It just doesn't seem prudent to have business dealings with these ladies (beyond the obvious, of course).
They are in a profession rife with mental instabilities, drug and alcohol addiction and possibly a slew of other unhealthy behaviors.
But, if your potential tenant has truly quit and has legitimized herself, then I would go ahead and subject her to same conditions as anyone else.

You do not want your ability to evict to be compromised by any other "negotiations" or consideration. And that does not even begin to scratch the surface of the problems you might face if any illegal activity takes place on property you own.

Its like the old saying. The provider has nothing to lose, you on the other hand have everything to lose.

Memphis tends to be lower.
Looking at the costs and locations listed in the chart, the lowest rates would have to be streetwalkers (of which there are very few left, due to active LEO patrols). Next up would be average BP types, who tend to congregate around the airport; few stick around long enough to be reviewed, so they're always a crapshoot. Rates shown were probably for a QV or half hour.
There are precious few reviewed providers in Nashville who quote less than 200 per hour for new clients, with 250 and up seeming to be more the norm. Incall prices have increased the last couple of years, mainly because hotels have been jacking up their rates.

Has anyone ever done a legitimate business transaction with a provider or former provider? Specifically I am talking about renting a house or an apartment to a former provider. Basically, anyone who has the app privacy settings set to allow access to all their contacts is giving FB permission to pull phone numbers and email addresses specifically associated to those contacts. That all gets lumped into a algorithm that FB uses to match the People You May Know stuff. So basically any email or call you make from your phone will get sucked into the FB algorithm and eventually send a PYMK notification once it matches that email / phone# info to the FB account it is associated with. The best option to limit this is to go to Privacy settings and change how people can look you up by changing it to "only friends" or "no one" can search for you by email or phone number.

Okay, so I know I should be patient because the site is just getting up and going again, but I am coming to Louisville this coming Friday and would really like to have something arranged. I only have one night and my experience in Louisville on the fly has been okay at best. I had something long term arranged on a previous visit and it fell through at the last minute. My main problem I think is my communication method. I like to email and get things set up without texting. What kind of phone? Do you have a computer?
Feel free to email if you want.You should be able to get your emails back by logging into your gmail account from a PC. Check your archive to see if they're in there.
As for the pics, you'll have to be very careful about doing this, but if you can hook your phone up to your computer, you might be able to get them back.
Make sure your malware detectors are up to date, as sometimes malware on a phone can carry a payload designed to infect a PC. If you have a Mac, you could probably get away with it.
