Recetly found a few throw away cameras while cleaning the garage. Got them developed and at the same time put on a CD NO more scanning. I have a digital camera now, so no more film. Got two of the rolls back the third has gone missing. Am posting pics from one of them of interest to you guys. There are some other pictures that are not of interest to this forumn. I have resized them so that you can see the whoile picture at once but not roated the ones that are vertical., Figure it was better than shrinking them more or making it so the while thing cant be seen at once. Turn your screen or head. Not wanting to spend a lot of time on all this.

Reports about finding ugly awful girls or nothing at all can be just as useful as ones about picking up hot babes. Then you know if you spend an evening looking for a good one and do not find her that you are having a normal day for town, rather than a bad day.

If everyone is posting reports, with pictures of girls like the one Ralph and you just posted (BTW your pics look a very lot like his) you will think hey Peoria is a great town for SW. But if all the reports are about guys picking up awful girls who are not really atractive (like say Angela Scott), then you are much more inclined to stop for an average looking one.

Face it I am sure that everyone here would like to be picking up girls who look like porn stars. In reality is we all settle for less. How much less varies from individual to individual and as someone else on here pointed out his standards drop even further when he is horny.

I don't see the point in posting about someone who was so ugly up close that you let them out without doing something. I have to go with Ci on this one, althought I see Mr. Quick's point. When I was in the Chicago area, there would be a lot of reports that would go something like this: "there was a few ugly ones out that I would not touch with a ten foot pole. But hopefully this is a sign that things are starting to pick up." I don't buy it. Let me know when things pick up to the point that someone is out there worth interest and spending gas money. A few ugly ones often means that things have dried up to the point where only the most desperate, diseased, drug addicts are out there, the girls that figure a risk of going to jail is worth another night of possibly sleeping in the alley with no way to buy crack unless they hook one of us. I remember a few years ago, when Chicago Heights cops started making major busts and getting girls jail time. For a long time all you could find were the kinds of girls that would infect you just by looking at you. It was only after Uncle Leo found something better to do with his time that things picked up, and even today, it's not great.

Sondra K. Ware age 58 of 2811 Springfield Road, Apt. 207 in East Peoria was found guilty prostitution by Judge Michael Brandt on Aug. 31, Sondra will not becoming a ward of the state instead she has been sentence to 30 months of probation and $261.83 court costs. So it looks like she will be needing to make at least $261.83 sometime soon.

Regarding the reports on girls who are less than desireable. I have made a few road trips in the past few years. Sometimes I check out that section of the forum before I go. Sometimes I find useful info, other times the forum has no activity. There could be 3 reasonsfor this 1) There is no action. 2) Eveyrone in that town is a lurker. Judging by the numbers of picture views to reports lurkers outnumber contributors 200 to 1. 3) No one is reporting because they either dont want to admit how desperate they have become or they all have good regulars they do not want to share. At least with reports of the undesireable women one knows that pickings are slim in town.

Here area couple of new pics from the Peoria PD website. Seems Ruby must realy like having the Peoria PD take her picture, this is the 4th time at least. With the number of arrests she has had lately I beleive at some point she is going to be given a new home where the taxpayers of Illinois will be paying for her upkeep for a long time.

You may have to wait awhile to make your trip. I went to Florida in the mid 1990s for spring break and there was no snow there. Plenty of it here when I left and came back. I am a widower who has a very big house in the country. I decided to give something back to my cmmunity. Late last year I founded Mister Quick's Home for s. A West Bluff man chased a woman who he said stole his pants and wallet early Friday while he was using the bathroom.

The 24-year-old man arrived at the Peoria Police Department about 1:15 a.m. to tell officers he had been robbed. While riding his bike home from Downtown Peoria, the man was reportedly approached by a woman asking for $10 for gas money. He said he withdrew cash from a nearby ATM to help her out.

After the man said he needed to use a bathroom, the woman took him to the restroom in the lobby of Glen Oak Towers, 926 Main St., he told police. There, the man said, the woman began making sexual advances toward him while he sat in a bathroom stall.

The victim allegedly rejected her advances, causing the woman to steal his pants and run outside. The man gave chase and found his pants but was unable to catch the woman. Missing from his clothes was his wallet. Later, he discovered someone had taken $300 from his bank account, he said.

Officers questioned the man's story and believed he was likely visiting a prostitute when his property was taken. The victim denied that.

I went to the club cabaret in Creve Coeur yesterday at lunch time. The place is very clean and comfortable. I had a great lunch (very cheap) and they had about 7 dancers working. I have not been out looking at all lately, so my info may be out of date. But noone else seems to answer your question so I will.

The big church refered to is the one that you can see from the freeway that is NE of downtown. There also used to be some heading south from the civic center but they were moving out since they were making the area better, baseball park and new hoeses to replace the really bad housing projects. You can find btter looking girls than the ones who are on here frm police pictures. The place you want to look or at least did was on Jefferson and Madison as well as the side streets from just Ne of I-74 to about Spring St. Perhaps someone else can verify or update this. but that is where I found stuff. Maybe the cops let the good looking ones go in exchange for freebies? I noticed a year or so ago someone made maps for a cfew other cities I had been to, maybe someone with more ambition and up to date knowledge tha\en I could do one for here.

I was in Peoira last spring for a speach by President Bush, I noticed that the work on the freeay through town is done but the exits are totally changed from what they used to be- I went to Bradley and visitsed regaularly for quite awhile. Any road map older than a couple years old is no good, in terms of directing you to I-74. On the plus side if you are pulled over by a cop in the crusing area say you are lost and cant find the freway entrance they moved it since you wre there last. Only works if you are from out of tonw.

PEORIA — An ex-Peoria police officer was arrested last week for allegedly soliciting sex from an undercover officer posing as a prostitute.

Henry Cherry, 31, of 2205 N. Northcrest Drive was arrested Thursday night by members of the department’s vice and street crimes unit during a sting operation in the North Valley, the city’s hotbed for prostitution-related activity.

Cherry, who was fired from the department in July 2005 after an investigation uncovered he was friends with a known drug dealer, was spotted by officers about 10 p.m. cruising north on Madison Avenue past the corner where the decoy was positioned, according to police reports. He allegedly struck a deal for a sex act in exchange for $20.

Cherry was booked into the Peoria County Jail on a misdemeanor charge of solicitation of a sex act, which carries a possible six-month jail sentence. He was given a notice to appear in court on Nov. 6.

A Macomb woman who has previously been convicted of felony prostitution in Peoria County was jailed over the weekend for allegedly stealing the McDonough County Democratic Committee's credit card.

Hollibeth Dorner, 27, allegedly stole that card and a personal credit card belonging to McDonough County Democratic Party Chairman Tim Frier on Friday. Police said Dorner was at Frier's house after the two had been drinking together at a bar.

She was charged with felony theft during an initial court appearance in McDonough County on Monday. She is accused of stealing $50 cash and charging at least $500 to the two credit cards.

Police said Dorner had been at Frier's home after the two had been drinking together Friday, but she abruptly left. Frier reported the theft Friday night, and sheriff's deputies caught up with Dorner on Saturday, when she was arrested.

She is being held in the McDonough County Jail on $20,000 bond and has a parole hold because her arrest violated the terms of her release from prison. Dorner was paroled over the summer after serving one year of a two-year sentence for felony theft in McDonough County.

She was sentenced to more than a year in prison for a 2005 felony prostitution case in Peoria County. That sentence has been fully discharged, according to the Illinois Department of Corrections.

Because of the prior theft arrest, Dorner's case could qualify for an extended prison term of between five and 10 years, police said Monda

Finally made it a bit west yesterday. Sandra K. Nelson went to the Peoria County Court House on Aug. 31 fully expecting that she was going to jail for probation violation. But, much to her surprise, the judge gave her probation again - it was time to celebrate.

That's what East Peoria police Investigator Detective Brian Despines told a Tazewell County Coroner's Jury Thursday. Nelson, 58, of East Peoria, was found dead at about 10:50 a.m. Aug. 31 at 363 Cole St., East Peoria.

Despines said that the last time Nelson's mother saw her was at about 9 a.m. at the courthouse, where she was facing a probation violation for a previous conviction on prostitution and drug charges. When Nelson found out she was not going to prison, she said she wanted to celebrate, said Tazewell County Coroner Dennis Conover.

After court, at about 4 to 5 p.m., Nelson went to the home of a friend and she, Paul Sullivan and Dallas Cain started to drink to celebrate her release. They had about three beers each and then Cain and Nelson went into the bedroom for about 30 minutes. When they came out, Cain and Nelson went to Peoria where Nelson said there were people who owed her money.

Cain told officers he took her to two places, but she claimed she did not get the money owed her, but she did have more rock cocaine.

Upon returning to the apartment, said Despines, the couple went back in the bedroom for another 30 minutes. When they came out they went outside where Nelson said she was feeling dizzy and sick. She almost fell going up the stairs. Cain told her she could lay on his bed until she felt better.

Cain returned later to wake Nelson and she was unresponsive. He told officers that he saw a yellowish film around her nose and mouth and that there were urine and feces on the bed. He called 911, said Despines.

Cain told officers that Nelson had smoked rock cocaine before going back upstairs.

An autopsy showed that Nelson died of cocaine, multiple medications and alcohol toxicity. She had almost double the legal limit of alcohol to drive in her system at 0.135 percent. She had eight times the recommended dosage of Benadryl in her system, 10 times the recommended dosage of Paxil and three times the recommended dosage of Norgesic, said the autopsy toxicology report.

The jury ruled the death accidental. "This is one time when going to prison would have saved someone's life," said Conover.

Nelson's mother told investigators that she knew her daughter was abusing drugs again even though she is blind - she could smell it on her.

One juror asked if police are looking for the person who sold the cocaine to Nelson. Despines said Cain does not remember where he took her for the drugs.

Conover said people need to realize that a certain amount of cocaine can be used one day and the user is OK, but the same amount can be used the next day and it can kill them.

Police say for whatever reason, Peoria can't shake its reputation as a prostitution hot-spot. But with arrests and a shaming web site, they hope they're making a dent. They'd like to turn lights out - for good - at the city's red light district.

It's just another day for the decoy. "I've been offered as low as $5 all the way up to $50," she says.

She and the undercover vice squad burn the midnight oil to combat Peoria's sex trade and protect innocent women who get mistaken for hookers.

"We get complaints all the time, you know, 'my daughter is standing out there waiting for her school bus and some individual drives up asking her inappropriate questions wanting her to get in the vehicles,'" said an undercover officer."If that was my daughter or my wife I would be livid."

The johns are easy to pick out. First they troll then close in on the bait. Once arrested all end up here on the police department's shaming site. We found johns as old as 78, girls barely 18. The men never come back but many of the prostitutes are frequent fliers. One was nabbed 6 times, another arrested 5 times and two of those were in one week.

"The lure of the drugs is the number one problem with prostitutes," said the officer. More tricks equal more money for drugs like heroin, crack cocaine, meth.

Officers point out you can see the women gradually deteriorate between pictures. "I don't care how bad you need sex. I can't believe you'd go off with one of these women," he said.

And officers warn picking up a prostitute is not a victimless crime. They've heard of hookers with STDs, AIDS and now MRSA. "You have an innocent person at home that these johns are bringing diseases home to," said an officer.

Cops say the johns aren't men you'd expect to find. They're from all walks of life- most recently one of their own.

"We have caught a policemen in the last couple weeks, " said the undercover officer. "The vast majority of them are fairly clean-cut individuals who have jobs families and lives out there and you wouldn't think that they would be involved in the drugs and that side of it."

Back on the street the decoy's heard it all.

"It's kind of like buying a car sometimes - a lot of negotiating but they'll offer up the usual stuff or one last week asked me to surprise him," said the decoy.

The men often hesitate, ask if she's a cop but ignore their instincts. And this night three men seal the deal.

"I got some marijuana and I got two deals for money," she said.

Their fate starts with a ride to the county jail and their own rides get a $500 lift from the tow company.

"They seem to habitual shoppers for what we're selling here," the decoy concluded.

When officers pull johns over, some of them say they know about the department's stings and web site. Officers say it's baffling that the men continue to risk coming out.

seeing as how it is the nearing year's end, thought it best to review some of Peoria's best women. I agree with this post. I have never been fond of posting arrest reports here. The point of this forum is to find sex. If we are going to demonize anyone through reports, let's remember that many of our own activities are illegal. It's good to know in general where police action is taking place, so we can play safe. But these women are getting caught by trying to make money pleasing us. Let's remember that in many places, if caught, we will see our own pictures on the web. It's not a pleasant thought to have your picture on line, labeled as a criminal. Perhaps we should apply that thought to the women.

well, I made a critical mistake, and I'm lucky to be alive.

Saw "RITA", thought she was someone else I know, picked her up in the rain and sped away. Cute face, what the heck. She wants to go to her girlfiriends place.

We get there...corner of Perry and Morton, second yellow house on left. I go in after her and realize I'm in trouble. More than one guy there. We go to the basement. Now I'm trapped.

Visted P-town overnight Thur-Fri. Stayed at the Motel 6 cross the river. Had been with friends at Sullivan's and was driving home (toward I-74). A charge of trying to pick up an undercover officer posing as a prostitute was dropped this week against a former Peoria police officer but it doesn't appear that he's out of legal trouble yet.

On Wednesday, Peoria County prosecutors dismissed the misdemeanor charge of solicitation of a sex act filed against the officer just as he was to go to trial. On the court order, it states authorities plan to indict him for another felony offense, believed to involve a handgun found in his car when he was arrested.

Investigations and deliberations before the grand jury, which meets each week, are secret, and officials with the state's attorney's office declined to comment.

"Overall, all I want to say is that the allegations against me were untrue. I never solicited. Justice was served.

"If anything else is brought forth, I'm prepared to fight," the officer said Friday, declining to comment further.

The officer's attorney declined to comment Friday but indicated that prosecutors have up to three years to file an offense before time runs out.

The new offense apparently stems from the October 4 arrest when he allegedly solicited sex from an undercover female police officer posing as a prostitute on Northeast Madison Avenue.

The former officer resigned from the department in July 2005 after an investigation uncovered he was friends with a known drug dealer, agreed to pay $20 in exchange for a sex act, police reports said.

It was in the alley where he agreed to meet the woman when members of the department's vice and street crimes units surrounded his car. During his arrest, he was cooperative and told police he was in possession of a gun, according to reports.

An unloaded Kel-Tec, a compact .32-caliber automatic pistol, was located in his car's unlocked glove box, according to police reports. Gun magazines and a live bullet were found in a black bag behind the front seat.

Illinois gun law states in order to possess or carry a firearm, a gun has to be broken down in a nonfunctioning state and not immediately accessible. The law further says when transporting, carrying or possessing an unloaded firearm it must be enclosed in a case, gun box, shipping box or other container by a person with a valid firearm owner's ID card.

The apparent violation appears to stem from the fact that his glove box was unlocked.

If the grand jury fails to indict or if prosecutors change their mind, the solicitation charge could be reinstated because it was dismissed "without prejudice."

No posting here lately, which I guess reflects the minimal activity in Peoria recently. So I thought I'd put in my 2 cents worth.

Beckie's phone is always full of messages and I can't get thru to her. Roxanne is getting married so is not available anymore. Angel's phone number is disconnected. I ordered some erection enhancement pills online and had them sent to Bobbie's house. When I had a chance a couple of weeks later to go pick them up, her boyfriend had used up 7 of the 12 capsules. The officer's attorney declined to comment Friday but indicated that prosecutors have up to three years to file an offense before time runs out.

The new offense apparently stems from the October 4 arrest when he allegedly solicited sex from an undercover female police officer posing as a prostitute on Northeast Madison Avenue.

The former officer resigned from the department in July 2005 after an investigation uncovered he was friends with a known drug dealer, agreed to pay $20 in exchange for a sex act, police reports said.

It was in the alley where he agreed to meet the woman when members of the department's vice and street crimes units surrounded his car. During his arrest, he was cooperative and told police he was in possession of a gun, according to reports.

An unloaded Kel-Tec, a compact .32-caliber automatic pistol, was located in his car's unlocked glove box, according to police reports. Gun magazines and a live bullet were found in a black bag behind the front seat.

Illinois gun law states in order to possess or carry a firearm, a gun has to be broken down in a nonfunctioning state and not immediately accessible. The law further says when transporting, carrying or possessing an unloaded firearm it must be enclosed in a case, gun box, shipping box or other container by a person with a valid firearm owner's ID card.

The apparent violation appears to stem from the fact that his glove box was unlocked.

If the grand jury fails to indict or if prosecutors change their mind, the solicitation charge could be reinstated because it was dismissed "without prejudice."

Has anyone besides myself noticed that the Peoria PD showing a total lack of ability to follow their own self imposed rules still has pictures on their website of everyone arrested in February and March 2007?

For those of you unfamiliar with their own rule they post pictures of veryone arrested and keep them up there for 1 year after the date of arrest. They will keep them up there even after a person is found innocent of the charges brought against him. I know there were at least two fairly well publicized cases where a guy was found innocent. One nvolved a Army recruiter, who was out trying to find people to enlist the other a guy whose buddies had dared him to find out how much a Peoria SW got paid. Both asked an undercover cop.

So it begs the question if the Peoria PD can't even follow their own self imposed rules. After all they could just say they will keep them up forever. How can the citizens of Peoria expect them to follow the laws that they are supposed to be enforcing?

I was rolling around the main st top of hill by the hospitals and spotted a nice looking wsw so i made the spin past her and something said skip it go a couple blocks further turn around and go past again when I did she was standing with 3 cars and 2 of the cars had small lights flashing inside plain cars.

Well, well, well........little bubba promised to ignore my posts about four months ago. Guess we know what his word is worth. I guess since he's never met me, spoken to me, or exchanged any meaningful dialog with me in a written format - his opinion of my "common sense" is somewhat misinformed. But then - so is his opinion of why we should pick up women (see earlier post).

For the world to know - I never asked for a phone number from Bubba/Monger F***ever. I can't figure out why he would say that. He did once ask me what car I drive so that he could wave at me as I drove by. He also told me to stop in at a local bar and drop his name with bartender - all this my friends sounds like LE. Either that or he's into guys too.

Really though - while I appreciate the concern, I don't have a problem with reading. But maybe bubba the green monger needs to have his own reading comprehension checked out. I wrote, "......announce what he is driving...." not, "......announce the specific make, model, year, and gas milage of the vehicle he is driving....." He stated that he is driving a hybrid. Same thing as announcing that he drives a truck, or a sports car, etc. But, I digress. For everyone else - if you want to see bubba gum, park your ass on the stroll and wait for a hybrid vehicle to start circling. Won't find too many of those running the stroll(s) for four straight hours trying to find something truly ugly to mount. And frankly, it's the only way I think ol' bubba gets any.

Was in Peoria earlier this week.

Just as it was gtting dark saw a girl on Farmington Rd by the boneyards trying to flag down cars. Did not get a real good look at her. However from what I could tell she was blonde, early 20's and was not obviously ugly. Friend and I were in town a couple of weeks ago for a convention next to Big Al's. Decided to stop in and see what was happening. He ended up with Harley in a VIP suite getting a BBBJCIM. A Pleasant Plains woman is among 16 women and one man indicted Wednesday by a federal grand jury in Peoria on charges they participated in operating a multistate prostitution network.

L. Deanna Dean, 61, and the other defendants will be issued summonses to appear at a later date in U.S. District Court in Springfield.

The indictment alleges that the 17 people conspired from at least February 2007 to March 2008 to operate prostitution businesses in 11 states. The defendants allegedly provided prostitutes with a place to live and scheduled and arranged for customers.

Dean is alleged to have operated a house of prostitution in Springfield. No specific location was given.

The indictment also accuses the 17 of discussing various attributes of the women over the phone, where they also arranged to operate their respective businesses and shuttle prostitutes among the various states from one business to another.

“Those who traffic women for sex and seek to profit from it should expect to be aggressively investigated and prosecuted,” said Rodger Heaton, U.S. attorney for the Central District of Illinois.
In addition to Dean, those indicted are:

Sheila E. Briggs, also known as Amy Briggs, 62, of Barnesville, Ohio; Joyce Carter, 55, of Blythewood, S.C.; Dolores Crozier, 71, of Philadelphia; Kimberly Dallas, 39, of Anderson, S.C.; Tina Flynn, 67, of Detroit; Joyce Gage, 51, of Campbell, Ohio; Doris Groth, 78, of Chicago; Barbara Jones, 67, of Youngstown, Ohio; Rosemary Marriott, 79, of Philadelphia; Alecia McGuire, 46, of St. Louis; Danny Ray Odell, 50, of Delrio, Tenn.; Shirley Ollis, 59, of Wise, N.C.; Linda Scott, 61, of Hollywood, Fla.; Libbe Siskind, 57, of Brookline, Mass.; Frances Thompson, 69, of Talladega, Ala.; and Ernestine Venable, 60, of West Bloomfield, Mich.

The indictment lists several telephone calls allegedly made between Dean and others in the conspiracy in which business practices, the availability of various prostitutes and travel arrangements are discussed.

On Jan. 8, 2008, Dean allegedly asked Dolores Crozier of Philadelphia to provide her with the names of good prostitutes looking for “a good place to work.”

Then on Jan. 11, Dean and McGuire are accused of discussing how McGuire’s business was doing, the attributes and character of a prostitute called Monica, and that prostitutes should travel from McGuire’s business in St. Louis to Dean’s in Springfield.

The same day, Dean allegedly asked Linda Scott if Scott had any young girls coming through her business. Scott replied that a certain prostitute was supposed to arrive but never did.

In a Dec. 2, 2007, conversation, Dean and Joyce Gage of Campbell, Ohio, allegedly discussed the price that should be charged when two prostitutes are involved with one customer.

Dean and Siskind allegedly discussed later that month whether Dean used older prostitutes.

Dean said she did, but also had some younger men looking for “yuppie younger girls,” according to the indictment.

Siskind said that a prostitute called Chelsea “was that type of girl.”

Dean also allegedly talked with Thompson about a prostitute called Amanda who had come to Thompson’s business after Amanda had been beaten. Dean and Thompson agreed it didn’t make sense to send Amada to a new business in that condition, the indictment says.

The charges are the result of an investigation by the FBI. Assistant U.S. attorneys Patrick Chesley and Gregory Gilmore are prosecuting the case.

The conspiracy offense carries a possible penalty of up to five years in prison. Inducing interstate travel to engage in prostitution is punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

Still, Scott has bailed ol' Patchy out of plenty of scrapes. She's been in jail. She's been in other trouble. But she'd never been this desperate.

Tuesday, just before the pub was to open at 11 a.m., a woman - no stranger to the place - popped in. The owner stepped to his upstairs apartment. The woman went for the cash.

She spotted a zippered cash purse near the bar. She snatched it and ran, with $1,000.

A neighbor called owner Scott to report seeing a woman dashing along the alley with the cash purse. Scott said don't worry; he'd take care of things. That's how it is in the bar biz. You want justice but not cops over your shoulder.

Anyway, the police haven't pinpointed the culprit as Patchy. But the Tartan points a tawdry finger of guilt at her.

I checked out the Peoria PD website about a week ago. They also have not been having much luck. I think they made 4 or 5 arrests over the past 3 months. They used to get that many every month.
