I'm.It's quite easy, you go to your doctor and they will prescribe it for you. Then you pay outrageous amounts of money for it at a pharmacy. DO NOT order fake or generic stuff off websites, especially the sites where it's obvious that it's coming from overseas, because THAT IS NOT Viagra.

The generic V that is dark blue in color with a silver backing on the blister pack that only says sildenafil tablets in blue letters No: KD-19 with no brand name is not really good at all.
The mix is very inconsistent, you could have one pill work well and another from the same pack barely do anything. The side effects were also way worse!
The generic cialis (also taken in halves or less) that I've had works well but isn't as intense as the V. The upside there is that you seem to feel the effects for as much as 4 days after taking it.
For a good time take the cialis a day or so ahead of your activity day then the V the day of, but make sure you have a sure thing lined up because you're going to need it!
For a really really good time take some of those vitamins for about a week before the planned activity that are mentioned on the thread here that talks about increasing your load size, then don't jerk off for a few days before the planned day and watch out! You will all of the sudden be peter north. It also helps in being able to recoup faster for a second round of fun.

I have had no problem with this company, however I do not order scripts manufactured out of India, or anywhere else only Canada, there is a difference. You have a choice of where manufactured. The big risk is if your PSA levels are elevated / prostate cancer is a viable threat then of course testosterone replacement therapy wouldn't be for you. But, in my experience, the ED pills are more narrowing in on one facet of a broad spectrum systemic issue. That can often be ameliorated through TRT. In a way that will better your quality of life in other areas too, besides just sex.
I know most of you have already considered it and it may not work for everyone's ED. But it has worked for a lot of guys I know and it is a hell of a lot less expensive than most of these pills.

I set something up with her last week as well. My situation wasn't as bad because it was a last minute thing where I didn't give her much time to prepare. I also just live a few minutes away. Regardless, we agree to meet and I get to the hotel. She gives me the room number. As I'm heading to the room she says "sorry I have to cancel. " I get back in my vehicle and wait a few minutes. She comes out and gets in a car with someone and they pull off.
I was disappointed, but I didn't have near as much effort into the date as you did.Well Kim reached out to me this afternoon and wanted to set something up. As luck would have it, I had some free time and was willing to give her a second chance.
I'll say that all wrongs have been righted in my book. I had the same great experience others have reported. Thanks to Badluck and BBT for their contributions on this one. Only time will tell if she's going to be a reliable provider.
For what it's worth, her new hotel is not a good place to be after dark.

I was going to see Krystal Kreme until I saw the No AA men in her USA classified ad. Usually providers who post on both BP and USA usually put the NBA policy only on their BP to weed out the general public. If its on their USA ad, then we AA men don't stand a chance.
There are "respectable and mature gentlemen" of all races including AA. These NBA policies are getting ridiculous (Nobody under 50 is an example).

Just yesterday, I was sitting in the Burger King parking lot waiting to hear back from a provider. After she was ready, I pulled off the lot and later pulled over and accused of "looking for women to pick up", car was searched and everything. I had to cancel my date for the night. There was two people walking in the lot, but they were minding their own business and had nothing to do with me. The cop thought they were "street ladies" in which he thought I was trying to pick them up. They were just two GUYS walking who probably worked at the Burger King.
I'm just glad I'm still here.

The officer knows that he can't search your vehicle without a warrant any more than he can search your house without a warrant. He is relying on your being so scared that you give him permission. I would never let an officer search my vehicle without a warrant, even though I have nothing to hide. I know it takes balls, but this is what you should say. Officer I mean no disrespect, but I invoke all of my rights under the constitution of the United States as well as the constitution of the State of Tennessee. I will not agree to a search of my person or of my vehicle without a warrant, despite the fact that I have done nothing wrong. If you seek a warrant, please advise me what is the probable cause that you are going to present to the magistrate in order to obtain a warrant? If I am under arrest, I demand to know what criminal statute of the State of Tennessee that you have probable cause to believe that I have violated. If I am under arrest, I will make no further statement until I am in the presence of my attorney. If I am not under arrest, I respectfully request that I be allowed to leave immediately. Be polite and don't come across as an asshole. You may, of course, piss the officer off. But unless he has nothing better to do, he will have no choice but to let you go. It is no crime to be in an area frequented by prostitutes. Hell, that would eliminate being in half of Memphis. Being in an area frequented by prostitutes is not solicitation, despite what the officer may lead you to believe.
