This Rx is no joke, works great. Heart issues can be a reason to be denied. I think they come in 50 & 100 mg. I cut it down to 25 mg and gtg. Only use them when I get with my mainly lesbian friend. I need the extra stiffness to get deeper than 3". Use with caution.

However, due to the increased blood flow the shrinkage period is also a lot longer. And the refractory period is significantly reduced. So if you're young enough (<40/50) or even half decent pelvic control you can probably power through the shrinkage / refractory period till it fully recovers. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. Without it, never. Think of it as going from 100% guarantee to 65% and riding a fine line that takes a bit of focus to maintain then back to 85%.

Took your advice and went to the website for Amazon. I already have Prime so it was pretty easy to click the link for "Medical Care" and then click on "Clinic" and start the process. First thing that pops up on a blue banner is "Discreet and affordable ED treatment". Couple of questions later and I was done. Got the prescription ordered and delivered by Amazon in 24 hours. $33 for the doc "visit" and then $22 for the prescription once the "doc" signed off on the questions. Just some general information for you guys. I hope you all find this helpful.
You can order this stuff online. Any place that sells SARMS will also sell cialis / viagra. Additionally, if you're in town and just need like a couple pills, goto the local sex shops. The Rhino sex pills have everything in them that you need. Ask the person at the front counter for their recommendation. I even think 711 sells sex pills.

Dosage matters. Everyone is different.
Timing of taking the product matters as well. Take it on an empty stomach. This matters.
Side effects can be different. From none to backache to headache to can't get rid of the erection.
Start low dose and go from there.

So, I went to the doctor a while back and tried the dreaded v pill. My prescription was to cut it in half. So, I did. I then called a provider and told her I'd be there in an hour. I'm out.You might want to try Cialis (tadalafil generic name) which takes a bit longer to work but lasts a longer time. I find it easier on my system (blood pressure, flushes) and works well for me. I split a 20 mg pill in quarters and that's enough for me. If you find a natural supplement that works for you, great.

Next time, I see my doc and will inquire about cialis, but, the way the va works, is they give you the cheapest meds available. I doubt cialis is available.
So, I will continue using the v, well aware of the risks. So far, my side effects at first were stomach ache and headaches. I've used it approximately 4 times now. The only side effect I experience now is just a minor headache, that's only achy and not pounding. However, with that said I will continue to do research and see what alternative methods are out there. What is your BMI? T-Levels? Do you strength train? What's your diet like? Getting enough fat-soluble vitamins & cholesterol?
I used to have performance issues about 4 yrs ago when I started the SB / SD hobby. . . I would be with hot college cheerleaders, models, dancers, and I couldn't get hard enough, or stay hard long enough to save my life. . . Then I started hitting the gym in fall of 2021, changed my eating habits, and did research on how to naturally increase my T-Levels. It works. . . I've once been able to see 3 different SBs within an 8 hr timeframe.
So, I went to the doctor a while back and tried the dreaded v pill. My prescription was to cut it in half. So, I did. I then called a provider and told her I'd be there in an hour. It should kick in by then. During and after our session I still had ed issues. I told my doc and she told me ok, well, then take a full pill. So, I did. I called a different provider. We started out in 69. Nothing happened at first, then, I after 15 minutes my junior was at full attention. That's most erect I've been a long time, I came almost right away. After I left, I was still horny and thru out the night as well. I woke up the next morning and still horny. As the day progressed, my horniness finally wore off. It looks like stayed in my system for a little more than 24 hours. However, I was not erect at all since I left the provider's hotel, just horny.
A few days later, I was confident I didn't need the v pill. So, I called a different provider. She and I tried our darnest to get me excited but to no avail. Ok, so, this must be an isolated incident, I thought. So, I called a different provider and the same crap happened. I'm pretty bummed that I have to use a pill to get me excited and kind of embarrasing, but, that's life.
After some research, the v pill seems to be safe, but, I also, heard that it's been linked to heart attack and strokes, and that terrifies me. I'ts nice to know that the v pill is effective at least for me, but, little more research told me on youtube, there's natural remedies that you can try that are supported by well respected doctors. These remedies involve some sort of smoothie with watermelon and some other stuff. Has anybody tried these natural remedies? Please, let me know if you have and what your experience was, thanks. I just don't want to take the v pill all my life and risk my health just to get laid. I get my meds for free because I'm a veteran, but, they give you the most generic ones known to man, which unfortunately is typical of the government. I'm using sildenafil citrate 50 mg. I don't know, I just don't feel comfortable taking meds. As always, monger on, monger safe. I'm out.
You might want to try Cialis (tadalafil generic name) which takes a bit longer to work but lasts a longer time. I find it easier on my system (blood pressure, flushes) and works well for me. I split a 20 mg pill in quarters and that's enough for me. If you find a natural supplement that works for you, great.I do the same. Pay cash for 30 20 mg pills, quarter them and take 1 each day. If I want to make sure I get up quicker and stay longer, I take 10 mg as well about 2 hours before. No side effects at all taking 5 mg and I can get up quickly.

Ok, guys, thanks, I appreciate the input. Like I said before I'm a vet, so, I get my meds for free. Next time, I see my doc and will inquire about cialis, but, the way the va works, is they give you the cheapest meds available. I doubt cialis is available.
So, I will continue using the v, well aware of the risks. So far, my side effects at first were stomach ache and headaches. I've used it approximately 4 times now. The only side effect I experience now is just a minor headache, that's only achy and not pounding. However, with that said I will continue to do research and see what alternative methods are out there. Right now I subscribe to several doctor youtube channels, I'll see what they have to say regarding ed. If I found a good alternative method, I will gladly report back with the results. Natural is the way to go. So, I'll end this post with this: If it's man made, evade, If it's made of this earth, take it for all it's worth. Happy hunting. Keep it safe.There is a generic Cialis called Tadalifil and basically you take it every day. I've been taking it but honestly the results aren't as strong as Viagra. Now my doctor changed my Viagra script to 10 mg pills so he said I can keep the daily Cialis and then take one or two Viagras as needed. Seems to work ok, but honestly I really need to lose weight and get back to the gym. I'm doing T shots also but I'm pretty high BMI right now so that is the true killer.

Tempted to try it but worried about the long term implications.It seems it's just chewable Viagra pills. It's take as needed so no real long term. Prob reg generic viagra will do the same. Might work a bit faster since it's chewable.
