I wont get into a pissing match with you, but your little post in response was a bit uncalled for. You're not a bad person but Paul Stearn did nothing wrong. You're a newbie and don't know proper etiquette. It happens, you're not the first. Proper etiquette on this forum is that you post some helpful and valid info first, and preferably multiple times. Only after one contributes does one start asking for help.

You want us to feel sorry for you for being low on funds, but there is tons of info on this forum to help guys even with a small budget. And all the info posted publicly is free. You're having a rough go of it, but don't worry about it. If you get some info, post a report. Otherwise I suggest letting it go.

Yep. I tried that gig once myself. A common scam on CL. These girls who want to meet will make the cash transaction nice and simple.

Think I was able to cancel it out before I was charged any big amount, but that 3 day free thing is a lie. Think I got charged 40 bucks. The girl got the money and still basically flaked

Hi everyone. I called a girl from rockford listing for craigslist. Her name is ginger styles. She told me she has reviews on TER.

When she came over, she wasn't bad looking but just about average. Slightly fat, brunette not blonde and pale not the skin tone in the pic. Notice her ad uses a different phone number than TER. That should have been a tipoff. I think what she did is take this other girl's info and pic and posed as her to get some business as the actual ginger has decent reviews.

She did an ok job, cost $. 5 for 1/2hr 2 pops which I negotiated before she came over. Although she wasn't the girl in the pic, little guy decided to go ahead and complete the mission. The big head would have sent her home! LOL

I would not repeat. I would not recommend. TOFTT.

A city attorney cited “life safety violations” in the decision to shut down and condemn the Gin Ja Spa massage parlor at Broadway and 11th Street.

Attorney Jennifer Cacciapaglia said evidence of people living in areas of the building not zoned for residential use were found.

The business, formerly operated as Tokyo Oriental Health Spa, was one of five Rockford massage parlors closed resulting in 12 people being charged with state or federal offenses in connection with a two-year investigation of prostitution.

Authorities said most of the women who worked in the parlors were Asians who were held as virtual captives, locked in tiny rooms and required to perform sexual acts with paying customers. Several were undocumented aliens.

The other four shuttered businesses were the Paradise Health Spa, Pine Tree Spa, Royal Health Spa and the Rainbow Health Spa.

Sometimes the best ones to pick up are the ones that don't know they are pros. Most women are pros msome just have such a high price that there aren't that many guys who will pay it. I am beginning to think all the CL girls use pics from better looking girls that they just download from the web and post. Why go through the trouble of taking your own pictures, especially if you are not good looking. Many don't show their faces. One reason is that it would be easy for a client to ascertain that the girl misrepresented herself. Easiest part of the human body to distinguish from one another is the face. If they do use their own pictures, they always seem to be really old ones when they were much younger.

I missed out on the AMP days here. I have asked how business has been in Rockford, and I keep hearing that business for these girls is dead here. If you are going to call one, make sure you negotiate down. You have the upper hand. There are not many clients in Rockford apparently. I believe you can politely tell them that you have x amount and you want a 1/2 hour or hour for that amount. Tell them you are deciding between her and another girl. That might make her think. Just my thoughts.

As I'm sure everyone saw, the Gin Ja Heath Spa was cloesed down last week. I only had the priviledge of going their once, but it didn't seem like it would stay open anyway from a business aspect. But quitely, another spa has opened and not in Rockford. I took one for the team today and found it to be pretty much above board. I was covered during TS and my provider stayed in the sauna with me and chatted for a few minutes. Massage was AWESOME. Best I've had in years. But I was covered all of the time. I'm not sure this will be the case next time I go in. At least that's the impression the lady (Older Asian woman) gave me. I will take pm's from Senior members and friends I have talked to before. Sorry this is vague, but I don't want to see another potential "spa" go down after only one week. I'll report more on this after another visit in a week or so.

I have also found occassional providers on South 11th. Near Alton, Reed and Barnum. Not much south of the KFC, but between there and Harrison there is usually someone walking. Also on the street west of 11th named Lapey, which runs parrell to 11th I have been lucky. As has been said before here, think outside the box sometimes.

First of all, I dont live in Rockford or anywhere near. But, anytime that I pass thru your fine mongering city, I ALWAYS spot some type of SW. Maybe not to my liking, but they are out there. I prefer activity with a roof over my head; so, since the closure of the excellent AMP's I dont really have reason to visit that often anymore. But.......

I start at GZ and work my way around in concentric circles. Keep your eyes open down residential streets that border the main mongering streets.

This type of clandestine behavior on the part of the SW's keeps the cops well distributed throughout the neighborhood

Sir P said it best a few reports back, Rockford is the best for mongering in NE Illinois. Fair prices for reasonable service

I was PMed by a newbie, who asked where the pics where taken and what daytime. If you look, the street sign is in one of the pics. The time, daytime. The other pics. See the map thats post in the Rockford section.

You know I spend the gas and time. As for the exact time. I have been out all times of the day. I cant see you would not find a sw in this town.Sometimes they are easy to find other times you will not find a one and sometimes there are none that meet your standards. Although standards have been known to go donw after a long hunt. I have picked up a few girls who I might not have had I seen them when I first arrived in town. Rockford does tend to be a better place to find SW than other towns I have frequented. I think weather, time of the month and nnumber of other guys out there looking are all factors over which we have little control. Bloomington is a lot worse you will often not see a single SW out for several trips to town.

I am also convinced that the good looking and good performing SWs will find a few guys they are comfortable with and will start just seeing their regulars and then only go out on the street again if they have a cash emergency or something happens to a regular guy.

MQ you are right on with your last thought, IMHO. The good girls build up a following, so to speak. When they have a comfortable book of known clients and numbers, they can afford to mostly curtail the most risky part of their occupation. We all knowledge it is dangerous for a girl to walk, and risk LEO, not to mention the 'crazys' out there. It is much safer for a girl to just spin the dial when she is in need of some $$, instead of walking and looking. I found a picture one of them had given me that I posted about a month ago, although noone seems to know who she was. Was hoping someone did. Well, I had some time to kill last night so I decided to take a ride to Rockford.

I was going along the usual stroll areas and not seeing much at all. This was between 9:30 and 11 pm. Hit the regular stroll yesterday about 3pm, saw 1 BSW near 7th & Broadway. Looked very cracked out, had a nice a** but face looked like someone beat the shit out of her. Cinnamon's real name was Andrea She was easily one of top top 10 ATF girls. very heavy into drugs she did the whole herion shiiting up thing when I had her at a date in her hotel room. She was staying at the long term shithole place with very small rooms on N Second across from the automated gas station. We did the deed, she then shoot up, very cimplicated process, which I would not have been able to repeat if I needed to even after just having watched it let alone 4+ years after the fact. She said she wanted to be high when I dropped her back off at a friends house. Buy instead said being high made her real horny and I just had to do her again. So I was the proper gentleman and did her. This was 4th July weekend of 2004, and hung out with her a lot that weekend, although I was staying another hotel. Remember this becuase I took her to fireworks and hung out a lot with her. She was having BF problems or something whihc si why she was residing at the hotel. Think did a report on her do a search. Saw her a few more times later that summer then she disappered. Saw her one more time in Marhc or April of the next year, she had spent some tome in county jail. Then learned she died a few months later. onAug. 21, 2005 at Rockford Memorial Hospital. She was jsutover 20 year olds. her obit does nto say it was OD but I have no reason to disbelive that.

The story I heard was that she scored some H, and needed a place to shoot up. She knew the old guy that had an appartment on 8th Avenue, north side, three doors west of 5th street. The newer house that is kind of sideways on a small lot. Back appartment. She came in, did her thing, and the old guy realized at once she was in trouble. He tried to walk her around, but she was really struggling. He called 911, and they took her to Rockford Memorial where she was pronounced dead. He was procusced for keeping a drug house, and did 30 days.

Anyway, she was a good one. Would still be around today.

Hey everyone. It's been a while. Does anyone know any reasonably priced fairly safe hotels near the action in Rockford? I'm thinking about treating myself to an afternoon at a hotel with a two or three providers, (at different times). I saw a post that said the old flying saucer is open again, but I don't know how safe it is in terms of violence and also in terms of LE. Any ideas and hotel prices are very much appreciated. The Clayton House up in Loves Park is reasonably priced ($35 a night) and OK. It is by no means real fancy and it is not a dive. They are north of town. Take SR 251 north, it is dual carriageway for a few miles. Most of the time it is fairly fast moving. Clayton House will be on you left after the road turns into a surface street. They also take credit cards, which many inexpensive non chain motels do not.

For my business I am often on the road and will sometimes end up in towns that have no chain motels. I have found the website: www.motelguide.com lists almost all the non chain places in the US. The list is not kept up real well. The Flying Saucer is still listed as being open in Rockford. Some of the places are real dives, others surprisingly nice and inexpensive. Often these are places that appear to have lost much of their business when the motorways were built and are on the old main highways. My advise is to call the phone numbers to make sure the place is around before planning a stay.

Agree with you, SP. I was out and about last night too and Rockford is real quiet. Some old regular shanks out on the stroll, but not much. There is a lot of pressure coming from City Hall, and LEO is hitting hard. Hope it will improve when the weather turns, but for now it is difficult to hook up on the streets of Rockford.

Sorry for the delay, this is the soonest I could report so bear with me. Was out last Thursday on an early afternoon cruise, I was able to see 2 new faces in the ground zero area but by the time I got around the block our UNCLE that we all love had stopped one and the other was gone just like that. Because you don't go to the Belvidere section you are somewhat unaware of the history here. A regular poster on several Illinois sites posted that on a first trip to Belvedire, specifically ERS he recieved more service, and promises to more service then any regulars have ever gotten there. It was the type of info that would be very missleading and dissapointing to anyone who visited there based on his info. Not to mention the fact that the lady in question could get fired for such behavior. The original poster then got offended when some members called him on it. He further got offended when I mentioned that I brought up his claims to another lady there. We had a good laugh and that was the end of that.
The real reason the poster was offended IMHO is he got caught. Either his self image or some desire to impress others on the board caused him to over exagerate the service he recieved. The fact is the type of service he claimed doesn't happen there, and on the few occassions when it does it is always by a new lady who then gets fired when managment finds out.

Now if he said this happened at CLV and not ERS then this would not have happened.

I went over to Chantily Lace yesterday, I didn't get down there until 10: 30pm And was suprised to see 4 lovely women there. The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department is looking for a juvenile who gave a false name during a prostitution arrest last summer.

Detectives conducted an undercover prostitution investigation based on information published on Craigslist, an Internet classified ads site.

Eight people were arrested July 1 during the investigation, including a juvenile who provided police the name of Ashley Lynn Treppish, who at the time was 19.

Deputy Chief Dominic Iasparro said the juvenile did not have any identification upon arrest and provided the false name.

I'm curious about what you guys choose relative to the session length/pricing. I'm no "Minute-Man" but the 20 minute session is fine for me. The girls always seem to want to upsell that by saying "The 30 min. is only $10 more and we can then get to know each other better." Do most of you do the $45 for 20 min. or do you go for longer sessions?

11th, just south of Harrison saw a couple of WSW, enchanged looks. One taller brunette almost had me til I got a good look.

Another petite gal, sandy brown/long hair, pink winter jacket... looked like acne issues perhaps... shared the looks, did a couple pass bys trying to coax her off 11th for a pickup. She turned down back street heading towards Parmele, I went to intercept - and Uncle Leo did too (like out of no where, never saw him til he appeared right in front of me)

Today 4/23 only had time for a pass or two, really seems quiet out there. Cruised GZ, 7th, 9th, 11th all way to bypass. Saw maybe one SW, was gone on my return pass.

Saw those posts with Alexis, cutie someone met near Bypass and 11th... have not been able to see her on the stroll anyplace (sadly). But I did notice some posts on CL in south suburbs with pics that look alot like the same young lady, not going by Alexis (but no surprise even if same gal).

I do still check back here from time to time although not as much as I used to. Since retirede from looking for girls since I found one I am keeping not much for me to report on. Had been checking this to see about girls I used to know, although theer seems to be very little news or reports on any girls I knew.

The story I heard was that she scored some H, and needed a place to shoot up. She knew the old guy that had an appartment on 8th Avenue, north side, three doors west of 5th street. The newer house that is kind of sideways on a small lot. Back appartment. She came in, did her thing, and the old guy realized at once she was in trouble. He tried to walk her around, but she was really struggling. He called 911, and they took her to Rockford Memorial where she was pronounced dead. He was procusced for keeping a drug house, and did 30 days.

OMG, you all want some interesting reading and monger drama? Check out the Memphis TN news and areas here. Multiple cops were busted for using services and assorted other nasty related crimes. The following day something like 60+ arrests. Couple days later dozens more. Off the street and off the internet listings. It's good reading, good education.

I'd suspect with SW activities increasing around greater Rockford and the warmer weather coming we'll soon enough see a Rockford City "clean up" effort.

My 2cents about that.

Recently was in beautiful Rockford and was with a young woman who I have been seeing on a regular basis. Wound up getting pulled over by a member of the local constabulatory who noticed she was not wearing a seat beat (I was). He detained us for about 10 minutes while checking to make sure that there were no warrants out for either of us and she received a warning ticket. While alos questioning her about an address on her ID that she no longer resides at (she has moved at least 6 times since I have met her).

This could have gone south real quick if she had an arrest warrant out. I know for a fact that some of the girls one may pick up have them. They brag about them like a badge of honour.Had this occured suspect he would have felt obligated to seacrh my car. I know some of these gals have drugs with them (luckily the one I was with is no longer a user except for coffin nails). If she had dropped them in the car I would be the one in trouble. As it was it turned out to be nothing more than a minor hassle but one that could have been avoided in its entirety had she been wearing her seat belt. So get the girls you pick up to buckle up!

Well, after too many disappointing online leads and after cruising the stroll a touch and finding some activity around 3pm, (but disappointingly low on attractiveness), I decided online was going to have to do. Even after my more recent online attempt disappointments I decided to TOFTT again.

I decided to exercise the "semi" in semi-retirement thursday night. Did a tour of the southern stroll and saw a milf-y looking lady strolling near the Pump. I decided to give GZ and the surrounding area a shot first. Although I saw as many as 7 or 8 contenders for my indulgence, noone looked as intriguing as the aforementioned milf. So back south I went, and sure enough, Sherry the milf was pleased by my return.

Sherry appeared and acted the part timer, albeit in a positive way. She claimed an enthusiasm for the speaking of the french dialect, and to be fluent. I was not disappointed by her grasp of the language. She wasn't quite as fluent as she claimed, but her conversational skills were definitely more than adequate. She expressed her interest in discussing the complexities of other languages in the future. I would look forward to doing so at some point.

Well, small history lesson here. But for many years I've mostly avoided the Rockford cruise/stroll. Back in 01 there were some serious sting/sweeps and I got closer to being a statistic in the local paper than I ever had. Spent alot of years just living with what was at home and working local bars for freebies when I could (occasional success). In 04 got the cruise urge and investigated for a couple of weeks without finding any SW worth indulging with. I seem to recall some sweeps/stings in 04 being lengthy and I stopped the cruise again.

04 to current basically sticking to CL/BP and other online options, knowing I'm paying 2 or 3 times what quality SW would charge. I guess somewhere along the line I got stuck on gfe services as well, when you're traveling alot for work it's easier to find online options in cities you don't know too well.

Many decades of mongering and I've yet to check out the LS or MP option. Used to be I refused to visit LS/MP because SW were so much more affordable and available. Now with the pressure on our online mongering options and the lack of quality and available regulars on the stroll I wonder why I skipped the LS/MP option and went right to online (besides my enjoyment of gfe).

RTFF here in Rockford and all over these forums really and I'm confident I could roll into a LS/MP and learn on the curve. IMO it sounds like the LS is more likely to produce the closest thing to what I enjoy.

OK, history over, my questions then, if senoirs would be kind enough to share:

Is there an ideal time of day or day of the week to hit a LS?

From what I'm seeing here lately, it sounds like Chant is the best place for a newb like me to delve into first time adventures. Sound right?

Any recommended providers with anything close to gfe there?

Well, I've always advised that when actively pursuing this hobby, hobbyists should never put themselves in any location or activity that they don't feel comfortable in. Thus, if you don't feel comfortable on that street, you shouldn't drive or scout it, or research the forum about it for that matter.

To discretwil: When you hit the Lingerie shops, if you go to chantilly lace, I would say stay away from Jasmine. I have heard she is the best looking girl there, but also the most inconsistent. There are some good reports about her but she can get an attitude for some reason or another. I'm not sure why exactly. I don't have intel on anybody else. I would say the best time to go might be in the morning, early afternoon, just as soon as they open. Thats really all I have as far as advice. Good luck!

The last couple days I have taken a cruise around 5-5:50 thru the SW area and have only seen 1 SW. But on another note both days I must say our local boys were out in full force patroling the area. Its getting too much attention down in the area for me any more.Just wanted to express I've felt the same in recent weeks, although 5pm-ish "rush hour" probably isn't the ideal time to window shop either.

I'm free days more than nights, so I've had little luck finding anything worth stopping for, but I'm realizing it's about timing. A couple of different nights I've seen more activity, more selection than any thing on days. I just have been in mixed company or on too tight of scheduling to even do a second pass for a closer look.

I almost always see more activity after sunset than any other time in Rockford.

Was out yesterday afternoon and saw 5 SW. One was older not bad looking but a little on the chunky side. One skinny old cracked out SW. Wel, Rockford SW scene has been kinda grim lately since the last mini-sweep. A few girls were arrested, including two that flipped for the cops and were let off without charges. Much pressure last week on any female walking on Rockford's streets in any of the high crime areas, I am told.

The good news is things are not as silly this week. I was in town Tues last, Thurs, and today and observed street activity all days. Today I counted four potential providers in one swing thru the 7th street area. In the general Pump Handle area at about 6PM there were no less than three SWs walking, plus one sitting on steps one block off the track but being obivious about her intentions. Nothing that interested me personally, but at least all were walking without being harrasted by LEO. Last week was a good week to have a ccurrent phone list of providers. But things seem to be returning to more normal now.

I saw my frist SW on Auburn Friday night, I had heard that was another stroll but had never seen any action and then lastnight I was heading home around 1:30am and sure enough I was heading south on and. Second St. Off of Auburn and standing at the end of the foot bridge was a pretty damn good lucking little white spinner. had the occassion to check out the street traffic this afternoon while visiting friends in the noon to 4Pm time slot. Early there was virtually nothing stiring, as I assumed. Made it up to Rockford yesterday. Did not have lots of time to spend work obligations and all that, did not really want to pay out a lot of cash but wound up having to to get lucky.

The streets were more or less dead. Cruised 11th St and ground zero and saw nothing out. The weather was not helping in this regards. After what seemed like 15 or 20 minutes noticed I had really wasted away almost an hour. My how time flies when you are having fun.

I'm normally an AMP type guy but occasionally like other flavors. I have stopped by CL a few times to try to find a little variety but with very little luck. From reading the thread I think I must be missing something here (besides all the fun that is). I have dropped names to let them know I have been there before and when they say "get comfortable" I make myself at home and still little or nothing. Is there a secret handshake I need to know or am I just picking the wrong girls? I usually get a relatively short time (20 min). Would a longer time give me a better chance?
