I agree with you regarding the ducking in and out but, in my experience, LE's been pretty active on that end of ECB the last few times I've been down there. I think it might have something to do with the fact that the jurisdictional borders for both the Sheriffs and SDPD happens to be in that area.

I always take SW's a good distance from where I pick the SW. I try and find a area where you can drive in from one direction. I also like to find a dead end street. This lessens the amount of traffic passing through the neighborhood. I also try and drive on empty street. This makes it much harder for LE to follow you. If you pick a SW near Sundown you should use extra caution because there is more people going for a walk. When I picked up Melissa we got interuppted twice. Luckily Melissa did not complain to much.

I was checking BP yesterday and I found Jill and called her. Jill told me that she is out from 11am till 2 or 3pm. This is the same blonde that was in SD about 2 years ago. I finally managed to get together with Jill today around 1pm. I called Jill around 10am and she answered. I was a bit concerned that she gotten arrested or left town. Got a great CBJ for $40. Where can anyone still find sws in this State? According to the forum they're in the Anaheim region, but I can't vouch for that personally. If anyone wants to drive it, Stockon is the only Cal city I've seen that still has a number of WSW any day of the week. I've not picked any up and the the quality isn't great, but they're there. Anywhere else in this great State, cruising is a waste of time.

I didn't spend much time in SF, though I remember it as the only place where I saw a chick working the wankrooms in an arcade. I just got back from going the length of ECB (which I do sometimes to kill a half hour) and there was nothing there anywhere, as usual. I remember when there were tons of sws in Berkeley, in Silicon Valley on the 101, in Santa Rosa, Oceanside. All action in those towns is completely gone. I would guess if you averaged every Cal town with a zone, that the #'s are about 5% of what they were 20 or even 10 years ago, if that.

Decided to go back out for another cruise around 10pm. Cruised both east and west ECB and did not see any SW's. There was a lot of cops on ECB tonight. Saw about 10-12 cop cars on ECB. This does not include the cops that were at the park. This is the most cops I have seen on ECB since Jan or Feb.

My guess is that she probably was not a SW. On rare occasions I have picked up a SW by Texas & ECB. It doesn't hurt to try and see if she is a SW. But use some discretion, because there are civilians on west ECB. There is quite a few non-SW's walking to their cars from Lips. If the girls was wearing day bag, then this is another sign that she is not a SW. You can always wait and see if she gets on the bus. Another way is walk up to the girl and say hello. She will clue you in if she is a SW.
