SDPD reduced vice to one officer at each the substations. Recently Mayor Todd Gloria announced that wants to fill 200 openings and fully fund SDPD. So we will probably see a increase in vice activity. Just remember that things like stopping in the middle of the street to talk to girls would make it very for cops to stop guys and potentially cite them for loitering or solicitation. It is also important to remember that Dalbergia is wide open so LE can spot you from blocks away.

The streets always seem empty when I cruise Dalbergia nowadays. Is there a best time to find girls? I usually check around 5-6 pm when I get off work and its a ghost town.
