Decided to cruise Harbor for the first time. I normally like hitting the amps, but it was 11pm and I had the urge for a good BJ. Went by harbor tonight with my friend just driving through and I don't know the exact cross street but I saw atleast 8 different SW in that same intersection. A California sheriff's deputy pleaded guilty Friday to charges he falsely imprisoned prostitutes in order to sexually touch and photograph them under the guise of official police business, according to the Orange County District Attorney's office.
Orange County Deputy Richard Rodriguez, 44, would approach loitering prostitutes -- while on duty, in uniform and driving a marked patrol car -- and tell them he had to "run" them in his system to determine their identities, according to the district attorney's office.
Once in his patrol car, he would drive them to the back of buildings in Garden Grove, Calif., and either touch or photograph them in various sexual positions and poses, threatening to arrest and jail them if they didn't comply.
Rodriguez pleaded guilty to two counts of false imprisonment by fraud or deceit and was sentenced to a year and four months in state prison.
It wasn't immediatley clear whether Rodriguez still works for the county.

Well if it is, it isn't taking the street prices with it! I looked at some west coast CL pages this month, and found very few ho's advertising what I'd call "working-class john" prices. CL is also a vice squad's dream: all they have to do is rent a motel room in a nice part of town, put up a phony incall ad, and wait for guys who have more money than sense to walk into their trap. If CL is the future of the hobby, count me out.

Went up and down Harbor early this morning (about 3AM. 430AM) hoping the fog would let the girls work without hassle from LEOs, unfortunately for me and quite a few mongers, no girls or very few were actually out. The most I saw during my cruise were 4 BSWs, none looking appealing at all. All were near CG, in the side streets and at times at the Taco Place next to the Jack in the Box. I keep hoping the cops will crack down more on CL. But I don't think the cops see this as a big priority. CL has taken a lot of SW's off the streets and this has reduced the pressure from the locals. So my guess is that it's going to take pressure from the Feds and the state attorney general to pressure CL. The recent settlement with CL has been largely ineffective. I have seen little or no appreciable decrease in the number of ads on CL. New Mexico is also investigating CL for a potential violation of it's consent agreement. So it's quite possible that state attorney generals and the feds could decide to take stronger action. I can certainly see this happening since erotic section exists for prostitution purposes. One easy way to reduce prostitution would be for CL to dramatically increase the rates for ads to say $100 per ad.

There are some private clubs on there that provide a lot of information to their members, more than one where providers can not join so that honest discussion can occur without the drama. Try asking some of your buddies on there who share your interests if they know of a club that is focused on them. The private secret clubs do not show in the listing of "all" clubs, for most of those you have to be nominated by an existing member.
The main board there is pretty worthless now that they will not allow explicit language or pictures in the ads and there is no place to post mini reviews.

I was at the block in orange and noticed a good number of shops closed. Pretty bad recession. I guess I didn't realize how bad it was until I took a stroll down the track around 10: 30pm. Lets just say in a matter of 10 minutes, I must have seen at least 12 SW of all variety working. Also found a sweet spot hidden on Haz on the other side of JB where a group of 4 cute WSW were working. Hadnt seen this many girls on the track since 2003 when I first started to monger. Didn't end up getting a date, as I was just curious to see what was out there, but I'm sure there were more than a few good deals out there.

I have been doing this for a long time and I will be the first to admit that there are some bad "girls" out there.But if a guy picks up a SW and she is planning to rob him, then most likely they won't take them back to a hotel room. There are on occassion some stupid SW's that will do so.But it doesn't make sense to rob someone at your hotel,especially if she is sharing the room with another girl.All that does is bring heat on them.
It sounds more like she is a turn out and doesn't know what she is doing. I have had plenty of people come to my hotel and they left fully satisfied and totally safe. There is no way that I would risk having some one report me to the front desk or le, over a few dollars.
But as I said before, not everyone uses common sense~~especially not nowadays. I wouldn't necessarily get on the freeway with someone, unless I knew them fairly well.But the freeway beats driving down HB, especially since the hotels are so spread out in most areas.

Found something incredibly rare today on Harbor - a SW walking around in the daytime! This WSW was walking towards 5th around 3:00 this afternoon when I snapped these photos. She ended up getting into a minivan parked in front of the donut shop on Harbor and 5th. Wow... this was the first time in two weeks or so that I've seen a SW in the afternoon.

The Harbor track realistically runs from the 5 fwy in Anaheim to the 405 in Costa Mesa. However, the highest concentration of SW's will generally be found between Westminster and Mcfadden in the Santa Ana city limts. Such non stop light side streets like Century, Washington, and Camille often have SW's tucked away. Hazard, 1st, and Fifth are intersections that contain activity. This is the best area to find SW's in the late night/early morning hours. Yes, the daytime can yield sw's in these areas too.
If in Anaheim, between Orangewood and Chapman, but not much action as of late. Further south into Fountain Valley and Costa Mesa, you may find a straggler or two, but it's not a congregation area like Hazard.
LBB runs from the 91 fwy to the 105 fwy. This track gets hoppin' during the day, and for some reason dies off at night. Between Myyrh and Alondra are usually pumpin', but there are Ho's closer to the 105 near the King Taco and Chicos. You may also get lucky near the Compton Shopping Center. Don't get too close to Josephine (near 105) as they recently installed a SW surveillance camera.
Figueroa is best from Vernon to Imperial, with most of the hotties being found in one of three areas: 92nd to about 112th, between Florence and Guage (60's), and the upper 40's. You can find some stragglers in between those areas, but watch out, they may be crack ho's, especially when you hit the 120's to El Segundo Blvd.
IMO, car dates are more acceptable when p/u a Ho' on HB, just get a few blocks off the track and stay out of the industrial area where LE lurks and shines lights. LBB and Fig are rougher neighborhoods so I'd recommend a cheap notel when making a p/u.

On a side note, I usually end my cruising at LBB by visiting King Taco...love those Carne Asada and Al Pastor tacos with plenty of that green salsa! Even on the days when the 8+ ho's aren't out in full force, a 9+ taco makes up for it! Cops love that place too, so its safer than other places in the hood.

Sorry folks, I've got no photos to share because, as usual, I can't find any SWs in the daytime. But last night I got to see someone's car get towed away. This happened at 10:00 last night in the parking lot of the auto parts place on Harbor and Washington. I was driving north on Harbor when I saw two cops talking to a guy who had a BSW sitting in the passenger seat. Since I was bored because there were hardly any SWs out, I decided to park at the mechanics shop across the street to see what was going on. The cops got the BSW out of the car, talked to her for a few minutes, then let her walk away (not sure if the cops gave her a ticket, or if they just let her off with a warning). After the cops talked to the guy for a few minutes, the guy reaches into the back seat, pulls out a couple of bags, and starts walking away from the car. I'm assuming the cops must have given him a ticket to appear in court later, but I couldn't tell from where I was sitting. As he's walking away, a tow truck shows up and tows his car away. After the tow truck and cop car left, I drove back north on Harbor and saw the guy waiting at the bus stop on Harbor and Westminster. Bummer!

Took a quick cruise on HB late last night and found nothing. A few ... maybe 4 BSWs but nothing that made me stop and wait. Now I have a question on why some(ok most) of us (it includes me) keep looking towards the track and mostly end up paying 0.8 for car-dates. There are often better,more and guaranteed options on CL in the 0.8-1.0 range and it definitely means not having to drive around as much and it (in my mind - if you are smart with your CL choices) involves less risk of bust and a easier environment to .... umm - perform.
Unless you are talking FS session for 0.6 on the street, Does it not make sense to pay 0.8 to 1.0 on CL - take the guarantee and minimize (you can never eliminate) the risk in the hobby ?
Looking forward more perspectives into this - "obsession with the street" we all share!

Cruised down Harbor from the 22 until Edinger at 130p today and did not see a soul. Ran into a cop leaving a notel around Edinger.
Then cruised back northbound on Harbor at about 430p today and nothing.
I guess the day time stroll is not active. LBB normally is active during these times. I was hoping for a SW action to brighten my day but I guess I just have to look forward for more rain this weekend.

There are often better,more and guaranteed options on CL in the 0.8-1.0 range and it definitely means not having to drive around as much and it (in my mind - if you are smart with your CL choices) involves less risk of bust and a easier environment to .... umm - perform.
Unless you are talking FS session for 0.6 on the street, Does it not make sense to pay 0.8 to 1.0 on CL - take the guarantee and minimize (you can never eliminate) the risk in the hobby ?
Looking forward more perspectives into this - "obsession with the street" we all share!
I have a bit of experience with both. I am actually More nervous in a motel room than I am on the street. The risk of a sting (with LEO in the next room), or a Pimp waiting in hiding. Always check out the room(s) including the bathroom (shower), closets, even check the drapes. Also check elsewhere in the Guide for tips on how to close the deal with the minimum risk. There are risks if the provider (or her Pimp) are renting the room; not the least of which are hotel security videos recording your pressence. I really don't want the records created if I rent a motel room using a credit card. Risks (of a different kind) can be much greater in a motel where you can do a cash only transaction for a room.
If you follow many of the suggestions throughout the USA SG then you have a much better opportunity to see what the provider Really looks like. Too many providers on Craig's List are using out of date, or down right fake photos. If a monger remains observant there is much less chance of getting caught in a Sting. Especially since I have Never heard (any credible) reports of a LEO decoy getting into a monger's vehicle. Especially if you wait until after you have gotten a few blocks away from the "Stroll" or other pick-up site to begin negotiations there should be no chance of a Sting.
One of the biggest difficulties is finding a location to do whatever act(s) are agreeded upon. It is a Very Good Idea to cruise an area before you monger there. If possible check it out during daylight, and/or go out on an evening without planning to pickup a SW. Just see what the scene is like. Pick several areas to park, at LEAST several blocks from the stroll. Park there and see if people notice, a security guard, cops passing by, or other pedestrians or nosey neighboors. You should have several potential locations (and then NEVER LITTER) or do other things to Ruin "your spot" by leaving Evidence of what you do there. Be very careful about using a location selected by a provider!
Your choice of vehicle is at least as important as your selection of a location. Some vehicles can be difficult (to say the least) to commit some acts. Choose your "monger mobile" with due consideration; possibly a cheap used car from Craig's List or a public auction (especially if LEO in your area uses seizure tactics against Suspected mongers). An inexpensive vehicle that will not stand out is a good choice. Also try to get a reliable vehicle, and see that it gets basic maintenance (do you want to breakdown on or near a stroll?). Also ensure that there are NO out tail lights, turn signals, expired liscence tabs, or any other excuse for LEO to pull you over. If you have a Significant Other (or wife, etc.) you could tell her its a "Snow Car" (tell her you just drive it on occasion because "its bad for a car to sit for too long") AND you Can use it on snow days, or when your primary car is in the shop.
If I meet a provider who provides reasonable service, either from the street, or Craigs List, I try to get her phone number. If possible I prefer to meet a "regular" at a location other than a stroll. A local shopping mall, fast food joint, etc. It is extremely unlikely that you might get caught in a sting, none-the-less, do not be wonton. Also NEVER discuss "business" over the phone; make sure you tell your regular provider(s) that too; face to face. I tell them if they discuss business over the phone they will Loose my business (at least on that occasion). (IMHO it is almost inconcievable that LEO would be using a wiretap or whatever on a provider and/or monger. And nearly as little a chance they would be commiting so elaborate a Sting for a misdemeanor; but why take unnecessary chances?)
These are among my reasons for choosing the street over Craigs List. YMMV, as may local conditions. I consider, and may use either option on occasion. Be aware many providers who use Craigs List ALSO walk the streets. It can be to a Moger's advantage to check CL before going out crusing; you may recognize a provider! (Still make sure you do the checks in every case.) Be SMART, be Safe (at least as much as you can be.)

For me, it is all about the spontaneity - not knowing what I'm going to encounter. With a CL provider (or similar), you have to set up an appt, and I just don't like to be tied down to time constraints with a provider. Plus, with a SW, I get a chance to interview her in person, rather than take that risk once inside her room.
When I'm on the street, I decide if I want to make a pick up or not - I control the environment, not her. If you need to nut and don't have the time nor the patience to cruise, then yes, CL or Hpx would be a better option. I run my own biz, so I'm not confined to an employer's hours.
Again, everyone has different preferences; this is just mine.

Well guys, I have been to T. J multiple times but what surprised me was thAt me and my buddy are mexican and we can kind of blend in, but we were walking thru the alley behind honk kong and A. B and we made a lef at the street where the alley end and while we were almost getting to the top of the hill, that's where it happened. I am going to strta going to some MMPS* Mexican Massage Parlors, these are great they advertise in the mexican newspapers and you call them and they quote you over the phone, when you get there it's ussually an apartment or a hotel room, they have two or three girls to choose from, and the service is good, I will hit up one today.

I haven't really hunting in OC for a long time, so I figured tonight I'd give it a go. I started on 405 and headed up Harbor to 22. Nothing presented itself so I took 22 to Beach and went north. A bsw showed up around Lincoln but that's not what I was looking for, so I turned right and to the 5, getting off again on Harbor. Harbor was empty until after 22, then I saw two large bsw north of Westminster. At the station on Westminster I finally found what I wanted, two young lsw hotties. When I pulled up they were asking so many questions like am I crazy and will I hurt them. I told them to get in before LE decides to join our party, but they just couldn't do it. These girls were really new to the track, and rather than babysit two newbies I told them to forget it and drove off. Too bad, cause either one would have been fantastic, and I'm betting I could have tagged both.

Cruised Harbor last nite after the Ducks Game about 1030p.
Found some BSW between Fifth and First. One was like a 4, another was walking away was probably a 7. Not to be racist but it was hard to see some of the black chicks last nite they were all hanging out in the dimly lit streets or on the corners with no lights and wearing black miniskirts.

Finally found me some SWs during my late lunch break yesterday. Both of these pics were taken around 1:30 on Harbor and Washington. After I took the shot of the BSW, she started yelling at me, but I couldn't hear what she was saying. Had some time to cruise last night (Monday) and decided to check the scene on Beach. Beach/ Buena Park just was too hot and for some reason and besides I just do not know enough to scout that area. Hopped on the freeway and back on HB and picked up an average looking (face=6, body=5) WSW Layla from the bay area near the north-end of the cruise. Touchy feely test once she hopped in, I offered her 0.4. She gladly accepted and we drove to my spot.
This is where it got better. My gut tells me he was another UC 'cause after about 30 minutes, I witnessed the girl in cuffs and the truck had vanished. No way a tow had got in that quick.
Bottom line: Don't pay any attention to the ho's that tell you that tuesdays and thursdays are "vice nights." Any day, any time, vice can be out. Watch your backs fellas.

The girls like to stand on side-streets now and hope that those who "know" the track will find them in hiding. I know where to look, but most don't so simply staying on the Blvd. could yield zero prospects.
This certainly did not used to be the norm, but in the case that you don't see any ladies walking on the main drag, do a loop on the back streets near California Girls. Washington is the street on the north and Hazard is on the south. You'll wanna' check Hazard on the west side of HB near the J in Box. If you find Layla, grab her, she's a solid 9!

I was down on the Balboa Peninsula today, and I was leaving driving up Newport Blvd, and right across from Triangle Square on Newport Blvd is a Donut Place and a Chicken Place. Its 1 light away from 19th and Newport Blvd. Anyway, 2 HOT BSW's were working that area. One was really light skinned and the other one was dark. SANTA ANA - A young woman who was found bleeding from multiple stab wounds early this morning died hours later at a hospital, police said.
Felicia Brown, 23, of Pacoima was found unconscious in a strip mall at Harbor Boulevard and Hazard Avenue, said Santa Ana police Sgt. Theron Reed.
Moments earlier, an officer was flagged down at 12:50 a.m. in the 3800 block of W. Hazard regarding a woman who had been stabbed, said Sgt. Theron Reed.
Brown was rushed to a hospital where she underwent emergency surgery, but she died as a result of her injuries, Reed said.

Saw Garden Grove's "finest" keeping their city much safer around 9:30pm on Wed. Was heading north and just before Trask, I saw some high heels sticking out of the bus stop. I turned at Trask and went back into the parking lot of that shopping center from the north entrance. One of two things: Either the driver was an actual John and they released him 'cause they had no evidence of a crime being committed, or he was another UC. My gut tells me he was another UC 'cause after about 30 minutes, I witnessed the girl in cuffs and the truck had vanished. No way a tow had got in that quick.

I went out sometime during the middle of last week. The exact day I am not too sure about. Sorry for being really late on this, but below are all the Harbor SW pictures I took for the entire month of March.
On Thursday 3/5 around 4:30, I found the BSW with the green and white striped sweater walking between Orangewood and Chapman heading towards the JITB. Because of all the traffic, I decided to park at the two-story motel across the street from the JITB, then run up the stairs so I could get a clear shot of this girl from the 2nd floor.
On Monday 3/9 I actually found two SWs! The WSW with the glasses was standing outside the JITB on Harbor and the 22 a little after 2:00. I guess she looks kind of cute from far away, but up close I could see her big belly and her thighs that were jiggling like crazy when she walked. Also on 3/9 after 3:00 I took the pic of the BSW in the black jacket and blue jeans on the corner of Harbor and Washington.

Here's some Harbor pics from the past two afternoons. On Tuesday I found five different BSWs between Lampson and Orangewood, but I could only get a decent shot of one of them. The picture of the BSW in the plaid shirt and holding the pink bag was taken on Harbor and Lampson just before 2:00. She later did a costume change and came back out wearing a pink outfit. This picture was taken as she was approaching Chapman just before 3:00.
Yesterday afternoon I took a picture of this same BSW (she's always carrying that pink bag) standing on the corner of Harbor and GG Blvd. with a cute petite BSW wearing a red and white striped shirt. I think this SW's starting to recognize me, because when I tried to take another shot of the two of them walking towards Orangewood, they saw me and quickly walked into one of the motel parking lots.
And finally, the two pictures of the WSW and BSW were taken around 2:30 yesterday between 5th and Hazard. Before I took these shots, I saw them walking towards 1st, so I pulled into the Burger King parking lot and tried to get the WSW's attention. The BSW got angry and yelled to the WSW, "You see? Here’s my report for this week.
Got a chance to see HB at night on Monday and Tuesday from 10:30 – 12:30.
I could not believe the action on Monday. First pass saw 3 BSWs and 1 LSW. At about 11 it really picked up, I saw at least 20 different SWs between Chapman and McFadden.
Several set up shop on different corners on Westminster.
LE was out in force big time! SA’s and OC’s finest. I just parked at the 76 and watched the show as mongers picked up SWs and LE was swarming around. Never saw anyone pulled over or being talked to. Only thing was LE stopped after passing a SW and waited on the side of the road shinning the spot light in all the cars that passed him.
At midnight all the LE went away.
Picked up Candy, a skinny blond WSW in thigh high boots with a southern drawl, at the winner place. She said that SA LE has been cracking down. She got picked up Friday night in the neighborhood behind CGs and again on Sunday afternoon on HB and Westminster.
Tuesday there was almost no LE and only about 12 SWs out and about. That sounds weird, “only”, after only seeing HB during daylight hours. I did not partake.

Hit the Harbor Track between the 22 and Warner about between 2-3 am Lots of girls of all varieties. Noticed that a group congregated around the motel just past Westminister; another couple by the 7 eleven at First and another 3-4 at the shopping center with northgate market at first. None of the girls seemed to be walking. Lots of mongers out there. I will say the some of the girls looked great, much better quality than I have seen in a long time. Monday 5/19 – The one in the Island print top is Asian or Pacific Islander, bit heavy for my tastes, but a pretty face. One was in front of the liquor store off of trask, just south at westminster at the gas station and one in the shopping center near 1st. The one near 1st was the last one I saw. I cruised Harbor last night for the 1st time in like months. It was dead a few months ago and there was such a heavy LE presence, so I've been sticking to AMP's the last few months.
Since I was off today, I decided to just cruise up and down Harbor last night at about midnight.
It was dead going up from 405 to 22 but when I circled back down I saw a chubby BSW or Dark Skin LSW on Harbor and 1st. Not impressed enough to stop, I kept driving and just 1-2 blocks south of 1st, I saw a decent LSW (5'7" thick, dirty blonde) that looks like one of the girls in the Pics posted by one of you guys.
I was going about 45, so it was hard to tell in the dark? Does the same LSW working in the day, work this late? I'm wondering whether the daytime SW's also work late at night or is it a different shift of girls?
Anyways, I was way too slow picking up the LSW. By the time I circled back at the next street light, I saw some green civic behind me you-turn before the lights along with a couple other cars/trucks.
Both SW's were gone less then 3mins after I circled back. Can't believe it? I think I'm too cautious or conservative, trying to avoid the obvious attention.
I didn't see that many LE's around like you guys posted but I could've missed them, being out of the street scene so long.
However, I did see 1 unmarked white UC LE, parked hidden behind the main entrance of the California Motel. I'm assuming they're the support/back up team that swoops in.
The street scene is really exciting with an adrenaline rush but there's just way too many elements to think about. I dread getting busted or getting peeped or worse possibly filmed by that creep in the white honda. And. The SW's aren't even close to the level of MP girls anyways. Granted the prices are much cheaper. The risk-reward to me isn't worth it.
I'll still cruise that strip and report if I see anything but I'm more likely to stick to the established MP's.
After getting shut out, I decided to go that Irvine Condo that's always posting on CL. I'll post that report in the MP section.
