Decided I had an hour or two to kill, why not see what the heat does for Rockford. Started around 1:30pm
Cruised GZ, near Kwik Mart saw the increasingly infamous tall April. She was actually cleaned up, dressed smartly, and looked pretty good for her. No freaking way I'd stop even after a not so negative experience in past, especially since more recent intel on her scamming/robbing guys.
Saw another WSW (perhaps LatinoSW) heading toward 7th and 5th ave, by time I got close enough for a good look some other monger swooped in for the pick up. Speak up now, you got her, give a report!
Saw a couple BWS around Broadway/8th, too street beaten for me.

Actually, I don't believe the AMP on 11th and Broadway was shut down because of massages and such. It was closed because the women were living in the place. That's how they catch a lot of AMPS. Decided to take a road trip this week and am staying two nights here in Rockford. First night I checked out the stroll was very disappointing, tons of LEO and not much else. I have seen the one in the pink top behind the weeds before. Never been with her nor talked to her. This has been my choice, she is really not my type.
I was with a friend once when I drove through the stroll area who was surprised to see this girl since he knew her. Said he went to high school with her and I believe he said her name was Anita. Man, relax. I haven't seen forums drama hit Rockford in a while. Times must be getting tough out there.

I've seen the usual gaggle of SWs out and about in Rockford in recent weeks. I haven't been posting, because I haven't been sampling.

Was out in east side area Wed evening and found much selection available. Seriously guys, I must have seen a dozen providers in Broadway 7th street area, and at least 5 or 6 more near 11th and Alton-Willis streets area. There was at least three near that new smokeshop with the big yellow sign, named G & M, I think. However, quantity does not mean quality, as has been observed her previously. I only saw one that I would call impressive, and she was in the parking lot of Silver Bullet Bar, near harrison and 11th. By the time I wheeled around and came back she was entering a van. Tall, dark hair, maybe 25 or so? Not street hard looking as is often the case in Rockford.

Made it up to Rockford, but did not have lots of time.
Saw a good looking blonde WSW on the street just south of the Pump Handle, not as good looking as the one in the pic I found elsewhere. Went around the block to pick her up and when I returned she was talking to Uncle Leo do not know if she was one of them or just being hassled. I did not want to stick around since the cop did give me a dirty look as I drove by.

Had the occassion to cruize Rockford earlier today, and saw many potential providers. Overall quality poor, but did see three south of the PH, two just west of 11th on Willis and one also west of 11th on Reed st. Also a suspect on 11th just north of the KFC. Surprised to see such a large quanity of girls out, and even saw one he-she, near B'way and 10th avenue.
As noted here previously, it appears that much new activity is now south of Broadway several blocks.

Some may have noticed a Liz H who was arrested Aug 19th for "Sol Rides on a Roadway" in Rockford. Have known her for a year or more, and know she is a good enough person, even if she is a drunk.

It is in a strip shopping center located behind the Scotish place right off of IL Rt 251 closer to the stateline than it is to Rockford. There is a red light at the intersection and the busines is located in the SE quadrant of the intersection. This is 5-10 minute drive north of the abandoned mall at the north edge of town depending on the traffic and how you hit the red lights. The intersection is Elevator Rd heading east but it has another name if you head west.

The Cook County Sheriff's police headed by Tom Dart is piloting a program they hope brings them national notority. It is called get rid of demand and is focusing on putting away the mongers. The simple fact is they make more money by impounding a monger's vehicle then sending a SW to court that will be out the next day. They are also getting some funding from some woman's group, which thinks that it's going to help the SW which is B. S it will stop the demand for awhile and then when things blow over in a few months it will be business as usual again. How about solicting a ride? I finally got a chance to check out Silver Spa. It's not actually in Rockford. It's several miles north in the village of Roscoe. So, I am also going to post this on the IL-other board. The Spa is quietly located in the rear of a somewhat busy small shopping center/strip mall.
Silver is run like a typical AMP. Korean ladies, table shower, sauna, massage, HR was included at no extra charge. The one hour session was $70, to which I added a .2 tip. So .9 covered the massage and HR. Other services were not discussed or offered.

That is partly true of all women. Many tend to judge the attractiveness of a man by the size of his wallet. Even if they are not rich, for a realtively young woman, older guys will tend to have a more established career, a better paying job and be more likely to own his home than are guys their own age. So their sense of extravagent cand expensive can be a lot lower bar. I know a number of years ago I was easily able to impress a college girl by driving up to scotland with her for the weekend.

Have been there a few times. Ladies are older compared to down the street at ERS. The place is over 30 years old and shows it. But you can have a good time. Sophia has a great rack and knows how to use them. Darlene is mid 40' but still puts on quite a show. You will get your moneys worh for $85. Excuse my late response but I don't normally read this forum and happened upon it by mistake. I'm from Philly but have made several retreats to Mexico and know a number of Mexican women in my town. As opposed to our American counterparts who all think they have the golden pussy, these women respond to someone who treats them respectfully and appreciates their "charms. " They don't receive this respect or appreciation in Mexico and are often surprised by the "gringo" reaction to them. Saw Jo Jo again last evening. Was afraid she had moved to escort work 100% but found out that she was still see us guys she met previous to her escorting, and see us at non-escort prices! She is a sweetheart.

He called the phone number Wednesday and talked to a woman identifying herself as "Alexis," who told him "half service" cost $100 and full service $200. The detective told her he was looking for the full service and would be in Tinley Park that night.
He went to the Wingate late Wednesday and called the woman who said she would meet him there but not until he gave her the hotel phone number so she could call him and confirm he was there. When "Alexis" called back, she raised her price for full service to $250 and the detective agreed, according to the police report.
The woman, 21 year old Jessica, of the 2000 block of 8th Avenue in Rockford, arrived at his room at 2 a.m. Thursday. Inside, the detective asked her why she had increased her rate, at which point the woman's cell phone rang. When Jessica told him she had to leave because there was an emergency with her daughter, the detective alerted other investigators in another room. Sort of weird that she got arrested since the other woman was not arrested until the officer asked her what full service was, and she told him it was oral sex and sex, according to the report. Yeah, I got out the past couple days for some cruise time, various times of day.
The cold weather usually shuts Rockford SW action down alot, clustering them into small areas which are easier for Uncle Leo to watch. All in all making cruising for SW rough action.
Tuesday I was out in GZ area twice, different times of day and things seemed quiet except for Leo.
Weds I was back around Harrison/11th for business and spent a bit cruising. Tons and tons of Leo every damned place I turned.
Are they out there to serve and protect people from poorly plowed roads?
You'd think with increased traffic calls during a storm there would be less patrols around GZ and Harrison/11th... but no, not today. Lotsa Leo.

Personally I think it's a good thing. I've been a passenger in a car with a driver who's a cellphone addict - chatting and texting while driving. I asked them to stop or let me drive.
There is no convincing me you can pay attention to the road safely and text on those little screens and keyboards safely.

Texting is illegal, but talking on a cell phone in the normal fashion has only been banned in construction or school zones:
Public Act 096-0130 pertains to electronic communication devices, including, but not limited to wireless telephones, personal digital assistants (PDA), portable or mobile computers, while being used to compose, read or send messages. The act does not restrict the use of hands-free or voice activated devices and does not apply to navigation systems.
The new law prohibits operating a motor vehicle while composing, reading or sending electronic messages, except for: law enforcement officers while performing official duties, any driver using the device to report an emergency situation to emergency personnel, using such devices while parked, using such devices while stopped due to obstructions on a road and when the vehicle transmission is in a neutral or park position.
Public Act 096-0131 prohibits using wireless telephones while driving, except for hands-free or voice-activated use, within a school speed zone or within a highway construction zone, except for: highway construction or maintenance workers while in a highway construction zone, persons using a wireless telephone for emergency purposes, including law enforcement, health care, fire department or other emergency services agency (and) police officers and emergency vehicle operators while performing official duties.
