I think I may remember picking up a Tiffany a couple of weeks ago around 4th as well. Not sure if this is the same one that Black is referring to in his earlier posts. It is the same Tiffany that I saw a month or two ago off 9 (says she no longer goes there). Per the Delaware State Police Tric-Ticks website, these are the locations of arrests for prostitution and patronizing a prostitute. These are obviously bad areas and one should exercise caution while traveling to or through these areas.
I also note that there were several women nicked at the location known on this board as "The Office." For those not familiar....RTT....that is where the info is located. A read of nightman47's posting history should give one an education.

Man arrested twice in two-hour span

A 38-year-old Prices Corner man was arrested twice late Tuesday and early Wednesday when he attempted to solicit two prostitutes in separate incidents along the Del. 9 corridor near New Castle.

State police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh said troopers saw <edited out name>'s car again at 1:10 a.m. Wednesday pulling out of the Cornell Industrial Park with another woman.
Officers following the car to the Star Shopping Center where the woman got out and was walking toward the liquor store.
When they stopped the woman she told troopers that <edited out name> had solicited her for sex for money and wanted her to go home with him.
The woman told officers she declined the offer to go to the suspect’s home and wanted to get out of the car so she asked <edited out name> to drop her off at the liquor store so she could buy some alcohol.

When troopers took <edited out name> into custody a second time, they learned that the Chevrolet Lumina he was driving belonged to a family member and he did not have permission to drive it.

Guys need to be smarter out there. He should have left the scene and not come back after getting that first ticket which was bad enough. There is a good chance that the crack pipe may have been the second woman's pipe which she dumped in his car as she noticed them being followed. Smart escape plan on her part. They both notice a car following them, she says drop me off at this shopping center, she secretly dumps anything illegal on her, makes a story to the cops, and she is home free. That is one possible scenario or he might just be a crack head.

Guys who are using the industrial/business center to take pickups are crazy. That stretch of road is easy to see a pickup or to see where someone turns off on even if you are far behind them and definitely if you are just sitting in a car watching the area. Man robbed on way to meet prostitute

A man who went to meet a prostitute early today instead became the victim of a knifepoint robbery, according to New Castle County police.

The 50-year-old victim managed to take his assailants’ knife and flatten a tire of the SUV that the two men and one woman used to flee, police said.
He then notified police.
Officers were then able to track the assailants’ vehicle to a nearby motel and arrested Nicole Wilson, 23, of New Jersey Avenue in New Castle; Andre Shelton, 36, of Madison Street in Wilmington and Thomas Rogers, 39, of Pierson Place in New Castle.
All three were charged with robbery and conspiracy.
The incident started when the victim received a call from a woman he knew to be a prostitute early Saturday, who asked him to meet her at the Colonial Village North Apartments, said Cpl. Trinidad Navarro, a police spokesman.
When he arrived, sometime before 6:20 a.m., the victim reported the woman was with two other men, one of whom pulled a knife, police said.
After a struggle, the assailants got the victim’s house and car keys – apparently to prevent the victim from fleeing – but the victim took away the knife and sounded the horn on his vehicle, Navarro said.
The two men and one woman then retreated to their dark-green GMC Yukon to flee, according to police, but the victim was able to puncture the rear passenger tire of the SUV as it departed.
Officer Steven Donahue, suspecting that the SUV could not travel far on three tires, searched surrounding motels and hotels. He later found a vehicle that matched the description, with a flat rear tire, at the Superlodge Hotel on Del. 9.
Police then waited until one of the suspects emerged from a hotel room and walked toward the SUV. He was then taken into custody. Officers found the other two suspects inside the hotel room and arrested them as well.
No bail information was available in that the three were awaiting arraignment tonight.
Despite the fact that the victim acknowledged he was going to see a prostitute, he was not charged by police because in simply going to the location, he did not commit a crime, police said.

Could be a Craigslist meeting gone bad. A lot of women are lazy and stupid as hell and would rather rob you than give a service. There have been a lot of news reports recently of guys being carjacked and robbed after meeting up with women "they met recently".
Nice moves by this guy. He must have read these guys well and probably figured they weren't killers, not to mention it being such a poorly planned robbery. The only thing he really messed up with is admitting to a prostitution attempt. The good thing is a felony/multiple misdemeanors is worth more than one misdemeanor, but one should never admit to attempting to commit a crime, ever. Stick to your story or say nothing no matter what, even if it is ridiculous.
Nice job guy, I wish he would post more about this story because it must have been a wild one.

Looks like CL got forced into acting to cut down mongering on its sites. No one issues a statement in coordination with 40 states AG's unless their back is to the wall.
It now costs $5 to post an advert in the Erotic Services section - so I guess one has to give their CC number and be directly trackable by LE- if they want to. Probably not a bad thing since the Philly board was inundated by 40 posts per day (each) from the same 4 pimps. Too bad stopping them stops the legitimate providers too.
Appears to be done under the guise of stopping the trafficking of minors. Anyone who runs under aged girls should be strung up. That said this crack down should limit or severely curtail the number of posts in the Erotic Services section.

craigslist Files 14 Lawsuits Against Software and Service Providers who Facilitate Misuse of Site
November 06, San Francisco, CA - craigslist announced today it is implementing sweeping new measures, in close partnership with state law enforcement and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), to prevent its online communities and classified ads from being misused for the facilitation of human trafficking, child exploitation, and other illegal activities.
The measures were outlined in a joint statement signed by craigslist, NCMEC, and the attorneys general of more than 40 U.S. states and territories, representing a broad collaborative effort spearheaded by Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal. The specific measures outlined in today’s joint statement were shaped during face-to-face meetings between Jim Buckmaster, CEO of craigslist, Attorney General Blumenthal, and representatives of NCMEC.
“Preventing site misuse and improving public safety are our highest priorities,” said Jim Buckmaster, CEO of craigslist, “and we are extremely appreciative of the encouragement we’ve received from the attorneys general and NCMEC.” He added, “The incidence of crime on craigslist is actually exceedingly low, considering the tens of millions of legitimate ads posted each month by well-intentioned users.” “But no amount of criminal activity is acceptable, and as craigslist has grown, we have become aware of instances where our free services were being misused to facilitate illegal activities.” Buckmaster continued, “We are unequivocally committed to stamping out misuse of the site and to improving safety for craigslist users, through preventative measures such as the ones we are announcing as part of the Joint Statement.”
Due in part to the growth of craigslist, businesses have sprung up selling software and other services designed to evade craigslist’s terms of use, and to circumvent its technical defenses against misuse, including phone verification. By offering services designed to undermine craigslist’s ability to enforce its terms of use, these businesses facilitate the placement of ads for illegal services that would otherwise be blocked by craigslist’s protective measures. craigslist has no tolerance for these activities and has filed 14 lawsuits and is sending “cease and desist” demands to numerous other companies and individuals offering such services. In addition, craigslist will investigate and provide information to state attorneys general for the prosecution of those engaging in and facilitating criminal activity.
craigslist is constantly working to improve its existing tools for enforcing its terms of use. In this regard, the company has continued to refine its protocols for blocking inappropriate postings and advertisements for illegal services. In addition, a flagging system accompanies each ad, so that inappropriate content can be identified by users for quick removal. craigslist has also implemented the industry standard PICS rating system for tagging adult content, to facilitate parental screening software on home computers.
craigslist recently implemented a telephone verification system for the “erotic services” section of the site, requiring a working phone number for advertisers, and enabling blacklisting of phone numbers for those who post inappropriate ads. Phone verification resulted in an 80% reduction in ad volume, and significantly increased compliance with site guidelines.
In addition to phone verification and other existing protective measures, craigslist will soon require credit card verification and a small fee per ad for posting in “erotic services”, to further encourage compliance with
site guidelines. Paid ads that violate site guidelines will be removed without refund. The company intends to donate 100% of net revenue generated from these ads to charity, with net revenue to be verified by an external auditor.
“Requiring credit card verification, and charging a fee to post in this category raises accountability to a point where we expect few illicit ads will remain,” says Buckmaster. “For those that do persist, telephone and credit card information will be available to law enforcement via subpoena. More than ever, those who would misuse craigslist to violate the law will find that craigslist is a very inhospitable place.”
The craigslist site is used by 40 million Americans each month, who represent a potent force for identifying and reporting illicit activity. In addition to participating in NCMEC’s Cybertipline program, and urging craigslist users to flag suspect postings and file a report anytime they suspect the exploitation of a minor or human trafficking, craigslist will work with NCMEC and the state attorneys general to further improve site messaging to build awareness of these important issues. Buckmaster added, “Human trafficking and child exploitation are despicable crimes, and in addition to working diligently to prevent such abuse, we want to do everything we can to raise awareness among craigslist users so that they will be even more vigilant.”
This is a continuation of my reports regarding my long roadtrip around NE USA last month. Apologies if some of the details are hazy. Also, I just lost half of a very detailed report due to a computer problem. As I can't be bothered to repeat it all, this is a brief version of events.
I arrived in town on a Mon afternoon from Philly. I eventually found the motel with free porno reported here earlier as being nr Christiana Mall. She was still out at 9 next morning when I was out again, around the bus stop on Rogers. Also saw a really sexy blonder spinner type on 9 that morning who looked bit older on closeup. We agreed everything but not on the price. She wanted more than $40. Shame as she may have been a good one but still had that possible scam artist air about her. Finally, I saw a younger WSW nr the cnr of Rogers and RT13 but she was in a real bad way. We only got as far as me asking if she would go back to the motel I was at but she said the cops were there and that was that. Sure enough, when I got to the motel there the cops were. I decided to get outta town and checked out, heading for Baltimore.
All in all this was one of my least favorite strolls. Mainly mixed with the motel situation and cops as well as dodgy characters around. Never felt safe there and the girls were both bad experiences. Hope this helps. Please PM me if I missed anything and I will hpefully remember!

Forgot to mention that I had intended to visit Chester's scene at some point. Didn't end up going on the Mon night but decided to take the hike on the Tues morning. It was mainly out of desperation because there wasn't much out around Wilmington. It was early (before 9am) when I got there. I can't remember exactly which streets I went on, I knew it would have been Booth and some of the side streets. I asked a guy who looked like he was walking to or from work and he said I should try by the 'hair shop' and gesture to a road nearby. I took a turn and it was quite a rundown area and sure enough there were a couple of SW types around. One was a scary looking BSW dressed for action and the other an older, slim, WSW who was my type. I would have picked her up if I had a place nearby to go to, but wasn't worth going back to Wilmington and bringing her back to Chester after. I did notice a really tall, thin, blonde who could have been a latina. She was with a guy and may not have been a worker though. I saw her later on during my return to the interstate. I think it was on Highland but can't be sure. Only other point of note was a few possibles, mainly BSWs, at a store called 'Peter's Place' or something like that. This was on the main road back to the interstate. Possibly Highland. Searching the threads now, I see that there are a few other spots in Chester that have been reported on. Including a notel. My previous research was obviously not good enough! Hope this is of some help.

Dude! Not another one that claims Claymont is a monger's paradise? One needs to back up that statement with some specifics.
I for one have spent dozens of tanks of $3 and $4 gasoline scouring Claymont for all of this treasure trove of sw's. It sure looks like Claymont has gone pretty dry since some developer bulldozed the Brookview public housing complex in favor of some upscale Condo project?
Perhaps my car is an anti-monger force? Can you tell us where to fish in Claymont?

The are rare but it does happen. I've seen a few by the Wawa at Naamans and Ridge. I've seen a bsw on Ridge just over the border the past few weeks. Once in a while you see something walking along the curve by PP and GPB.
One would think that there would be some action by the methodone clinic but it is quite there.

I am down there about once a week and never see anything. I'm usually there during the day though, that may be why. Generally when it gets cold out the action decreases anyway. Can't wait for spring.

Thanks to the info I found here I had a chance to cruise the 13 -9 loop for the first time the day after Thanksgiving. It was just an exploration day and didn't see much out (around 1- 1:30 in the afternoon). I just wanted to get a feel for the area for future trips. Started around Haks, went north then back down 9. I didn't take the time to run across Memorial. Saw a cute little BSW about 1 block north of the bowling alley on 9 and of course LE was sititng happily in the median less then half a block away. Saw a few other LE cruising further up 9 who seemed only to anxious to follow. Jumped on and off 295 and south down 13. Saw a few locations mentioned in other posts. Looks like LE was much lighter on 13. All in all a good scouting trip. Thanks to all the regular posters for great info. It made this first loop through possible for a downstater. I will keep an eye on the boards and update as I can. Keep up the good work and stay safe.

I agree with the others. It seems hot with LE and dead for the most part lately. Although, I saw a new young girl (at least new to me) out on the Westside yesterday afternoon, but did not stop. She had brown hair and a cute face. Couldn't tell the body type due to the heavy coat. If I see her again, I will definitely TOFTT. The old loop along Rt. 9 etc. Has been nonexistent on my rolls through.
Like Nightman, have used the digits of one of the regulars and she says she has mostly stayed off the streets because it's hot. The cold weather never helps either.

Meet Shani in town on the usual strip last night. she seemed to be in the early 30's body was somewhat out of shape. However, I love lsw's, was not planning on a pickup but could not resist the clear opportunity, too few shots where there are no LE around.

Whatever happened to Debbie, the buttaface who use to haunt 13/40? I picked her up once, went to Crown, I had to do her doggy. Nice bod, not so nice face. She was always out there, and posted on CL. All of a sudden, I don't see her anymore.

So, I have had some luck recently. I have really been trying to push the local Amp scene with some success. Yung Li is the newest and I have had zero or negative luck there (anyone any different). I've been seeing some activity happening on my way to and from work. I've seen SWs on 13/40 and 9. I saw 2 SWs on 9 the other morning. One was dawn from the tric tics site. Didn't have time to stop. I think a lot of these girls get themselves locked up for the winter, then come back out when it gets warm. Will keep my eyes open, still looking for that motherlode.
I was out this morning about 8 maybe 9 ish I had to go to Lowes. On my travels I decided to go up 13 slid in to the WAWA at Manor. I notice Uncle Leo out wearing his Brown and Yellow. So I got my Coffee and headed further up 13 crossed over Memorial to 9. I saw Uncle Leo there to with his dogs. I then finally went to Lowes then home with no fun to be found. I tried later after lunch at about 3 and Uncle Leo was still out and about. Maybe Uncle Leo will stay home tomorrow.

So I stopped again and she got in and did the cop thing and she said her name is Laura, but as we were pulling a way the same Blazer pulled behind me. I said oh F--k. She looked back and said that he shows up every time she is out and circle fo about an hour. She said she got in with him earlier to see if he wanted a date. He said no I am just looking for somebody. After that she asked him to drop her back off. That is when I picked her up she said he is just some stalker type. So I told her I was just looking for a BJ because I did not have any place to go today. She told me to go to the wilmington hospital parking garage. I said ok that sound great free parking for a half hour and nobady would suspect anything. It has been real slow lately. Weather isn't helping. But, I did see a new WSW on Rt. 9 who looks good. She appears to be 19-20, thin, with reddish-brown hair. So I am a board lurker, and willing to post up some of the things I have daydreamed about.

The streets of wilmington seem slow as dirt. I have checked rt 9 and 13 several times but I'm just unsure of the other areas to stroll around. I have had some mild success up in chester, PA along 9th street. Usually it was around avenue of the states (I think thats the actual name of the street too).

So I keep waking up to these crazy dreams.
It was Saturday night and not much to do really so I decided based on a previous thread I was observing on here to check out the harras casino. I was hoping I might be able to find some spinners inside. Nothing but old ladies smoking PaulMalls and Lucky Stripes. Wierd scene in there let me tell ya.
Dissapointing so I decided to take a ride down rt 13 and 9th street. (Thats where the action is) about 1-2 miles down I see two BSW hanging outside a house. Whew. What a night. Lucky to make it home with no major problems. All in all, I think 9th street is becoming busier with the warm weather from marcus hook all the way to RT 13 near Harrahs.

NEW CASTLE, Del. - A prostitution bust in the middle of the day in Delaware landed almost a dozen people behind bars.
Police are trying to send the message they will crack down. But the stubborn problem along two well-traveled roads in New Castle County won't go away.
It's an age-old problem. But police keep trying, reported Fox 29’s Claudia Gomez.

Prostitution is especially prevalent along a couple of main corridors in New Castle County, like Route 13 where traffic is heavy and motels are cheap.
If your destination is a certain stretch of Route 13 just south of Wilmington, chances are you're heading here for the illicit entertainment or the prostitutes who always seem to hover nearby.
"This 13 Corridor in this area is known for having prostitution problems,” says Sgt. Walter Newton of Delaware State Police.
So is New Castle Avenue, a popular thoroughfare for truckers heading to or from I-295 and the Delaware Memorial Bridge. That's why undercover officers posed as hookers and johns Thursday. They didn't come away empty-handed. Police arrested ten people in the middle of the afternoon and early evening.
"It just doesn't seem like it's focused just at a certain time at night. You would think that, but unfortunately we get this type of activity morning, noon, and night," says Sgt. Walter Newton.
"It's every day,” says resident Sjosiah Brown.
Brown lives just off New Castle Avenue, where he sees prostitutes all the time.
So does William Colon, who lives a couple miles down the road.
"It's not on one day or the weekend, it's every day, back and forth here,” says Colon.
For them, prostitution is not a victimless crime.
"They affect the neighborhood, because if you want to sell the house, and they see this going on here, that's a problem,” says Colon.
"I'd like to see it be a nice, peaceful community, you know, where kids can come out and play and don't have to be subjected to all that stuff,” says Brown.
Including drug use. Despite the sting operation, nine of the ten people arrested already walked free.
"They lock them in, then the next day or two, they're back on the street anyway,” says Colon.
"When they actually go to court, hopefully the prosecutor will take a look at, and the judge as well, will take a look at the number of times they've been arrested for this type of behavior,” says Sgt. Newton.
The raid did seem to have a chilling effect on prostitutes. But with law enforcement resources tighter than ever, those sting operations will be limited, which means it will only be a matter of time before they're at it again.

This was a small, brief article in the News Journal about this sting operation. If my memory serves me correctly, the sting netted like 8 gals and 2 guys.
Personally, it sounds fishy to me. When was the last time any of you saw 8 gals walking along the trusted known paths? You are lucky to find 1 or 2, but 8. Its hard to believe this story is true.
Also, I'd like to mention to everyone that recently we have posted a few more sightings and coincidentally, this sting operation occurred just days after a number of our postings on here. Perhaps a coincidence, then who knows. You decide for yourself.
As mentioned before, be on alert in Delaware looking for LE. There are both in marked and unmarked cars. Perhaps we should gather and post our intelligence on the ULE, then again, perhaps that is a little overboard.

I am seeing many more stops by police in the frequented areas we mention on the board. In addition, my theory is they will keep the increased pressure up all summer - IMHO.
From my observations, all that has been written lately seems accurate. There seems to be a noticeable increased LE presence lately, especially on Rt. 9. Like Black, I have observed some new talent, but I'm laying low so I have not partaken in any.
Two, in particular, though I want to mention. First, I saw a brunette about 2 weeks ago named Crystal who I spoke to. She seemed cool and I would rate her a 8 on the SW scale. In Sunday's Delaware News Journal is the contact information for the new AMP at 2501 Foulk Rd at the intersection of Naaman's and Foulk. It is easy to find, it is in the new small office building located diagonally across from the Acme or across from Safeway/Genuardis. For those old-timers, there used to be a gas station at this corner.
I call this Trolley Plus because it is the same owners of the Trolley AMP that opened this new one and the Plus is for the difference between the two establishments. Trolley is better known for primarily good to great massages with HJ in the middle or end, but that's it. This place offers extras, thereby, the Plus, however, YMMV.
The place is new, therefore, nice, clean, and well-decorated, so the impression of a legit place is there. Unlike Trolley with it's draped sheets, all rooms at Plus have locking doors. Unlike Trolley, there is a full table shower room. Each room is equipped similarly with massage table; however, the lighting is quite different in that the light can be normal or quite subdued in a darker hue and more intimate.
I had the pleasure of being with Iwa, pronounced E-wa, like in Eva. She seemed to be in her 30's, short in height, like 5'2", 32B perhaps, nice full ass. She knows a little English with small vocabulary. At times, needed to use hand gestures to communicate. She asked if I wanted a TS and agreed to it to see how it went. We all have to whine at each of our visits at these.7 establishments and indicate we will be moving on unless they wise up and lower there prices. Perhaps an economic lesson on supply and demand is needed.

The NJ places are.6, there are now 3 places in DE offering either.6 or.65 and the remaining are at.7 We all need to take the time to remind the establishments of their competition and pressure them to bring the prices down. I personally would like to see the one hour be at.6 for a change. And do not afraid to threaten them by indicating if their prices don't come down that you will simply move onto one of the other fine AMPs in the area.

I've been to 4 of those AMPs since moving to DE 2 years ago. I've had no problem getting FS at 3 of them. Quality varies, though, and the price is high, especially compared to Philly.

I always wanted to try this place and had a chance to go to both Hak's and the Gold Club recently. I really can not compare the two since I visited at different times of the day but I did enjoy Hak's more. Hak's seems to be more of a bar with dancers. The Gold club with the comfortable chairs is seems more like a strip club lounge. I was disappointed by how well lit the LD area was in Hak's but the bouncer did not seem to be paying that much attention. I really could not image getting a HJ there though unless it was pretty crowded.
I was out on route 9 on Monday night running some errands not mongering. I stopped at the McD on 9 and West ave to get some dinner. This is where Debbie used to hang out. Man struck on head, carjacked south of Wilmington
A man exiting his vehicle south of Wilmington was struck in the back of his head and carjacked by three men, state police said.

The incident happened at about 5:40 p.m. Thursday, said state police spokesman Senior Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh.
The victim was taken to Wilmington Hospital for treatment of a large cut on his head, and as a result of the injury, he was not able to provide many details about the attack, Whitmarsh said.
The victim told police he remembered being in the area of New Castle Avenue and Rogers Road, possibly at the Star Center Strip Mall, when he was approached by three men as he was getting out of his vehicle.
The attack caused the victim to black out, and the men are believed to have stolen his gray 2005 Chevrolet Suburban, with Delaware tag PC449912.
Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to call 911. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact state police at 834-2630, ext. 6, or Crime Stoppers at 800-TIP-3333.

So i scouted out the area today. One of the things I like about rainy days is it elimiantes a lot of potential false positives since generally people don't like to be out in the rain.
My run today I was being picky. I wanted a certain look, certain type etc.

There is a new AMP in Newark, DE, down the end of Kirkwood Hwy, just before entering downtown Newark.

Was passing through for lunch and upon exiting the drivethru, exited the back way and saw 2 gals. The first was older and quite used. She was closer to the McDs. Been a while since I've posted here. Hope everyone is doing well. Anyways, those that have been around for a while may remeber my commentary on Pam. I knew her when she had a decent place, pre-tricking and pre crack. Then I saw her after she lost her palce etc.
