Harbor is still very difficult to navigate in the day time. I was out there yesterday and saw 1 bsw and 1 wsw. The bsw could have been Puerto Rican, really nice. The wsw wasn't bad either. The problem is there was so much traffic on HB, by the time I was able to safely and legally make a u turn they were both gone.
Yeah, yesterday after work I took pics of a girl who was either a BSW or LSW (the one in the jeans and jacket). Maybe that's the same girl you're talking about? I also snapped pics of a BSW walking by the Jack in the Box on Hazard. Hey guys. First thank you for your research because I RTFF I found out about the stroll since I am from NYC and your hard work gave me the chance to enjoy. I havent posted in any forum in ages so forgive the chattyness.
I drove hb to lilac then a u to 7-11 u again since monday night. I saw nothing of note except for bbw of all colors so I didnt partake. For 3 night maybe a total of 6 sightings (between 5 - 7pm) after on about 3 loops each night.
Tonight I saw about 6 each about 5-7 (with Tatiana being a 7) B, W, and Hsw. I was about to settle on a bsw and I saw Tatiana so I pulled aside (like some mongers suggested) in a lot and called as she passed.
We drove about chatting (being so young she can talk) and negotiating until I got to my hotel near target. .6 for cbj and in my room which means she was off stroll for a lil while.
Great girl but expensive and chatty. While driving back she must have gotten 4 calls so sorry if I held up another monger because she left me ran across lot then jumped into another car.

Cruised HB during lunch yesterday and for the most part things were a bit more quite than they had been the past couple of weeks. However, just south of Westminister were 2 slender BSW's both in very short skirts. I was heading south at the time and on the way back north about 20-30min later they were still there. I was thinking of picking one up when I saw an unmarked crown vic flip a ***** in a manner more common to LE than mongers and head towards them. That raised some alarms I began to grow wary so decided to skip. Checked back after another 20min or so and they were gone. Possible sting going on? From everyone else's experiences I've learned better to be safe than sorry. If not a setup, then these 2 might as well have been holding up a sign advertising that they are SW's.

Little late with the post, but last weekend was warm so as always I believe
it's a good opportunity to see what HB has to offer. I've been looking for Nikki and Tatianna, I've seen them on HB before but never when I was in the mood, since I prefer the days and they seem to be out mostly in the day so I was hopefull. Early afternoon at about 3:00 I spoted several BSW from Hazard to the 22, I did see both sides of the Dyanamic duo, and decided today was the day. unfortunately I had to go home for a bit, but finally made it back to the track at about 4:00 and nothing nota, several rounds from Lilac to the 22 drew nothing, so I decided to grab some dinner. As I opened the door to the Mcd's on Westminister, right in front of me, just leaving was none other than Titianna, wow ! Just like that there she was, at that time I put 2 and 2 together and realized she had ads on CL for some time, all the time seeing her on the streets and I didn't know it was her. I turned to follow her but she hopped into an SUV and took off. Well I decide to get dinner anyway and as I was sitting looking out the window on Harbor, up comes Nikki, that little BSW spinner, lookin really fine, I finished my meal hopped into my car and started south, I finally hooked up with her near the A&W off of Mcfadden and HB, we drove south to a business park south of Warner and she did a very nice CBJ for 50. Since I left work earlier than usual today, I decided to take a rare cruise down Beach. Saw two BSWs, and took a pic of the prettier one; she was near the corner of Beach and Cerritos. Harbor was pretty dead exept for one area. There seemed to be alot of activity around the 405. There was one ASW one fat WSW and a couple of mixed girls. Wow, if that's the same Tatianna she used to post all the time on CL, tried to see her a couple of times but couldn't get it together. I figure I've uploaded enough pics of Tatianna, but with all this talk about her, I decided to share one more pic that I've been sitting on for a few days. This was taken at Harbor and McFadden. This was kind of embarassing because as you can tell, she clearly saw me standing outside of my truck aiming my camera at her (whoops!). As I jumped into my truck and pulled out of the parking space, I saw her walking in my direction (not sure if she was trying to confront me, or if she was just walking toward some guy's car). I went out last night and on my way home I checked out the track just before midnight. Nota, totally dry, unusual at that hour, when I'm out at those hrs I usually see something. I think it's crazy at anytime to do a car date. Most county clinics offer free services, which is nice, but the downside is that if you don't get there right when they open, you'll be waiting an hour or longer. I've been to this place several times for HIV testing and a couple times for thorough STD screenings. They do a good job.

Not really upscale; she was driving a newer model Chevy sedan. I got a picture of her sitting in her car, but I didn't want to post that. Once in a while I'll see a girl getting into or out of her car on Harbor. That was the worst, going to jail. Man I was good college kid with good grades. Pops found out and bailed me out the next morning. Stuck in San Diego with no money, no car, no way to get to my cousins. Some guy who got bailed out gave me some bucks to take the bus to college park, where my cuzin lived.
Since then I kind of started looking on the net to learn the rules. And I have to say thank you to guys like you and Jackson, thats teaching the next generation of hobbyist what to do and what not to do. I know there are more young guys on here like me who dont post but read all the time.

I got off work around 1030ish. So I wanted to check the track to see if there was nething that might catch my eye. I was going south on harbor. I hate to disagree with you, but I have to let you all know that the facts outlined here did give rise to sufficient evidence to convict someone of solicitation. I'm not saying that he shouldn't have got a lawyer. He should've fought the case (what the hell, he was only in college, what did he have to lose, it's not liike he was married with a wife and kids and would look bad in the community).
The law, though, is bad on this front. You can be convicted of prostitution under 3 different theories:
1) engaging in an act of prostitution (you will almost never see anyone charged with this statute because it is very hard to prove that any act witnessed by the police was actually prostitution. They usually go under lewd conduct in this situation. See Hugh Grant).
2) Soliciting an act of prostitution. This is the most common, where the john is accused of trying to get someone to commit an act, which means that he provides the terms to someone (ie. "fuck me and I"ll give you $50).
3) Agreeing to commit an act and doing an act in furtherance of that agreement. This is also very common, and is the situation in this case. Most mongers and prostitutes have learned not to supply all of the elemants of the crime to the police (ie. They don't say "fuck me for $50"). Rather, they try to get the cop the say some of the things. Cops have become smart to that, and finally they say (and this is how they'll write it in the police report) "I formed the opinion that the person was a streetwise prostitute engaging in a word game designed to avoid arrest, " or something to a similar effect if it's a john. They'll conclude "I therefore asked him if he wanted a blowjob, to which he said yes. I asked how much he had, he said how much do you want, I said $40, he said OK, I told him to drive to the next corner and meet me there, which he did. "
So, in this case, there isn't an explicit solicitation, in that the cop supplies some of the terms of the bargain, it's a back and forth negotiation, not a solicitation to engage in the act. But, it is an agreement, and the driving to the corner at her instruction is an "act in furtherance" of that agreement. The Courts have held that almost anything counts as an act in furtherance (I remember the city attorney arguing that money in someone's pocket was an act in furtherance since the defendant must have wanted to spend it on a prostitute. I think the judge actually kicked that case). So, as soon as you get into a word play with a girl on the street, you're screwed.
As far as I have been able to tell handling these cases over the last couple of decades, the solution appears to be get them into your car and feel them up. Because cop would ever agree to that, unless the cop's off duty and a really kinky chick.

If the cop points vaguely in the direction the car is pointed and says "meet me over there, " and the driver drives there, a jury could find that to be an act in furtherance (a prosecutor would certainly argue that it is, whether the jury buys it is a different story).
This is why I say never get into a conversation with a girl outside the car. I've never seen a prostitution case where the guy was busted after the girl got into the car (unless they start miking actual prostutites and using them as their lures, which I can't imagine they'll ever do, if only for liability purposes). Since I've never seen someone charged with solicitation or agreement with the girl actually in the car (since cops never actually get into the cars), then don't do any discussion with the girl outside of the car. None at all. If they let you feel them up from outside the car, perhaps, but even then, I'd be leery (that could be a miked prostitute working a conviction off for the police, and getting overzealous. Not likely, but at least possible).
Realize, the police are going to lie and put details into the report that fill in missing elements, even if you don't actually say or do them. This is why you have 0 conversation outside the car, and if they arrest you tell them that you want a lawyer, and you want one before you say anything at all to them, including why you're there, what your purposes is, or anything else.
This is not a game with the cops, don't try to play word games with you, they'll just arrest you and make up the story in the police report. It's nothing to them but another stat.

However, I don't know about Orange County, but in LA County they've come up with this condition of probation called "Map conditions, " which basically means that within certain geographical areas (where you were convicted of soliciting), you are prohibited from engaging motorists in conversation, stopping on the street to talk to people, waving at cars, or doing anything "suspicious. "
This allows the police to observe people that are obviously prostitutes (ie. You look at them and say yummmm, police look at them and say "statistic. " Then police just roll up on them, ask them if they're on parole or probation, and if so, arrest them for violating their parole or probation.
This is why probation is such an evil, insidious thing in so many cases. People have to give up their freedom and rights in the future to avoid more jail time, so they always accept, no matter how unconstitutional the conditions are.
So, my guess is he rolls up on them, asks if they're on probation or parole, and just arrested them. Perhaps they'll get a few days in jail, perhaps they'll get kicked right out, perhaps they'll be in for the next few months.

Cruising on a prostitution area can get you the charge of "loitering with intent to commit prostitution." Your mileage may vary depending on your state.
Last night I saw a prostitute picked up by a monger, right in front of a police car, at 2:00 AM, he dis nothing. I was caught in the same act a couple of years ago, the officer tried relentlessly to get a discrepancies in my story, or that of the girl, for about an hour -- but ended up giving me a traffic citation for something unrelated, and making threats to me and the SW.

I picked up the blonde in the pics around 12:40ish. When she came up to the car right off she asked if I had 120, I did not answer that question or her others offering service (being on the safe side) but managed to get her in the car and took her to a more secluded spot for the LE check before talking business. She was pushing FS but I was just interested in a CBJ for 40. No dice and rather than even try negotiating she coped an attitude so I took her back to where I picked her up. She must've gotten busted soon after. Her friend was there too when I first picked her up but sounded like she had better luck getting somebody back to a notel before getting busted.

I don't blame you for putting the camera down. There are days when I'm getting off the 22 onto Harbor and thinking to myself "dammit, why am I wasting my time out here?"
It's funny to read these post, I used to drive through harbor once or twice a week for 3 years. Haven't been out there much these days due to gas prices, even though I used to live in south county and now I live at the most west end of harbor. Still miss the rush of driving through and finding a score. Had some bad ones, had some great ones, but never saw the same SW twice. I think I enjoyed scouting out the SW as much as the services provided.

I saw a hot blond that seemed to be watching traffic as she walked. I pulled into a parking lot and offered her a ride. She got in the car, we did the cop check, let me tell you, this girl had a nice rack and I was really looking forward to some fun... We hadn't discussed anything else when the cop pulled out of a nearby parking lot and came up behind us. He kept me there for a while trying to get me to admit to something (or find a discrepancy between her story and mine).
Neither one of us had to come up with a story. The fact that neither of us discussed any acts or $$ made it difficult for him to find a discepency between us. After a while, he sent her packing, and told me to "Go Away".
He was kind of pissed that he didn't get to bust anyone. I'm glad she didn't get busted either. Unfortunately, I never saw her again.

They don't go after real criminals because the girls are highly visible. Politicians and Police Chiefs (also politicians) publicity of ridding the streets of this "menace".
In the mean time these girls (and us guys) are being denied the right to do what we want with our bodies. This will not change until we challenge the law (note, I said the LAW, not the cops).

Got off work tonite and decided to cruz down HB around 3am! Saw some hoes by the taco place so I turned left on to Hazzardous st. ! Saw two BSW's chillin by the sidewalk! In front of me was a like dark green and blue chevy blazer or like tahoe! It was like a big SUV! It pulled up next to the girls and I could see by there (BSW's) expressions they were very cautious! They stepped back into the parking lot away from the street! So the suv pulls away real fast and flips a u-turn in the middle of the street! I was like, oh shit somethings about to go down, so I flip a u-turn! As I am pulling up, I see a mexican dude jump out of the rear door! Those BSW's were could run fast, because they were gone by the time the dude got to the curb! Scary thing was, he had a gun! He took off after them in the parking lot, but those chicks must have ran track in high school because they were gone and across the street by the time I went around and pulled up to the light! Luckily they got away! I was like oh shit! The suv stayed right where the dude jumped out until he came back! They pulled up next to me to turn right on harbor towards the 405 fwy! I didn't look and pretended to talk on the phone and laugh until they were turning right and they all had hoodys on over there heads covering their faces, except for the dude in the white t-shirt that chased them! I just so happend to give Nikki a ringy-jingy tonight (yesterday now). Told me she'd be out around 11:30 pm. Headed over to see a few buddies first, and then excused myself as the 11:00 o'clock hour approached. Hehe...

I think I am single handedly trying to bring back the Downtown Santa Ana street scene. LOL

There's no set rule. Senior members are just based on # of posts. They may be reports on SW's, MP's, or just plain useless jibber jabber. Just provide info to those you feel you can trust based on your own reading of these boards.

By reading his prior posts I get a sense of whether he's actively pursuing the hobby or just fishing for info. In other words, does he report on his finds or just ask about others?
