Having established that consumer sentiment is declining, we must ask why. As we note in the prior section, inflation and higher interest rates are weighing on consumers' purchasing power.

The two spikes in the graph result from the direct pandemic-related government payments to citizens.
The trend in real wages does not bode well for personal consumption. With inflation remaining in the 8% range and wages growing at about 5%, many consumers are losing. The data is worse for the lower and middle classes, which spend most of their money on food, energy, and rent. The prices of which are rising faster than the inflation rate.

I know it's uncommon, especially these days, but, I was taught to help everyone and to "hope" everyone succeeds. In whatever they do.

Go into your car and unpack all the goodies. Scratch off the silver coatings over all the PIN codes on your cards. Go back into the store, connect the phone to store WiFi, find a quiet aisle and add the phone plan and two data cards to your account using the pre-installed TracFone app. Adding the phone plan will activate the phone and then you add the two blue cards to give you some data and texts to play with.
Note your new number. Ignore the need to set up WiFI calling or e911. You're all set up.
If you are more technically inclined, you can also get set up this way for a lot less by purchasing a (cheaper) unlocked phone of your choice (just make sure it's fast. You will get super annoyed if your burner phone is a slow dog). For just $1 you can buy a TracFone "bring your own" sim card kit. Put in the sim card that works for the phone you bought (based on the network it was originally unlocked from), and for $40 more you can add the $20 phone plan and two $10 data cards.
Depending on how much your burner costs you, you might get away for less than $100, definitely less than $150. The catch here is that you'll need to find a place where you can buy a burner in cash, which is the benefit of doing all of the above at a WalMart some distance from your home. Toss all the cards and boxes and receipts and the only thing you have to worry about is the burner itself, if you have a significant other.

If it's locked, you can usually go back to the company you used to be with when you originally used that phone, they should unlock it for you if you satisfied the terms of the initial contract. They may (will) charge you a small fee to do it, because, monopoly. You'd get the sim card kit and use the card that matches the company that originally locked your phone.
You could also try to jailbreak it, but I haven't looked into that scene in quite some time and don't know how well that still works these days. Huge cat and mouse game between Apple and the jailbreakers.

Back in the fall, I joined Secret Benefits. I mostly browsed at the profiles, and finally bit on June 3rd, and purchased 100 credits for $59.00 for the purpose of messaging some of the women on the site. The credit model of many of these sites is seriously flawed. There is no incentive for the site to weed out scammers, no incentive to show which profiles are crusty, dusty and no longer around and even an incentive for the site to create its own fake profiles. If all they have to sell is "credits" then anything they can do to get one to spend credits is the objective.

Maybe I'm just a sentimental guy in my old age. I tried googling Skye. (I do know her full real name!) Just to see if anything would pop up as to why she was arrested. Nothing came up. The only thing that came up about Skye is, she used to be a Peer Support Specialist! Meaning, she mentored a lot of people. Mainly young women. I almost forgot to mention that yesterday when I was out around the town looking for Chris. I took a break and decided to go pick up something to eat. As I was leaving the restaurant. Anytime we deal with these girls it's a risk whether it's at their room or a car date. You could technically get jammed up either way. If the girl isn't willing to admit the drugs or drug paraphernalia are hers they could charge both of you. I've had my car searched after getting rolled up on while doing a car date. I didn't give him any info either. What really stuck out for me is, the guys been a member since 2007, and he only has 51 reports. Another red flag to me is, this guy is not stable. This report is in reference to my experience yesterday. Referring to my 2nd mtg with Tink. It's no big secret that most of these Elkton providers camp out at the New Eastern Inn. Yesterday was my 5th time going there, and I'm well aware of it's unflattering history. With that being said, I received a pm from a fellow monger praising my report about Tink. He also expressed concerns for my safety and asked was I afraid. I told him there's always a sense of fear when I'm going into a situation. But as I've said before on this forum when I was dealing with Elsa in the hood in Wilmington. Fear keeps me sharp, alert, and my eyes wide open! Which is why I set the precident from the jump when I got out of the car with my bag, looked at the car for a brief moment, not staring, but a brief glance at the car. Not smiling at all when I was going in Tinks room. I set the tone right then and there. I don't know who he was to Tink. Bf of bf / dealer. I didn't give a fuck who he was, and I didn't care. I let him know that I'm there to bust Tink for the 2nd time and nothing or nobody's going to stop me! Not you! No fucking body! Although I had seen Tink before.
