so I didn't bite. I just kept asking her if she wanted a ride and she replied with more vague shit. I drove off, and was pulled over a couple miles down the road, and a bunch of detectives descended on me. I remained silent, which pissed them off. They charged me with 'Loitering for the purpose of Prostitution'. I went to court and beat the charge. How would they prove that one anyway? I think they were hoping I'd just cave and plead guilty to avoid publicity. Fortunately I was single. My argument to the judge was simple, "saw a woman, thought she was in need and offered a ride. " The decoy actually showed up in court and they had a recording that did not help them at all. The punchline is that they CAN find something to charge you with, and if you're married that could create tough times at home, as you suggested.
It's wise to avoid discussion of specifics in a text app. This site is the best way to learn what services are provided for a set rate / time with a provider. I think for a true solicitation conviction they need a payment offer tied to actual illegal acts. I'd be suspect of any provider that volunteers specifics when texting, and you shouldn't either. Regarding the text app thing, I believe they can just submit a warrant to Text App or the like which will link your temporary number to your device I'd. Obviously then they will be able to show it came from your phone. The more difficult you make this process for them, the less likely the juice will be worth the squeeze for them. Of course, never, ever unlock your phone for them. Your only word should be 'LAWYER'. With the absence of specific acts, your attorney can argue that the time you were attempting to secure with the provider was for a vanilla massage, or even an interview for a YouTube video you were planning to create. Anyone engaging in this hobby without the means to retain a lawyer is nuts, IMO.

The burden of proof is however on them and the prosecutor. That's why they want you to incriminate yourself. Offering money for sex is illegal but there is a fine line between that and having sex with a woman and giving her money. In order to convict they need you to admitted ir have proof of an offer. That's why stings always have the lady not mention specifics and try to bait you.
Stay safe.

I get a random text from a 520 area code saying that they're going to post I'm a sex offender, post all over social media, etc. Pic is actually one I've used on FB & IG.
I have never messed with anyone underage or ever been in the situation that it would come into play.
I didn't even reply. I blocked the #.
What should I do?
Take to police?

Take to police? Why in the would you call the police about this? What do you think they are going to do? They certainly won't help you. Even if they wanted to help (they don't) you don't have any evidence to give them which would identify the person.
You can count on the cops for a few things though. They would certainly grill you about your hobby. They would search for info about you in whatever police databases they have access to and then add some notes about you being a whoremonger to their own database.
Ignore the message. Anything else would be a mistake.

Take to police? You already blocked the number, so there's nothing else to be done. You would only need to worry if you are a sex offender. Make sure you don't have any evidence of your mongering activities and all you need to do is deny IF anything comes of it. People like that are looking for money, and once you acknowledge / engage them it won't be cheap.
When I googled the #.
It seems as if this is what the number stemmed from.

I saw a gal on Reddit mention she goes to the house. Like I am supposed to know what this is. I queried her via chat and she mentioned she does not have time to respond and join her only fans to speak with her there.
What is the house and has anyone been there? The lady seemed attractive and perhaps something to experience however the only fans bit left me suspicious of to good to be true.

A weird red screen briefly pops up when I click a link to go to a thread. Then it bounces me back to the previous page. It's a brand new phone. Was doing this in my last phone.

You realize that you get their full name when you pay them with casapp. I never bring cash to a play. You realize that you get the full name that is associated with the cashapp account. That is not necessarily their real name.
You realize that you get their full name when you pay them with casapp. I never bring cash to a play. Not really. You can put any name on cashapp. I had a provider ask for cashapp and the name came up as "Ratchet Tony". I have friends who's cashapp doesn't have their real name.
Incorrect. That's not how cash app works as others have highlighted. Ratchet Tony doesn't want his real name shared, for clear and obvious reasons.
Still, no one has provided any meaningful response to blindly sharing your government names with these women. And yet everyone on this forum is going by some made up name LOL. There is a reason why we are doing that!
I get it, sometimes the little head makes us rationalize things we wouldn't otherwise agree to but be mindful of the sensitivity of the info you share. At what point is it too much? Your driver's license number? SSN? Help me understand.

Sure it is, you have to verify with a Social Security number before you can use cashapp. But that's only for CashApp's back end. You can have your display name read whatever you want, and the recipient can't see any of your real data. Can it be subpoenaed by LEO? You betcha, which is why after December this is a cash only hobby again. LEO aren't going through that for a misdemeanor, but they sure as shit are doing it with a minimum 4 month in jail felony after December. Imagine when one of these girls gets busted for drugs and lightens her charges by giving up the last 30 guys that paid her by CashApp? She can't be charged for any prostitution related charges, so the deal making gets really easy for them.

Just looked it up and WOW I had no idea this was going into effect end of this year. That's some serious shit. There's a clear greater incentive for LEO to up the ante in terms of cracking down on monger activity. Cash for sure going forward. Pretty meaningful game changer for the area and makes it even more critical IMO to leave as minimal of a paper trail as possible, such as not providing your full government name and identification!
We are all adults so you can do whatever the F* you want to do, but hopefully this opens up the eyes for some guys who have been doing that as a normal practice. Stay safe.

"If we reasonably suspect that your account has been used for an unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose, you give us express authorization to share information about you, your account, and any of your transactions with law enforcement. "
So it appears this has always been the case. Meaning ever since its been in operation the police have been able to subpoena Cashapp for records. Ill tell you right now police don't give 2 shits if Me and Joey bag o doughnuts pay 2 escorts to bang their brains out for an hour. (doesn't mean you won't get busted if you're quite literally caught) What they care about is illegal trafficking, child exploitation etc as they should. No reason to be afraid about some new law, police have always had the ability to get your records from Cashapp if requested so no reason to get our collective panties in a twist. You are the center of your universe but in the grand scheme of things we as individuals aren't that interesting or important enough for police to come after. My point is if they wanted to they could've gotten the information already there's no new law its literally their policy to give information to LEO if requested. No need to panic.

It doesn't have anything to so with Cash App. I posted about this in the are&are thread on 6/29 but here's the gist for those that missed it- NC soliciting penalties changing.
Cooper signed HB 971 which changes the penalty for soliciting a prostitute from a misdemeanor to a felony starting in Dec 2024. I switched from pros, to a utr, and then to AMPs some years ago to avoid most of the possible problems but this worries me. Soliciting is defined as offering money or compensation for sexual acts- so it could include a handy at the local massage parlor if you're not careful. Now the police will be able to charge you with a felony to scare you into talking about your last visit. The AMP scene is pretty bad now but I am afraid it will disappear completely when this goes into effect in December.
According to google;.
1st offense Class I = 4-10 months imprisonment, max 2 years.
2nd or more offense Class H= 5-20 months, max 3 years.
If she's a minor Class G = 10-24 months, max 4 years.
These penalties do not apply to the prostitute, just the person soliciting.
Also in the bill-are human trafficking sections and new requirements for motel / hotel housekeepers and "vacation rental" property managers to be trained in how to recognize trafficking signs and the new mandatory reporting to law enforcement.
This isn't specifically related to Cashapp. Re-read the comments.
A lot people missing the bigger picture here.

Many of the women may start advertising as giving massages, and once there do the upsell for extra perks. I will most likely stick with Fetlife and join the gangbangs advertised there.
Thank you, things like this is why guys should be more cautious. I imagine most hotel staff know the patterns of escort behavior already. Mongers going in and out an obvious sign. They have a paying guest so they may not care. But now they also have an incentive to alert LEO because if it's found out escort activity is taking place at said establishment, then they may be subject to fines, bad press, etc.

Any front desk staffers are required to be trained to detect prostitution. They and the hotel owners are responsible when someone gets caught on their properties. Assuming these girls can even get a room, the staff won't be overlooking anything in the future. I'm curious about what's really going to happen next year. On one hand I can see the women appreciating the new immunity they have. On the other hand, their customer base will get smaller for sure. And they will find having a place to stay difficult at best. For me personally, I'm probably going to end up traveling out of the country more. It's just not worth the life destruction.

Now is the time to find a few good UTRs and stick with them in preparation for the future.

I know that everyone always worries about escorts flipping on their customers, but really how realistic is that? For giving money to be a crime, they'd need to prove the sex act. An escort's testimony wouldn't be super reliable, especially if she's using the testimony to avoid charges. If they DO pursue you over that little, I'd imagine they wouldn't be able to do anything with it unless you say or do something stupid.
Not to minimize the danger from this law! I just expect that we'll see an increase in patrols around SW areas and more funding towards stings. Known girls should continue to be as safe as they currently are (which isn't actually safe if you get me).

The publicity of getting arrested, mugshot online, and having to explain to a significant other what the hell just happened. That's not an issue if you're single, but you could be placing your job in jeopardy if you earn a decent living.

This is just a simple case of two consenting adults going inside a hotel room. Nothing more.
IF the managers happened to see suspicious activity. They don't have any videos inside to see what happened.
Only thing that can be caught is if it was an under-aged situation. Anything else, there is very little to worry about, since there is no survillence inside.
Also, a man (you or I) could have gone in, to perform a moving help, IT support, grocery, tutoring, english language support, WHATEVER.
SG.
What might happen is the property manager or staff could call the police if they notice a room having a lot of activity of men going in and out.
Many of the women may start advertising as giving massages, and once there do the upsell for extra perks. I will most likely stick with Fetlife and join the gangbangs advertised there.

That's the worst part of the new law coming next year. All providers will now be classified as 'Human Trafficking Victims' regardless of their past. WE are the LEO targets. Period. She is the witness against you, along with the information they obtain in the investigation. In that way, she won't be treated much differently than a rape victim. For a felony charge, they will get her comms. And then they will track the number you used. If you used a burner, the number will come back to the burner app that controls that #. They will subpoena that app and they will receive your apple / google I'd and real phone #. Upon arrest they will take your phone, and if they can unlock it they will search it for evidence. Sure, you may eventually beat these charges in court after hiring a FANTASTIC attorney at great expense to you, but you may have already lost your relationship, job, professional certifications etc. In the past, the investigative hurdle was twofold: 1. The charges for you were misdemeanors. There's only so much investigation they're going to do in this situation. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Now your charge is a minimum 4 month in jail FELONY. They're going to go a hell of a lot further to get you. 2. The way it's been, the provider was going to at least face similar charges or more serious charges. The effect of that is she just clams up and the cops have both sides not telling them anything. You walk. (This has happened with me BTW.) Even if the cops said "we want him, not you", the ladies were probably distrustful. Next year, the women will know they CANNOT be charged. They will be HT Victims and be treated as such. They can qualify for victim impact funds. Even drug use will be treated as a coercive condition that pimps and customers use to keep them trafficked. "Help us get these men using you, off the streets, you poor little flower" will be the approach from LEO. There are no deals for us because we're where the big charges come from. Note that much of what I know about how the changes get implemented by LEO comes from my family member who's a detective (Theft, not Vice). We're going to need to be much much more careful going forward (if we continue this hobby) and IMO one of the real risks are with the scammer girls or the false advertising girls that you walk out on. When she follows up with "I'm calling the cops unless you give me _ LEO will still probably get your plate # from the CCTV, for follow-up. Note that 'Soliciting' doesn't require you to complete the act in any way. These women just got a lot more power, and that's something to be mindful of.

Everyone will have incentive to go against you. Hotel staff, neighbors, passerbys, girls, pimps etc. Anyone trying to stay silent will face charges themselves. Girls will be given the option, did you traffic yourself or did he traffic you?
This is my main concern too. That whole situation would be reallyyyyy shitty. Maybe some people just don't have much to lose so it's no big deal for them.
The big issue is getting into the situation itself. The publicity of getting arrested, mugshot online, and having to explain to a significant other what the hell just happened. That's not an issue if you're single, but you could be placing your job in jeopardy if you earn a decent living.

Yeah. More Puritanical bullshit denying people the freedome to fuck. Nobody wants human trafficking or minors. But this makes it a seroius crime to just fuck. I was in Europe recently and frequented some legal brothels. Clean, gorgeous women, ready to go. Professionals. And cheaper than a QV here. This sucks. Stop voting for these prudes!Yeah your right. We need to start voting for people that believe in sexual freedom. This Bill is a conservative dream come true I guess. The Republicans wrote this law and pressured the governor into signing it. After all how can he not sign a bill that says its stopping HT in NC. We need to start voting for people that want to legalize the business of sex between consenting adults. Get the churches and government out of the bedrooms.

SG.I'm not a lawyer but I'd say multiple men coming and going from a room, especially if they're all staying for certain increments, would be enough probable cause for a warrant. If a cop happened to hear "screams" or other signs of distress that might constitute enough exigent circumstances for them to enter the room. I'll also say that even if they don't get a warrant or have exigent circumstances, they can still tail you and hope you do something dump like roll a stop sign. While you have protections, that doesn't mean that some other monger won't spill the beans hoping to get let off. There's also the other thorny issue which is that it's hard to know who is on probation and who is not. It's also hard to know the terms of their probation. If the chick is on probation then her PO has pretty broad let me mess with their day just because freedom.
I'm not saying not to partake in the hobby after the law but just be careful and maybe consider having a lawyer on retainer. I'd also avoid certain areas depending on the provider's volume. Just like with AMPs I imagine the Cary PD will be more active shutting things down than the Raleigh PD.
Given prices are what they are I'd also advise that guy start demanding more. With that kind of law in effect there's little chance I'm walking up to a strange room. Instead I recommend telling the provider to let you in a specific side door or meeting in the lobby. If you're paying over $300/ hr and they won't do that then move on.

just be careful and maybe consider having a lawyer on retainer. Many of you complain about $200 rates and now you're talking about having a lawyer on retainer? Do you realize how much that costs?
Also, just getting arrested is enough to really mess up your life, even if charges are dropped later.
Just getting back and now reading about this law and no time to search if this has been covered or not but did anyone hear about a bust of a pop up brothel in Morrisville? Also a vice investigation of airbnbs houses being used by Chinese guest with ring door bell camera footage of mongers coming and going. Saw allot of work truck in those videos. Looks like Its time to head back into retirement again!
Many people do not realize this fact. You can get arrested for any reason. It might not stand up in court but guess what the arrest never goes away.

Ring camera, histories are in High Resolution and there is no telling who else can see the feeds. Feels as if that is a perfect mix to blackmail, or at least get your ass put under significant legal duress. I will not agree to provide, IDs, real work information nor pay any deposit. It is just not worth the risk right now IMO until the laws are sorted out.

I am an over thinker, I was wondering if LE can accuse you of a felony for something that you did before that act was a felony. Let's say they have evidence that you were mongering before Dec 1 but are waiting for the misdemeanor to become a felony and then bring the charges against you. Would that be legal or even possible??

I see this advice constantly. I don't know why you all think the legal system is designed so that if you don't say some "magic" word -you won't get arrested and charged just the same. And that is enough to ruin your reputation or relationship just the same. Explain to a SO how you got arrested by accident, oh and BTW. Can you pick up my car from the Marriott parking lot. Oh and also come pay my bail?
If it is a sting and you show up at the house / hotel / motel. You are getting arrested; no questions asked. Not to mention a warrant against your phone will show them everything they need to know (when you contacted, where you originally contacted from, your GPS location to show how you arrived, they can definitely pull up deleted texts, and they can probably pull up and texts in deleted apps).
And when you get to a judge and try to argue that "No no no your Honor, I was there to buy cookies". They will roll their eyes and fine you and/or lock you up just the same.
There is no way to be in this hobby and be 100% immune from the police. Instead the goal is to avoid being robbed or injured / killed or "identified" by these professional ****** and their pimps and then they inject themselves into your personal life past the 30 minutes you paid for.

Up until now we've all been on the misdemeanor posture. What this really means is that they're going to try to get you to tell on yourself or just charge you anyway, knowing they might not get a conviction but create some disruption in your life (as you communicated). Make information difficult enough to get and you just might get through it. Probably the biggest change we have to get ready for is the 4 mos-1 year mandatory jail time felony. They're going to fund lots more investigative hours to getting you. One of the changes that's flown under the radar is their modification to what 'solicitation' is in this state now. You only now need communication and 'intent'. Specifically in the verbiage it says that intent can be 'driving to the location' or 'withdrawing money from an ATM'. So, expect to have them pull a warrant for your bank records. They can present this warrant electronically to your bank and they'll get the records faster than you are notified by your bank. Your SO will be notified of this, just like you will be. Every single person that intends to continue with this hobby after 12/1 will need to completely up their game.

I think I know my strategy, but probably won't be taking many chances for a while starting on 12/1.There are lots of ways to upgrade your personal security, but I totally agree with you. I think it's best, at minimum to wait for a bit to assess their tactics. I do have a detective friend, so I've heard some of their planned approaches. It's way beyond what we've been used to. I think a good way to think of this is the difference between the way its been, which has been about relatively low effort stings etc. To like the "To Catch A Predator' type complexity. They're going to use talented decoys and all the after investigative stuff will run really deep. Up to now the felony level stuff has been about pimps. And they get them almost 100% of the time due to the fact that given enough investigative work on the back end, you'll uncover all the digital footprint stuff (Car GPS data, Banking, IP Address tracking, warrants for burner # records, phone warrants, and of course the testimony of the provider). No matter what you do, you won't be completely clean. And they'll get everything they can vs today where they just aren't going to do that for a misdemeanor. Hopefully the guys that get busted early will share what they know, but basically I'm going to take a break.
I was curious so I did some research:
2020 before law 75 arrests.
2021 after law 282 arrests.
2022 298 arrests.
2023 376 arrests. And I think a few things are also important to note. Obviously there's more funding and attention being paid in Texas after their new law. You can clearly see that. I think it's probably also important to imagine that the 21,22, and 23 numbers represent guys taken out of the game. At least in TX. I bet there's not a single repeat offender in those 3 years, but I guess I could be wrong.
The other really, really critical thing to remember is that the original NC bill was pretty close to the TX one. Then the NC Family Policy Council (Republican PAC) lobbied to make one very important change. The actual law that was passed outlawed 'Prayer for Judgment' in the sentencing. This means that a judge can't look at your clean record, community involvement, character witness testimony and decide to give you probation, which is even a possible outcome for violent offenses and drug offenses. Getting convicted of first offense Solicitation in NC now means you serve a minimum of 4 months - 240 days folks (with no early release possibility), and up to 1 year in jail. They also added that these charges will be brought into a child custody cases, and will be used to harm your ability to have custody or visitation with your children. Let's face it, if you're not divorced already, you will be afterward, and this could be a huge factor for you. In Texas neither of these tweaks exist, and judges have generally been taking the approach that if the john is gainfully employed with a family to support, probation is the best course- and they have the latitude to do that.
The NC law is an absolute meat grinder for most of us.
So Skip the Games won't work on a VPN. That seems like an obvious vulnerability for those trying not to leave trails behind. For me, I use a VPN and don't use sites that won't accept them.

You have take everything from 2020 (at least March. December) with a grain of salt due to Covid. I realize Texas did things differently, but you have to figure there were fewer attempts at mongering in the Big 4 cities, at least from married old guys.

Men and Women will adapt to the new law but it is a huge pain in the ass. I hope future sting operations round up a few of these overly righteous a**holes. In recent years I have only met someone with a solid personal reference. I would consider cold calling far to dangerous given the changes. I think it will affect AMP's in a big way, perhaps with surveillance of customers, license plates, etc. Imagine getting a letter to appear before a judge and prove you only went in for a legitimate massage. Look how they take money now in civil forfeiture or they busted people for the tiniest amount of weed during the drug wars. Anyway it will take a couple of sting operations to see how far they will go.

You have take everything from 2020 (at least March. December) with a grain of salt due to Covid. I realize Texas did things differently, but you have to figure there were fewer attempts at mongering in the Big 4 cities, at least from married old guys.
What were the 2017-2019 stats?2019 was 83 arrests.

Man Alexxxa is going down down hill. The big forehead guy "her brother" she called him kept her up compared to now. He is gone and some scrawny little guy has filled the spot. She is back to using, her mind is all over the place and her room is basically destroyed. Her hygiene is falling too. Her phone that she was using is broken. I think she may be using a app or something. Its a matter of time for her loosing the room, or something worse. It's sad.

Scrolling around on STG, found an interesting. Messaged and the response was the girl was 14? Never was one to narc before but any idea how to safely report this account? Seems like either a sting account which good for them trying to catch sickos or an actual sicko who needs to be taken down. Gunna go take a long shower after I'm done vomiting.

So Skip the Games won't work on a VPN. That seems like an obvious vulnerability for those trying not to leave trails behind. For me, I use a VPN and don't use sites that won't accept them.Yes it will. It all depends upon which VPN you're using and to which nodes you're attempting to connecting. I've had consistent luck with one particular combination for well over a year now. PM me if you want to discuss further.

Gunna go take a long shower after I'm done vomiting.Eight men have been charged in a multi-agency undercover operation targeting child sex predators and human traffickers.
Between Nov. 12 and Nov. 15, officers and agents posed as children and traffickers, arranging to meet men who solicited the agents for sex at various locations in Wake Forest.
The arrests were made by the Wake Forest Police Department and the Wake County Sheriff's Office.
Homeland Security Investigations, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Cary Police Department, the Harnett County Sherriff's Office, the Wake County District Attorney's Office and the USA Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of NC also assisted in the operation.
The Wake Forest Police Department said child sex and human trafficking crimes are on the rise and urged parents to be vigilant, speaking with their children and monitoring their behavior online and offline.

I have zero problem arresting those guys of course, but it shows how rarely this actually happens when the sting operation leads to someone here calling out the posting. It's like how hitmen listings on the dark web are purportedly all sting operations as well.
Homeland security is setting up shop here for the new law change after Dec 1. I'd say this is. Probably just a little warm up session for them. Not looking good for all the people saying the Dec law won't change anything.

Hello fellow mongers.
This new law is definitely taking serious path.
Just out of curiosity if this goes on like this, most of NC mongers will be seen in SC.
Florence will be safe bet l.
It will add few hrs of drive but save from all this.
Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?SC is a workable option for now, as is VA. For reference, Republicans in VA introduced HB51 to try their own version of increasing penalties for prostitution (although much tamer than ours). So far that bill has failed in committee. The main difference is that their republicans aren't quite as conservative and enough align with the democrats on social morality / personal freedom issues. Either of those states are much safer right now. I had a dream with an amazing provider in Richmond a couple of years ago. I've heard some rumblings that conservatives in SC intend to introduce a similar bill to ours next year, so that state's scene may be short lived.

These new laws don't worry me too much. The intent has to be proven you are soliciting a prostitute.
It's guys picking up streetwalkers and the adult bookstores who need to be the most worried. 'I almost never pick up a streetwalker.
Because in truth that is probably who this law is being targeted at.
I met a girl last night and I told her I'd like to buy her dinner. There was no discussion of cash. I asked if I could kiss her, she allowed it and me to touch her.
And from there, I left her "dinner" and we enjoyed each other. My intention is to buy her dinner.
Stop asking for qv, stop asking for menus, stop being specific about details. Stop going to shady hotels. Stop doing car shit. Stop picking up streetwalkers.
Cops are not going to let you kiss them or touch them and undress them. Never offer money for anything that can be remotely be considered sex.

If that's what you think I really suggest you do some research because you are way out of the loop. "Intent" is legally the lowest barrier to entry for charging you. No other jurisdiction in the country has a barrier this low as NC now. And if you look at how these homeland security task forces operate and have been operating as warm up in the past few months already in NC, you would understand that streetwalkers and bookstores might actually be the least concern.

Just a point of clarification on the way the law works in NC ... They need to show INTENT only in NC.
If that's what you think I really suggest you do some research because you are way out of the loop. "Intent" is legally the lowest barrier to entry for charging you. No other jurisdiction in the country has a barrier this low as NC now. I'm missing something, where in the new law does it change language regarding intent? Or are you saying NC has always had that lower bar for solicitation, but now it seems they will be enforcing the law more, with more resources and funding, along with the upgraded felony charges?
I don't think SBs are a concern, particularly if you are following SA's rules and general advice SB threads give. As far as the potential of one "turning" on you, unless there is violence alleged or a minor involved, DAs don't really bring charges based on someone coming to them with some text messages on their phone, and I don't see police devoting resources to set up a one-person sting for solicitation.
I do feel bad for the mongers out there who aren't aware of this sledgehammer coming for them and are just responding to STG / EB ads like normal. Storm is coming.

The new law doesn't change the definition of solicitation. Here's the subsection that's been, and remains on the books. They don't need an offer, just intent, and there are soooo many ways that they can obtain that, but showing up is all you really have to do.

The point you're making about Sugar Babies is exactly the change everyone needs to understand. In North Carolina, Solicitation is now Human Trafficking. And that has been deemed a sex crime. You have to stop thinking of it like you used to. The providers are now classified as Victims. Any Victim filing a complaint is going to be investigated. Always. 100%. It doesn't mean charges will be filed, but they're going to investigate in their pursuit of charges. The provider can't be charged and will be told she cannot incriminate herself. Have you ever had a Sugar Baby get pissed at you? I have. I had one that I had a quasi-relationship with. When I broke up with her and she could no longer go on vacation with me somewhere new around the world every month, she was pissed. She threatened me in every way imaginable. She stalked me. I tried to get a PPO and the judge looked at all 5'2" of her and laughed. And I'm an attorney. When she camped out at my house, went to my workplace, tried to reach out to my children, the detectives just felt sympathy for her, and the cops just kept driving her home for her to pick up her car later. Would she have fucked me with today's laws with those same detectives? You betcha. Back then she couldn't tell that judge that I paid her. She couldn't tell the detectives I paid her. Her charges for prostitution would have been worse than mine. Today. She could. And they would fuck me over. She can scream that she's a prostitute from the rooftops and all they'll see is a victim. I had another situation where I had a meet & greet at a restaurant. She seemed normal and was a beautiful college girl. Prior to the dinner we had come to terms via text. When she saw the car I was driving that night, she said "c'Mon. You can afford to pay me _ more $". I mostly thought she was joking and laughed it off. After dinner we were having drinks, she got tipsy and brought it up again. I pointed out that I had made a very generous deal and she went off. Batshit crazy. She threw her drink on me. She started yelling in public "He wants to pay me for sex". I left. Imagine what happens today in that situation, when the cops show up?
Do I see stings happening on SA? Not really. Although it's not going to be one on one, as you say, if they do decide to do it. The profile you respond to will likely mention sex. When you DM her she'll negotiate PPM. One decoy will be lining up 12 different guys for the same meetup. You're right, discussing details would be stupid, and I don't do that. What you also need to understand is that if you show up to a sting now, you are getting arrested. Regardless of how you've pre-positioned it. The low bar for intent is just so easy for them, and they'll leave it up to the prosecutor to determine if they can prove it. Regardless of the strength of case in this State, you're probably going to be charged. Maybe it will be dismissed later, maybe not. The damage will mostly be done.
On 11/30 this offense was treated like a glorified driving infraction. On 12/1, the offense is being treated like the monger is a drug dealer, not drug user. Drug dealer. Everyone needs to adjust to the change. In simple terms regarding stings, maybe they were willing to spend $3 k to get you before, now they'll be willing to spend the same $50 k to get you that they'd spend to nab pedo's. That's a huge difference.

How about meeting outside for a coffee, and then if things feel well. Then things can be discussed?

Of course this assumes that they are not wearing wire, and there is no discussion prior to this about sex on Text msgs.

They think they are saving all of these women from trafficking at the massage parlors, but the truth is they come here willingly to make good money. The jobs are advertised in New York and by word of mouth, and they come. If I had nice tits and ass plus could pass myself off as a woman, I would do it for what they make. That's what I hate about cops they act like they are saving people, but they are just ruining people's lives to say they did something great.

That does seem safer. But my concern would be that when you look at how much money is being made available to agencies towards each arrest, I absolutely could see them considering worth it to set up multi-day or otherwise complex stings with wires and such. The grant money available is astronomical.

Run of the mill paying an escort who voluntarily chooses to post for whatever reason. A single mom needing extra cash is not being trafficked.
A college student needing extra cash is not being trafficked.
This is to combat solicitation of women who are clearly being pimped out. The law clearly states training to be aware of human trafficking.
Going to seedy ass hotels, going to any hotel where a woman clearly looks like she lives, picking up a street walker and taking her somewhere.
To bring her back after done. That is what this law is combating. Because let's face it a lot of illegals are being pimped out. And a lot of men are.
Paying for them.

Yes. It was always illegal.
Going 5 mph is illegal. But I do it.
If the cops could charge me with a felony and put me away for 3 months. I likely would not.
It's why when I go over the speed limit. I am very careful to not hit reckless driving speeds. Higher penalty.
It's just a matter of which jurisdictions will or will not focus resources on this.

The law is about solicitation specifically targeting human trafficking.
Again. Read all 9 pages of the statute. It doesn't say they are training.
To notice signs of solicitation. They are being trained to notice signs of trafficking.
Solicitation has always been illegal to buy a prostitute. That is not changing.
Given the rise of men being arrested and charged with human trafficking this is to fully combat that.
Unfortunately, a lot of you have probably indirectly partook in a trafficking situation without even realizing it.
That's the problem. That's the reality.
Again these girls out here who are running their own junk are not the target. Sugar babies are not the target. Strippers at the club aren't the target.
It's the girls clearly heavy on the drug use and showing signs of abuse.
They can still be charged with general prostitution. The law only protects obvious victims of trafficking. Because they are clearly being exploited. As I said before.
Use common sense.
The girl who runs an OF and is an escort is not going to fall into "human trafficking" bc to be human trafficked you'd need to be in the situation fully against your will.
And clearly she isn't. I know several girls like this.
The street walker your picked up off capital who is giving full service in your truck for $30 and has a strange man hovering around her or clearly has noticeable signs.
Of abuse on her body is likely trafficked.
The stripper you decide to get a BBBJ from or the massage with a HE isn't likely being trafficked.
But that girl whose age is really hard to pinpoint and speaks little to no English is probably being trafficked.
The law states it for solicitation yes but if you actually read and comprehend all nine pages you'll see it's about human trafficking.
Weed is illegal. It's always been illegal in Nc. Yes you can get in trouble for possessing it because it is an illegal drug.
But there is a big difference in possessing weed and possessing meth or fenty.
Same thing here.
I suggest you reread the law.

Same thing here.I'm an attorney. Take that for what it's worth. You are misunderstanding the new law. Solicitation is Human Trafficking now in NC. They are categorizing Solicitation as a Sex Crime. This is the Nordic Model of prostitution. Look it up.
My best advice to you is to retain a criminal attorney to explain this to you. It won't cost as much as you think.
Proper education is critical if you continue with this hobby. Otherwise your life just won't be the same.

The law is about solicitation specifically targeting human trafficking.
Again. Read all 9 pages of the statute. It doesn't say they are training.
To notice signs of solicitation. They are being trained to notice signs of trafficking.

There is a slight silver lining and a big IF anyone wants to chance it. My guess is a big chunk of Monger's will drop out of this game or hold off for a long time until this is figured out. And these ladies with bills and habits will loose their easy income and face getting a real job! The laws of economics is when demand drops, the prices tank. So that Two to Four hundred dollar Pussy can be had at a bargain price IF your little head is in charge. Sorry for the weird example in these stressful times but I'm a business man always thinking about the deal. Mark my words the price of Pussy will come down at least in NC.

A lot of females who considered sex work but were worried about the legal aspect no longer have a reason to sit on the sidelines. At the same time, as you said, the demand side is heavily discouraged. Sex workers could get desperate.

At the same time, as you said, the demand side is heavily discouraged. Sex workers could get desperate. For sure guys. I've been thinking about what's going to happen with the market for 6 months now, and I can't come to a consensus. On one hand, where else would a provider want to work, but in a jurisdiction where she can't be charged? I think this also holds true for the traveling providers. On the other hand, if there's not much of a market, will they go elsewhere? Only time will tell.
IMO, there's a hell of an opportunity for really smart providers. The ones who understand they can no longer be charged could make it much, much easier for mongers who now have greater risk. For instance, imagine if some come along and state "I won't store your #" or "Watch me double delete you in my phone" when you go to see her? I also think about the possibility of providers setting up their incalls in spots just over the state line, in small towns that wouldn't have been on the radar before. We'll see how the smart ones evolve.

If as you say the hotel staff is being trained to report 'prostitution', I think about how much incentive they have to report it. Would the lower end extended stay staff report it? Would the higher end marriott / hilton staff report it? I saw a traveling provider a couple months ago, really beautiful, upscale, stayed in a very classy hotel in north hills. I wonder if she knows about the law, and if so, would she skip NC the next time round? There was another traveling provider I saw earlier in the year, she already is reluctant to come back but for a different reason. She didn't get enough inquiries here. I wonder if she'll skip NC as well altogether.
Would the hotel staff there have incentive to report it? Would they lose business from escorts? How much business would it even be? Even if there are funds being provided to hotels for training, in the end, it's the prerogative of the staff who recognizes the activity as to whether to report it or not. Hotels and corporations in general don't give a shit about morality, only profits. Do you think some hotel exec is going to host a meeting and ask the question of if it's worth it for them to report such activity to the govt? (Genuine question).
On the other hand, we have some providers based here in NC who travel out of the state sometimes. If demand goes down, would they be incentivized to travel more often? Touring can be expensive, so maybe they raise their prices because there aren't enough local mongers? That might make it tougher for people who see providers in the Tryst / Eros tier, who generally have their own apartment.
Another thing is that we don't know the numbers. Do we know an estimate of how many mongers there are in the county, in the state? How many escorts there are? It's a complete grey area. Hotels are notorious for infidelity too. What if a cheating couple steps in the hotel and the staff reports it. If they (govt) can't prove it, it's egg on their face. Would they still think it's worth prosecuting people for this morality law? How much sway do these family council groups have on enforcement?
There's a shit ton of questions that I don't have the answer to, but this is very unfamiliar territory.

My understanding from listening to some people in the know from the period where the Bill was being peddled on the Capitol, was that the intent was to hit the hotels that we all know that routinely harbor providers. A cop car could sit in the parking lot and just wait for the junkie, repeat offender girls to come out. Remember the cop can now say to her "I won't hassle you about drugs and I can't bust you for prostitution so just admit you're working, no harm no foul". He can walk her right into the motel lobby. Cha-ching $2,000 fine. Some of those motels could collect 5 of those fines per day. If you do the math and realize those places are charging the girl like $50, that place won't be in business for long. That's really one of the purposes of that part of the law, to clean up the eye sore motels. That part is fine with me. It'd be nice if the providers stayed in a place where you didn't feel like you were going to get stabbed. But, of course the next problem is that all of the places like Courtyard, Fairfield etc will have well trained staff. My concern really is you're so visible on camera going down those hallways to a room. If you imagine you're the 4th guy to do it in 3 hours, will you be able to relax in the room and not worry about the cops knocking at the door? Obviously that staff that's just been to HT training, will be looking for that. I think I'll be waiting for a bit to see how it all shakes out, if at all.

Good discussion here. I check the local news every day for the first poor schmuck to get hit with this. Maybe they'll wait until after the holidays. But I feel bad for people that are not as well-informed as we are here and are going to have their lives completely wrecked over an hour of happy.

The first time we hear about this will be a major haul. It wouldn't even surprise me if they lay low for a little bit to lull everyone to sleep and think the coast is clear. Whatever and whenever it happens, a lot of people will go down to send a message.

Now the third HSI team is here. We haven't seen anything since, although the press releases tend to go out a week afterward, so maybe they're in the middle of one this weekend, or maybe they're in the middle of training. I would also imagine they're probably surveilling the massage parlors right away. Those are huge charges now for the madams. One thing's for sure, they didn't come down here for nothing.

I always strike up a conversation with the provider regarding their nationality and background because I am genuinely interested. Most providers that I have chatted with travel back and forth to Korea on a somewhat regular / yearly basis to visit friends, parents, etc. So then I ask about their immigration status, and most have green cards. So one of my initial questions to this group is. How is this a Human Trafficking issue if they are in the US legally and they are working a job doing what they willing want to do?
My second thought is, if a customer were getting a massage, in a licensed establishment, by a person allowed to be in the US and working voluntarily, unless the police kick down the door at the correct time, how will the police know if there is a crime? And a follow up question is, what would be the motivation of a provider with a green card to tell the police anything after the fact?
So ultimately, what or how would a sting happen at an AMP?

So ultimately, what or how would a sting happen at an AMP?I can't speak to your specific questions. However, I'll give my opinion. This new law is not actually about stopping human trafficking. I mean, do they want it to stop? Probably. Do they think for a second that this new law is going to minimize it? Not a chance. This is just the moral police trying to stop prostitution. If anyone is degenerate enough to participate in trafficking, they won't even bat an eye at this new law. Just understand this is all for show and the fact of if trafficking is actually happening or not is secondary.

So ultimately, what or how would a sting happen at an AMP?I don't have all the correct answers but this is my experience. Back in the day around here a lot of AMPs were around at least 20 compared to today. So here we are today once in a while an owner will have a massage license but it's rare, most none of the workers have massage license. Most all owners provide apartments for the workers and transportation because it can take a long time for the girls to get a drivers license and a car. I can tell you 98% of all the girls are good with the situation compared to what they left in China or Korea and if not they can go home anytime they won't to. If you can get a space leased you don't need a massage license to open a store you are required to have a license to massage. So the Massage Board used this law to shut down the stores. Now they claimed there was human trafficking happening but there was no real proof. Yes some girls slept in the store and had to pay the owner a small rent fee or several girls shared an apartment. The LE viewed this as enslavement but the girls were and are free to leave anytime. Your question about getting busted, let's say a cop is in the parking lot when you leave and pulls up to you with lights flashing asking you questions it's all drama to scare the shit out of you. Reality is you got a massage and that's it keep your cool! Doesn't matter if the place is under investigation or not you were just a customer as if going into McDonald's. If only you and her were in the room no law was broken. Now IF the owner / employees are working with LE or somehow a hidden camera got placed in the room that's a different story. I agree there is some human trafficking in this business where girls get on the hook financially to come here then can't possibly pay it off for a long time but this word is spread pretty quick and is avoidable. It's no different than what the Banks do to legal citizens here with credit cards, Oh you're $10,000 in debt making minimum payments let me extend your credit line I got you on the hook for years! Maybe those con artists should be investigated for enslavement. Just my 2 cents.
I agree. Whether trafficking is at all involved or possibly involved is irrelevant. The multi-month prison term for intent to solicit is all that matters.Just to follow up. If you are going to an AMP, where is the intent to solicit? How is this any different than going to Massage Envy? Both are massage establishments.

Maaaan, don't parrot stuff like that that is simply not true. I can't speak for everyone, but I actually engage in a little chitchat and the trafficking is a joke. Maybe it's an elaborate con and they're just telling me the stories of them traveling freely and where their next trip is to and what their last job was and on and on. Or maybe the puritans just found a new angle to what they've been trying to do since forever?
It's worth remembering that if Tiger Woods had been outted in today's climate he would have been a full on sex trafficker. (Flew some girls across state lines into Vegas).

They've got more money than you or I do and frequently go on expensive vacations. One friend of mine traveled to certain states with her family and brought back proof. The government doesn't like it because they aren't taxable and deem them as criminals.

Just to follow up. If you are going to an AMP, where is the intent to solicit? How is this any different than going to Massage Envy? Both are massage establishments.I'm not a lawyer, but to me it would be when money beyond the house fee came out or was negotiated.

So ultimately, what or how would a sting happen at an AMP?So, the 'wanting to do the work' thing isn't any more relevant than a US woman wanting to do that work. If she's providing illegal services, she can get busted, or used to be able to be busted. Most of the time the establishment and patrons get busted during raids when they have a search warrant and catch you in the act. They come in very swiftly, so you can't get your pants on, LOL. Actually I think one of the greatest risks is seeing undocumented or green card foreigners. If they are caught doing this. They don't have active immunity from the NC law, because they'll get turned over to ICE and whatever legal status they have could get revoked. The really tricky thing now is that HSI will want her to flip, and one of the reasons they can instantly get asylum status in the US is if they've been trafficked. So, I've been hearing that this is a tactic HSI will use to deliver lots of handler and customer convictions when the provider is a foreigner. She walks away and gets to stay.

Slightly off topic here. But last night I was with one of my main go to. Dropped off two loads. Anyway we chit chatted caught up on times and I brought up the Dec 1st topic. She was completely unaware and seemed shocked. Made me start thinking, how many providers are stuck in lala land and don't know what's going on. I was shocked when I found out that so many people I personally know don't follow / watch / read news unless it's a major event (hurricane, celebrity death etc etc etc).

I think the providers will find out once a few of them start having interactions with LEO. Then it will spread like wildfire, IMO.
Yeah, just wait until the first poor schmucks not on this forum get busted and think "oh well, got caught, I'll just try to talk my way out of it and just collect my misdemeanor and fine if it goes bad. " It's going to be a rough time for those guys that aren't aware. For the average monger it probably means loss of wife, child custody / visitation, job, freedom for 4 mos, house, etc. Their lives are going to get nuked.
Guys, thought I'd share.
On this first page of the government job listings you'll see two new openings:
1. A dedicated Prosecutor for Human Trafficking in NC, based in Wake County. Grant funded. Wow. I'm not aware of any other crimes with dedicated prosecutors assigned to supporting local DA's.
2. A dedicated Human Trafficking Victim Services Coordinator, also based in Wake County. This position is to bridge the gap between prosecutors and the Victim's Impact Funds. In other words, because the job is sitting inside and working for the DA's Conference, this individual acquires and coordinates the funds for the 'Victims' so they WANT to testify against the perps. There's already an entire staff on the VIF side at every County, so this position is just to make it easy on the star witnesses against HT's, so that they effectively don't have to fill out any paperwork and get what the prosecutors promised them (up to $12 k per case, per provider).
This is a bit more than I expected a week ago guys. They're coming hard. Stay safe.

I'm sure the 200+ grants I've seen (just so far) are like a cash windfall to government. Samarcand Academy just trained 80 LEO's on the new law last week, and they have another class rolling through this week. All grant funded training. Since most agencies have an officer shortage, they're pulling cops off other beats. The family values cash is FLOWING into NC right now. Meanwhile stores are being robbed, people are dying from OD's, people being stabbed, shot etc. They'll be letting more of those guys out of jail to make room for guys that committed the thought crime of imagining a woman's naked body.

Had a good experience at Cheetah Nightclub Friday Night. Definitely better luck than I have had meeting at Rick's or Teasers.
Any other Girls who specialize in Greek? I am all ears and eyes.
It's completely ridiculous. They'll be letting more of those guys out of jail to make room for guys that committed the thought crime of imagining a woman's naked body.I had to click on the link and look at the jobs, out of pure curiosity. This seems even scarier to me now. The salaries are so low that any attny that wants this job has to have political aspirations. They won't be doing it for the money. That means they'll be looking to make an impact and examples. At least that's my take away. Plenty of guys on here like to state that paying for pussy at x $ isn't worth it. Well, flushing your life for pussy certainly ain't worth it. I'm not going to say I'm retiring bc I'm realistic with myself, but I will be taking some time off and being even more careful about how and when I take a shot. Most likely out of state.
Everyone on here has a different risk tolerance and favorite type of girl but I have to think that every level of this game will be affected, especially in the early days. Not trying to soap box by any means, hope this perspective can help.

One of my work mates who lives in this area has been worried about this only because he lives here and this has been his hobby.
He said he would stick to the bookstores but as I explained bookstores are even more dangerous because they can be raided and you definitely don't want to.
Be caught with your pants down because there is no plausible deniability at the point.
That being said, I have been talking with my lawyer friend and he echoed my sentiment and thoughts. Soliciting a prostitute has always been illegal in NC and that has not changed.
But you clearly have to state or heavily imply sexual favors will be happening in exchange for payment.
As I said before, changing your approach and using common sense is the only way to truly stay safe. I can have sex with as many SW as I want. The law does not prohibit me from doing.
So. The law however does prohibit me from offering cash or any sort of payment for any sexual favors.
Treat the payment as a gift not a payment.
Offering to buy a girl dinner and asking what her favorite restaurant is as I want to treat her to dinner. My intent has been stated. You can't say was intended for sex. What she does with my money is her business but I simply wanted to buy her dinner.
It is no different than me asking a girl out for a date on Tinder or Bumble, my treat of course, paying and we eventually had sex that night. At no point did I pay for sex because I never implied or stated that I am paying sex.
I respect MMSCE's take most definitely but I do implore my fellows to use a little bit of common sense (which we all should have been doing before this law). It's different times now and it is getting harder but being as vague as you can is all that matters in this case.
A girl I am seeing tonight, I asked her on average how much does a Pedicure / Manicure costs for her usually? She told me and I told her I wanted to treat her to that as a gift for the Holidays. Again my intent is to pay for her nails and it was expressed that's what I am gifting her.
At no point did I say anything remotely sexual. I even keep the conversation as vague as possible. My work mate gets all detailed in his text and I am like Bruh you are playing with fire on so many levels. One of the very weird things is that the first two teams plus Invictus were banging away on stings for the last two weeks under the old law.

I have 2 reliable providers that I've seen numerous times and for intents and purposes, can trust. I'm sure we probably all have a couple in the chamber like that. However, if they get caught up in a sting and are compromised, I don't think most will be able to recognize it. I mean, if you have seen someone dozens of times, and they all of a sudden say something explicit, I don't think most will be able to stop communication or session at that time. After all, "why would she turn on me"? That's going to be the honeypot that will get a lot of us.
Sure, we all know how to be smarter and not talk explicitly with a provider we don't know. But again, when a provider you know flips, many will go down.
Just something to think about.

I did, in fact several times lay out a complete strategy to engage in safer communication and practices as you set up meets. But it not's foolproof due to the low threshold to reach intent in NC. The lowest barrier of any state I've seen. Did you miss those?
I think if you have a difference of opinion, what you should do is make your points by citing the actual legal statutes. Explain exactly how your theory would work in NC. If you're just citing 'TV Law' as we call it in the biz, it's not going to be very helpful in a state that works very differently than most of the others. Let's keep it factual. Please don't lead people astray. There's too much at risk for the members of this forum.
Bottom line, you can be as vague as you want, but if you show up at a sting. You're getting busted and they're putting you through the circus. The vague part may help get you off or may result in having charges dismissed after they've published your mug shot, and your lawyer has performed all the work they can perform. I think for most of us that's really too late. My posts have also gone into great length about how you can identify and avoid these stings altogether, which is really the best advice I've provided. For me, I think it might be the end of my hobbying here, at least in the foreseeable future.
Your complex scenario about trading other gifts for services isn't going to matter. You don't need to actually make a cash offer in NC, or any offer in NC. You only need to respond to an ad or to an offer and show up. That's it. INTENT. They prove you responded to an ad for sexual services, and went where she told you to go. The statute says "Anyone who Enters or Remains in a place of prostitution with the INTENT. " 'She' gives you the address and you show up. I think you're thinking about a different State? I'm not sure how you'd go about saying "I was only going to take her to dinner", or who you'd be saying it to. Remain silent.
Again, you can respond with 'common sense this' or 'vague that' but show me how you're going to beat the actual statute in NC to have them let you go at the scene. It is very, very tricky in this state now.

Just something to think about. That's exactly the nightmare scenario. The one you thought was safe. I mean, that's really how they want to get you with this law. The entire law is written in such a way as to incentivize, protect and conceal from you the provider who flips on you. I'll do you one better. If you've seen her after 12/1/24, and 3 years later or 12 years later (NC has no statute of limitations for felonies, another unusual detail) she gets busted for something else, she can hand you over. Different scenario. Let's say she's caught up in a sting and they convince her to flip on a different guy involved in that sting, and she can't believe how amazing the VI Funds are. She has checks coming in to cover her rent, food etc. , and then she decides to monetize her stored text messages, because hell, she's done it once already and she has gold in her phone. She calls up detectives or the Human Trafficking Resource Coordinator that she now has a personal relationship with and says "Hey, can I get more $ by turning in another guy? This could become the easiest business she's ever done.
But, let's discuss solutions, not just risks. If you see a provider, do this: before exchanging $, ask her to double delete your message in front of you. IMO, this is now essential. Let the next entry on her textapp take the future bust.

I think you want to surprise her with this move, before $. Also note that if they have her testimony that she banged you for $, they don't need any messages at all. Your contact in her phone and her testimony is enough to convict you in NC. Once they Identify you they'll pull your phone records. Textapp records, bank records, search history etc. , so they'll likely have other corroborating evidence. They do lots of BS for a felony investigation. IMO, she's probably going to have 100+ other guys in her phone messages. That's low hanging fruit. Don't be low hanging fruit by upping your opsec game. Or quit in this state, which is the safest route.

Does she have to have been a hooker? Suppose I guy leaves a business card at a bar, the bartender is a *****. Keeps card w cell number, calls cops says this guy tipped me a lot asking for head, so now that guy get 4 months and the stigma? This law seems very unconstitutional. What are the cops and judges going to do that monger?

While smaller depts might not be inclined to do all that, the HT Resource Prosecutor is going to be pushing local agencies and Prosecutors to do all of it. That person's performance will be measured by how many convictions happen in this state. The one takeaway everyone should have is that felony stuff is at another level. On top of that, they're appearing to make this a prosecution priority. If you're continuing, up your OPSEC.

The issue with providers is that if you are responding to an ad that advertises sex for money, set something up and show up for it, your actions show your intent to engage in prostitution. A woman who is not a known provider would have to provide evidence that you solicited her for sex beyond just making a statement. It becomes your word against hers unless she can show text messages, emails, voice mails, etc.

But even if you are picked up and then released the fact why you were picked up and for what is going to be all out there.

So, with the new law I'm taking it easy for a bit to see what happens. Unfortunately libido doesn't go away LOL and I'll have to be taking matters in my own hands more. Despite the likelihood of getting flamed does anyone have experience positive / negative with fleshlights, automated blowjob machines etc? Curious if I should make an investment. Obviously not the same as the real things but.

Let's say I message a girl on seeking and we set up a time to meet and "get to know each other". Theoretically, that should be safe, right? And then whatever happens on the date is fair game?

Its 2 weeks since the law went into effect. I haven't seen any notices of any Johns being arrested.
At Doctor Detroit. I've not seen any in our area (Wake, Johnston, Cumberland). Nothing in the news either. I'm also not seeing many SWs out either.
At MisterMister46 - go to the SB thread and more info should be there. I would assume that as long as you are talking about meeting for a date (which most SBs will do), then it wouldn't be a problem. If you send explicit texts, VMs, or do it via video chat then you are definitely putting yourself in a possibly bad situation.

Still struggling to understand the motivation with this new law regarding AMPs.
Certainly just going to an AMP is not committing any crime, there is no internet other than a massage. If something more happens behind closed doors, then you would either have to be caught in the act via a raid or a camera, correct? The other scenario is that the masseuse could, after the fact, notify law enforcement. But where is the evidence in this scenario? There are no texts or emails, just her word. Is that enough? And what is her motivation, certainly once the word gets out, that AMP will be out of business.
My other point is that if they really wanted to stop mongers from going to AMPs, then why doesn't law enforcement just shut them all down like they did in Greensboro 10-15 years ago. Not one to be found after the city shut them all down. This would be a much more cost efficient approach to reduce this so called "Human Trafficking" problem.

Regarding AMP's they're going to be hitting them from multiple directions. I don't believe any of them will exist in 6 months in this state. 1. The state is ramping up its' massage licensing requirements and inspections. 2. The new law has stiffer penalties for the owners and of course, provides an incentive for providers to flip on them and mongers. 3. Appeals Courts have determined that being sex trafficked is automatic grounds for a deportation stay. If the providers are here on a visa, flipping actually enables them to stay here in the US, where otherwise deportation proceedings will begin immediately. That's both a carrot and a stick.

Here's to a quick and effective legal challenge to the new law. I don't think that's likely though.
Here's to a quick and effective legal challenge to the new law. I don't think that's likely though.I see a remote shot for the hospitality industry to strike some of the language that gives hotels liability, they should argue 'lack of foreseeability'. Success would only strike those affected elements of the law, and shit, that's at least 2-3 years away, if they really want to fight. Other than that, this law is here to stay. It doesn't even have a public group raising any opposition to it yet, which is a terrible sign after a year or so.
But you typically sure for damages, no? So unless a monger is caught and sues for unconstitutionality of the law, then I doubt it will go anywhere. Imagine the flak a group would get suing "oh, so you're for the trafficking of minors?
Just my 0. 02, again, not a laywer!

Just my 0. 02, again, not a laywer! No, a criminal case would have to be elevated to Appeals Court. Zero chance this NC Supreme Court would reject the law. Then, it would have to be elevated to Federal Appeals. The Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals might overturn, (it would probably be close), then NC would likely appeal to the SCOTUS. I have zero doubt that this SCOTUS would uphold, but by the time it gets there maybe the composition of the court could look different. We're talking 5-6 years from now.

Watching the AMPs or hotels? Anything? But you have to remember. You're dealing with government inefficiency. So the law was passed. Goes into effect Dec 1. That means it'll take 90 days for funding to fully disperse. Then they have to do the training for officers. So another 90 days. Then a training curriculum for hotel staff. Which means 60 days to find a contractor. Then 90 days to unveil it.
I suspect by summer it'll explode.

Maybe I missed the explanation of this part but how do the hotel staff come into play? The law specifically says that hotel / lodging staff are to get training from an approved vendor / curriculum to spot signs of trafficking and then contact the trafficking hotline or local authorities. They must keep training logs and display the trafficking hotline number for everyone to easily see.
This law is going to be so effective at killing the hobby. I've dipped out entirely because there is no circumstance where it is worth the risk to me personally... But I still see some of you out here just queuing up to be crash dummies.
We'll be looking forward to your mugshots too...

They must keep training logs and display the trafficking hotline number for everyone to easily see.
This law is going to be so effective at killing the hobby. I've dipped out entirely because there is no circumstance where it is worth the risk to me personally... But I still see some of you out here just queuing up to be crash dummies.
We'll be looking forward to your mugshots too...There was a bit in there about landlords also was there not? I'm strictly an AMP guy, but if landlords are brought into it that would probably shut those down in and of itself. Unless they all go legit.

They'll arrest / charge / fine / jail them too.

FYI, I was just talking with a guy I work with, another monger, who told me tge Holiday Inn in Cary by Buck Jones Road has girls available (Asian), between 12-4 AM to by-pass the new law citing the police won't come knocking during those times.
