We were very inconspicuous but of others do that and people complain of about seeing people having sex while loading their packages and kids into the car, then that can come to a scretching halt. She wanted to go to a park, but I was concerned about that -- no doubt the park is on a regular patrol route but the shopping center parking lot isn't.
Parks are not a good idea. It is a felony to do the deed within 125' of any park or playground. But parking lot's are no good either due to security and shoppers. There is lot of good residential areas around Harbor. Just make sure you drive a good distance.

All I can tell you is just a little over a year ago I almost got busted in a park just off LBB and Rosemead. LE caught me with someone in the car and I had to sit in the back of a cruiser for 30 minutes until I was told to get out of the area and not be seen again.
I was busted in Long Beach, I was caught offering $ to a lbpd decoy. I didn't go to jail but they gave me a ticket and had to go to court.the fine was 1000.00 for frist timers with no jail time.

I worked security in the area a long time ago, and can tell you that we had very inconspicuous cameras....you wouldn't see them if you didn't already know about security set ups. A few times guys tried to park in our lot and get busy with a ho. I usually just went and tapped on the guys window and "asked" him to leave, but a few of my collegues wanted to call the police.
Parking lots are just to public for my tastes. The other issue is that there is the possiblity of security.

When I monger I am usually on the road, in a rental car. I rent on priceline and get a minivan for the price of sedan under usual circumstances. This setup works best parked where no one in their right mind would be hsving sex.

It is rarely that obvious, but never, ever negotiate on the street. No SW is going to talk prices outside the car -- if they don't try to get into your car immediately, 90% its a sting; and if they talk prices and services before getting in, its 99% likely a setup. Real SWs will try to open your door the moment you pull up, and won't talk prices until you bring it up or do the standard LE check. Conversely, no decoy is not going to go around the block with you, and for sure not without talking explicitly about services and money. It is virtually impossible to be busted in the pick-up unless you're really, really sloppy. 99.9% of stings happen with a decoy sending you somewhere after talking about everything from a safe distance, but within range of the microphone. Stick to the rule of not doing anything but offering her a lift until you drive at least a couple of blocks and you'll be okay. If she asks "what are you looking for" before you get at least a couple blocks away, then play dumb until you at least a 4-6 blocks from where you picked her up. No police decoy is going to take that risk and if you're not pulled over by then, she's not LE; if you are, then you would have put nothing at risk other than picking up a hitchhiker, which wouldn't even get written up.

This was was on thursday nite, they set up on the dead end street between car dealership and harbor frieght. Anyways, I think that the area where the supposed sting took place was within the Garden Grove LE jurisdiction and not Santa Ana's. Until a short time ago a number of girls were working in the area around the "operation", to be precise, girls could easily be found in front of the Winnersnietszchel (or something to that effect); however, the girls had slowly stopped hanging around that area. I suspect that the accident that happened in that intersection not long ago, there is a destroyed fence on the very corner where the aforementioned restaurant is, promted LE to do something about the industry in this area. That could explain the fact that the sting took place.
Now that I am convinced that it was a sting, I feel better about not having gone around the corner to wait for that girl. She was hot. Harbor gets few "9-10" girls; therefore, even when a sting was almost certain, I still thought about testing my luck with her. I am certainly not a kid, but Thursday night I was behaving like one because I returned twice to the area where I suspected a sting was going on, talked to four different girls, suspected all four of being LE, and still left with doubts. Have not returned to the area since then, and will not return to the area until next summer. I agree with everyone in that this was a slow summer; however, it was still fun to ride up and down Harbor for another summer.

I disagree with the contested law, but it will not change things much. One has to remember that either your or the SW has to admit to solicitation.
This story is probably a prelude to a crackdown. So I would not surprised to see increased police activity.
The neighbors do have a legitemate complaint when they find condoms in the streets. When I am with a SW I tell them not to throw out the condom or wrapper. I have gotten out of my car pick them if a SW does this. It's really dumb because it aggravates the locals and leaves a sign that you were there. The result is that if you find a good spot it makes it more obvious.
$10 is not much but one has to draw the line and somewhere and decide what is reasonable. If we were keep pay $10 more then the SW's would then up the price $10 and the would all be demanding $80 for a bj.

And the 3 that voted against it were probably moral orel's. It is good to see that they got something right for a change. Time to get with the program and deal with real crime and not the crime that each party willingly goes into. What is done between two consenting adults as long as it does not impede on others should not be viewed as a high priority in the scheme of crimes to police.

Went out Thursday night/Friday morning around 12:30am. There seemed to be some action on Lincoln and Beach in the strip mall by the donut shop. There were 1 BSW and 2 older WSW.
Then, went up to Santa Ana. It was dead. I didn't even see any BSW. There used to be at least one or two on any given night. Did you not just read the Supreme Court's ruling on vehicle seizures? I'll fill you in; it's been overturned. So, NO!... they (local municipalities) can't lawfully "seize" your vehicle anymore in the event of a bust. They can "tow" it from the site of arrest if you're detained, but you can claim it after being cited, booked, and/or released, for a small fee from the tow-yard, of course.

Hey guys,
I was out cruising last night from 1pm to almost 4pm. Lots to choose from. It was amazing. First I found several girls down around Harbor and Chapman between Orangewood. There was a blonde in blue jeans with kinda a big nose but killer body. Another brunette in jeans with a great body and face. Finally a hispanic girl who was hot! The hispanic and a brunette ended up going with a pimp or bodyguard to the other end of Harbor so I followed. It's not that hard to dispose of your used condom without throwing it out in the street. This only brings unwanted attention to the hobby. Clean up your own mess. Got a cbj in Pomona last Friday. Among us regulars who have cruised Harbor in the last 2 years I don't ever remember anyone spending any time at all south of 405. Myself, I have seen only one SW and that was near Hooters just north of 405.
I've always found the guys that approach non sw's to be absolutely hillarious. Why in the world would you go after girls when you are not 100% sure they are sw? If a girl won't approach your car, even if she is sw, just move along. There's a reason she doesn't want anything to do with you, even though it may not be immediately obvious.
Anyone looking for Ho's south of the 405 in CM on Harbor. Give it up! The only thing I've seen around here lately smelled like bacon.

This knucklehead has hit up my Hispanic neighbor twice in the last two days while she was running errands. She came over in tears a little while ago. She had to abandon her clothes at the laundromat because this guy hit her up again while she was walking from the laundromat to the Taco Bell. She turned around got into her car and drove home. Her husband has to work a few hours today so she asked me to ride back with her so she could get her laundry.
She has reported it to the cops with the driver description and plate number. Her husband is also a big gorilla construction worker who will most likely try to recruit me into going pervert hunting with him when he gets home. I will politely decline and suggest he leave it to the police.

There used to be a lot of them down here all the way to Newport Blvd. Every now and then one will pop up but the cops run them off or bust them as soon as they see them. There was a couple walking around Friday night by the New Harbor Inn. Salt and pepper team. They looked too good to be true. Cops like to run periodic stings even though this area is no longer a SW haven. Craigslist girls work out of some of these motels and sometimes they take a walk but thats asking for trouble.

I was in the area of harbour off the 22fwy at two in the morning of Saturday/Sunday. As I was going to a party I, was told and read up on it that the SW migrated to this area. I did not see one peep out of them. I have seen some on harbour around the jack and the crack area.
The only ones I have seen were standing by a 7/11, Harbor and Adams (though not 100% sure). Both were LSWs, one was in her late 20s the other 40s. The older one hit me up for some money for her cancer prescriptions (we had made eye contact), but as she was a total skank I said no thank you.

Was debating whether or not to roll the track on my way home around 9:30 pm, Monday. Decided to give it a pass and spotted a very thin, but very cute BSW named LaToya. Almost everytime I've cruised mid-afternoon or early evening, it's usually been dead. After about 2:00 pm, forget it... too many kids walking home from school.
I've always had my best luck after 11:00 pm, but I have made some quality pick-ups shortly after dusk. No doubt that late night and early morning are the best hours to cruise.
Just be careful out there.

Yeah, I'll explain... at least for me, if I see numerous reports stating that the action is dismal, it saves me time, money and gas from not venturing out to finding out basically what was otherwise already reported.
Even though I live in OC, I'm still about 20 minutes from the bottom of the track. These types of updates are even more valuable for strolls further away like LBB and Fig. Fig hasn't been the same as it was a few months ago, and thus I haven't wasted my time driving up to LA. Once better, more promising reports resurface, I'll be back in action.
Moral of the story: Track updates are essential IMO.

Within 1.5hr drive time you can hit LBB (see long beach section), Figueroa (see Los Angeles), Holt (see Pomona), Oceanside, San Diego. If you drive fast enough you can even hit Tijuana.

I made my second visit to the OC last week and wanted to update Tuesday findings.
Got in about 9:30 AM and made a couple of passes North and South, nothing.
After dinner with client headed back N&S on Harbor around 9:00 PM. At first nothing then about 9:45 they started appearing. Right around Trast just south of 22 a really nice looking BSW & WSW appeared. Spun around but they were already talking to others. Got little suspicious as both were leaning into the passenger side windows and not going for a ride. Headed back South a bit and came back and they were on the eastside walking south looking almost tgtbt.
Both were in heels. BSW was in short shorts with a halter top and WSW in a white dress even had a flower in her hair. Kept an eye on them and they would disappear into a parking lot to make a deal and 5 minutes they were heading south again. They did walk all the way to Westminster and hung around the Circle K before crossing over Harbor and heading West on Westminster. Again looked TGTBT but the fact that they walked as far as they did might have legitimized them.
Saw a few other BSW's in the Westminster Harbor area. Looking fine and walking determined but all seemed to disappear as quickly as they appeared. Circle K seemed to be an active parking lot.
Didn't partake, but enjoyed the scenery.

Today, Tuesday, around 5:30pm, I saw 1 BSW and LSW on Beach and Orange. They were walking toward Ball. If you know the area, you know there is no way to stop along Beach during rush hours. I had to do a few U-turns up and down Beach. But, they went into a motel and never came back out.

Cruised the track during lunch today as far north as Westminister and as far south as 17th in Costa Mesa (had some work related places I needed to visit.) I do not have the experienced eye that the veteran posters have for spotting SW's but I'm developing one (so far just window shopping, not buying.) Heading north spotted an older WSW a little south of Warner which was much further south than I'm used to seeing them. Then nothing more on the way north. On the way south, between 12:40-12:50 spotted a hot looking (body and face at least 7-8) LSW about a block north of Edinger. Tried to make eye contact and even circled around a couple times to see if I could get a response but no dice (there wasn't any place really close to her to pull in and see if she would approach.) So, because of the weather not 100% sure she was a SW since so many non SW's were wearing light clothing today. But, she was wearing a short dress, was on the cell with a small purse and other typical SW items and was wearing "fuck me" boots. Further south near Victoria spotted another possible LSW but not nearly as hot as the first. Again tried eye contact and even pulled in nearby but no response so my technique obviously needs a lot of work.

Did a marathon cruise Thurs night/Fri morning.
Started in Anaheim around midnight. Absolutely nothing. Went up to to Santa Ana. Only one SW. Couldn't tell if she was L or W. She was in her late 20's, early 30's. Spent about 45 min. In OC and found nothing else.
Took the 22 Fwy and headed to LBB. They were doing construction on the 22, and had to exit at Beach, which was fine because I wanted to cruise Beach. At Ball, saw a chunky WSW. Not my cup of tea.
Got on the 91 and off to LBB. LBB had the usual suspects. There was one LSW. Did a u-turn and saw Uncle Leo coming from the opposite direction. Couldn't stop and had to drive straight.

After Hollywood, decided to head to Downtown. Nothing but LE. Avoid DT. The scene has gone from bad to worst.
Took the 710 and headed home. Since LBB was on the way, decided to do one more round. Found one WSW crackhead. She used to work Harbor.
Got home around 5 am. Wasted half tank of gas and found nothing worth part taking in. But, at least get to report on the scenes around OC and LA.
