I agree 100 percent. I guess I thought the place was invinceable. I've been going there for about 20 years. I think it was the third MP I ever went to. Almost like a second home. .

Al, I'm just going to throw out some random unorganized thoughts in response to your question. I think society is becoming more blind to freedoms, and more consumed by what is perceived as righteous. I can't imagine anyone having a legitimate problem with these places. I'm wondering if the MPPD stopped getting bribes. Nobody believes for a second that LE recently discovered what was going on behind those doors. If you ask me, the main reason prostitution is illegal is because if it were legal, there would be less of a take available for LE and the community leaders. I see no financial benefit to Mount Prospect in closing the spas. There has got to be some underhanded reason for it. I find it very frustrating that people are so consumed by what they are told is right and wrong, and they are blind to the fact that they are actually being manipulated. The way they write these news articles about busting these places, it's all rah rah, look what we are doing to save your community from filth and scum. To those of us that know what's really going on, those articles are a joke. The sad thing is that they are taking away a very safe outlet for these activities, and driving people towards more unsafe options, thereby making the community less safe. I know that the mf's responsible for closing the spas read this site, and I hope my post gives them a little slap in the face. They are the filth and scum of the community! (there, I feel better now, but not as good as if I could have seen Sunny the other day.)

A few years back, I was at a community meeting that had to do with the building of the new casino. Some woman stood up and blasted the city of Des Plaines, saying that the casino would bring all kinds of crime, drugs, and prostitution, and contribute to broken homes and bankruptcy. The alderman running the show deferred the question to the police chief. His response was something like "Mam, you live near an airport. Do you think that crime, drugs, and prostitution aren't already there? If you want, I can give you a list of the hotels where we know there are prostitutes working. And if someone is going to destroy their own family, not building a casino isn't going to stop them from doing that."
A while ago I got a text message saying that the apartment that used to be referred to as "Greenwood" on these boards (although it moved from Greenwood to Elmhurst Road years ago) had changed their number.
Are they still the same place, at the same location on Elmhurst near Spa One & the Chase bank, just with a new number? I've been absent from the boards for a while due to the lousy economy.It's been 6 months since I was there, so info may be dated. Phone number was still ok, but they moved to Lake and Plum Grove, way too far for me.
Looks like Laguna in MP did not make it. There's not enough biz to profit and keep open without the extras.

Having no other good options left in the area does not necessarily mean that extras are going to be offered there now. There is only one way to find out though.

ThanksAs tight as this casinos with the money, they should at least allow the mongers to find the CG's. However, the set up is not conducive to monger action, IMHO. The casino floor is relatively small compared to the other area Casinos, and crawling with security. Tends to be jammed most nights, and not the kind of place where one can hang out and throw pennies away for hours. Most unfortunate, is the lack of a large hotel on the premises. The nearby places ain't cheap.

CTMThanks for setting me straight on this place. Never even thought about the absents of a hotel on the premises. The powers that be are probably way ahead of us mongers and providers knowing it would be to convenient for shady activity. I really hate Lake and Cook county it's so boring around here.

I've been there several times. One time I saw a possible CG, but I was not flying solo, so I could not talk to her. I did get "the look" from her twice. This provider advertises on BP and has been discussed her before. She's the one that talks a lot. She's had mixed reviews, but there is something intriguing about her. I always wanted to meet her, so I called yesterday to make an appointment around noon time. She said she couldn't see me till 2pm, but call her about 1:15 or 1:30 incase she has a cancellation. So I drive all the way down to Shaumburg, I live up north. So I get to her general location and call her about 1:35 and she said she's in the middle of session call back at 2pm. I call no answer. Call again no answer. I leave message, nothing. Now I start heading home and I get a text telling me there painting the hallways and she won't be working till there done. WTF. I should have known better because others have agreeded that this women has some serious mental issues. Has anyone else who has seen her had as difficult a time hooking up with her as I always seem to have?

It has been a while since I posted. I am still enjoying my regular spots. Checked out the apt that moved to 53 / Euclid. Had a great session yesterday. I have been frequenting this location and talent has changed on a regular basis. For the past 8 months I have never had the same provider.

Was driving on Golf Road Tuesday and caught a red light at 83. This triggered an itch I now have for some Asian service. It's been quit a few years since I've been there. Appt was set to be on Wed, 6 PM. I pulled up at the parking lot at 5:55 PM and texted her, no response.
I waited at the lot for 5 minutes and went to the lobby and texted her again, still no response.
I found her # on the registry to call her apt and called her, no response.

This afternoon, I was finally able to make a connection with Sylvia from Mt Prospect. She's a very nice and funny lady who provides a secure / clean location at her condo in Mt Prospect. Also had great times with June at Asiana. You wouldn't expect it but she has a great pair and gives good Russian. That's what I'm saying.Agree with everything said about Silva, great for us seniors.
Only concerns I have is that she hates wearing masks as she works is a nursing facility and an indoor dining restaurant.
Also will go bare depending on the client.
Best to mask and glove up when you see her.
