I went with a 90 day and a second refill after that for my first time trying it out. So my doctor got the prescription sent in that same day and I ordered it online the next day. Got an email saying they had shipped it in about 3 days with a tracking number via USPS and it was in my mailbox that Saturday. I ordered Tadalafi, generic Cialis, since that is my favorite of the two. Now here is the best part. They cost .31 cents a piece. Shipping was $4. XX so you can do the math. I don't know and haven't asked my doctor if I could have a prescription for both Tadalafil and Sildenafil. I'm guessing she would try to discourage it cause she already warned me about taking a whole pill might be too much so I should split the pills down to at least half but better to a quarter and see if that is enough to do the trick. Reason is I take a blood pressure med and both of these will drop your BP even more. I did tell her I had already experimented with the dosage of both meds and did go with half a pill.

What I didn't bother telling her was if I planned ahead and new for sure I was going to be visiting an escort or two, I would skip the BP med the night before and take the ED med the next morning. This is when I want an hour or more of fun cause these meds at full strength give me a boner like I had in my 20's and I can go all day if I want to!

I have tried a half of each several times too and that has a slightly different effect where I can't cum very easily. So if your going for a marathon with two escorts or even better at an orgy this combo comes in handy.
