The woman's stolen truck is a bright blue 2006 Toyota Tacoma with the Baja Mexico license plate number of AL 15852.
Epperson couldn't say how long the woman had been in Costa Mesa.

Spent some time on hb, between 22 and 405, this past Thursday and Friday between 5 and 8.

Thanks Fairwinds. To be honest, the only reason why I bought a camera was so that I could take similar SW photos that guys like you, Ricman, Misfit, etc., have posted. And actually, it's gotten easier for me to take pics, as I've discovered a few really good parking spots to take them (which I'm sure you can tell from the backgrounds that you tend to see over and over again in a lot of these photos).

The track was crackin tonite with SW's and LE! Saw like three girls get arrested! Bummer cause there was some talent tonite! I was out on the Beach and Harbour strolls last night. The Beach area a little thin early, 9 to 11 pm but they can be found. I arrived 1:15 am to 2:30am on Monday night/Tuesday morning and there was lots of SW's out.
I saw 2 WSW's, both in the 6-8 range and about 10 different BSW's in the 4-8 range. Primarily concentrated around Hazzard but going out as far as the 22 on one end and McFadden on the other end. And surprisingly, no LE out the entire time.

I noticed she didn't get picked up the whole time I was there; I'm sure her prices were scaring mongers away. Actually very few girls were getting picked up. Little late with this report, but I was not able to get on line this weekend.

Guys this is a good one. But given the them number of SW's on ECB recently I would not be surprised. So it's important to use extra caution. As for OC I have heard from many SW's that they are avoiding OC, because the cops crack down harder up there. I don't cruise OC/LA to often so it's hard to tell. I will be cruising tomorrow and possibly Wednesday so should have a better idea then.

Cruised HB yesterday and today from the 22 to Warner, between 3 and 5. Tuesday, 2 BSWs, 1 shinny and one not, and 1 skinny WSW. Wednesday, saw the same skinny BSW and skinny WSW together. Being on this forum for a long time, but I never have a chance to post because I'm very new to this hobby.
I finally had a chance today to go up north on harbor all the way from costa mesa to rowland heights, even though I don't have a report for all of you, just my first experience, so please don't flame me.
I realized is very hard to watch both side of the streets while watching the heavy traffic during rush hour. How did you guys do it? LOL
However, I did think I saw two BSW near harbor and mcfadon but they are quickly approach by a SUV. But due to lack of my experience. I can't really tell if they are SW or just plain civilians.
When I came back from rowland height around midnight, I took 57 south then 22 west and exist harbor and going south again toward 405. And looks pretty quiet tonight.
I have few questions for the experts and please help me answer them =)
I think the area that SW wonders are just from endinger to the street before Disneyland right? Because when I was driving today, after I pass disneyland, harbor becomes neighborhood area.
How do you spot SW at night? It is almost impossible with the vision and all the green light and you can't stop and take a good look. Do they go into parking lot or you have to camp in the parking lot to wait for them?

A few more Harbor pics I took this week: last Thursday around 5:30, as I was sitting in the Jack in the Box parking lot on Hazard finishing my burger, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw a WSW wearing a plaid skirt standing by the JITB entrance. So I turned around and snapped a pic of her. Right after I did that, a cop pulls up and starts talking to the girl. After five minutes, he let her go. I didn't see him give her a citation, and I never saw her hand him an ID, so I guess he just gave her a warning. On Friday around 5:30, I took a photo of two BSWs taking a break near 1st. Later that night, at 7:30 I saw the super-skinny WSW talking to a cop in front of the Bank of America close to Chapman. The cop handed her something which I'm assuming was a citation. However, he let her go, and as I was driving away, she was walking towards Chapman while all the tourists were looking at her with a mixture of horror and amusement. Apparently, this experience didn't bother her, because this afternoon at 5:00 I saw her talking to another cop near the corner of Harbor and Trask. I tried to take a picture of this, but by the time I finally had a good shot, she was already walking towards Trask, and the cop was turning back onto Harbor. Finally, the last picture you see of the light-skinned BSW was taken today a little after 5:00 outside the Target on Chapman.
So many of the WSW's dress scantily. So as a result they draw unneeded attention from the cops. Most of the SW's don't seem to realize that the cops always target the best looking WSW's. When a SW walks around with half their ass showing it stirs the ire of the locals as well. If the girls continue to dress like this in OC. I am sure the cops will run them out of town. Saw who I thought was the thin SW we all have been seeing lately. It was 3PM this afternoon and she was sitting at the bus stop just north of Fifth on Harbor. Another day, another prostitution sting on Harbor. I came across this one tonight a little after 7:00 at the corner of Harbor and Woodbury, a couple of blocks south of the 22. I noticed two women standing in front of the Macro auto parts store - a blonde, somewhat masculine-looking woman, and a cute Hispanic wearing pink shorts and a pink shirt. I immediately thought this was odd, because I've never seen SWs standing around at this particular corner of Harbor. About 20 minutes later, I drove back to this corner, and again the two women were standing in front of the store. So I turned onto Woodbury, drove down to the end of the street where the OCTA transit office is located, and sure enough I saw a bunch of cop cars and tow trucks sitting in the OCTA parking lot. As I was making a u-turn to head back to Harbor, I saw a cop car racing to the corner to catch some poor guy who got fooled by one of the decoys.
Since I had nothing else to do tonight, I decided to park my truck across the street from the Macro store to see some more of the action. As I made my way across the street, I saw a guy (probably a cop?) sitting in a brown F-150 parked at the tire shop across the street from the Macro store, and another guy/cop sitting in a white Trailblazer at the used car lot right next to the tire shop. Once I found a place to park, I sat there for about an hour, and saw three other decoys taking turns standing around and waiting for guys to drive up. These other three decoys were all young and hot - there was a tall blonde wearing a white skirt, black top and long black boots; another decoy was a short blonde wearing a black skirt, leopard print shirt, and black boots; and the third decoy had long dark hair, wore black pants and a black and white striped shirt. Since it was dark outside, I couldn't take pictures of any of these girls.
During the hour that I was sitting across the street, there was a steady stream of guys who drove up to talk to one of the decoys. The decoy would stand outside the guy's car and talk to him, then she'd point to the back of the Macro parking lot, the guy would drive over to where she was pointing to, and the cops would come racing over to catch the guy. At no point did I see any of these decoys get into the guys' cars, or pull open their shirts to let the guys touch them, or reach down in the car to touch the guy. One cop car chased after a guy who made a quick turn onto Harbor and tried to get away; he only drove a couple hundred feet before pulling over. And at one point I saw two cops grab an actual non-decoy BSW that was walking past the Macro store, throw her into their cop car, and drive her down to the OCTA parking lot. I guess they didn't want the BSW interfering with their sting. Finally around 8:30 I turned onto Harbor and drove home. I hope none of you guys got caught up in this.
We always here the cops whine that they don't have enough officers. I am always amazed that the cops are willing to expend so much resources on prostitution when there is so many gang members around. The sad thing is that the cops the inexperienced nail the guy who is driving by just looking for a good time. The worst thing is that the cops make a federal crime out of it and haul the guys to jail for a misdameanor...!! Years ago the cops would simply give guys and misdameanor ticket and let them head on home.

Not a frequent poster but a fairly frequent monger, and wanted to add my two cents to tonights activity on Harbor. After cruising the previous couple nights from Orangewood to Edinger and finding nothing thought I would try another night, but didn't expect much.
The north side of Harbor was dead but as soon as I passed the 22 going south saw the same decoys mentioned in the previous post. Right away I thought it was very odd and the girls looked out of place. Kept on going south and didn't see anything else. Turned at Edinger for return trip and saw a BSW around the 7-11 and then 2 BSW's and a WSW in a parking lot further north but still in SA. Then I noticed a couple tow trucks on Harbor. While not uncommon, too many trucks always make me think that LE is active. Which leads me to my point, what warning signals do you guys pay attention to? Here are a few of mine.
1) Several tow trucks on the streets. Fuel cost money for them, they aren't driving around just looking for business.
2) Girls out of place. GG is pretty tough on the girls so when you see them working so blatantly in a normally dry area, be aware.
3) LE sitting on side streets or parking lots. Not uncommon, but if you see more than one doing so, especially in different spots, could be a reason why. Ditto if there are unmarked vehicles with guys just sitting for any period of time. Somebody is watching something.
4) Girls who just 'seem out of place'. Either in dress, looks or action. If it looks TGTBT, sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't, but why take unnecessary risks?
5) While girls can be working anytime of day, there is some warning to me at the 7-9p. M. Hours.combined with previously mentioned items, that really sets off the radar to me to be extra cautious.
What do you guys think? Are there things that make your warning radar go off as well?

I agree 100%. It makes me angry when I see LE spending so much time and manpower on an activity that doesn't hurt anyone. We're the only country in the world that's so paranoid about sex. Imagine having your car taken away and you hauled off to jail for just being a little horny.

The locals do have a legitimate complaint when they find condoms in their neighborhoods. I tell the SW's not to throw condoms out the windows. If a SW throws the condom out the window. I will get out and pick it up. The other problems is that if have a good spot it leaves a red flag. Minors are also a issue, but it's way overblown. Cracking down on prostitution is a easy way for the cops to generate good PR. The cops should be cracking down on pimps since they are ones who chase the girls and cause the problems.

These other three decoys were all young and hot - there was a tall blonde wearing a white skirt, black top and long black boots; another decoy was a short blonde wearing a black skirt, leopard print shirt, and black boots; and the third decoy had long dark hair, wore black pants and a black and white striped shirt. Since it was dark outside, I couldn't take pictures of any of these girls.
During the hour that I was sitting across the street, there was a steady stream of guys who drove up to talk to one of the decoys. The decoy would stand outside the guy's car and talk to him, then she'd point to the back of the Macro parking lot, the guy would drive over to where she was pointing to, and the cops would come racing over to catch the guy. A few minutes later, I'd see a tow truck pulling the guy's car away. At no point did I see any of these decoys get into the guys' cars, or pull open their shirts to let the guys touch them, or reach down in the car to touch the guy. Some of the guys were wise to what was going on, and drove off after talking to the girls for a few seconds. One cop car chased after a guy who made a quick turn onto Harbor and tried to get away; he only drove a couple hundred feet before pulling over. And at one point I saw two cops grab an actual non-decoy BSW that was walking past the Macro store, throw her into their cop car, and drive her down to the OCTA parking lot. I guess they didn't want the BSW interfering with their sting. Finally around 8:30 I turned onto Harbor and drove home. I hope none of you guys got caught up in this.

The reason they do not move around is because if a decoy was to be picked up by one of the assholes who hurt girls then that is really bad in all kinds of ways.
They do not move because they have that area secured and as safe as can be.
Just fyi... lots of LE on the track between the hours of 1-2 am late Sun, early Mon. Only saw SW action in SA, but GGPD and APD were out crusin' too.
My instincts told me that it was not the right night to make a pick-up, so I decided to head south, back to the 405. After three weeks, I finally found a couple of reasons to take my camera out on Harbor. Around 4:00 this afternoon, I found a blonde WSW walking towards 1st. A cop stopped her outside the Burger King. I took a few pictures of her talking to the cop, and drove away. They must have had a lot to talk about, because almost 30 minutes later, I drove past and saw the two of them still chatting away. She spent most of the time smiling and laughing (as you can see from one of the pics), so maybe the cop was just flirting with her. C'mon kids, get a room! He finally let her go, and she got in her car and drove off.

Sorry for the late report guys but here goes. I had Monday off so I made my way to the track at midnight, boy it really gets quiet that time of the week and morning. Saw a few scattered BSW's from McF north, driving south from Westminister when I saw a BSW near the bus stop, LE then came out of nowhere , pulled up in front of her honked then drove away, strange? New guy here long time reader, first time poster.
So I live by HB and McF and I see the track all the time, but haven't tested the waters yet. I read on here a couple of times about First St. the mcd's parking lot, so I cruise on over there to check it out. Good Advice Mc Hawker. Like you I have been in the hobby for quite some time and one of the biggest things you point out is also one of the most important. No cop will ever get into your car so before you talk about anything ask the girl to get and or if she need a ride. (Any good working girl will know that you are looking for a date). Here is some other info that I got from a buddy I know that is LE. First of all the only city along Harbor that has a real "vice" unit is Anaheim. The other cities will either have the regular cops patrol Harbor or their other undercover guys that work drugs will do it "part time. " Now if you drive up and down HB several times and talk to several girls you can be arrested, not for prostitution but for the intent to commit prostitution but that doesnt happen that often. Something else you can be arrested for is having sex in public (ie taking a SW down a dark street and doing the deed in your car). Cops will follow you in plain cars if they see you pick up a girl so you have to be careful. I don't pick up SW that often because it is very risky and I have found more luck from AMP and the internet but the most important thing is to use your head and not the one between your legs. If you feel like something is wrong then drive away because it is not worth the risk.

Hey everyone,
Went cruising in the fog last night around 1pm. Saw a HSW at Westminster and HB at the gas station across from Mcdees. This site does not support video. You would have to upload the video to a site like MegaUpload or some other free streaming video site. Then post the link here. I find pictures capture a girl walking the street better than video. Now if you get her in the car then by all means bust out the video cam if she agrees to be videotaped while going down on you. Hit the track last night at 7:30, no action at all on the first two passes.

Some say that the LE check is to prevent entrapment but there have been many debates on the boards as to whether the entrapment argument would hold up in court or not. The main reason is the safety of the decoy. No, you are very misguided. First off, you don't want to get stopped at all. So whether or not something incriminates you is neither here nor there.
The reason you don't talk with the girl outside the car is that LE won't run the risk involved if the officers were to get in the car. But just in case, you grab tit and have her grab cock. There is not a female officer alive that is going to let dudes do this to get an arrest. So if the girl gets in your car, its about 99% she is not a cop. If she touches you, 100% she is not a cop. Then once you know that, you can proceed however you like.
On another note, the only way to make sure you don't incriminate yourself should you get pulled over is to STFU. You have rights, use them. By keeping quiet. If the officer asks "what are you doing in this area", your response needs to be "am I under arrest?". If the answer is yes, then invoke your right to STFU. If no, then ask if you are free to leave. If the answer is "yes", get the fuck out of dodge. If it is "no" then invoke your right to STFU. Give up your drivers license and registration and thats it.

Anyhow, decided to check things out for old time sake last Tuesday morning (11/18) around 2:30AM. I was shocked at all the action between Hazard and Westminster: over a dozen very VERY doable walkers scattered about (some even clustered together in groups of 3 or more), and not at all shy. However, the stretch was lousy with cruisers and mongers so I thought it best to look and not touch. Now here's where it gets crazy. Just as I was on my last lap before heading home, I see about 6 BSWs encircled around and viciously kicking the holy crap out of some poor guy/girl curled up on the street. Yes, actually "kicking", and they didn't seem to be interested in stopping.
I figured I should take that as just one more reason to keep the hell off of Harbor.
I had a meeting at the Embassy Suites off the 55 and Dyer today, and they gave me a free room to use. So I though, cant let this room go to waste. So I was getting into my car to drive to Harbor, and right when I got in the parking lot, some white guy was walking out of the hotel with this hot black babe.
She smiled at me, and I new she had to been working (because the guy was around 60). I smiled back, and she kept on walking. Then she stopped and looked back over her shoulder. She told the guy she was with to hold on, and then walked back over to me. She said to me "whats up, you looking for some fun." I said, damn right. So she told me to wait a minute. She walked over to the guy, gave him a hug, and he took off, then she walked back over to me. I thought BINGO!!!!
Anyway, her name is Tiffany, and she is staying at the Motel 6 on the other side of Dyer and the 55. Long story short, I took her up to my hotel, and had a great time. She did a dance, and grinded my for about 10 minutes. Wish I had the camera in my room but it was in my car. Ended with an excellent BBBJ with CIM for $60. I actually couldn’t believe it myself. That’s never happened to me. But I will say, Ive seen a lot of action at that Embassy Suites before and if you go under the 55 to the other side of Dyer, there is a Motel 6 there. I have seen girls there too. I guess they stay there because its not super far from Harbor (like 15 minutes) and so the hotel doesn’t think twice about it.
After looking at the pics and the situation you got yourself into so quick. You have earned the 5 star lucky dog award of the day. It doesn't get no better than that and a price you just can't beat.

I was only able to take pictures on Sunday and Monday this past week. The two pictures of the BSW wearing the white shorts were taken on the corner of Harbor and Trask last Sunday around 3:00. Seems to be where all the cw work. Always wondered why I never saw any on harbor, now I know why. They were all pushed onto first. Will not be venturing out there much anymore.
Went lookin' for somethin' juicy, but the rain kept the SW's away. Grabbed a burritto from Alb's, then parked near Hazard for some observation. The strangest thing was occuring in the JIB parking lot. There were about 5 plain clothes officer (shields around necks) standing near the front door, and a few civilians that were talking with them. I saw one, middle aged latino guy sitting on the sidewalk with his hands zipped.
Since I had nowhere to go, I just discreetly viewed what was going on from my secure spot. Didn't look like a lot of organization, a few of the officers were pacing back-in-forth, while one guy was walking around with a clipboard and he appeared to be taking statements? I really dunno', as I'm not a cop.
Anyway, they were there for a solid 2 hours, until an unmarked Ford truck pulled in. The guy with the clipboard went over and chatted with whomever it was who arrived, then another guy cut the zip ties off the suspect. They set him up against the wall and the guy who arrived in the truck was doing all the talking. The suspect, at this point, was not shackled. They even gave him a smoke. The gentleman who arrived was heavier set, but I did not see a shield around his neck like the other officers. Also, the guy who cut the zip ties off did not look like LE - it was weird.
After about 20 minutes of talking, they had the suspect turn around and they put cuffs on him. Then, the guy with the clipboard cleared out the backseat of his unmarked Pontiac. Again, the LEO's were scattered and it didn't look like they were really being "procedural." They finally put the suspect in the back seat, and the Pontiac was followed out by a Chevy driven by a white LEO wearing a ballcap and suckin' on a big chaw. Was able to track 'em down as they rolled down 5th, and headed to the station downtown (presumably, as I veered off).
I was just curious what the hell had happened since there were no "marked" SAPD units on scene. Of course, I didn't get a close look at the shields, but I can only assume that they were SAPD VICE, but who knows, maybe they were bounty hunters, immigration, etc..? I have no clue.
If they were SAPD Vice, they were driving black and grey Pontiac G6's, and a New model Chevy Malibu (Silver). All had deep tinted windows. The truck that pulled in was a brand new two -tone black and silver Ford Explorer Sport Trac (crossover truck/suv). I saw one of the guys walk out to a black Dodge Charger, but I can't be sure he was LE. He retrieved some food from his car and was eating it near the suspect - again, weird. I also witnessed a silver Toyota Avalon and a Black Toyota Camry that were presumably some of their other cars, but can't be sure they were LE.
At any rate, sorry for the rant, but just wondered if anyone else saw this weird chain of events, and/or knows anything about the odd procedures I witnessed. Man, if those guys really were LE, you'd have no clue as some looked like gangbangers, and some had long hair, and well...
Really hard to tell what the cops were doing. Just remember that prostitution is only one of many crimes they arrest people for. Despite the LE, the cops have more important priorities.
Saw Emily on Tuesday at her room on the corner of Bristol and Segerstrom. Total damage was $60. She's pretty nice with no drama.
She did mention that Harbor has been very hot lately and was trying to bail out a friend on the day I visited. Oh well... LOL.

However, I have been pistol to pistol w/7 LASD Narcotics Unit Detectives!
Obviously, it sucked.
And, even better none of us fired our heaters.
My point, is that these muther F**kers No Knocked my castle dressed in plain clothes wearing Hawaiian shirts, casual beach shorts and athletic sneakers.
Only visible were their shields on their gun belts and 3 of them had the green and yellow Sheriff insignia on their chests.
If not for the shields, and the Sheriff patches on some of their chests, I would have lit up the number 2 & number 3 Detectives as they were clearly visible in my line of sight.
Honestly, we were no more than 15teen feet apart when we encountered each other in the hallway of my castle.
WTF!
Anyways, the only one that looked like a cop was the lead Detective who did eventually arrest me.
All of the other LE were young, CA looking surfer types...
Actually, some of my associates thought that I had gotten jacked by a robbing crew after I told them about what went down.

I often watch the Sheriff substation parking lot on Topanga & Lassen, when I am slowed down by traffic, just to observe the different vehicles that active duty LE drive, during their off hours, when they are in regular civilian mode.
It is revealing.
They drive old and new trucks, family style minivans, sports cars (Ford Mustangs seem to be real popular), and some very ordinary yet beat up new & used vehicles.
My point is that sometimes, not every time, it is virtually impossible to ascertain whether or not an individual is or is not an active duty LEO while they are driving.
Unless, they are driving an obvious Crown Victoria Police Intercepter model w/marked CA Exempt plates be careful and wary of any strangers on the road.

A few years ago I use to play poker with a guy that lived down First street on harbor in an inlet. We use to set up a table outside and would watch all the SW's walk by. The really hot ones were UC definitly but if you could get them in a car you'd be lost safer especially if you don't make it too obvious. If there's a line of cars best to avoid as neighbors will call the cops.
I remember helping some hot WSW run so we invited her over to our group. She said she was the ho from Idaho. She wouldn't even give a discount so we passed. She woudn't even flash us.
But definitly first and harbor. He lived in one of the communities that set it's side of the street.

Went down further a little past the 22 so as to not pull the obvious u...nothing else was to be found past westminster. Came back down and saw two BSW hanging out in the shadows with some pimp/bf keeping an eye from a discreet corner. The original white jacket belonged to Star from LA, maybe 20 y.o., beautiful dark chocolate skin, 5' 100lbs. Went by harbor tonight with my friend just driving through and I don't know the exact cross street but I saw atleast 8 different SW in that same intersection. I saw a very nice looking LSW and about 5 BSW and 1 WSW within a block. They were standing at the corner out in the open. It almost looked too good to be true. I pulled into a lot just to cut through and there was the 1 WSW standing across the street maybe 10 feet from 2 BSW (they looked like crackheads) but the WSW looked like undercover. I don't know if they were doing a sting on a Wednesday night but there were plenty of people pulling through and circling around checking out these girls but none were stopping. I got the hell out of there after people starting pulling into the parking lot. Went down the street and made a u-turn and within 2 minutes a cop was there talking to 1 of them. I was on a trip to your fair county last weekend.
Friday, December 5th about 8 PM found Natasha, a 20 something short thick WSW who hails from Miami. She hangs out at the bus stop on Harbor, just south of McFadden.
