Made plans for and took a trip to this establishment for the older provider experience only to find it closed midday. Has it shut down for good?

Perhaps you visited when only 1 MT was working and she locked the door? I experienced that on both sides at other AMPs.

Try calling before you go and see if they are open then report back.

I'd do it for you but won't be traveling that way for another week or so. Definitely interested for future use.
