Some Harbor pics from last night/this morning. Below are the few shots that looked good. That pic of the Dynamic Duo and Friends was taken outside the BK. Don't know what they were all looking at. She did report it. She got the license plate number and the police have the information. Can you believe they wanted to arrest her? A female police officer talked the other officer out of it and took her back to her room. I hope they follow-up. She also told me of another attempted rape on another girl before her incident. Rape has nothing to do with sex and it makes it bad for all of us who want to exchange money for a service, treat each other like human beings and have a good time. Harbor is a long street. From where you are, you need to get yourself at least to Orangewood in Anaheim. Between Orangewood and Chapman, you might find some action, but ultimately, you need to keep going south (into Garden Grove) until you pass under the 22 fwy. You can find some girls between the 22 and Westminster Ave, but once you cross Westminster is where its starts poppin'. Now, you're in Santa Ana so keep your eyes peeled between Westminster and McFadden. You'll pass all the popular streets between these boundaries; Washington (no light), Hazard, 5th, 1st, Camille (no light), McFadden.
The California Girls strip club is between Washington and Hazard, so you can roll the back streets between those two as girls will try to stay low-pro in the shadows.
Hazard is where the Jack N' Box and 7/11 are located and the girls work this side street all the time.

There aren't any .20 or .25 notels like there are up near LBB and Fig, but The Hacienda (Harbor, between Chapman & Orangewood) is like .42 or .45. I was out late on the 17th, and ran into Milania. She is wonderful, and has an awesome personality with no rush and great technique. Definitely in my opinion OC has the best action found with regards to "quality". However, and this is just my personal beef, none of the SW's wear stockings and/or nylons. Really? That is one of your criteria. You might want to hit up some other sites where you can requests outfits etc. I am sure the girls dont wear nylon because they want easier access than having to deal with nylons. I have a question if you want to contact a provider by phone and you don't want any record of it coming back to you what is the best way to do this. I can never find a payphone that works. And I wasn't sure on a prepaid cell if when you activate it you have to provide info that will come back to you. I guess Tiger should have done a bit of research on this subject.

You can buy phones and phone cards at Walmart for cash. Then find an Internet cafe that still takes cash or look for a library or publicly available computer with Internet access to "register" the phone and get a number.

Go to Walmart or Target and get a prepaid T-Mobile phone, you can find one for like $20 at Walmart, and they come with like a few dollars airtime already in most cases, I've seen some come with up to $25 when you buy it which makes the phone basically free, but airtime cards are cheap anyway ($10/$25/$50/ & $100 depending on how much you think you'll need, $25 will be best and will last 25 days if you use it to just call from 7 to 7, and other T-Mobile customers). Make sure you set it up for the 7-7 call times, which means from 7pm to 7 am all calls you make are free, no matter who you call, other T-Mobile phones that you call are always free regardless. You can set it up online like AsianFan siad, or you can use another phone and just call the prepaid activation number 1877 778 2107, and just have it set up by following the instructions. Never use a credit card to refill airtime, always just go to a store, buy the card and call it up and load it. Get a cheap phone that you don't mind losing or throwing away if you need to.
If you wanta do AT&T prepaid, they have a $60 monthly unlimited text and call plan, thats what all of my girls use. And they make cheap throwaway phones too, like $20 and up. You can set it up online when you get it, or call the customer service number 1-800-331-0500 and have them set it up for you.
With any prepaid phone you can make up a name and an address, remeber what you tell them though in case you need to call and have the number changed or something like that.

I've spotted him a few times just sitting in the McD's parking lot off of MacFadden and going up and down Harbor. I can't remember the name of the side street but it's the one just north of MacFadden. I was on MacF and going to turn left onto Harbor. Highway patrol was heading east on MacF. Apparently he went up the street and cut into the residential area up ahead and came back around on Harbor 'cuz I saw that he had stopped a car that had just picked-up an sw. Saw him again cruising the parking lot of 7-11 off of 1st too.

Good point LDH. Another thing to keep in mind is that CHP is the only group of LE with the power to pull you over without a full probable cause. It falls under some law where they can pull you over if they suspect you have stolen car parts on your vehicle and do a search based on that assumption. At least that's what I was told by a friend who is LE in a different state. Being assigned to a multi LE task force poses further threat by giving the rest of the task force this same power by virtual of one CHP officer present.
