Something doesn't add up here. Why would some guy pay for a room only to rob an escort who is likely carrying less than the cost of the room? Who are these "two ladies" making these allegations?Your right, when was the last time someone ordered an escort, and then asked her to give him back change, people know to have exact cash that's a given. When I go into an incall I only bring exact cash and that's it, I don't bring anything else into the room for that reason, and would imagine girls do the same.

Two women who police say were staying at a local hotel and providing "adult escort services" got into a dispute Monday over money, and one told police she'd been hit by a gun.
Both women had been staying at the Hartford Plaza Hotel. 100 East River Drive, for several days, police said.
The victim remained at the hotel while the alleged assailant hired a taxi to take her to the bus station in New Haven, reportedly on the way home to Washington, D. C, police said.
Police caught up with alleged assailant, Brittany xxx. 22, at the Bridgeport bus station, where she was taken into custody on charges of third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
Xxx was returned to East Hartford and was being on $10, 000 bail for court Tuesday in Manchester.
Police said they did not find the gun allegedly used in the incident.

For those that do the QUEST thing, beware of someone named "Savannah" (I'm sure she uses different names). Phone number 860-706-2301. She's supposedly from the Plainville area near the Southington town line, and will try to meet you in that area. She'll text non stop trying to get you to rush down there. She'll then say she has a "friend" that works the desk at the motel 6 behind Denny's in Southington (and also claimed that friend would join us) , and she'll ask for money for the room. She'll claim that she's going to put the room in her name (red flag) , and then say "I need $100 to pay for it" (red flag). Fortunately, my Spidey senses were in full force from the second I saw her since she obviously sent a fake picture. The picture she sent had a good looking blonde with a nice body (red flag). The troll that showed up was about 180 pounds and stunk like a carton of cigarettes (red flag) , had greasy hair (red flag) and had a disgusting lip piercing (red flag). Already knowing to expect the worst as I was on my way, I only put $20 in my pocket with my wallet safely secured elsewhere.
When she came up to my window upon first meeting, I was so tempted to slam the vehicle in reverse and just leave, saying she had the wrong person, but she was too quick to open the door and get her stank fat ass in my seat. I then decided to play it cool and go along with it, not knowing just how crazy this person was. Fortunately, she seemed normal and actually had decent small talk on the short ride to the motel 6. That's when she asked for $100. I laughed and said "hey, if your friend is working the front desk, you can get a deal" and gave her the $20 to just get her to leave. Hopefully nobody else has been robbed of anything more than what I was. Nothing was in the vehicle that she could steal (always keep my vehicle clean, even if I don't plan on doing anything naughty). Just beware of this person.

The Fairmont theatre in New Haven is just an awful place. Dirty & run down, and if the homosexual behavior at The Art puts you off, it would absolutely freak you out in New Haven.

I think we have one really bad apple in the group who's making us all look bad. To answer your more prominent question, a few things:
Regardless of incall or outcall, there are things to keep in mind.
What was stated earlier of checking for reviews, whatever, is important. If you can't afford the risk, leave it others and their reviews. I won't say much more on that.
If you are doing outcall (meaning she comes to you) :
1. Choose your outcall. I've known some ladies who tell you where to do outcall, from city to even which hotel. Avoid that at all costs. Your choice at all times for outcall.
2. Setup a time and place, and be there before the time you setup. Watch her arrive, and who with. See who else is at the locale walking about, on cell phones, or just seeming too "in place" or out of place. If you get funny vibes, bail. If something is not truthful. Bail. Be willing to bail. Better to lose $50 on a room. In all cases...observe and keep mental note.
3. After she arrives. Watch the change in the environ of other customers there. Again: Who was "in place" before. What are they doing? Are they reacting in any way to your approach? Again. Be prepared to bail.
4. You are less likely to get stung on outcall. But all sorts of bad things can spook the hell out of you, and you are trapped in more ways than one.
5. Never hinder your guests ability to make calls, but pay attention. And keep your wits. That hotel receipt (you know, the one with you CC info, address, plate number, etc) lock it up or destroy it. Your wallet...protect it.
6. If at all possible, do not park near your outcall. Again, arrive early and place car away from your room.
7. If you are actually staying at the hotel for an extended period...please be careful of who you bring in. Is it worth letting them know where you are to be found later? Be careful of the info you share.
8. Just because a place is no-tell does not mean they will defend your rights like zealous ACLU lawyer. Stay observant.
If you are doing incall (meaning you go to her) :
1. This is potentially the highest risk in every way, but for some of us - Its the only way to go.
2. Again, setup the time and show up earlier. Observe it. Note changes as your time is about to start what changes in the environ take place.
3. If you must: it is better to be late and postpone an incall. The reaction of that speaks volumes. Observe their verbal reaction to your slight delay, and the environment change.
4. Follow the procedure about where you park when in doubt. Again, arrive early and observe. Can't tell you how many times I do this to observe who leaves, how, and in what before my "start" time. If she lies to you about it, watch out. You can't assume you are the only rooster in the hen house. You are just concerned about what rooster is in the hen house.
5. She may ask what type of car you are driving. Think on your feet because she's smart. Lie, and it can go badly. Tell the truth. And you've given away your advantage. Choose your own adventure there.
6. On approach to room: Again, especially with arriving early. Observe what you can. I want to elaborate, but some of you have the guile of an ox in heat. I won't throw pearls before swine, so to speak. Just be observant with eyes and ears.
7. When entering room - Keep this in mind: Its already over. If its a sting, you are caught. You just don't know it yet. You f'd up and you are one and done. If its not a sting...Your concern is not about the sting now, but all of the other nefarious surprises that can happen. If it is a sting, hopefully you've read enough on how NOT to incriminate yourself.
8. So you are now in. She openned the door, you are in. Now assess and think. Greet as normal, but your eyes should on a swivel. Does the room look lived in? Long term? Short term? How many people? You see shoes? Who's shoes? Are there closed doors? Bathroom door? If so, ask to see the bathroom and (if needed other closed spaces) briefly. (I've stumbled into lots of dumb scenarios here). If it looks like multiple chicks are there by all signs, yet you don't see them - Don't panic, but *think*. They may have been outside watching you come in! They may be in the bathroom with the door locked, waiting for you to do your thing and leave! It may be the chick you watched go from one room to another moments before you were to arrive.

Regardless of incall or outcall, there are things to keep in mind.
What was stated earlier of checking for reviews, whatever, is important. If you can't afford the risk, leave it others and their reviews. I won't say much more on that.
If you are doing outcall (meaning she comes to you) :
1. Choose your outcall. I've known some ladies who tell you where to do outcall, from city to even which hotel. Avoid that at all costs. Your choice at all times for outcall.
2. Setup a time and place, and be there before the time you setup. Watch her arrive, and who with. See who else is at the locale walking about, on cell phones, or just seeming too "in place" or out of place. If you get funny vibes, bail. If something is not truthful. Bail. Be willing to bail. Better to lose $50 on a room. In all cases. Observe and keep mental note.
3. After she arrives. Watch the change in the environ of other customers there. Again: Who was "in place" before. What are they doing? Are they reacting in any way to your approach? Again. Be prepared to bail.
4. You are less likely to get stung on outcall. But all sorts of bad things can spook the hell out of you, and you are trapped in more ways than one.
5. Never hinder your guests ability to make calls, but pay attention. And keep your wits. That hotel receipt (you know, the one with you CC info, address, plate number, etc) lock it up or destroy it. Your wallet. Protect it.
6. If at all possible, do not park near your outcall. Again, arrive early and place car away from your room.
7. If you are actually staying at the hotel for an extended period. Please be careful of who you bring in. Is it worth letting them know where you are to be found later? Be careful of the info you share.
8. Just because a place is no-tell does not mean they will defend your rights like zealous ACLU lawyer. Stay observant.
If you are doing incall (meaning you go to her) :
1. This is potentially the highest risk in every way, but for some of us. Its the only way to go.
2. Again, setup the time and show up earlier. Observe it. Note changes as your time is about to start what changes in the environ take place.
3. If you must: it is better to be late and postpone an incall. The reaction of that speaks volumes. Observe their verbal reaction to your slight delay, and the environment change.
4. Follow the procedure about where you park when in doubt. Again, arrive early and observe. Can't tell you how many times I do this to observe who leaves, how, and in what before my "start" time. If she lies to you about it, watch out. You can't assume you are the only rooster in the hen house. You are just concerned about what rooster is in the hen house.
5. She may ask what type of car you are driving. Think on your feet because she's smart. Lie, and it can go badly. Tell the truth. And you've given away your advantage. Choose your own adventure there.
6. On approach to room: Again, especially with arriving early. Observe what you can. I want to elaborate, but some of you have the guile of an ox in heat. I won't throw pearls before swine, so to speak. Just be observant with eyes and ears.
7. When entering room. Keep this in mind: Its already over. If its a sting, you are caught. You just don't know it yet. You f'd up and you are one and done. If its not a sting. Your concern is not about the sting now, but all of the other nefarious surprises that can happen. If it is a sting, hopefully you've read enough on how NOT to incriminate yourself.
8. So you are now in. She openned the door, you are in. Now assess and think. Greet as normal, but your eyes should on a swivel. Does the room look lived in? Long term? Short term? How many people? You see shoes? Who's shoes? Are there closed doors? Bathroom door? If so, ask to see the bathroom and (if needed other closed spaces) briefly. (I've stumbled into lots of dumb scenarios here). If it looks like multiple chicks are there by all signs, yet you don't see them. Don't panic, but *think. They may have been outside watching you come in! They may be in the bathroom with the door locked, waiting for you to do your thing and leave! It may be the chick you watched go from one room to another moments before you were to arrive.
9. One of my favorite ATFs in the escort world would travel with boyfriend. He would keep his shaving kit in the bathroom with his toothbrush. I don't mind. But once I knew, I stayed aware. Just from casual observation of using the bathroom. (Later, I found his timberland boots still under the bed.) He keeps her safe and happy. I have no problem with that. But what you don't want. Is him in the bathroom!
10. Keep your stuff within reach at all times, and be ready to bail. If someone knocks, or a someone is hiding in bathroom. Just realize it was by design. Bail. Not worth the hassle. Ever. No matter what she says, get your stuff and go. And chalk it up to being more observant next time with the big head. Do not pass go, and definitely do not try to get your "money back" or plot revenge. Do not accept "promises" for future dates. Just review it and move on, knowing you've saved others, and cost her thousands in cash with a one honest bad review. Hopefully you did all of your assessing before you gave her that envelope.
11. BTW. The envelope is good for you. Mark it as gift, unless she asks otherwise. Or make it a birthday card. .
Finally, in all cases: If the escort has a bodyguard or driver. Be cognizant, but the rules change. Be savvy enough to play along. She should have reviews. If not. Stay sharp. It's been like this for a long time at least in the New Haven Casual Encounters section. Almost all w4m ads get flagged pretty quickly.
If you use an RSS reader (like Google Reader) you can set it up to collect the craigslist feed, and read the ad content long after the ad has been flagged and removed. Hey All!
Well, I did it! My boyfriend and I went to the Art Cinema on Superbowl Evening. Guess it wasn't the greatest night to go, no one there, damn sports! J / K all you football fans! The place is definitely bigger than I thought, and we tried to sit in the front row of the balcony, but the damn safety railing blocked half the screen (which was really hard to see, seemed dark and blurry). But after a few minutes, I discovered my panties around my ankles and my boyfriend between my thighs. I looked up a condo rental at a resort area. Looked legit, but the price was too good to be true for the area.
The rental agreement emailed to me looked okay, but asked for payment in credit card or money order (red flag).
So I researched the unit in question- NOT owned by the person sending me the contract and NO HISTORY by the association of that unit being a rental unit. Also no one at the association had heard of the person who was advertising in CL.
So, CL is full of bullshit scammers. No one prosecutes them!

Because the ratio is heavy ended Men to Women, you have to work really hard. I did find 2 Gems, but had to do a lot of working and waiting. You will find unattractive women in a reasonably quick time. Then the other problem, if this is a secret relationship, things can get very "complicated" after a while.
Because the Women can cherry pick, you'll have to get some pictures of yourself out there, have to write up a clever description of yourself, and then if you get messaged, its like an interview process to find out about you, because she is probably "interviewing" a handful of Guys.

Berlin Man Arraigned In Rape.
Mete Accused Of Posing As Cop, Robbing And Assaulting Prostitute.

MANCHESTER — A man arrested Friday on charges of posing as an undercover officer and raping and robbing a prostitute was arraigned Tuesday in Superior Court.
Judge Carl Taylor kept Frank Mete's bail set at $500,000. He scheduled his next court date for Dec. 13.
Bail Commissioner Darren Hall said that if Mete posts bail, "federal authorities want to speak with him.
He didn't elaborate, and neither Manchester police Capt. Christopher Davis nor Thomas Carson, a spokesman for the USA Attorney's Office, would comment.
A court document released after Mete's arraignment refers to a federal investigation, however.
Hall said Mete's arrest record dates back to 1977 and includes charges of fourth-degree larceny, disorderly conduct and breach of peace.
The latest allegations, said prosecutor Jaclyn Preville, are "extremely serious.
Mete, 55, of Berlin, faces multiple counts of first-degree sexual assault, first-degree robbery, unlawful restraint, impersonating a police officer and larceny, police said.
Manchester detectives said they have reached out to escorts to see if there might be other victims. One other department, Enfield, received a similar complaint from an escort, police said, and Manchester detectives learned of another possible interaction between a man posing as a cop and a woman in Hartford.
According to the warrant obtained Tuesday, Manchester police received a call on Nov. 7 from a woman who said she was the victim of an armed sexual assault at the Residence Inn on Hale Road.
The woman, described in the warrant as an escort who advertises in www.backpage.com8201; , said she met a man who identified himself as "Bruce" that afternoon in her hotel room. He gave her $200 and, a short time later, said he was "head of Vice in Manchester" and showed a badge. He had a gun in his waistband and handcuffs, she told police.
He handcuffed her while she Sat. On the couch. When she complained that the handcuffs hurt, he removed them and made her sit on the bed, ordering her not to move while he went through her pocketbook, the warrant states.
He took out about $800 and said, "Is this all you got?
She told him it was and pleaded with him not to leave her without money. He left $300, the woman told police.
The man pretended to contact other officers, she told police, but no one else responded.
At one point, he told her she was beautiful and that she was "nice." He told her to continue working and said he would return later. But instead of leaving, he demanded a kiss and a hug and began to "make out" with the woman, she told investigators. The woman was afraid he would further victimize her if she didn't succumb, she said.
He then undressed himself, placed the handgun on a coffee table and forced himself on her in three different ways, the warrant states. Eventually, he got dressed and left.
Enfield had a similar complaint from a woman last week, the warrant states.
In the Hartford incident, according to the warrant, the woman said she was with the man on Nov. 6 and he had "significant difficulty in handcuffing her and was clearly flustered.
