No, Ralph, all the girls I have known BEFORE they were incarcerated. Some have been inside the DOC more than once since I have known them. All I'm saying is that, for the price of a few letters and an occassional $20 money order, the sex on their release date can be incredible! Plus you know they're clean because they all have full physicials when they are locked up.
It works well for me.
Glad you found something that works. Suspect when you get locked up any contact with the outside world is apprecaited. Since these girls seem to want you to come fetch them would also guess that most have been abandonned by their family and frineds when they get locked up. Kind fo sad. Would figure they would want parents or husband / boyfriend to come get them.

Cynthia McDonald vehemently denied Dec. 9 that she was working as a prostitute.
Police said they observed McDonald approach a car that had left a liquor store near 147th Street and Avers Avenue about 10 p.m., enter the vehicle and accompany the driver a couple of blocks away to a vacant parking lot.
Police pulled up to the vehicle and asked the driver, a Chicago man, how he knew McDonald, and the man told them that she had asked for a ride home.
With the couple separated Midlothian police arrested the 45-year-old Alsip woman who had been inside the man's car. She asked them why she was being charged with prostitution.
The arresting officer told her that it is illegal to perform a sex act for $20, which is what the officer informed her the car's driver had told him she agreed to accept.
"That's a lie," she told the officer. "Because when I do prostitute, I charge $50."
The car's driver was not charged with any crime. He did not admit any wrong doing on his part.

It would be better to combine the Brooklyn and Washington Park sections into one named "St Louis suburbs" and then all suburbs can be listed. I have noticed that Brooklyn gets a lot of ESL posts. Neither gets a lot of activity. The MO side of the river only has one section.

I think it is closed now. I drove by around 6pm and the place was dark, called the number on the building and it went to an answering machine said it was open from 9am-9pm M-Sat. There was a for sale sign in front of the building also.

Good luck.It is called The Spa. It is a waste of time and money. It has been around forever and seeing as how LaSalle County Sheriff has little tolerance for pay for play activities it would have been shut down a long time ago if that is the type of place it is.
No extras are available and the girls (all American) have a tape recorder that they will use to record the entire session with you. Thus you will be caught on tape if you suggest that she do something un-ladylike.
Don't waste your time. They will give nothing as far as extras go. Try and tease, but nothing come from it. Save your money. The next best place is Spa 7 in Morris. For what the Chicago guys pay for a nude handshake, you get much more BANG for your buck.

It could possibly be Spa 7 in Morris. But it's not next to a resteraunt. Spa 7 will do more than shake your hand. It sounds more like the spa that's in LaSalle/Peru. It's right off 80 on a frontage road and there are a couple truck stops right there also. If you went to this place, you were very lucky to get a glad hand. Other than that, can't think of anything else. Although, someone told me once there was a place in Ottowa, IL, but they closed years ago.

Was in East Dubuque on Friday night. As many of you know there are a lot of strip clubs in town for a city of this size. But seeing how they treat adult businesss in Dubuque (see recent reports in Iowa other areas) I can understand why most fo the ones in the area have chosen to locate elsewhere.

Word from around the clubs was that their future does not look bright. City elders in East Dubuque have decided to not allow bars of any type to be open as late as they have been. When the current licences are up the new ones will be have all the bars (not just the strip clubs) close much earlier. As things stand now the bars in East Dubuque are opne much later than others in the area, thus drawing all th late night drinkers. From what I understand a lot of guys came to the strip clubs after their regular bar in Dubuque closed but soon this will not be the case.

Go back to the Joliet link and look for the Spa 7 thread. Spa 7 is asian and is south of I-80 on 47. It's in a small strip mall on the west side of the street. You can google it or use yahoo maps. There are 2 clubs there. The one you've seen billboards for is the Pony and is closer to cape. Fairly standard club. Privates are offered with all nude costing more. Have not yet made it down to East Cape. Looks like from the answers to my question about the clubs there that it might not be worth the trip. If the place is putting up billboards all over the place I am also betting they are not cheap all that advertising money has to come from someplace. Plus as far as I can tell there is no real action to be found on the Missouri side of the river in Cape. Altough cheaper gas can be found there.

A 25-year-old Kankakee woman was arrested for prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:46 p.m. Friday in the 400 block of West Station Street, during a prostitution detail conducted by Kankakee police.

Grant Park Police Chief Scott J. Fitts was arraigned in federal court Wednesday, after he was indicted on 10 criminal charges alleging he ran illegal prostitution sting scheme out of his police department in 2006. Fitts is accused of shaking down "johns" for more than $400,000.
Fitts, 40, of Manteno, has been charged with wire fraud, tax evasion, obstruction of justice, illegal structuring of financial transactions and making false statements to federal investigators.
After appearing before U.S. Magistrate Judge David Bernthal in Urbana Wednesday afternoon, Fitts was released from custody after posting a $90,000 bond secured by his home.
He also was ordered to have no contact with any witnesses in the case and to take a leave of absence from all law enforcement duties. His next court date is scheduled for Aug. 4 at the federal courthouse in Urbana.
Fitt's attorney, Tom M. Durkin of the Chicago law firm Mayer Brown, said his client has been a respected member of law enforcement for many years.
"He will plead not guilty to the charges because he is innocent and he looks forward to his day in court," Durkin said.
Rodger Heaton, U.S. Attorney for the Central District of Illinois, announced the 10-count indictment at a Springfield news conference and said Fitts' alleged conduct puts a stain on the fabric of the law enforcement profession.
Heaton also stressed that the investigation is ongoing and urged people with information to come forward.
"The investigation is continuing and any other individual, regardless of their position, who had responsibility for causing this scheme to occur and succeed is someone who we would be interested in focusing our attention on," Heaton said.
Between January and August of 2006, Fitts allegedly ran a fraud scheme that involved paying a woman to pose as a prostitute so that he could conduct fake prostitution stings. Approximately 99 men from Illinois, Indiana and Iowa were caught in the "stings," according to Heaton.
Heaton said Fitts first met the woman, identified only as "Brooke," around Nov. 15, 2005, after she was arrested on an unrelated prostitution charge in Chicago. Fitts was also working as a special agent with the U.S. Department of Labor at the time.
"She was essentially told by Chief Fitts that she could work off the punishment that she might receive in that case by cooperating with him in conducting these fake prostitution stings in the Grant Park area," Heaton said.
According to the indictment, Fitts had "Brooke" post photographs of herself on an Internet Web site along with her $300-an-hour rate and contact information.
She'd arrange to meet the men at a hotel in Manteno and when they got there, instruct them to take a shower. Fitts and officers with the Grant Park or Manteno police departments would then arrive to arrest them, according to the indictment.
Fitts allegedly told the other officers that the stings were part of a joint federal, state and local investigation, according to the indictment.
The "johns" were taken into custody at the Grant Park Police Department, where they were required to post a $100 bond to be released, another $500 bond for their vehicle and hand over any other money they had on hand. In some cases, officers drove them to ATM machines, Heaton said.
The men were allegedly told that "Brooke" was an undercover federal agent and were discouraged from contacting an attorney, Heaton said. They also were told they could avoid the publicity and have the charges dismissed if they agreed to paid a $3,500 fine as part of a "plea agreement."
None of the men, even the few who didn't agree to pay the fine, were ever formally charged with a crime, according to the indictment.
Heaton said Fitts had been under investigation since late 2006.
During the investigation, Grant Park police records could only account for about $176,000 of the more than $400,000 collected during the stings.
The rest, about $225,000, Fitts diverted for his own personal use, including payments to a landscaping company and a casino, according to the indictment.
Fitts also has been charged with submitting fraudulent payroll records in other officer's names and then pocketing the $20,000 in checks himself.
He has been charged with making false statements to investigators and for structuring a $35,000 loan through a Herscher bank so that he could replace "seized" money in the evidence vault at the Grant Park police station before federal investigators arrived, according to Heaton.
Heaton wouldn't provide some details of the case including which Manteno hotel was used or how federal investigators were tipped off because the investigation, which includes the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation Division, is ongoing.

If convicted, Fitts could face up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count of wire fraud, up to 10 years in prison for obstruction of justice and structuring, up to five years in prison for making false statements and up to three years for income tax evasion.
Grant Park officials defended their Police Chief Scott Fitts, saying in a statement that the 10-count federal indictment issued against the nearly 20-year police veteran "wrongfully makes accusations by the use of untruth and misinformation. "
The brother of the indicted Chief Scott Fitts, Lt. Tom Fitts is expected to be confirmed as acting police chief at 7:30 p.m. tonight during an emergency meeting of the Village Board.
"For almost two years the Village of Grant Park has been aware of a government investigation stemming from a legitimate law enforcement operation conducted jointly with the Village of Manteno," the release reads. "The police chiefs of both Manteno and Grant Park actively managed the law enforcement operations in question."
However, Manteno Police Chief Bernie Thompson disputes that he and Fitts "actively managed" what federal prosecutors are calling a $400,000 "prostitution sting."
"On at least two occasions the operation was ran by the police chief of Manteno," defense attorney Dietchweiler said, referring to Thompson.
"I was never in charge of this investigation," Thompson said during a telephone interview today.
"We were told that this was to be a joint investigation between the federal government, Grant Park and Manteno," Thompson said. "We merely assisted as take down officers and transportation. We did not file charges or paperwork on any of the arrests.
"We were told that the target of the investigation was a man who ran an Internet prostitution site. We were even shown the Internet site."
The indictment charges that Fitts placed an Internet advertisement for "Brooke" on a computer server at Darkside Productions Inc. in California that was later viewed by an unnamed individual on a computer located in Bourbonnais. The indictment classifies the Internet advertisement as "interstate commerce."
"Brooke" allegedly was recruited by Fitts for the prostitution scam after she was arrested on an unrelated prostitution charge in Chicago. Fitts allegedly first met the woman around Nov. 15, 2005.
"I was amazed at the amount of money mentioned in the indictment," Thompson said.
"That is the cheesiest indictment I've ever seen," Dietchweiler said. "There has been no discovery because they (federal investigators) did not want to disclosure their witnesses.
"Both departments operated in a legitimate and appropriate manner," Dietchweiler said.

Feb. 14-Sept. 7, 2006 -- Fitts allegedly makes cash deposits into his personal bank accounts, cash payments on personal loans, cash payments at a casino, and a cash payment to a landscaping company totaling approximately $198,107.08. In all, approximately $400,719 was obtained by Grant Park police through the sting operation.
On or about Dec. 18, 2006 -- Fitts allegedly makes false, fictitious and fraudulent statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation in regard to the prostitution sting.
On or about April 15, 2007 -- Fitts allegedly files a 2006 United States Individual Tax Return listing his total income at $146,244, when he a knew his total income was substantially in excess of that amount.
June 3, 2008 -- Indictment filed in U.S. District Court in Urbana. It had been sealed for an unknown amount of time.
June 4, 2008 -- Fitts arrested at his Manteno home. He is jailed at Urbana, arraigned in federal court and released from custody after posting a $90,000 bond.

This place occupies one unit of a ten unit warehouse/office building in an industrial park. Front door out front, service door and overhead garage-type door out back. More like an AMP. This place may have mongering potential. Website has pics of the girls, but where a legit SC isn't afraid to post pics of their girls faces, this place hides them, more like the jackshacks. The place is BYOB, so I guess they won't have to worry about maintaining a liquor license. Oh, and the ad they're running on SCL calls the place "Centerfold's Cat House Club". End of August maybe. but if it's a jack shack it will be a very short visit. Even if it's a SC it will be a short visit. Not much for being teased these days. I'd rather just go for the real deal one way or another.

Actually probably since May or so. Back then, they had an ad on craigslist that seemed to indicate there would be much more than just lap-dancing. So I visited their website. It talked about rooms with showers. It had a pricelist of different activities, though none of it pointed to massages and the site said no massages are given. I wish I could remember better what was on the list, but it was the type of list that was suggestive enough but not explicit (very jackshack-ish). At that time, they said they were open and up for business. I went there (I was also surprised by the type of building it was in. For a "Gentleman's Club") and it was closed. The website has changed a number of times. Dropping the price list. Adding the pictures of the girls. Then saying it was closed and opening again in August. I even emailed them through the website with a "what's going on" request. No response.
All in all. It has all the earmarks of a jackshack. But, apparently, not a very well run one as it can never seem to actually open up. And in DuPage County. If it is decent it probably will not stay open long (assuming it does actually open at some time).
I do plan on visiting if it ever does open. I can't resist finding out what it is all about. I will post a report when I go. But I am expecting the worst from it.

From the looks of the websites, it seems they can't make up their minds if they're going to be a gentleman's club or a modeling studio. Hopefully, in all this confusion, there'll be an opportunity for serious mongering fun.
Boy. I'll say their website makes it look like they don't know what they are! First it was a "Luxury Spa", then a "Gentleman's Club" and now a "Modeling Studio" which I really think is code for "jack shack. " I am not too optimistic about it. And those pictures definitely fall into the too-good-to-be-true category. The more they do this, the more I am convinced their business plan is to give them your money in return for nothing.
Of course, that doesn't mean I won't be dumb enough to check it out when it opens! (Well. IF it opens.)

It is amazing the things people think they can post on the Internet without consequence.
Students think their principals won't see that post of their drinking parties; workers don't believe their bosses will read their rantings about their office; and an accused prostitute from Belleville apparently didn't realize that cops also know how to operate computers.
The Belleville Police do. After getting an anonymous tip, they checked out the erotic service ads on craigslist.com (sic) allegedly posted by Sherrie XXXXXX. Then they set up an old-fashioned sting.
They said they called the phone number in the ads, arranged a meeting with Sherrie, and after a solicitation arrested her for prostitution. She and a man who lives at the same address, Michael XXXXXXX, also were charged with marijuana possession.
It's always helpful when criminal suspects make it so easy for the police to find them.
Maybe someday people will remember: It's called the World Wide Web for a reason. Anything posted there can be read or viewed by anyone -- and if it involves illegal or improper activity, it can and will be used against them.

Did a little investigation last night and ended up with nada. Paid door fee and the hard sell "upgrades from mild to wild" soon started, $$$ for a topless dance, $$$$$$$$ for a nude dance. For giggles I negotiated down to $ for topless but walked out at that point. Figured I would be ahead of the game only losing out the door fee. The Jergens on the floor and the fake speaker with hidden camera was also a little worrisome, glad I didn't get comfortable.

Stopped by a fairly new Massage Company in Alg. Saw the ad in the Sun-Times and also caught an ad on CL, but in CL they mentioned Registered Massage Therapists. Well, I had some extra cash and some time, so I stopped by. At first, I wasn't sure it was an AMP, as they have a computer and desk up front for a receptionist. However, when I walked in, mamasan opened the inner door and let me come in, where I saw several private rooms, a sauna, and evidence of a shower room.
I had Cindy, who gave a very good TS, and a very good massage. Attractive, 40s, Korean. I probably gave her crossed signals, as I told her I had been to other AMPs (named a few in the area) but wasn't asking for extras. During the massage, she asked if I always got the same massage, as different people like different things. She was all but announcing that extras were available. I, however, don't ask for them on the first visit, as I want to get a feel for the place. So, no HR, but would have been there if I wanted. She told me next time, I should tell her if I want a different massage.

Will have to try again.

I gave the standard responses including my trips to Sing, Spa One, etc and she say "no want problem with police" also something about "village woman very cautious "what ever that means. Been to both within the last 2 months, in both locations I got a nice TS, fair to great massage (45 mins) and 2 out of 4 on a HR. Both places offered once but not the second time. No reasons, just no. In all four visits, I saw 4 different girls. Now, I chalk it up to. I look like a cop, late 30's, white and short hair. I have had this problem many times, and usually the second & third times are better. These 2 places are hit & miss and are located in residential areas. They are just being cautious. One needs to invest some time into each before things get better.

I was in the area and decided to check it out. Aside from the bell at the entry and the TS, there was nothing in my visit to make me think it is anything but legit. And the massage was just okay. I tried everywhere from the shower (removed washcloth and put her hand on, rejected) to removing the sheet in room. I'm not sure if it's for everyone, but no extras for me, no hint of extras, and was not for lack of effort. I think they are all just careful. Bonus was that it was not expensive. No extras and a so so experience. Also, Higgins Spa is closed, and looks to be closed for good. That figures, you didn't even need to ask over there. So, Massage Co. Should be open for a long, long time. Just my experience.

Went Massage Co. in Algonquin. The massage was decent, the normal extra was had. Talent is not that great but not the worst I have ever seen, Staff is friendly. The bottom line is I have had better experiences but this was far from the worst.

Two women have been charged with prostitution after undercover officers were offered much more than private dance lessons at a northwest suburban studio.
Following a month-long investigation, New Dance Expressions at 65 E. Palatine Rd. in Prospect Heights was raided Tuesday night and two female employees arrested, according to the Cook County Sheriff's office. Authorities aim to permanently shut down the dance studio after yesterday's arrests.
21 year old Veronica Elgin, faces two counts of prostitution and 37 year old Marisol Rodriguez of Niles, faces one count, after they offered to have sex with an undercover officer at New Dance Expressions in Prospect Heights, according to the Cook County Sheriff's police. The two wonen who share the same last name, of hispanic origin, are not realted. Both were arrested Tuesday. Police are still investigating the studio's owner, police said.
Prospect Heights had been receiving complaints and information that the business, which had been advertising as a private dance studio, was a center for high-end prostitution, said Prospect Heights Detective Sgt. Al Steffen.
The police department got in touch with the Sheriff's police because that agency's vice squad has had some success breaking prostitution rings in the south suburbs, Steffen said.
The investigation took about a month, and culminated in the two arrests, he said.
Those who visited New Dance Expressions were charged $80 to enter the building, and then taken to a private room, where they were supposed to get a private dance from an employee, according to a Sheriff's police news release.
On Tuesday about 10:30 p.m., an undercover officer was taken to a back room by Veronica who asked for $1,200 to have sex with him, according to police. She then brought Marisol out, and said he could have sex with both of them for $2,400, police said.
When Veronica took the undercover officer's credit card, the officer signaled other officers, who then entered the business and arrested the two women.
After the women were charged, they were each released on $100 bond Tuesday evening, Steffen said. They were due in the Rolling Meadows branch of Cook County Circuit Court on April 29 in Room 210, he said.
"It was a good case of two law-enforcement agencies working together," Steffen said.
The investigation came as a result of numerous complaints received by Prospect Heights police. In early March, the department requested assistance from the sheriff's office, the release said.
The investigation is ongoing.

Had the impulse to try a new AMP location. I have sampled 3 of the 4 in B'ton but wanted to see how other areas compare.
Spa 7 is easily accessible on the main drag through town. Parking location was good and no apparent suspicions from the locals.
Entered a stairway and wondered whether I was approaching the local licensed masseuse as there was no apparent security measures. At the top of the stairs, I found the locked door and doorbell and knew I had found what I was looking for.

I remember it as the town that had bars and strip clubs as its only businesses. From highway 34 most of them have been demolished along with many of the houses that were in town. I saw one place that was still standing and their sign was lite up. However at 9PM on a weeknight there was not a single car in the car park.
There were also several strip clubs further down the road that parallels Hwy 34, they can't be seen from the Hwy so I have no idea if they are still standing.
They may not be letting people rebuild there since a flood will happen again.

The old Las Vegas Review club in Palatine that was closed up now has one of those Cash For Gold stores in it. Not that it was that great of a club, but it was the only game in town.
The two long time clubs in Lake County (Dancers & Baby Dolls) were pretty pathetic. Both were ripoffs just like the jack shacks; the dancers pressured you for a private dance as soon as you sat down. If you got a dance they woudl upsell making promises just like a jack shack.
I don't miss either one of those two clubs. I do miss the two short lived clubs that were around about 10 years ago: one in Mundelein where Las Palmas is now and the one in Island Lake back in a subdivision along the Fox River, north of route 176. I had some fun at both of those clubs; but unfortunately they also caused the Lake County board to rewrite the laws to basically eliminate any and all strip clubs from the county.

Friend told me last Friday that CL had recently added a LaSalle County section so we now had our own! He likes buying andd selling stuff on there to try and make a few extra bucks and has discovered that having all the areas a hour drive away did not always make people want to come and buy stuff.
So I checked it out and there appear to be 3 new areas in Illinois. LaSalle County, Mattoon-Charelston and Western IL. I only checked out the LaSalle County one and discovered that they had no adult services listed there as of yet. May have something to do with all the legal hassles girls who have been psting there have been getting as well as having to pay for ads there with credit cards. Did notice that there were some help wanted ads for the infmaous Spa. According to the ads they still have two locations. My advice avoid going to either. In the regaulr W4M section it appears as if the spammers have found it since as far as I could tell all the ads were fake. Will also say the same for the casual encounters section although saw one ad listed as W4M with the headline " I wna Give Someone a BJ" and it turned out to be misclassified and from a gay guy.

There is some action in the QC although the reports are all in the Iowa section of the board.

Depending on where you are actually going, you can take 80 from the quad cities instead of 88. Stop in Morris at Spa 7, then back on 80 and pick up 55 north into Chicago. There is always the option of the strip club at 80 and Ottawa too (rt 71). I haven't been there in a long while, but it was just eye candy with private dances watched heavily and no touching.
55 isn't too bad unless you get closer to Chicago and it happens to be rush hour. I've been on both routes and there isn't a lot of difference in time (unless of course you take a break in Morris for a hour--LOL)
If you are only going to the western suburbs, from Morris you can head straight north on rt47 and pick up 88 again - just takes a little longer for the secondary roads. If you are going to Addison area like your previous posts indicated, you can pick up 355 from 55 and head north.

I grew up in this town. I lived about a half mile from the Cheetah. Do you remember the two ***** houses around the corner by Georges IGA. How about the two ***** houses on rt. 45, kitty corner from the Anex lounge. There was also an adult book store across from the Anex. The strip club on Milwaukee Ave. Was the Roman House. I was in the strip clubs a few times, but was a little to innexperienced with mongering. I was also a little to shy and nervous to try the ***** houses. Also the Anex was kind of cool way back. The interior looked like the inside of a 70s cutom van. Lots of drugs there. They were also open till 5am, cool. My actual address was Praire View. I am kind of all over the place with this report, but I could go on forever about this town. I only wish it was all still in place so I could make better use of what it had to offer now that I am more experienced and less nieve. Good things never last. Also I use to work at the small airport in Halfday if you are old enough to remeber, that was from 1970 to 1975. I have spent most of my adult life traveling to Rockford for fun because it kind of remindes me of how Halfday was, RIP.

Cumberland County is located along I-70 between Effingham and the Indiana State line. No major cities there.
Cumberland County Board members Tuesday offered an explicit “not-welcome” message to any developers of strip joints, exotic dance clubs or any other sexually oriented businesses.
By a unanimous vote, the board members approved provisions that would prohibit any businesses involved in sex-related activity from opening within 1,000 feet of residences in the county and charge $2,500 in licensing in addition to county liquor licenses. The action was in response to concerns that the former Pioneer School in Neoga Township might be turned into a “gentlemen’s club” with alcohol consumption and possibly sexually suggestive dancing or stripping.
Cumberland County State’s Attorney Barry Schaefer cautioned the board members that the ordinance cannot ban outright such businesses, only set up regulations making it harder to operate in the county. The ordinance, submitted by the state’s attorney, is modeled after one enacted by the city of Effingham to prevent sexually oriented businesses from taking root there.

I also went ahead and TOFTT at this place tonight since it's very close to where I live. By the looks of the place and the looks of their ads I thought for sure I'd get a rub and tug. There was only one girl working, and she locked the door to the place before went to the room. Sure wish I would have checked the boards first. The massage was totally legit, and she didn't even come into any "accidental" contact. She also didn't allow me any contact with her. At the end, she actually asked me for a tip.
I just went with the $45 half hour "1st time special" option, so I threw her another $5 and will never be back.
I guess the only chance this place has to stay in business in DuPage County is to be legit, but they won't get any customers.

Beardstown is a small town on the Illinois river. Looks to be about a half hour drive north of Jacksonville, and about an hour drive south of Peoria. Not been there and not seen any reports about the place on here. Did find this in the letters to the editor page from the local newspaper, so maybe there is promise or could just be someone with amessy yard upset with Uncle Leo.

The crossroad community of Zykes Corner hasnt had this much buzz over a business since it got its name.
Decades ago, Art Zyke was disconcerted over a business rival refusing to sell land at the corner of todays Illinois Route 121, and Four-Mile Neoga Road. But Zyke got the last word with his name eventually sticking to the small community.
Now, activities in the basement of the old Pioneer Elementary School have people buzzing. Zykes Corner has become the home of a gentlemans club dubbed The School House, with bring-your-own-beer and exotic dancers, according to a co-owner of the establishment.
The co-owner declined an interview Monday until he consulted with his partner and attorney.
The former Pioneer School was sold several years ago by the Neoga school district. At least one nearby resident was shocked by heavy turnout at the site Friday and Saturday nights as the club appeared to be working to increase membership.
When they broke things up one morning it sounded like a race track, said Frank Enlow, whose residence is a short distance from the club on Route 121 in Neoga Township.
Enlow said a shortage of parking, shining headlights and noise are only part of the problem. He thought a county ordinance approved last month made that type of club illegal at that location banning any sexually oriented business from within 1,000 feet of a residential lot, community park, school or church.
Theyre not supposed to be within 1,000 feet of any house. I know Im a lot less than 1,000 feet from them, said Enlow. This is bad for the neighborhood. If they can move in illegally like that then what are we supposed to do?
This one may not be around for long. The local government does not appear to like the place. This place is just off of I-57 about half way between Effingham and Mattoon.
Cumberland County States Attorney Barry Schaefer said he and county board officials are investigating complaints on The School House, but he could not offer details on the investigation. He said he has not talked with any legal representative of the club.
We are looking at our options and we will approach it after we have looked at everything. I cant comment right now without facts, Schaefer said Monday.
Some Cumberland County residents petitioned the county board in December to pass an ordinance against such a business opening. They were concerned with any detrimental effects from the business, whether in Zykes Corner or elsewhere in the county.
The ordinance was approved at the December county board meeting, after county leaders heard the complaints. Schaefer based the 25-page ordinance on a similar measure in Effingham. The ordinance sets up licensing, including a $2,500 fee payable to the county, plus specific prohibitions on flashing lights, viewing rooms, prostitution, adult-oriented films or videos, nudity and semi-nudity, sexual devices and other sexually oriented activities.

Thought I had cross posted this last week, but looks like I did not.
Was in East Dubuque last week and discovered that no strip clubs were open. The previous time when I was there had a stripper mention that due to new laws they would soon be closing early, but since this was 7PM I thought that was a bit too early.
After posting in the Iowa other areas I had others respond that new local law closed all the strip clubs close down last month for good. So not worth a trip there. I ended my day about 20 miles from there so had a 45 minute of wasted driving, plus more time checking things out.

Sparland is a town along the Illinois River that is so small it had its only gas station close donw a long time ago. It is about a half hour drive north of Peoria, about 20 minutes from the Rioute 29 exit on on I-180 and about 45 minutes from LaSalle-Peru area. So out in the middle of nowhere.
The club is easy to find it is just west of Route 29 on Route 17. The name of it is Fluffers. It was closed when I drove by. I did a search online and discovered that it has been open for a few months and the city elders have been doing everything they can to get the place to close down but have not been able to. Yet. They have less leverage since it is a Bring Your Own Beer place meanig they have no liquor license. Several laws have been passed making it hard for any more strip clubs to open in town. It may only be open on Friday and Saturday evenings, although one article said they were open Wednesday through Saturday evenings.
I have no idea if they have hired local girls or are importing talent. If it is coming in from out of town they would not be staying in Sparland. The nearest motels are in Lacon- just across the river- there is a no-tel like place on the east edge of town this did nto look real lively last time I drove by, there are a few more in Chillicothe about 7 miles to the south. So they may have strippers staying there.
If anyone is nearer to this than I am and pay a visit let us know what it is like.

The nearest motels are in Lacon- just across the river- there is a no-tel like place on the east edge of town this did nto look real lively last time I drove by, there are a few more in Chillicothe about 7 miles to the south. So they may have strippers staying there.

First the "Good News"
Ruby 38 Northfield. Maybe the same person reported by Rocket Dork as "Ruby 38 + 15", as she is definately in her 50's. Went there again a week or two ago. Not sure why since only one really good time there, the rest so so. Mayeb because they are closer to my house than Rockford, the QC, Peoria or anywhere else where I have gotten lucky.

A lot of them just want to delude themselves about what they do: so they set limits that they won't cross with guys that they aren't genuinely sexually aroused by + attracted to! _ That + their lack of motivation beyond any instant gratification + general laziness means that they just aren't likely to take the bait; as long as they can get by with what they take in "tips" & don't report (for either taxes or "welfare"qualification) as income, + "sponge" off of all of us taxpayers in "welfare"payments, + "mooch" from any family &\or friends: they won't be willing to consider becoming that "w"word (for women who hire-out their own bodies for sex) themselves! Sort of like "poor white trash" saying to themselves: "thank god that we're white" & feeling superior to all the darker-skinned folk! _ For most of these girls: unless they stumble into an abusive relationship with an exploitative abuser, or they develop some substance-abuse-addiction that they need to "feed" (by which point they are usually, sadly, into an almost un-recoverable death-spiral) they're not going to "lower" themselves by becoming "hookers" in their own minds!

If anyone else is going here would like some intel shared, I have gotten lucky here a few times and unlucky even more. Would like to get lucky more than not get lucky.
Went by there last week. As I was entering a cute 20-something blonde who said her name was Jessica approached me as I was entering. Siad she was offering VIP sessions in the parking lot for less than they were in the club. Told her my car was rather cramped and she suggested the SUV she had just left. Noticed there was a guy in the SUV. I saw so many ways this could fail. Getting ripped off. Beat up by the guy in the SUV. Have cops wander into the parking lot (I saw an arrest report from last year for the place where cops arrested some girls for drug possession in their car in the parking lot of the place). The owner of the place could come out and not like what was happening (he lost his VIP room fee) and have the cops come. I declined.
Luck inside the club I had no luck A fair selection of girls, many I had not seen before. The one I think sent me the pics I have posted in the past was not around. As the last time I was there when not on stage most spent their time on smoking breaks in the back room. Since it is my understanding the club takes a % of what the girls get in provate and VIP dances I would think they would want the girls hustling the guys as much as possible. This for some reason is not the case.

I have made two trips since I was last on here.
First time was offered anything I wanted at reasonable price from OK looking older 30 something gal who smelled like an ashtry. This was as soon as I got there, said I wanted to enjoy my beer but would consider it. Also wanted to see all the other potential choices. About half hour later she is back in her street clothes and leaves. Was Arguing with the doorman before she left. Got another girl had seen before and talked ot a bit to agree to a very fun VIP. She then went into the dressing room. I thought this was to get something we would need since she asked if she needed to get one. I waited at least a half an hour and when I did not see her again. So I left. There were lots of guys there I counted at least 40 and only 3 girls after the 30 something one left.
Next trip got dragged there by some friends last week, who thought it would be a cool place to go. Figured it might be weird for me if girls there acted like they knew me, several do. This is because I have not told them about my trips there in the past. Got there a bit after midnight and as entering the DJ said the last dancer of the night was now on stage. Was told it was not real busy so they were clsoing early. Friends agreed ist was not wise to pay the $10 to stick around for 10 or 15 minutes so left and did not have to deal with a potentially weird situation.

Gulfport IL that at one time had a dozen or so strip clubs so I have been told now has none. Had to spend a couple of days in Monmouth and got bored Wed night. Actually was bored every night in Monmouth. Decided to head to Gulfport to check out the strip clubs. Knew they all got flooded out a couple of years ago but believed that a couple of them had been rebuilt. Turns out that only one was rebuilt. It was not open and learned that it closed down a few weeks ago. So there is no longer anything of interest to the topic of this forum in Gulfport. Wound up going across the river and came out of the casino with $5 more than I went in. Something that never happens at a SC.

Drove by Fluffers last night. So decided to drop by. Walked in. It was hotter and more humid inside the club than it was outside. There was one customer inside and the only girl I saw was the one on the stage. Was not planning on spending a long time there even if it looked promising since really wanted to get home at a reasonable hour. If she is no longer there then I will not get anymore pictures to post as I do not really see being able to take any at the club myself and getting take out appears unlikely.
I am about 40 minute drive from the place so it is a lot closer to any other place I have gotten lucky on a semi regular basis. I have not stayed at the club for a couple of months, last time I dropped by did not stay.
I think Cherry is hot but one of the other girls once told me she only gets friendly with the younger hot guys I have also noticed that if black or Mexican guys come into the club she is all over them so a 40 something white guy holds little appeal to her.

I've seen reports for a spa in Morris IL (I-80 EXIT 112). I am not certain but thought the name was Spa 7 same as the name of the one in Litchfield- could be a chain? So was heading east yesterday and noticed a sign for another spa in Morris along I-80. Not 100% certain what the name was but think it was something like Onawa or Osaka. I do not visit these places but thought it worth mentioning that there are now two of them in Morris.

There are 2 spa's in Morris I know of. Osaka is the old spa 7 and sun spa farther down the road. I've been to sun spa and had a legit massage.

On a semi related note. Spa RX in Ottawa once again has a sign up on I-80 heading eastbound between Princeton and Peru. This was not there a few weeks ago. I did mention seeing a sign for this place last winter and someone said it had been busted and closed down. Putting a new billboard up would indicate it never did get closed or has reopened.

Was deleting that last batch of pics from my phone, and while doing so thought that one of the girls looked familair to me. Not from seeing her in the club. Don't remember, if I was ever told, her name- but one of the gals who has a couple different hair dos in these pics looks a friend's daughter's friend. Not seen her in the club but think might be weird if I did and she remembers me. She would have graduated from the high school in LaSalle- Peru in either 2008 or 2009. Looks like lots of guys have been looking at these but no one has expressed any knowledge about having fun with any of them at the club or elsewhere.

Been told that the girls from Fluffers were pitted against the girls from Peoria SC Elliots in mud volley ball at something called Redneck Rally last month. I did some searching and found it was held in Chillicother on Labor Day and downloaded some pics. It was on a non adult site so the pic of all the girls flashing has their tits covered up. A couple of the girls in that pic I have seen at fluffers same thing with the brunette in the shades. The others must be elliots girls I have not been there. Found a lot more pics but they were of other things at the event- that were not of lots of interest to me like guys in swimsuits pole dancing.

Well I figured Mister Quick shouldn't be the only one doing recon at this place so I went the other night. I wasn't able to write this up till a little after the visit so some of the information may be fuzzy. Here's a rambling review.
1st off my GPS was a little off on the address (in fairness my GPS is at least 6 years old), so if that does happen to you just go the opposite direction on the road it's on. Also the parking lot is kind of rough, if you have a truck it won't be a problem but if you have a car that sits low, you might want to park on the street. The building on the outside looks like your average building with a bright scrolling led sign to let you know where your at on the side. The front door really has no markings on it, kind of looked like a service entrance.
I went on Halloween, cover was 10 dollars but I've read other places that it is normally 15 so not sure if they lowered the price for the holiday or what. The inside isn't all that fancy or anything but not run down. The thing I got a little chuckle about was that they bought their chairs used and they have the name of the old club on them. The chairs are plush with nice cushion, but almost every chair I Sat. In had a caster the was broken. The staff was friendly and helpful. I believe their hours are Thursday 8:00-2:00 Friday & Saturday 8:00-4:00. They had a special of 2 for 30 dollars couch dances.
Ok now on to the important part, the girls.
There where 8 girls working, 5 where black 3 where white. All the girls body's where in somewhat decent shape except for a couple. 3 of the girls where very attractive with 3 of the girls being unattractive and 2 being all right looking (but remember attractiveness is in the eye of the beholder so it may be different for you). Didn't seem like any girl had fake boobs, so that was a plus for me. Also 1 girl was beyond drunk while another girl seemed to be stoned to the extreme. Here's a few notes on each girl.
Nikki (Black) (pictured in post 488 middle girl) : Either her or Mia where the least attractive of the bunch. She was the girl that seemed she was extremely stoned, couldn't really make out what she was saying. Very skinny girl, to skinny actually, her picture on here looks infantile better then she did in person. Her tits are almost non existent.
Mia (White): She was a big girl but did have big tits. She was the girl that was drunk. She was so drunk that she had that deer in the headlights look. Sounds like she threw up once at least, missed a bunch of her sets on stage, and the bouncers finally had enough and told her she couldn't dance anymore (I think but not sure, and if they didn't they should of) as I was leaving.
Brandy (White): She was the oldest of the bunch looked to be in her mid 30's, very hard look to her (looks like she had a hard life of partying). She was drunk but not anywhere near what Mia was. I didn't find her that personable even a little stand offish, but it did seem some of the other customers didn't mind her.
Kiekie (Black):1st of the 2 all right girls. She had really nice boobs, Wasn't that great looking, and did have a bit of a gut, but nothing distracting like the other girl. She seemed shy and very reserved.
Sam (White): She had bigger boobs slightly smaller than Mia's but in way better shape. At first I thought that she had a gut, then I found out that she was 5 months pregnant. She did put on a good stage show. Had red hair and a lots of tattoos.
Anya (Black): 1st of the very attractive girls. Probably the prettiest face of all the girls, and again very nice natural tits. She was a skinny girl who had a big but, for those who like big buts she would be the best for that there. She did have a couple tattoos and blonde hair.
Sky (Black): Very pretty, and a smoking body. Once again (noticing a pattern here) very nice natural tits. Probably the top girl for just looks and body.
Coco (Black): Pretty girl with a really good body and as the last 4 girls very nice natural tits. I would rate her as the best all around girl that night. She was just slightly behind Sky for looks and body, but her personality is top notch (not to take anything away from the last 3). While all the girls Sat. With me for a bit she was the only girl who came back to sit with me for a while after I declined a couch dance. Which after the 4th time of her coming to talk to me I ended up getting a 2 for 30 special from her.
I do plan on going back and trying out the private room, I had gotten a "massage" before going to Fluffers so I wasn't truly up for doing a private.

I have not been there in awhile do to some unexpected expensesOne thing to add the cover charge is normally $15 it is $10 on Thursdays when they tend to have fewer girls- it was also $10 on Sundays when they tried Sunday nights earlier this year. Last year it was $5 and $10 but they had to raise it to cover the new strip club tax.
On an somewhat unrealted note I just saw on the news that a big strip club chain (had clubs in 5 or 6 states) lost a lawsuit filed by girls working there who claimed they were employees not independent contractors. They thus should not be forced to tip out (from what I understand many girls have to pay the club the first $30 or 40 they get each night just to work there) and that they are requried to be paid the min wgae for tipped employees such as waitresses. Not sure if this will set a precedent but it could change the SC business if it does.

It was not on when I drove by so not sure if they are still open. I did find a phone number online for them and tried calling all I got was the whine for a fax machine (or odl dial up modem). So not sure what this means.

Update to own report.
Fluffers are open their normal hours- guess their sign was not on. I went by there this weekend. When I got there there were very few cars in the parking lot. A couple of guys were standing outside the entrance smoking. Said "Hi" and they told me "It is dead tonite". I went in and saw a white girl in a coat sitting with a guy, a black girl on stage and a table with some beer cans and a half empty case of beer- would bet this belonged to the smoking guys. It was also real cold inside. Told the bouncer was looking for a friend who said he might be coming there that night but did not see him. So I left. Do not think their heat was working real good- as the one girl not on stage was all bundled up.

Fluffers is a bring Your Own Beer strip club locted in Sparland IL. There is not much else in Sparland, a post office, a closed gas station and a few other abandoned store fronts. It is at the intersection of Illinois Rt 29 and Illinois Rt 17, along the Illinois River. Right across from Lacon a small town that has a number of businesses. It is about a half hour drive north of Peoria on Rt 29 (it is the first river bridge north of Peoria) It is also about a half hour drive south of I-80 taking I-180 to Rt 29 and 29 further south. The club is easy to find in town as it is on RT 17 about a half block east (river side) of Rt 29. There is a 4 way stop sign there. I live just over a half hour drive from the club, so it is somewhat close to me- closer than other places I have gotten lucky in the past- Rockford, QC & BN.
They are only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights and open at 8 although their opne time is when the girls arrive they do not get on stage unti 8:30 to 8:45, sometimes later. I have had real good luck there a couple of times and other times no luck at all as the girls often hide in the back room where they can smoke. I did not stay last time I came by although I had been in Peoria for the day and the club is along one route I can take home so I did not have to go out of my way. Most of the girls come from Peoria, and some also work at the other clubs there. I have been there when there have only been a couple girls and dozens of guys and other times when there are over a dozen girls and only 2 or 3 guys. I gave my number to several of the girls there and one who I have not seen there in a long while would occasionally text me- she for some reason thought I was in Peoria and thought I would be able to easily hook up.
Would be nice to know what others experiences are there as I sometimes get frustrated and would go more often if I knew it was sure thing.
