This skinny little blond girl named Jill, is from Seatle, she hangs out on the North Side of ECB down by the 15 side only during the day, I picked her up about 1:30 PM she's only going to be down here for a few more days. Cruised ECB around for about a hour so around midnight. The action was quite disappointing. Only saw 3 or 4 BSW's and one fat WSW. The cops were questioning 3 BSW's and arrested on of them later by Hollywood video. Headed on up to east ECB and the action was dead.

Cruised both nights for a little while. Very little to talk about. Went to Wings N things near sdsu and did spot a good looking latina near the adult book store across from the Jack in the Box I think that is about 50th or so. Thought at first she was waiting on a bus. Had dinner saw her again about two blocks down near the no tells. Tried circling back but she got picked up. Real cute girl real nice ass. I think my friend picked up the girl you are talking about Clicker. She was dressed very conservatively sitting at a bus stop. She was just way too good looking to be riding the bus. having the experience of living in bad areas of big cities, I can tel that druggies are dangerous, specially the ones addicted to crack, they can really harm you when they are high because they are always paranoid. I got a couple of bad experiences about 15 years ago in East Los Angeles and South Central LA. Tthey could be cheaper, because you can get them for 5 roses and get a BBBJ but you end loosing more because once inside your car they rob you or can even pull a knife and attack you. Once I paid 20 to one druggie just to get out of my car after she start acting crazy.

Actually a lot of activity between 7-11. Saw blonde Kali she advertises on several web sites, I have never seen her out. She is great looking. Saw Becky breaking in a big red headed girl. A large assortment of bsws. Then saw two good looking blondes. One across from Denny's wearing a white blouse and blue jeans and the other near the video store wearing blue jeans and a white jacket. Well decided to check your town out and the girls of San Diego do not fit the profile of a typical swer. When you think SW'er, crack comes to mind but these girls here are BIG. Tis. I think the girl you are referring to is friends with blonde Kali. I saw both of them out working last week. I know Kali from several websites, she often advertises doubles with Chanel. If you check out any of the major adult sites you will find a picture of both of them. They both had real good reputations until recently. One of the sites has recently reported Kali as a rob. Went out to ECB around 11:30pm this evening. Saw 4 BSW's, 2 LSW's and 2 or 3 WSW's. I was a bit surprised how many SW's were out, considering how slow this week has been. Talked to the 2 LSW's but they were asking 180 to back to their hotel. Also saw this one blonde with wavy hair in her late 20's She was only about 7 or so decided to pass as well. ECB is pretty much the only stroll worth cruising. There is a occasional BSW in national city and a old skank in El Cajon city. I have not seen any SW's worth picking up in other areas in about a year or so.

Might have been the last night of one of the busiest weeks in 20 years. There are 3 girls from Sacramento; 2 WSW and one bsw are all 7-8 range. They look hot but up close, they have damaged skin, scars, bruises, etc. You can search CL and find a brunette (area code 202) with city vibe pictures that are heavily doctored. It seems the action is only a few hours from 1-3 and then picks up again around 630-1030.

The ops out in full force tonight. There were squad cars everywhere. They were cruising side streets, alleys, hanging out near the video store. They had 4 different people pulled over at four different places virtually all night. Only a few girls out, almost picked up latina Jazmine did not recognize her until she got in my car. Declined her services as they suck. Broke down and called sunshine, she is the hottest girl I had ever picked up on the track, she works only off internet now, comes down on the weekends raised her rates but the girl is flawless.
It's a little odd how hard the cops have been cracking down this past week. Last year the cops installed the video cameras and had a big crackdown that killed off a lot of the action until June/July. Just be extra careful and alert. I have also been noticing that the cops tend to hide out more on the south side of ECB. This because it's the blocks are a bit shorter so it's easier to hide out. It's also important to observe and to try and get a feel for how the situation is. Sometimes I will park and observe. This way I can a feel if the cops cracking down or not.

I was in town on business this week and used the forum reports to find the best place to look for some fun. In most cases the cops won't arrest you for loitering unless they catch you in the act with a SW.
If you are caught in the act with a SW, then it is no longer loitering. Therefore, the arresting charges wouldn't be for loitering.

Saw two girls out today. One was a cute latina in jeans. Saw her near the old funeral home now a day care facility. By the time I circled around she was near the video store and hoped in a truck. I saw 3 girls working at the Wendy's corner around 3-4 pm. I couldn't believe they were just standing there in broad daylight while guys lined up in the Wendy's parking lot to talk to them. It looked like a sting but I didn't have time to investigate.

EL CAJON — Police arrested eight people Thursday night during a six-hour undercover operation targeting men soliciting women for sex acts.
A 31-year-old man was arrested on a felony charge of pandering and seven others men, ranging in age from 21 to 35, were issued misdemeanor citations in the sweep, which started at 6 p.m. and ended at midnight, Lt. Tim Henton said.
The 31-year-old was from Santa Maria and the rest were from El Cajon, Henton said.
If the men are convicted of the charges, they could be placed on geographic probation that would prohibit them from certain activities in specified areas.
Information about people who have already been restricted by geographic probation can be found at the El Cajon Police Department's Web site.
Really surprising how many stings were happening last night. As for east ECB the action is very sporadic.
I was out Thursday afternoon between 3-5pm and saw my first sting on El Cajon Blvd. Two girls, one brunette and one blonde was on the corner next to the Wendy's just standing around, not walking. I pulled up next to them and they came up to me, however I told them I was wasn't interested as they weren't totally hot, which is the only ones I go for. The next time I passed there was a cop with lights flashing and some guy pulled over. I did finally pick up some hot girl and she told me there was a sting going on at that location.
Just remember guys, if she asked you what you want before she gets in your car she's a cop. Only discuss money after she gets into your car.

thanks for the reportFull disclosure: I've never picked up on ecb, but over the years over 100 on other thoroughfares in the USA I only mention that to make the point that I'm not new to this, I know a worker from a citizen, and these girls I speak of were working. I've cruised the length of ecb many times over the last couple years (just 2 sightsee) and my hodar has only picked up action on that far east (n. 70) end, after 9pm. Not every night, but enough to know that area is definitely a working zone these days. Qualitywise from their looks, "reasonable" is how I'd describe them on the whole. Better than what I've seen on the west end anyhow. Thanks btw on update of legality risk, which btw is why I'm retired from actual pickups.

I guess the rumors of SW moving east may be true. For the second time this week I saw two really cute black chicks, dare I say spinners wandering around Parks Ave. In short shorts. Mind you, Parks Ave. Is east of 70th.

My experiences there have been mixed. I have picked up the hottest girls on that side of the blade. But the two times police have stopped me were in that area as well. My best luck has been near tubs, really hot looking latinas and light skinned spinner types. I picked up Kennedy there about 4 months ago.
Did the La Mesa PD or the SDPD stop you...? Sometimes the La Mesa PD cracks down up there. But I have not seen many cops on east ECB recently.

I got pulled over by both. La Mesa when I picked up a girl just east of the hotel there. Stupid me went down a cul-de-sac. The girl got it we turned around an a La Mesa cruiser pulled us over. That girl was a smokin hot light skinned spinner. The police seperated us. We both were up front and after a lecture the police cut us both free. The other time I got stopped was near tubs, this was a good looking latina from Vegas. She hopped in we headed west on ecb, I started to see multiple squad cars, they trailed us a few blocks and pulled us over near ralph's. Once again they seperated us, I was upfront she was not. They ran us, she came back with warrants they took her away and gave me a stern lecture. Those were the only times I dealt with police, these incidents were only a couple of months apart. Don't go down there much, but the quality can be outstanding. Like I said the best looking girls I have picked up there.

Had to go to pep boys. Cruised past burger king and undercover had four girls detained sitting on the ground in the burger king parking lot. Saw another girl being handcuffed by a black and white near the 76 station. I wouldn't try to pick up a girl there if you paid me now.
UC usually only stops the SW's on ECB. They will try and follow you to a spot with a SW however. I am really amazed how much cops have been cracking down recently. There is not that many SW's around recently. This whole crack down seems like a wast of police resources. There is roughly the same number of SW's as there was before they started. So the cops have not accomplished much.
I heard recently that as many as 100 sdpd cops are retiring soon. This is due to a potential loss of retirement benefits.

Update:
Got back out on ECB around 8:30 p and saw roughly the same number of SW's. Will keep on cruising for a little while monlonger, but not expecting much. I will probably wait till Friday to cruise. I also discovered that the Arco on Fairmont and Orange av has some of best gas prices locally.

Cruised till around 9:30 and the action never did pick up.
Just got back from a boring cruise of ECB. Only things visible were about 5 BBSW who were not even worth the gas I spent.
Been a lot of news this morning about CL and how there may be a increase in SW's. If there is a increase in SW's then use extra caution. There is a good chance that step enforcement for PR purposes.
Cruised last night around 9pm. The action was fairly slow. Saw Beautiful and 2 other WSW's being questioned across from Burger King. Also saw a few BSW's as well. I found this one possible new WSW across from Hollywood video. Tried picking her up, but she was being fairly picky for some reason. I think she got in someone elses car, but it was hard to tell because it was so dark

If you got some dough to spend, in Jamul there is a place called VIP Classic Cars (http://www.vipclassics.com) Which has some kick ass pussy-catching rides. There was a Morgan 2+2 from the 1950's going for about $20K a couple of years ago. It was totally restored to new condition- Those who know what it takes to restore a Morgan to "new" condition would appreciate it.
The weather is cloudy, but the forecasst calls for lots of sun. Either vehicle is fine. The van sounds like a good idea, The downside is that it will make it harder to tell if the cops are sneaking up on you.
Don't expect to find many SW's. The action has been fairly dead all week.

I saw one very nice slender BSW wearing noting but a see through white tank top and jean shorts.
I saw a solo LSW walking back and forth with pink top, skirts and heals.
I also recall seeing a duo BSW and LSW who acted kinda strange, they entered Starbucks for about a 5 secs and then came back out. Cops were also out in full force.
Memorial Day Weekend is this weekend so will probably see more LE this week. So use extra caution this week all...
Had to run a errand in El Cajon city and cruised Main st. Did not see any action as well. Also cruised east ECB, but did not see any action. Saw blonde Erica and this other petite brunette that was about a 7 or so. Also saw this one fat WSW and a fat BSW.
Update:
Went back out around 8pm and the action picked up a bit tonight. Met this one new young brunette by the laundromat across from the Corvette dealership. I stopped for her and her friend, but she told me that she was only doing incalls and was doing her laundry. She said her name was honey and is about a 8 or so. I will try calling her, but chances are she will try and charge CL prices.
Around 9:30 or so I saw this tall blonde waiting to cross the street by Hollywood video. I was cautious so swung around to see if any cops were lurking around. By the time I circled around she was getting in some other guys car. The blonde looked fairly hot about a 8.5 or so. Kept on crusing, but she never came out again. Also saw Monica, but decided to pass. There was very few cops out, but around 11pm the cops made a few stops almost at the same time. So decided to head on home. Hopefully these new WSW's are a good omen for the week.

CL's new Adult section screening has had relaitively little effect on the street action sadly.

But I could not get in a good position. By the time I pulled over for her she got in someone elses truck. Kept on cruising for awhile, but she did not come out again. I got arrested in a sting operation. I should have known it was too good to be true but the girl was getting out of a car on a side street.
Can anybody offer any advice or a good lawyer. Never been arrested before and this really sucks.
I don't recall agreeing to anything (I say recall because honestly I don't remember). I know she kept asking if 100 was good and I just said if you want a ride and we can talk. I then asked if she was a cop and she said no, 100 or what? I replied to let's talk down the street and then the cops showed.
They say they had me on tape but I don't remember agreeing to anything and I only had 20 bucks on me?
What are chances of getting this dropped or getting out of this without too much damage?

Based on what you typed, it doesn't sound like you made a deal with the cop or anything. I hope you didn't mention any detailed acts or anything like that. Where on the stroll did they pull you over?

Had a frustrating civie date. Cruised about 2 am. Only a couple of bsws out. One was hot. Wearing a black dress, long legs, nice. She got swooped up in a hurry, cruised for awhile hoping she or something else would surface no such luck. Had two girls try to pick me up from their suv near the video store. Look in the yellow pages and there are attorneys that handle these type of cases.
You need to find out what the DA wants to charge you with. Assuming that you did not solicit the decoy then chance are you can beat it. The cops may have arrested you to see if they can make the charge stick or simply to hassle you. You should also try to find out how to obtain a copy or transcript of the tape before contacting a attorney. This way you can use this to consult with several lawyers before choosing one. I suggest visiting the law library or searching the web to find out how to do this.

A cop has threatened to arrest me to cause me trouble when I was talking to a SW last year. If DA really wants to pursue the case you should consider asking for a jury trial if the evidence is in your favor. A lot of times the DA does not want deal with a jury trial for a misdameanor. The question is if the DA is looking to make a example for the sting operation.
It is also important not drive in back if a decoy tells you to. I believe that this consitutes a act of furtherance.
