I am not surprised that NC LE has been pulling people for circling. The best thing to do is to park and observe if LE is around. NCPD is probably the most most aggressive LE in CA. Part of the problem is that the track is so small. This is why I only make a brief pass by Main and Division.

Over the years, SD became much more "republican" due to lots of jagoffs from red states moving into town, and more uptight in the process. At the same time, North Park was fancying itself as an upcoming place to be, remember when they knocked down the building with the bunch of pawn shops and liquor stores across from Carl's Jr, and put in the (supposed) high-end apartments, with Starbucks downstairs? That was the beginning of the end. With the businesses complaining and the loss of the laid-back approach, LEO simply put a full court press on the girls. And poof, they were gone.
If you recall, this is exactly what Oceanside did a few years prior to SD adopting that tactic. They cleaned up downtown, renamed Hill St, and put a full court press on the working girls. I've observed the scene recently and it's comical. Cars doing uturns everywhere, screeching tires, wrong way drivers, near accidents with cars racing for a scoop.

Anyone ever seen SW in Old Town, up Sports arena Blvd? I saw a lady in a dress, kinda a bit "rough" in appearance. She was there watching traffic and right off the street. Going by my new favorite hobby store I passed the normal stroll. I had to laugh as there was a BSW (darker skin color) out with a big pink umbrella near main and highway underpass. Had some errands to run in south bay today, So made a brief pass by Main & Division and the E st area in Chula Vista. Only saw 2 or 3 fat BSW's and a HSW by Main and division. I was to early, but had no choice.

I would be very surprised if SW's are staying at the Main st Motel. The Main st Motel is not prostitute friendly and had or does have a sign that said so in the past.
