Sorry to change subjects from the usual report on how closed Rainbow massage is. Yes it is indeed very closed, from the last time I drove by. Yesterday I went to Yoko massage over on Airport near the airport. Was a bit leary of the place, but really had a crank in my neck from a long day at work and figured I might actually get a real massage followed by a some sort of a nice Happy Ending. The building is an old crappy east-side-style house converted into a crappy west-side massage spot. Pulled into the back and reluctantly went to the back door. She looked Korean but said she was Japanese which I doubt. Reported her age at low 30's , but I think she was probably 40's. She was not offensive. I have lived in Asia for many years so know my asians pretty well. Proceeded to make a 40 for 30 minute donation. Opting out of the usual offer of 60 for 60 min. I find these ladies give you the same results regardless so better to spend less money upfront. She was a bit gabby and she gave me a somewhat decent massage mostly elbowing me but worked out the tension. I was expecting an upsell of somesort but no offer for even a HJ. She said that sometimes guys show up and ask straight up for sex. And she has to decline. I'm guessing she doesn't do much extra's, so would be a deffinate waste for anyone interested in anything but a quick massage. 30 minutes were up and over before you know it and I didn't even get asked to filp over. I wanted to tell her I know why business is slow and they might want to try to deliver some actual service. As it is I can't recommend. Really surprised to her the recent reports on Yoko. Have been there approx 6-7 times and have never had the slightest complaint. Although eating a Pea flavored popsicle did not go over well with me.
The two I have had the best times with are Kay and Susie. Both are FS for $+. 50.

Ya, Yoko doesn't have a table shower just a standard stand up shower. The girls don't like to bother with it or are just lazy - either way it isn't as much fun as a table shower. Years ago at Airport I even had FS in the TS and then again during the massage session. But as I said that was years ago in the good old days - nothing eventful at either place in recent times.

It seems you paid fees up front so didn't realize you would have as good a time as you did - my point is that with the economy as it is we need to try to hold the line on price. 40 door and 140 tip - is on the high side - I admit I have paid that before but have been holding the line to 40 door and no more than 120 tip.
I really would like to see the tip held to 100 - if that is all everyone offers to pay we can get there. Maybe this is wishful thinking... -:)

The last time I visited this club it was completely dead. Can they arrest you for just being in the club at the time during the raid? Do they have LE working undercover at the time of the raid? If you are arrested do you loose your car? Are the women undercover making the offers and that how they get you? I wonder what they were raiding here. Well Chang Mi was the one AMP in Toledo. The other two are not in Toledo.
Chablis is no loss, knock it down for all I care. I would bet that was more of a drug bust.
The "modeling place" has the same address as L2H so I do not think there were two separate busts there. The other place that it would have been was Lorains, but that is not their address.

Dreamt I went to Airport last night and got some of the absolute worst service I've ever had in my life. I assume your standard donation includes the door of 40 for HH or 60 for an hour. I think 2 is too high for Toledo. I typically go with the 40 door and try to hold it to 120 for the tip - I will always start with 100 tip and lately have been getting push back. I always cry broke... I guess too many others are more generous causing the expectations to be higher. I strongly feel we should hold the line because these Toledo AMPS simply have been providing lack luster service for the most part. Sure - there are the occasional gems but lately - nothing to get too excited about. It's to the point I simply have been staying away and working EV or AES.
I was just in Houston where it is AMP paradise, with Latino Spas reported with a higher door of 60 - 80 but the tip expectation for FS is 100. That's because of the competition I guess but I wouldn't be surprised that they aren't all owned by the same party.

It's all LE crackdown affecting AMP's. Fuji was forced out after multiple raids and a zoning change that kept them from getting a license back.
Rainbow was also denied getting their license back after repeated brushes with the law.
AA had a really good thing going with lots of good looking girls especially at the Tokyo Health Spa, but a joint effort from the IRS and the INS shut down all the AMP's in AA.
I think all the heat scares quality providers from visiting the toledo area. The older and less attractive gals are more desperate for work and will probably take anything they can get.

Sun was one of the AMPs that a local TV news department did an undercover investigation on. They hired a PI and sent him around to the area AMPs. Going by the report, it took 3+ months for the loser to get offered "extras", yeah....right. It survived that and at least one LE raid. The part of the strip mall Sun was in was sold. The new owners remodeled the kicked them to the cub when the lease expired.

My hope is that the LE cut back big time in vice and have such an attitude that they ignore the AMPs, CL and BP girls thinking - there - thats what the politicians get for making cut backs. We know for sure LE has big attitude problems anyway - so we can hope!

Long time lurker here. Took today off and needed some stress relief, headed over to Airport and received a VERY VERY generous HJ from Susie! Two thumbs up. I never seen anyone get on the table and throw their back into it like that, for a HJ. Of course she asked for a tip, but I already dropped. 6 for 20 minutes, so I told her next time!

No one is trying to give you a difficult time - think about it though - LEO is a total pain in the ass so everyone is hesitant on giving out too specific information for fear of a good thing going away.
With that said - it doesn't take too much browsing through this forum to quickly see there are only a couple AMPs in the area and that they are hit and miss for an enjoyable session. So you can quickly see from the forum that there really isn't anything to write home about on what's available. The posts say it all and what is good today will be different next week as the talent moves around fairly often.
If I might make a recommendation - you should try the Detroit area as I see you asked the same question in the Jackson MI forum so you must be from Michigan anyway. Good reports are often given for M1 Amp - so try that: http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/search.php?searchid=3327914
You will find members more receptive after you have given some information instead of just asking for in depth information. It's all about trust - hard to get until you have been around for a while and provided some good info.

Many years ago this place was hot and I even offered BBFS which I said no. I was in T-town this past weekend to see Pops. Well, I stopped by Friday night at about 11PM. I rang the bell twice and waited for at least five minutes. One of the parking spots was open and I was well dressed nobody by answered the door. I also went there on Sunday Morning at 1AM. THe place was closed. I guess they are making enough money from the Drunk College Students so need to maintain normal hours and get customers? I'm a fan of Rainbow and Sun but they are gone and I'm also gone as far living in T-Town. I did meet up with WSW which I will post on that page.

I am curious as to the reason for the lack of posts on this place. I have searched back a few pages and there are not really any posts about this place next to Deja Vu. I have been there once or twice many years ago. Since then I have tried Airport. I did have a good visit there. However, it is much easier to go to Chang Mi after hanging out at Deja Vu for an hour or so.
I'm just wondering if the talent there at Chang Mi's is not worth going to. I will be in the area late next month. If I remember right the people at Chang Mi's when I was there last were a little older. Are they a lot older now??

So I was in the Findlay area last night, and stopped at a chinesse buffet for a quick bite. Food was bad, but the waitress was hot, but she was also being heavily pursued by a co-worker that she didn't seem to like at all. I should have made a move on her. On my way out, I spotted an ad on the wall for a place called the Top Relax Massage. I called the number, and and Asian lady answered the phone. I asked what a massage cost and she said.60. She then insisted that I come right now. I did do a drive by, and there was a girl waiting by the door, still inside. She was wearing regular clothing. I decided to pass since I didn't have much cash on me. I am not certain, but I think it was an AMP.
If anyone else was interested, it is in the Carriage plaza, which is where 224 and 12 meet. I would have posted this in the Findlay thread, but I didn't see one.

Toftt in regards to Top Relax Massage in Findlay. My experience with the place was very cut and dry. I went there Sat. Afternoon hoping to get a happy ending, with none to be found. Place was very clean and professional. The lady that took care of me was 40-45 years old, not bad looking. I believe she use to work at the Chinese buffet place across from the Findlay Mall. The massage itself wasn't bad. No conversation between us. I was nude, but she kept me appropriately draped the whole time. Not a terrible experience, just disappointing. I would not return unless someone else reports differently.
I've been to what appears to be "straight" massage parlor run by Asian women before. When I disrobed and went into the room I left a $ on the table. The massage was pretty tame and covered the whole time, until the end, and she asked what I would like. Happy ending! Seemed to do the trick at that place. May be worth a try at the one in Findlay.

Happened to be driving past Toledo yesterday and always heard about a asian massage parlor over by the airport so I decided to check it out. I was short on time and told "Sonya" that I only had time for a half out appt. She convinced me to go for the table shower for an extra .20. When we got back to the room we had a wonderful time for another $1.2 tip. Everything "covered" by the way. So $1.8 total cost, she said she usually charges $3, I told her I usually pay $1.2
What is the normal cost down there?

You can get FS for less if you haggle a bit. Providers all over know times are tough for everyone and will usually accept less if you hold out a bit. If they know you're desperate then they're usually a bit more hesitant to get bargained down.

Visited Airport this afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Yoko. She appears younger than most there lately, is friendly and speaks English well. She has a great ass for a Korean. Says she will have been there a week Wednesday but couldn't or wouldn't say where she came from.
I opted for a half hour session as normal for me but she said they don't give table showers with half hour sessions only hour. I said this was news to me as I always get the shower. Thats when she told me she was new and following orders.
Also - she pushed for 140 over the 40 door - I tried for 100 then 120 but she pulled the new and told so story out. She was good looking so I caved.
Over all good experience, I don't think you will be disappointed.
I told her that there was another SPA down the road by the name of Yoko and she said she knew that but Yoko was her name.
P.S. - Anyone know if Pepsi is still at Yoko SPA? She was a good time too - no shower either with half hour - didn't mind that there since they only have a stand up shower.

Went to Rainbow several times in 05,& 06 I think and remember 2 decent girls there,one called "Paper" late 30's, light Brown hair,cute who treated me very well. Now live in NYC, & travel alot to the west coast,Texas and Toronto. What I have been observing alot in these areas is that the better AMP's usually have Chinese in their 20's (& sometimes very early 20's) & occassionally a Thai,Philipino or Indonesian representing a new wave of immigration . Not as many young Koreans around in this now a days IMHO unless on a visitors visa. I find that in the locations mentioned above the AMP's are similar to what Toledo was back in the 80's & 90's. I used to live here in the 80's- early 90's when this was AMP heaven. I return on some business and to see old friends 10 or 15 times a year. Went to Rainbow several times in 05,& 06 I think and remember 2 decent girls there,one called "Paper" late 30's, light Brown hair,cute who treated me very well. Now live in NYC, & travel alot to the west coast,Texas and Toronto. The free lance Korean American college students can be found at the casinos in Detroit on weekends, & winter, spring & summer break some week day nights. They might be playing a few coins in the slots. They'll smile back at you. It's not super difficult to tell one from a regular customer. The one's I've been with were in thier senior year or grad students 21-23 y/o. I also have been introduced to two younger UT students by a friend who is a shushi chef in town. Once you know one they give you a toll free pager #. I don't know of any on Craigslist in this area although I met one in San Francisco 2 yrs ago that way. I was told by my friend that once in awhile one might advertise in the Detroit papers in the classified section. I was in Toledo on Sat. On a personal errand and while I was there I wanted to try out any of message palors I been reading about in this forum. I had picked up a Blade to make avail of the ad coupons. I first went to the new M-1 which was supposed to be at 3443 Secor Road. It looks like they haven't moved in there yet and there was no answer for the phone number given on the ad. I went on to Airport Hwy. And found both the Yoko and Airport Spa. Yoko was closed even though a sign on the back door that said "open", door locked and no answer when I knocked on the door. Airport Spa was the only choice at this point. I was met at the door by Mimi. Very nice face and body, pleasent attitude. I paid her the door fee of. 5 using the coupon from the paper, did the table shower and went back to the room. From there it went downhill. The massage itself was almost comical. More pushing and proding then an actual massage. Then when I turned over she then said 'You pay me money" I only wanted a handjob so I know that the. 60 I gave her was too much but I told her she must get nude for me as well. Once she got the money and left the room it must have been her evil twin that came back to the room. Once we got started she would not undress but only take down her top. Like I posted about 7 weeks ago, I saw a TPD van parked in the lot for a few mins then left. At the time, the lot was full. I drive past M1 everyday on the way home from work and the "open" sign hasn't been lit for at least the last 2 weeks. You have to be very gutsy to visit such a place in Toledo and especially on such a busy street.

Yeah, the old Yoko building was torn down almost immediately. All the rubble has even been cleared away. All you see there now is the big Yoko billboard next to a couple of bulldozers.

That I believe, is what led to the proliferation of AMPS, strip clubs, and adult video stores in the 90s.
I think now the city has final caught up and hired some legal beagles to write their new anti-adult business laws, so they can not be struck down again.
Plus with the city’s budget problems, AMPs, and strip clubs are low hanging fruit, they’re any easy bust and publicity for the cops and city that can distract from the fact the things like drug crimes, and homicides are way up from previous years.

I think you hit the nail on the head. That would explain the post 2000-2010 changes. Now one AMP in the city limits and one just outside of the city versus at one time up to 5 in the city and 4 just outside the city in the '80's and '90's. For those who are new to the declining Toledo AMP scene it was at it's height in the 1980's and '90's. We had a great thing going for about 20 yrs. We typically had a daily choice of up to at least 20 different providers most of whom were in their 20's to mid 30's in those "boom" years. At Chiang Mai (it may have been a different name) in 1982 a 19 y/o real hot one was there the whole summer. At the old Fuji Spa I can remember a 19 y/o and 3 or 4 in their very early 20's in 1988-9 who approached 10 in looks, service and English. We probably had at least 450 to 500 that I'd rate as 7 to 10 in looks in that 20 yr period and I'm certain that there were many more that I never had the oppertunity to C. Times change. Less AMP's and providers post 2000 and only a handful of 7's that would give a real GFE. Now a choice of 3 to 4 (?) providers in their late 40's to late 50's all of whom are apparently getting the heat from T-town LE and likely making a small fraction of earnings compared to those providers of yesterday. I suspect more will head south so to speak. All under the guise of Toledo's superficial fascade of " fighting crime " for the benefit of it's citizenry when actually little is being done to fight real crimes.
If LE is watching providers i think I'll lay low for a while.

Was in Michigan a couple of weeks ago (during all the friggin snowstorms!) and got information on M1 in Detroit. Was going to make the trip but the weather screwed that up.
Now I see a report on an M1 in Toledo? From what I have been reading I thought most of the Toledo AMP's were gone (I remember the days when they were alive - it was awsome!).
Anyhow, therein lies my confusion. Just want to make sure for my next trip North!

As for CT's, yes, I have been to CT's often over the years. CT's is not for the weak of heart. CT’s is located in Gary, Indiana in the area of the Gary Airport. There are no real residential areas around which is how the place survives. It is in an old run-down building off of US 12. They have dancers there that are available for sessions. They dance to 2 minute songs at $21 for one, $42 for two, or $53 for three songs. You’ve got to complete your negotiated act (additional charge) with the dancer during these dances, because when the music stops so do they, so most of the regulars don’t partake.
The real attraction of CT’s is the theater which is basically a 10’x 14’ room that has a TV in the front playing old porno’s. There is a gynecologists table that they have in the room for special events which are usually Friday and Saturday nights. After reading the last 4 or 5 pages it seems like more and more people are not happy with Airport Spa. The last time I was in your area there was a spa called Yoko near it. It seems that Yoko is now M1. Where do they get that name from?? 1.4 for a tip at Airport seems a bit much. I think I may try my luck at Chang Mi. It seems like the menu at M1 is limited. I have not been to Chang Mi in a few years, but when I worked up in T-Town I did frequent them a number of times, and in my experience yeah they have some OLD ladies working there. However on several occasions when I first went there and was with one of the older ladies while they were shuttling me in-between the shower, sauna, and message room I did see some very attractive younger females running around in bikinis going about their business.
I do not know if it is seniority or if the younger girls demand a premium but it seems like they will always try to get you to go with the older ladies. From my experience the girl that answers the door is the girl that will most likely be giving you your massage, if you do not like the looks of her, you will need to ask to see who else is working.
I can almost guarantee you the girl will give you attitude, and depending on how hot LE is she may not even want to deal with you and ask you to leave. In the past when I went there, there where times I did walk out, but other times I did get to choose my girl. You have to be polite yet firm in your instance to see the other girls. Sometimes it will help if upon being greeted at the door you say you have been there before and want the girl you had last time, they will ask you for a name. The churn is so high at these places you could say anything, Jade, Cookie, Yu-Me, Cocoa whatever. The most common response will be “so and so on vacation”. Then you can ask to see who else is working. The chances are still 50/50 whether they give you a lineup or give you more sh!t, but at least this way you have broken the ice and did not just come in like LE, INS or a rube and say let me see who you got back there.
Also a lot of the times I did get to choose the girl the mama-san had recognized me from previous visits, so that helps too. If the lady you get at the door is half-way attractive in your eyes, sometimes it is better to just get in and establish a rapport with them and get a upgrade on your next visit. If you go that route though don’t wait to long because the turnover at these places is high, and the window to build a rapport is short; once the girls ship-out you have to start all over.
So my advice if you try Chang Mi be polite but firm that you would like to choose your girl first, all they can do is say no, better to save your money than pay for a bad experience. Also for those who don’t know Chang Mi is in a little plaza that is basically an adult mini strip-mall Déjà Vu is on one side, a adult video store is on the other, and years ago when I went there, there was also a dance/rave club in that plaza called the Field House I think. I don’t know if it is still open but when it was a lot of the Déjà Vu dancers would go their after their shifts. Some of the dancers could be picked up, if you were really smooth often for free. FWIW I was never very smooth ;-)
But anyway with the stripclub and dance club that little plaza would get packed at night especially on the weekends, and a lot of times I remember a few black & whites and uniformed cops in the parking lot directing traffic. So if you are bashful and do not want a ton of people watching you coming and going from an AMP my advice would be to try the place in the afternoon between 11am and 4pm,. The plaza is less crowded that time of day if not practically deserted. It seemed like the girls working at that time were usually prettier than the night shift girls.
As for Rainbow I do believe they are open but now feature American girls and the place is similar to Lorain's and might be running under a new name. I have not been there since they closed and reopened so I have no info on that place, maybe others can help.

There have been some questions about proper protocol with respect to paying up front vs. tipping afterwards.
For me, it sort of depends on whether or not I have been to the place before and whether or not I KNOW (not just hope) I will get the FS I came for.
If there is a mamasan who is NOT the provider, then I always pay the house fee in Jacksons. If, as the result of previous visits, I suspect that I will be paying the provider directly, I always bring 2 franklins or 4 Ulysses, never Jacksons. I put the bills on the counter or hand them to the provider and say "full service" and nothing more needs be said and I get the service I expect.
So protocol really depends on whether or not the mamasan is separate from the provider and who gets the house fee. If Mamasan leads me to the room but provider takes the money, I give the whole thing to the provider up front. But if the Mamasan takes the house fee, then I save a franklin (and usually a couple of Jacksons, in case of upsell) for the provider. Either way, I only walk in the door with $$. No more, no less.
