Too right, mates. Here in our piss-poor towne the police-cobbers only push-away the street-lovvys standing-'bout on the main road ways.
Mosta the lovvys & tribal blokes got cellular-phones to ring-up when theyre lookin' fer pills & dopes. So they aint standin' outside on the street corners much-any theese days. Mostley cobbers just drive-by an dont say boo to a goose.

I had a chance to visit your fine city recently. Started in the badlands but saw nothing. Didn't bother to stop at the clubs. Went on to W. Washington which was dead. Worked my way east on Washington where I promptly saw 2 SW's. The first was a short-ish blonde who was stumbling a little so I chose to pass (although she was cute). Second girl was a slender brunette wearing a bucket hat who I later found out was named Tracy. Also cute, but by the time I circled she was gone. Saw big Mary walking but chose to pass. A fourth, skinny brunette looked good from behind but was not at all attractive in the face. By this time I had seen a skinny blonde standing in the same spot as Tracy. So I circled and made the pickup. Now here is where the story get interesting. She says her name is Leeah or Leena something like that, I couldn't quite make it out. Very skinny blonde with a-cups, looked a little older, maybe mid to late 30's. Did a quick cop check and then I immediately told her I didn't have a lot and would gladly drop her back off if she couldn't accomodate because I didn't want to disrespect her or waste her time. I offered .1 to the charity of her choice. She says I get the out of town special, which apparently means rip-off. Look, I'm not really blaming the girl, but I told her upfront within 30 seconds of her getting in. I also told her I wasn't looking to disrespect her and didn't want to waste her time. She could have easily told me to drop her back off and she would have been gone 2 minutes tops! But she chose to string me along, take me to a totally unsafe area and then bolt with the charity money. Mostly my fault. I should have known better, but I was in a totally new location that I have only cruised 2 other times (quite a while ago). So I blame myself 60% and her 40%. Before anyone here jumps my case I didn't plan on only having .1 to offer, but an unplanned expense popped up prior to my arrival and since I didn't travel all that way to turn right back around I thought I would at least take a shot with what I had left.
My only comment would be, never go where she takes you. Always have YOUR spot, that you've scouted out, and take her there.
As far as the ripoff, it happens. But, if I'm reading your post right, you only had 10 bucks? That aint' gonna get you far in any town, even shithole charleston. Not sure exactly what your situation is, but there's a zillion atm machines in town, if you need more. I think you need to at least, start at the 25-30 dollar range to even think about a chickie hoppin in the car.
But, glad you didn't get knifed or something, and thanks for the heads up.

Had a little luck Sunday night. Picked up 2 WSW on W end. They wanted to stay together so I though why not have a little fun anyhow. So we end up at a notell and they ask for $$. We negotiate it down to $ and the fun starts. To make a long long long story short, I never did finish and I ended up driving them back. I'm sure some of you know them. Jessie and Stacy. To top it off I don't even know how they did it but they stole 30 out of my car! First time I've ever been ripped off but I guess if you play long enough it comes around sometime. If for some strange reason someone with an established reputation here wants either of their numbers I have them.
I've gotta say..I just got back from a much colder climate and thought there would be a lot of activity this past weekend with the warm weather.
Gosh was I wrong...I went cruisin Saturday and Sunday.. day and night and seen one rough looking wsw that I had not seen before.

Yeah, I agree with you and Almighty but if you read my post I say that I had unforseen expenses right before I got there. I obviously did not intend to only have .1 to offer. And also, I fully stated that I immediately told her the situation and told her I would gladly drop her off. Seriously, she would have been in my car 2 minutes tops if I would have just dropped her back off. Instead she strings me along on a 10 minute car ride to get to her "safe" location. Third, I do not have ATM access (which is a b!tch in 2009) and as I said I did not drive all that way to turn right back around. So I gave it a shot. Again, not saying there isn't plenty of blame to go my way as well, but I believe that if I am that upfront with the girl and would have only wasted 2 minutes of her time (if that), she could have either lived up to her end of the deal or had me drop her right back off. My buddy said he was out and about Friday night, around 2'ish, and saw the aforementioned Stacy (do a thread search here for a couple other posts about her) on the Wside, but as he looped around to get a closer look, she hopped in someone's car, and zipped away. He saw a few others out and about but nothing that grabbed him as worthy of his hard earned ducats.
I'll tell you guys what I can't believe.
I'm out of town right now and anticipating being back soon..so I took a look at craigslist since this time of year is sting time for LE.
There is not one legitimate ad in Charleston, Huntington, or Parkersburg and I swear that this is the only part of the country that you can't find one legit girl working craigslist.

It's because this is the state with the lowest internet connection. Charleston's tough to hide in too. I mean it's the seat of government, Metro, State Police, FBI - they're ALL down here, so they're probably scared to post anything 'cause they know LE would be on 'em like THAT. Now in the cities that surround this state, that have two and three times the population OF THIS ENTIRE STATE, it's easier to hide.
This aside, the Martinsburg listing seems to have some legit providers - and they've been commented about on other WV boards here on this forum. Stat-wise, Martinsburg is a WV city that has grown the most and LE probably hasn't kept pace with that. I'll admit I haven't visited that city to check out this observation, but I do check out those Martinsburg CL posts and some would seem to fit the profile of what I would consider to be legit posts.

No one has a better understanding of Charleston streets than Eddy. The girls walking have no money, expensive habits, no technology, often undependable, and will do most anything to score. Any monger with gray hair will remember many of them as a lot of fun. I do miss the street action.
The Second World is all internet, cell phome, email, Craigs List. It's often filled with girls who couldn't get a date on any given day but will sell it for lots of cash. The fine ones want even more. But it is a great way to meet some fine ladies offering services reasonably. You just have to dig.

I normally hang out in OH, but I get down to your area every now and then. I have posed this before on different areas of this board and since you mention Parkersburg, why is it that Parkersburg has no action? There are areas there that appear prime for some girls to be out walking, but I have never seen any. Last time I was there I saw one girl that I would have bet my life savings was working, but I did everything except explicitly ask her what she was doing and she wouldn't look twice at me. What gives in P'burg? Maybe I'm just looking in the wrong areas...

Nutty, there has been no street action in Parkersburg in decades. Believe me I've tried and there is nothing. I do have a friend who swears he's picked up working girls on St. Marys but he knew who they were and they knew him. They were usually coming or going to a bar. The place you refer to is Playmates and it is the only strip club in Parkersburg where you can get some action. It's expensive but most of the girls are really fine. I have heard that if you go outside Parkersburg to Mineral Wells that some of the clubs will provide action too. I don't think I ever met Ginger. Basically activity in Parkersburg is limited to clubs, hooking up with someone regularly who you met initially at a club, or via the internet. The ones I currently see I found on the internet. Like you I am amazed that no one walks in Parkersburg. The city has the population, the poverty and tons of secluded dark sections. Why Huntington, Charleston, Wheeling and so many other cities around here have sw's and Parkersburg doesn't amazes me.

Interesting that you bring that up because I've got a little 'tid of info about a place here in town that's kinda' like that. I am noticing a few out too, just before midnight, both east and west sides of town. I'm also noticing some out in the mornings before it starts to get hot on the west. Was passing through WV over the weekend and "happened" to get off I-64 in Barboursville and stopped into the Oriental Health Spa. A lot like this place in St. Louis, VIP Oriental Spa. Yeah, Leah's livin' straight. Has been for a coupla' years now. Regular job. Lives west of town. She called me before Christmas and told me they had a house fire, but I haven't heard from her since then about that.
As for Lisa, they didn't GET her a job, she did it herself. Got married, everything to look good for the judge deciding on whether or not to give her probation. She was doin' good for the biggest part of the year, but here toward the end, she's gone on a wild spree. It'll mess up her probation for sure, unless she's got somethin' on them. Everybody still talks about the time she was in the undercover's car and took one of the cops 9mm pistols, and they were runnin' around askin' the gals if they'd seen her, lookin' for her and the gun. Then there's the story that the last kid she was pregnant with was by one of the cops. So she might have some embarassing things that they don't want to get out there, so they just let her slide as long as she keeps quiet. It's a continuing story with her.

Ya know now that you bring up this construction that there gonna start doing...I remember that it seems like when they started putting the new sidewalks and street lights in down on the E. Washington section over a year ago is when it seems like all the strollers went missing and I have never seen any till this day.

So I checked out both ends of W. Street this weekend. Saturday there were 3 on the E. End. Susan was there as were 2 other WSW. 1 was rather large and the other was older and looked kinda rough. Not much on the other end that night. I wonder if patterns have been disrupted and they have enough cops now that they could do that ANYTIME. Their big thing right now is this Red Light drive they've got goin'. They're gonna' make money off of that - they'll probably make MORE money off of that - than they would a prostitution sting. Street Crime would probably handle a sting and they probably only have stings when they want to get a handle on the drugs and the gangs. What I know is that they've got that locked up unless there's some new uptick in it.

In Charleston but you've got Capitol City Gold, or may have been renamed, but same location on Capitol St. Prolly the prettiest girls in town, but also the pushiest. The private dance area isn't private unless you drop the $$ for a champagne room. So I don't think you'll get much extra there. On the other end of the spectrum is Playmates in nearby Jefferson, girls are hardly a 5 on the dancer scale but the private dance area is private. Last time I was there she asked me on the way up if I tip? I said yeah, she then asked if I had a condom. So I don't think you'll have to work hard for anything extra there.
Strip clubs in charleston are limited to two things.
Downtown, there is one, on capitol street. I forget hte name of it. It's name has changed countless times. It used to be capitol city gold. It generally has the better looking girls, but it's nothing like strip clubs in a big city like pittsburgh or soemthing.
Then, in the area between south charleston and st albans, there's a stretch of us 60 called "jefferson," or "the badlands." I'm sure you can find it on google maps.
It has about 4 or so strip clubs and several seedy motels, along with a couple adult bookstores on it in the span of about 2 miles. There's Shockers, Playmates, and two others I forget their names. The quality of the chicks at those places usually is like this. 2 or 3 girls working will be 5's, one will be like a 6, and one will be like a 7. And "extras," can be quite hard to come by. And they are REAL bad about pestering you to buy drinks and bugging you for a dollar for the jukebox and tips for this and tips for that. Even though they have 4 strip clubs in the area, none are real stand out experiences. Your mileage may vary, but I wouldn't get your hopes up on any extras, either in the club, it's vip room, or even takeout.

I am not sure but probably because they were slow but that has been a couple of years ago and I am sure dancers have changed. For better quality girls you may want to go to barboursville about 30 minutes away. I don't know of anyone getting extras at either club there but generally much higher quality girls.
The downtown club is now The Elite and this "Hiring Girls For All Shifts" signage was recently out front.
I'd second the vote to head to Barbourseville if you're looking for eye candy. Lady Godiva's and Club Platinum are both good, the former being better IMO. It is (at least was) smoke free, which is a plus for me. You also have the AMP at the same exit if needed.

It's not it's own city. It's just a neighborhood of charleston. Just like south hills and north charleston are neighborhoods of it too.
But, remember, SOUTH charleston, is it's own city...
But, because there's like a zillion gomarts in charleston, and charleston kind of sprawls along the valley, it would be useful if you said something other than "charleston gomart." Don't have to be real specific, but something identifying that particular gomart (like what's across the street, or what's it next to, etc.) would help. And, maccorkle ave is runs the entire length of charleston, so saying the "go mart on maccorkle" really doesn't help much either.

I think as 4G phones become more standard, especially these new ones with the "FaceTime" type features, the initial "meet and greet" might happen this way. I'm intrigued too, that they start out with a Craigslist ad. You might see a little uptick in ads with people workin' this way. They might even start out through the social network sites too. I'm looking for changes as the economy and unemployment continues on the track that it is over this decade. Now, it could just be this area, as usual, is slow to adapt, but if you keep drivin' out there and still don't hardly ever see anybody, this is why. Yeah. The one where they got the Johns was the usual number where they had a wired regular stroller out there, she tells 'em to go park somewhere nearby and they roll up on 'em. I've talked to gals that have been picked up in the last month and charged. They all say they get picked up, the guy says he wants to go to a spot, the gal agrees, they go there, he says somethin' like, "Look I'll give you twenty and I'll get with you later", she takes the twenty and that's when they roll up on 'em. They probably had her on record the whole time. The cops tell the gal the guy's wanted for DUI or somethin' and they're takin' him in, and they give her a ticket with a court date. But either the gal or one of their friends will see the same guy still drivin' around later. I've also heard the gal just goes up to a guy walkin', says somethin' inocuous like "You got any money" and the guy just answers with somethin' equally inocuous, not even suggesting he wants a date - and THEY ROLL UP ON HIM, 'cause the letter of the law says you cannot stop, wave, motion to or engage in conversation a prostitute in an area known for prostitution.
What I think is they're cleanin' it up before the election. The thing that amazed me was that this report was in the morning paper and that afternoon I see three gals out there, and then three more later on in the evening.
I looked at that article onMonday and said..PHEW out loud. I had went cruisin 3 times in the past two weeks and didn't really see anything decent..so I must have got lucky.
The tactics that they are using which Eddy describes are so shady that it is without a doubt the lowest form of arrests they are making and really serves no purpose other then to make it look like they are doing there job.
When I seen that they had made 22 arrests in the past 30 days, it definitley got my attention.
I remeber when the girls used to use hand signals a couple of years ago and have not seen that done since then.

I think if they have a prior then they can be arrested just for trying to wave down a car. I remember a girl telling me several years back leo was using similar techniques, they would have a girl lead the guy to a secluded spot and then take him down. You can definitely find action there, the women working are mid 40's. One is very short fairly attractive and the other is a little taller and not as pretty as the shorter one. It is 70 for an hour and normally about 130 for FS. You may find a little better in some of the escorts that travel through but if you want a sure thing it is a decent place to go.
