I wanted to add a few more notes to my post about the PM offering:
1) I forgot to mention that I did some web research, and learned that HALF of men in the US over 50 years of age and up to 90% of men older than 80 years experience benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), aka "enlarged prostate" syndrome. I had no idea. I thought it was only 5-10% of older men.
2) Apparently, it's due to our sedentary lifestyle and sitting too much. When we were hunters (chasing prey) and farmers, we would move around enough to "pump" the prostate and keep it healthy. But as we age and slow down, our prostates get old and fat too. A regular, vigorous prostate massage can clean it out and re-establish better circulation to keep the tissue healthy.
3) In Thailand, when I last visited, before the pandemic, I learned that they offer prostate and testicle massages (PM / TM) as a regular men's health practice. It's called jabkasai. The typical pattern for a guy living the life in Bangkok is to go and get a PM / TM in the early afternoon, without ejaculating because it was with an older lady with the training, and then head over to a soapy in the late afternoon for a 2 hour bath / nuru / massage / fuck with a hottie. Then to dinner, which would either be with expat friends or one of your bargirl girlfriends who keep telling you her mother's water buffalo died and she needs $300. After dinner, some drinking in strip club bars in Soi Cowboy or Nana Plaza, where you'd find a gal, pay the bar fine, and have her come back to your hotel. If you paid for ST (short time), you'd wake up and rinse and repeat the day before. If you paid for LT (long time), you'd usually get a BBBJ in the morning, followed by breakfast with her at the buffet, where she'd eat enough for the whole day ahead. I tried this pattern, and it was really fun, but as an older man, I simply couldn't keep up the ejaculatory schedule! I did find that the PM / TM acted like a natural Viagra though. And like medical services, having sex in Bangkok is incredibly cheap. The PM / TM is usually $20, the 2 hr soapy is usually $70, and the evening with a bargirl usually sets you back $100 or so. Anyway, let's send her off with some positive energy and respect, rather than ragging on her because she's older. Dude, you're no spring chicken either.

My own history with Wellcare is this: it was among the first places I ever went when I started hobbying. I think they advertised heavily on CL at the time. I probably went 4-5 times and never saw anyone but Grace, although there were good reviews of the other girls (like Winnie and Angie?) on RB. Grace gave a solid, strong massage and she must have been in great shape because her butt felt like steel when felt up during the finish. Her HJ, at least for me, was too strong and hurried. She would go slower / softer on request, but not for too long. Anyway, I did like her but she was a little on the older side and I eventually gravitated to other places.
This was around 2008-2009 ish.
I went back once in 2020, possibly during the time when most shops were still officially closed. My provider was older than I was hoping for but did a solid job all around. Any recommendations for visitors that are located inside SF?My number one recommendation for you as a user with a handful of posts is to file some reports to build up a little credibility. I see that all four of your posts (as of this moment) are asking for information. The first two are from months ago looking for help in Las Vegas and New York. No reports filed after those trips. People are less likely to want to help you if all you do is sponge from veterans without contributing anything. That goes for the other review site you've recently joined as well.
Second recommendation is to read through many pages of reports to read about places that have been visited and use Google to get more info about specific places you see mentioned. You can learn a lot from doing your own research based on what you read here and elsewhere.
And along with that would be the next recommendation to be more specific with your requests. Asking such a broad question as you did could be theoretically beneficial in getting a wide swathe of responses and options, but more likely it will just be ignored and you'll learn nothing. Something like "I will be staying near Union Square and looking for FS" or ". Near Fisherman's Wharf and looking for a HJ" or whatever could get an actual answer.

My number one recommendation for you as a user with a handful of posts is to file some reports to build up a little credibility. I see that all four of your posts (as of this moment) are asking for information. The first two are from months ago looking for help in Las Vegas and New York. No reports filed after those trips. Before I relate my experience with Winnie, I thought I'd explain why I'm such a fan of the place. I'm not a shill, I promise.

OK, so I TOFTT and set up an appointment with her. She responded via text and was very prompt in getting back to me. Her studio was very clean and professional and while her manscaping prices are kind of on the expensive side, she was actually very thorough and professional and did a great job. I got some areas of my back waxed and she trimmed my nether region with clippers and all told, she spent a good 90 minutes of her time on this and was not in a hurry. If you do a google search on her, she basically runs a porn website where apparently some dudes pay her to film content with her and she does BBBJ and he for some guys. OK, shot in the dark here. I know Island Dream Spa in West Portal has been closed for a few years now, but there was one provider there who threw me for a total loop and who I never saw again. I don't know her name or what days she worked, but for some reason she popped into my mind recently. Normally you would just get the kinda heavier lady who worked the front desk, who gave a really good massage (I actually think she's down the peninsula now), but if she was busy, sometimes it was possible to draw someone else randomly. One of those times, I got a very enthusiastic, relatively young (maybe 30) woman, cute, natural, thin but curvy, who was quick to climb up on the table with me, kissed me, hugged me, cuddled me. I was in SF for the weekend and decided to visit a couple MP's recommended here. Do not recall the names of either of the women however stopped in at Golden Pearl Spa the first night followed by Empire Spa the next as I chose a hotel in the area. My recommendation is to go to both.
Golden Pearl Spa was an older woman with a smoking body who really made sure I was satisfied. Zero complaints with service.
At Empire, Mamasan had an absolute stunning young beauty come to the room who again did not disappoint. I could not have imagined a better body. Slightly less eager than at Pearl but she warmed up quickly.
I did not ask for the lineup at either location. My recommendation is to enter in decent attire and look clean as I was treated to top knotch without the awkwardness of a lineup. Very envious of the SF scene.

I went in to see Grace and met the new owner, who is cute and used to run a successful AMP in SF. She moved out of state for several years but now she's back. Anyway, here are the details:
It's physically the same, with the same rooms and sauna, which are all very clean and tidy now. I dunno what I can add, except that the lighting is better and the towels are new. Winnie and Angie have left for China, and a new staff is starting up on Tuesday 4/18, which kicks off a couple of months of "grand opening" activities.

Will never return, and these sort of shill reviews really don't help.
The situation is so bad in SF these days compared to years past that it's really annoying to get your hopes up and then be presented with these options. It's right next to Goodfellas pizza, across the street from a big gym. It's up a little flight of stairs that lead to the front door.
